Parking is somewhat limited in this lot. The spa is on the intersection of Jog & Lake Worth Rd & is right by Starbucks. The owner, Paola, exemplifies impeccable customer service skills, bedside manner, & being exceptionally personable. She radiates serenity & positivity. Paola is never pushy about customers purchasing her skin care brand in store. We discussed how I am a social worker who cant afford facials & she mentioned that she used to do this work as well. She offered me a free 30 minute relaxation facial, with some hand, neck, & scalp massage too!! She made me feel so relaxed & calm! Paolas ethical nature & the complete care she provides for every client makes Sublime Essence Spa truly sublime (the best I have ever been to)!!

Such a great spa, beautiful clean location. My facial with Wendy was fabulous. Everyone was so professional and kind. Very thorough and great communication throughout whole process. I will defintely be back. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Sublime Essence Spa in Greenacres, FL, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. It has a serene atmosphere to it that feels like a personable Oasis of Relaxation and Rejuvenation and the ladies are very warm and welcoming. I opted for two different services and left feeling refreshed thanks to their expertise and skills. The place itself is beautifully designed, with clean and comfortable treatment rooms that instantly put you at ease. This Sublime Spa is definitely a gem! You must try Paola’s facials! Starting from the owner, Paola, who is not only kind, soft-spoken, respectful and extremely knowledgeable, I would give 200 stars!! I have visited the spa several times within the last three months, requesting information, and it is always spotless. The aroma is inviting, and Paula extremely patient with all the questions I had. Today I had my facial and I left feeling I had new skin on my face. Paola. Gave me a treatment plan which was way overdue due to extreme sun damage. She was very knowledgeable, explained every single product along with do’s and don’ts during the hot summer months. I can only imagine how my skin will feel when I start my treatment plan and ongoing facials! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Paola!!!

I planned a surprise for my mom here and the experience was super personal. They kept me informed on what was happening, went above and beyond to ensure she was surprised. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and the service was top tier.

I got a lash tint and lift and they did a fantastic job. Everyone is super friendly and the place is so clean and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back for some other treatments.

Came here with my girlfriend to wait for her to get stuff done but didnt get greeted at the door, took a while to get someone to talk to us and after all was said and done my girlfriend was in pain from the removal process. Would not recommend.
