Great selection of cigarettes, cigars, all the other paraphernalia you need to go along with it, as well as e-cigs, etc. Etc. Always very helpful staff and they allow you to call ahead for orders.

Nice environment however whoever is running this business is 20 years behind. The selection of modern day tobacco supplies is lacking big time. This store focuses more on carrying a variety of cigars opposed to electronic smoking supplies.

The worst experience Ive ever had in a retail store. Earlier today, I called to see if they had any nice zippo lighters that I could give as a gift. The woman working said yes, so I went to the location. When I walked in there was one other customer there but she wasnt helping them yet. I walked further into the store and asked if the only lighters they carried were the ones in the case by the door. She said yes, so I walked over to them, and she began assisting the now 2 customers that were in the store. I patiently stood there and looked at the lighters, assuming shed help me when those 2 customers were finished, but 3 more customers walked in and got in line. I stood there patiently waiting, occasionally glancing over at her so that she could see I was still there and needing assistance. She proceeded to help every customer in line, even the ones who had come in after me. Its important to note that I was in CLEAR VIEW of her. She absolutely knew I was there waiting. She never again acknowledged that I was there. Never said shed be right with me, never asked the customers that came in after me to wait a moment so that she could see if I needed anything removed from the display case...nothing. No acknowledgement whatsoever. After about 20 minutes of standing there, PATIENTLY waiting, she finished with the last customer...and then, without a word, she turned and walked away. At the end of the counter, on the employee side, there is a doorway with a hanging curtain. She walked through that doorway and disappeared. I stood there for a few minutes thinking shed come back. She didnt. I said excuse me and absolutely NOTHING. Then, I walked out. She clearly did not want my business. I went to another local tobacco shop and I was clearly upset. Not angry, just confused and upset. I told the gentleman working there what happened. He knew exactly what store and what woman I was talking about without me even telling him the location. I ended up making my way to a different tobacco shop in Lakeland that was AMAZING. LaFamosa Cigars & Pipe Tobacco. The gentleman there was so helpful and the shop is beautiful inside. Anyhow...I just thought Id share this experience.

All I did was sit outside on the bench in front of the store and some “not being racist” black lady comes outside and tells me I’m not allowed to sit there. I was on my lunch break, charging my phone and eating my food. She then says “there’s a sign that says you can’t sit here” but the sign she showed me said “must provide id upon purchase.” I wasn’t buying anything. I’ve never even been inside. If you’re gonna tell me I can’t sit outside and enjoy my lunch break on a public bench, when I work at a neighboring store, because of a “sign on the door” make the sign say that because I will sit where I please until shown a real sign that says otherwise.

They have almost anything you need with a very friendly and helpful staff. We bought a top o matic 4 boxes of tubes a bag of tobacco a voodoo female piece and an ooze battery. We had issues with the battery and they replaced it with no problem. They are very knowledgeable here and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good deal

We frequent this shop quite a bit and I love the smell when you walk in. The store has a great selection of cigarettes, cigars and specialty items like cloves. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Great place to shop and even enjoy a cigar in store.

Really decent selection of cigars and the staff are great, very knowledgeable of cigars and I have loved all their suggestions. Great to have a decent selection of cigars here in Lakeland so I dont need to drive out to Brandon and Ybor city every week.

This place is great for all your smoke needs staff is very friendly and manager steve o knows the in and outs of cigars awesome place will be back for sure.

Never heard of this chain before, but was happy to see it pop up here as it is very close to my house and I use a vaporizer. It’s very new and when I came in they still hadn’t had everything set up and a lot of empty display shelves etc. still, I liked th juice I got and their location. Also, the cashier was pretty hot.

Was excited to find a place that sells tabacco and tubes. Disappointed with the tobacco recommendation. The gentleman that waited on me was very nice however the young lady was kind enough to make some comment out of earshot
