Relax Room

I was running a few errands in North Lakeland when I decided to get a haircut at Island Style Barbershop. This is where I was informed that there was a zero gravity massage chair literally directly next to the shop. Sounded like a great idea, so I quickly informed my wife, and we made appointments for a Friday night. We took advantage of the 14 days of love for Valentine’s Day that they were running at the time for February and planned our night around receiving a massage to finish it off.We made our way there roughly around 6:45, and greeted by the owners, & complementary drinks. they were very helpful and asked us about what areas we had any pain in or preferred light pressure. The hour went by pretty fast, as I was asleep half of the time. It was so relaxing; it felt like I wasn’t here at the moment but somewhere else. My wife also enjoyed it.After everything was done, had a great conversation with the owners . We would definitely be coming back.

As it was my first time visiting the relaxation spa, I did not know what I was getting myself into. But the atmosphere was warm and festive, being Valentine’s Day season. As we entered the business, we were pretty confused, not knowing where we were going to be seated. However, it turned out we were in for a big surprise when we entered a secret entrance leading to a big room filled with lighting, soothing music, and, of course, chairs. We were then asked questions about pressure points and focus points for our massages. My wife and I received an hour-long massage, enjoying both the housewife mode and the renew option.When our time was up, we were greeted by the staff with complementary drinks. I will definitely be returning; the night prior to the massage was amazing. My wife and I are thinking about getting a membership. One thing to know: definitely wear socks. My wife did not have any at the time, but we were quickly given some from the staff.

Oh wow! Lakelands hidden GEM! Who knew a chair could make someone feel so good?! It was like being massaged by 3 people at once. The various programs use a combination of features to give you an actual zero gravity experience. AND the ambiance is unmatched!! The star-lit ceiling and chill music were perfect for that out of this world experience. Special thanks to Julie for really taking care of me! 10/10 would highly recommend (and after youre finished, be sure to stop at the ice cream store a few doors down! 😉)!

This is an experience you wont regret. They were attentive to detail and didnt miss a beat when it came to pure relaxation. I honestly prefer this over a personal masseuse, not a huge fan of people touching me. The ambience is perfect. Phenomenal owners/staff. This is something you can do solo, on a date or with a group of friends. Highly recommend!

Finally got the opportunity to experience Relax Room. This is by far one of the greatest massage chairs I’ve ever laid in. My line of work contains of physical labor and this massage chair definitely hit all the spots needed. I laid in it for about an hour and a half, fell asleep twice, and felt totally rejuvenated afterwards. If you’re on the north side of Lakeland and need a massage, don’t hesitate to stop in. You won’t regret it!

The atmosphere of this place is really cool and well done. Staff is super friendly and explained things well. However, I’m not sure if I truly enjoyed the massage chair experience. I have used numerous massage chairs over the years and did not feel very relaxed after the message was over with this particular chair. I will say certain aspects of the massage did feel good but overall my body didn’t feel any different.When I left I didn’t feel like spending the money was worth it, but I don’t think I can fully blame the relax room for this. I think three stars is appropriate for my experience as I didn’t see anything negative. Obviously with the massage being the other half of the experience.I would still recommend the relax room asSomething to try and see for yourself.

When I arrived, I did not know what to expect; entered the waiting area and looked at the decor, and was amazed. I continued to look around and wondered what was behind the wall. Before entering, I expected the traditional massage room setting, but this was more than a traditional massage room. It was a Galaxy! I sat down next to the waterfall. Once I was given the instructions on what I needed to do and let the chair take control, I was in another world as I listened to the waterfall and the nice relaxing music.I was blessed with this amazing opportunity to visit the Relax Room for one hour; and I guarantee in that one hour, my body, mind, and spirit was revived. These chairs are very high end massage chairs. They massage your feet, your calves, your legs, your arms, your back, your neck, etc... I really enjoyed the experience. I plan on going again.

It was fantastic. Amazing experience and owner is very polite and very professional. The pain on my lower back was at a 10/10 scale and the chair scan my whole body and it knows exactly how to adjust to your body 0land how it can put the right amount of pressure on each part of the body that is hurting. The chair, the shooting stars on the ceiling, and calming music put me to sleep and woke up after the massage feeling brand new and refreshed.

I came to Relax Room on my day off from working with toddlers and we all know how that can be! When I tell you the relax room brought me to tears from the way the chair grabbed and messaged me I really felt like I was a queen being pampered literally! The chair knew exactly what I needed and where I needed it. I sounds they played in the room topped but off. The staff Jerry was so kind the place was clean and relaxing just like the name says. I will signing up for a membership that’s just how good It was that I need more!! Loved it!!!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I went. We did the 1/2 hour in the massage chair. Not to soft , not to hard. I may or may not have taken a small nap. We will be back.

He was right on time, walked us through the process, and checked in a few times. It was a wonderful experience. I took my husband and he had a wonderful experience. This was perfect for him because he does not like anyone touching him so it was a great alternative. Cant wait to book our next one. Thank you for bringing this to the North Side.

Amazing experience! I have fibromyalgia, today was a bad pain day. At first I was worried it wouldn’t be gentle on my pain areas but definitely not the case. The control for the pressure level is right where your hand is rested, allowing me to adjust it to how it feels. Skeptical of it being able to read my body, it read exactly where I was hurting. Would definitely recommend weather you’re hurting or as a treat for yourself!
