GREAT customer service! I cannot stress it enough. I bought a cart one night and accidentally crushed it in it’s package. Dina offered some of the best support and replaced it for me that evening. I couldn’t believe it but it was so thoughtful and nice of her. Dreams is also one of the easiest places to walk in and ask questions! I’m not all that knowledgeable when it comes to a lot of products and she was so happy to explain. Definitely will be my go to smoke shop from now on. 💕🤗

Ive been coming to this shop for a few weeks now. They have great selections and pricing. The reason I took the time to leave a review is because the owners/operators of this establishment are very nice, and helpful individuals. I recently had issues with some disposable vape pens I purchased there and they were very understanding about it all and swapped me out. I was worried about it beforehand because smoke shops tend to drop the ball in these customer service situations sometimes. I was relieved that they were understanding and willing to work with me. I will definitely be buying from this place whenever I have the chance and so should you!

This was an accidental find, but I love this place! The husband and wife who own it are the coolest people, they always have what were looking for in stock and are always so helpful! I love how their shop is decorated and painted - whenever we go, I am always excited to go in! I highly recommend checking it out!

Our flight was cancelled & had to spend another night in Florida. My husband needed something to calm his nerves & this place is it!!! The lady at the register (sorry didnt catch her name😔) was super helpful & nice. My husband said he will revisit upon our next trip to Florida.

The cashier this morning helped me to choose products to help me with my pain. This place is a lot cheaper than the dispensary that I went to back home. Definitely will be going back there when I need more. Hope I can get to see a dr to figure out this pain quickly!

Dreams smoke shop in Lakeland,Florida is a wonderful place to shop for your local tobacco use or even if your looking for a new pipe or water bong they have all kinds of varieties not to mention the customer service I have received there compared to another local shop in the mall been there a couple times and told the sales associate what my likes and dislikes were for tobacco use and the have pointed in the wrong area a couple times went to Dreams smoke shop in Lakeland and they actually listened to my likes dislikes and concerns rather then just trying to make a sale
