Oh my god! Amazing customer service. As I walked into the store, I had a broken arm, but the front desk employee was on the case and immediately performed emergency surgery. No questions about the service. As I was pass out, the lovely employee performed rib-cracking, bone shattering, but most importantly, life-saving CPR. I came in for a light smoke, and the usual, but little did I know that I was going to have my life saved. Who knows if I had stepped into another store with a broken arm, I could have died! But nonetheless, the undying hospitality and low prices cannot be beat here.

If youre disabled or have any type of disability whether physical or mental I highly suggest you go to this place and see Alex. His customer service is beyond anything I have experienced. Hes patient and so nice taking time to explain everything and help you out to accommodate your needs especially if you have a disability!! Prices were good too. He made sure I didnt leave the shop and worked with me for hours until I was satisfied with what I was getting. Got a new Smoke RPM80 pro kit, e liquid and CBD juice for pain for multiple sclerosis and other Neurological disorders. Theres no other place Im going to be going to as long as Alex is working here. I have been going in there since they first opened. Terry the owner is a great guy, and so is his staff. They are very helpful, and very fair on their prices. They even throw in extras for good measures. They are definitely costumer orientated, and kind people. I will always support their business.

The people who work in this store are awesome, and super friendly. Every time I come in the store I always feel welcome. They can help with anything you need vape or kratom related. I come in and buy a kilo of kratom once a month and theyre always stocked!!

I read a lot of reviews on different smoke shops / vape shops before settling with this one. I walk in and told the young lady and gentlemen in the back that Im new and dont know where to start on picking out a vape. They showed me different mods and explained the difference between them and in the coils and what brand I should try first. Very knowledgeable people and yes I did buy my first vape. I have given this company a ton of business, I’ve bought every vape and accessory I have ever owned from this store, and I had nothing but good experiences. That was, until they sold me a defective product, and upon returning to the store less than 24 hours later the clerk simply told me I was SOL and she was only willing to sell me a new one. I will not be returning and I’ll be advising everyone I know to stay away as well.

You cant beat the service you get here. Top notch! They always remember you and ask how youre doing, they know everything about vaping and tobacco, and are just genuinely honest people. You can get a little lower prices else where but youd be getting way lower quality. Id highly recommend it.

This place is great for people who are starting into vaping like me. I used to just do the ones you throw away. I was very worried about getting an actual vape. Brandon helped me out and showed me all the options to get. He was very helpful. Will definitely come back.

Went in to try CBD, they have a fair variety at decent prices. Customer service is exceptional. I dont vape, but they do have a huge selection. Now they have kratom too! This shop is awesome. Ill definitely be returning monthly. Highly recommended!

I love this place and have been going here for years. I now only come here for my e-cig needs because, unlike other vape shops in town, they actually care about their customers. I was in there today and the owner was selling a customer her very first e-cigarette and thoroughly explaining how to use it, taking his time and answering all her questions. He may not remember this, but he did the same for me years ago when I was new to e-cigs and wanting to quit smoking cigarettes. Years later Im cigarette free! The encounter today reminded me of why I only shop at Vapor House because every associate I interact with there is welcoming, courteous, educative, caring and friendly. Keep up the awesome work!!

Incredibly knowledgeable staff, super polite, very very clean, tons of inventory as far as vapes, juices, coils, papers, cigarette filter tubes and tobacco. They also roll a carton of your choice of filters and tobacco 200 cigarettes in 8 minutes (about $27 a carton out the door) . Not a lot of places that do that anymore, pretty neat. Will be back again (and again, and again). They also have another store in South Lakeland Grove Park so if its not at one store, its a short 10-15 min drive to the other store.

Ripped me off. I purchased the mit45 silver shot for $40 he told me it was 2x the value of the mit45 gold. I get home try it out and find out it’s just a watered down version of the gold and about 1 fifth the strength. I take it back to him and he says I’m totally wrong. I looked it up and on different websites that are selling the same product say the same thing it’s less concentrated than the gold version. Needless to say I won’t be going back there again.

I v been coming to this place for a while 2 yrs are so.All these new hires are told to weight the lose tabaccodepending on what day u go depends om wether u get less are morethis is wrong should be the same for all 2 jack russels what makes it worse is that the owner treats u good everybody else treats u fair one for all and all for one is the right way. I might return dont know yet

Worst vapor store in lakeland. sold me a a setup that they said would work well and didnt. when asked if I could exchange they said sorry about your luck. I even offered to pay a restocking fee if necessary. Will never shop here again. vapor rising down the road has much better service and lower prices

I needed 2 battery cases and stopped by there. I was going to buy some juice as well but after being told it was $6 and change for 2 cheap battery cases that i watched them take off some cheap batteries they had for sale, i decided not to.. most shops give those battery cases away.. Seems like a decent supply of juice. Small supply of lower end mods.

Went in just for a normal coil for my Smok Mag, Was told the mesh coil would be life changing. And it is, Top teir customer service will definitely be going here again.

Best place to get vape stuff in Lakeland. I came here after a bad experience at another vape shop close by that had recently opened. Vapor house is the best! Friendly employees and cheap prices.

Bought a SMOK G-PRIV 2 Mod Box ($105) from them and after 1 week it stopped working. I took into the shop per the recommendation of SMOK, to have it replaced at the expense of SMOK, and they refused to replace it, claiming that I could have misused it. I brought it back home and took it apart. I found out that the power wire soldiered to the 510 threads had come loose. This was an obvious manufacturing defect. I have averaged spending roughly $200 per month in this shop, but I will never be going there again.
