I was a week in to my post op surgery procedure and i was looking for lymphatic drainage massages.The one I found I had to wait about a week and half I was in a lot of pain looking for better garments I found Palermo Aesthetic and as I walked in this gentlemen name Miguel came out to assist me and told me about all the services they provide one of the most important one for me was the lymphatic drainage massage and took the time to explain to me what the massages consisted of. I took the opportunity as he had an immediate opening and got my massage. After getting my massage I felt a lot better. Miguel is very professional very respectful and what I like the most that he knows a lot about his profession. He makes you feel comfortable to continue to get any service with him.The facility is very welcoming nice and clean and friendly. Place where they have a lot of services.Miguel thank you for being who you are a very kind and respectful Man.

My post op drainage massages have been absolutely phenomenal and worth every penny. Miguel is the best. He is so knowledgeable about the healing process and shared lots of tips to ensure I have the best results. He also gave me feedback about what was going on with specific areas of swelling.

I booked my first ten lymphatic massages with Palermo Aesthetic and since massage one I knew I found the place that was best for my recovery needs. I was so confident I b booked an additional five messages after my second appointment. Miguel was my masseuse and he was nothing short of amazing! He was super polite, very accommodating, and most importantly VERY professional. His personality is dope af! Every single appointment grew more and more comfortable… I mean Miguel and I talked like we were long-time friends. I could go on for days about the cleanliness of the space, the ambiance, the vibe, and anticipation for every appoint through my recover process and how every single massage got me one step closer to feeling better and better. All of the swelling had gone down within two and half weeks when it was expected to go down after four. I just got back from my one month post op appointment and there’s absolutely NO swelling whatsoever. I am more than confident that not only was the massages helpful with my recovery, but having a masseuse like Miguel to keep my spirits high with laughter and personable interactions (like a real down-to-earth friend) with a VERY professional approach to me as a client. My recovery was definitely super fast because this guy at this place. Never once did he make me feel uncomfortable getting undressed for each massage. He helped with my faja and getting my pants back on when the recovery process was the worse in the beginning. Aww, man I could go on… Miguel. I promise you’re amazing bro! I appreciate you soooo much for everything. I definitely will be back for other services.To ANYONE looking for a trusted business with professional and personable people to help them through recover after having surgery, you would be a FOOL to overlook Palermo Aesthetic and an even BIGGER FOOL to pass over Miguel.Thanks Miguel. Good afternoon, this publication refers to my treatment in this fantastic place. Miguel treated me very attentively and professionally in my lymphatic massages. In summary, he is the best. I totally recommend him.

Miguel made me feel comfortable and at home. Went in for lipo laser and feel a million times better ! He’s very kind , attentive and gentle would suggest this place to anyone that wants to look and feel great 🥹

Went for a 90 minute facial, they only did it for an hour but charged me goes the 90 minutes. No hot towel, no facial massage, terrible facial. Rip off, noisy and not relaxing. Do not recommend the facial was supposed to start at 2:30, didnt start til 2:50, finished at 3:55. Very bad!!!Not only is the response a LIE! As I was leaving the mall, the lady had the nerve to flick me off with both fingers! The website clearly says 90 minutes! If you want a personalized facial as described on their website, this is not the place e to go. The bare minimal was done, as fast as she possibly could. If you want to waste your money, this is the place to go. My only redo would be to get the tip back that I left, it was not earned or deserved.

My mother in law had recommended Miguel at Palmero aesthetics. I was three days post op when I first went to Miguel, and he did not disappoint :). Every session you leave relaxed, as he methodically works to help alleviate the Inflammation and build up fluid utilizing his skills in Lymphatic Massage. He is very attentive, patient, and helps you every step of the way.

Went today to get my lymphatic drainage massage and received excellent service. The young lady gave me great advice on how to continue with my recuperation. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing massages after a cosmetic surgery.

As Im writing this review, it is my third appointment with Miguel. From the first moment he has guided me through different options and always looked out of the best option for me. He always answers all my questions and hes very knowledgeable and professional whenever he takes care of me. As I see how he works, its clear that his client is his first and most important priority. Hes a trustworthy esthetician, and very talented on his work, regardless what service he offers. He will always put his best effort on the attention and care I need.

The location is clean and really nice people. Miguel has been giving me the lymphatic massage and it has helped me recover. He is very nice and answer any question you have. They also speak Spanish and they are very nice and flexible with the schedule.

My treatments/time was with Miguel. This review is for him. I couldnt have asked for a, better qualified, considerate, personalble and professional provider for the 10 session laser lipo package. I always felt comfortable and safe. He furthermore, always had the answers to any questions I had along the way. I few times I needed to change my appt. The day and time. He accommodated everytime. That is a star in the review in itself! I appreciate that. 10 sessions is a commitment. I did see results! I know I need more, but I feel much better about myself now. Im happy with the results. I have received over 18 massages and counting at Palermo Aesthetics. The ambiance is amazing. The massage therapist are polite and inviting. I received post op- lymphatic drainage massages by Miguel after Lipo 360. Miguel is amazing! He is very knowledgeable of the healing process and helped guide me through the process. I felt amazing after every massage. The lymphatic massage includes Ultra-Sound and Radio Frequency. Miguel definitely made my recovery a breeze.

The laser hair removal treatment they do is a scam. 0 stars, the staff is weird. They didn’t go over anything, just sat me in a room and began that fake treatment. Waste of money.

I scheduled 10 sessions at this place for $1000.00, I was only able to complete 4 due to a death in the family out of state. In order for the sessions to work correctly you go in each week. Once or twice a week. If you dont go in weekly your not going to get the results your looking for. So I called and let them know that I had been out of town and the reason why and Im not sure when Ill be back is there anyway I could get a refund, because theres no since if I cant proceed to go weekly. He told me he had to talk to the owner( which BTW Miguel is absolutely amazing)after talking to the owner he told me I was unable to get a refund I said ok so then what happens he said I could come back and finish my massages!!!!! I stated I was ok with not getting a refund but could I at least get it as a credit for other things they do there instead sense Im not sure when Ill be back the owner said no!!!! $1000.00 is not a little bit of money and when a situation that is completely out of your hands happens and their not even willing to work with you is pretty absurd to me and doesnt say much about the company and how they truly appreciate their customers. Im a business owner and I can say that I absolutely with out a doubt try to please or help my customers out in a situation like this!!!!

Miguel is awesome and has done a fantastic job, I’ve done 10 sessions so far and have seen so much progress in my body and am planning on doing more.

I came to this place for eyebrows microblading. Long story short my experience with this was the lady was not friendly nor rude. I just felt like she wanted to get the job over with.So, today I had an appointment for lipfillers at 5 pm but I changed it to 5:45 pm by the time I got to the place it was closed 😅 and when I seen my appt on booky app it said cancelled. When I didnt even cancel. I didnt get a courtesy call nor message.Also I was left with uneven eyebrows looking at others review, maybe I shouldnt come back to this place to get them fixed.

I came in town from Louisiana after having surgery in Miami and I went in for a lymphatic massage and when I tell you I came out feeling so much better than I walked in…if I could stay longer and continue getting treated by them I definitely would.. highly recommend

I had different body sculpting techniques done to decrease abdominal fat and increase muscle tone with Miguel. He is amazing, very caring, professional and gives the extra mile to help you reach your body goal. I definitely noticed a difference and so did my family. I dont know where to start but, normally when people go to spas they go to relax. This wasnt my experience. I went here today for a facial and the service was horrible. Ive never had anxiety during a facial. The rooms are very small.The ceilings are open so you hear everything going on in the other rooms making it even more harder to relax. I went in with makeup on my face due to it being my birthday today and I didnt have time to wash it off but, left there with makeup still on my face which should tell you how bad the facial was.The esthetician was very ruff on my face. Theres no way she is licensed cant be! Judging how the facial was done. Ive been getting facials for over 10 years and Ive never had this experience. She didnt speak English so it was a communication barrier which made the experience even more bad because I am asking questions and she doesnt understand me and I didnt understand her.They did things to my face that I wasnt aware of nor did I know I was getting done simply because I didnt ask for it. I explained that to I assume the owner . She said, the next time ask for someone who speaks English. I booked the appointment with someone who clearly spoke and understood English so why would assume I wouldnt have someone doing my facial that did at least spoke some English.Highly not recommended. Unprofessional and not environment for these services its to loud and noisy. Lets not forget she had ear plugs in playing Spanish music which made it hard to even be in peace getting the service. This isnt coming from a person who felt the need to leave a bad review but, more so from also another business owner who wanted to relax on my day off and received horrible service.I wasnt even greeted when I walked into this establishment either. This is Lakeland Mall its very diverse so its important to be able to cater all people not just Hispanics.Update response: Clearly you seem to have a race issue. This isnt about race this is about customer service and my friends dont know anything about this spa. We actually go to Daydream. I came to your business because you had good reviews and it was my birthday. But, clearly those people probably were Latino so they receive better service and were able to converse with you.I explained to you that I normally went somewhere for this service but they were booked. I arrived in a good mood it was my birthday patiently waiting I arrived 10 mins early for a 3:00 pm appointment and was called back almost 10 mins after my appointment. Your staff and yourself walked passed me several times and never greeted me once, yet I still stayed in got the service.Your esthetician did a dermabrasion on my face without my permission. I was there to get a basic facial. She did not explain what she doing at any moment she just did it. She used wash rags on my face and other products that I wasnt informed of before or during that time because she couldnt speak english.What to expect after this dermabrasion treatment wasnt explained to me either. My face bled and was swollen which I had to find out from another spa that this was part of that procedure. I tried going to get another facial today from a different spa since I didnt get what I asked for from your business and they couldnt do the facial due to your service yesterday.I also walked out of there with the same makeup on that I walked in with. Instead of you taking accountability for the bad service you jump on here accusing me of being a racist and lying saying someone sent me there to give a bad review when in reality I didnt need to come there on my birthday, pay my money to give you a fake review I could of just did that randomly but, Ive never even heard of this place until I visited the mall on Thursday. Also no one cares what language you speak its about being able to cater to all people regardless of race, age, gender or language. Giving good customer service goes a long ways no matter your race Business owner to business owner sometimes its just best to apologize and accommodate.

This place is AMAZING, so many services in one location from facials to waxing, massages and many more. Ive been coming here to get my lymphatic massages for the past 2weeks now and Francis is so knowledgeable and professional, she offers many packages and is very affordable. I highly recommend this place, its always super clean and welcoming.

I just had to come on here and share My Fabulous experience with Palermo Aesthetis 😍😍😍 I started going here on April 26th of 2021 and I am absolutely Blown Away with the results! I did a cavitation package which included a variety of different services and machines to focus on my target area. they were very helpful and laser focus on my results very friendly. Absolutely love the atmosphere its clean and the staff is very friendly! special shout out to my esthetician and cavitation specialist Miguel 😍 who work so hard and diligently to make me happy. This was my first time coming here and my first time getting a Brazilian wax, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I spent $50 and left a $10 tip, just to go home and realize they did not do a good job, leaving multiple patches of hair. I then made an appointment with someone else to have it finished/fixed. The lady at the second place that I went to was astonished at the amount of hair left behind. Along with not doing a great job they also do not do Front and back they only do the front which is not stated on their app where you book your appointment. I will not be returning. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I was very upset with having to go to a second place and paying to have the job finished. I also could not find any reviews on their page about a Brazilian wax so I want to make sure people know what they will get themselves into by going here.

I wasted my money on a laser hair removal session...it was something like my 8th session so i know how the results should be. not even one hair fell out (it has been a month now) so it was a complete waste of money. she told me that the laser settings were on maximum power so either that wasnt true, or the machine doesnt workEDIT:this response given by the owner is a lie. My name is surely in the register. After seeing this response I just called them, spoke respectfully to see what alternatives they have, and she said do more sessions (at the same price, with the same machine that doesnt work). She said it is a new machine and when i asked her what the name/type of laser it is she said i dont know and just hung up on me.

Came in for a facial and I must say I would always take care of my skin. But she really took everything out I was referred by a friend. And from now on she will be the only one taking care of this skin. She was beyond kind and professional! Can’t wait toGo back for more treatments !

I got a Brazilian wax and underarm wax. I came here because I couldn’t make it to my original wax person. When I go to my original wax lady, when she dips that stick in the wax and puts it on my body, she throws it in the trash and and uses a new one everytime. During my session, the person that was waxing me, reused the same stick to pick up wax and reapply to my body. She would have that same stick sitting in the whole pot of wax till she is ready to reapply. I also watched to see if she would throw the stick out when she was done with my session and she did not! She put it aside. Why would you put that same stick you put on my body part in a whole pot of wax that will be used on other people? So I’m wonder if that stick she used on me, was used on previous clients. If so, why would you have this one stick applying wax on so many other people’s body and to think I had a Brazilian wax. Also, I still had hair left back on me, and I have been itching on the areas I got waxed since that day of my appointment. It’s customary for me to apply Vaseline to keep moisturized but I have never had an itching problem after waxing before and it’s been pretty much two weeks since being waxed.

I was wrong in my first review. Since returning and giving it another shot, I am very pleased. I especially want to give props to the lovely young lady who works the front desk. She’s very kind and attentive, answering any questions I may have. I would recommend this business.

I had a lipo and BBL and I found this aesthetic for post-operative massages on Google. They helped me a lot, especially Miguel, who had the patience, dedication and professionalism in my post-operative massages. I came in super sore and left much more deflated in each session. If you dont want me to ruin your face and burn it, dont go. I went to get my eyebrows done and they burned my face a few days before my birthday. The worst experience and terrible pain. They didnt even want to give me the money back. Dont go.
