They do not accept returns even if purchased 15 min prior. I understand not trusting the customer who may “return a broken product”. But I just purchased the product, I was informed we no longer need the product and the gentleman at the store refused the return. I understand but do not take the risk on buying something from this store that you may not need/want.

Hands Down, the best vape shop in Cuyahoga County. They always have quality gear, juice and handmade coils. I just used my $75 loyalty rewards.

Will never get a vape here again. I Bought a vape, tried it in the store worked fine. LITERALLY 2 minutes later, the vape juice started burning my tongue bad and vape started defecting. Went back to ask him if he could replace it and he told me no. Once I left the store ( which was literally 2 minutes of me being gone lol) there are no refunds. Save your money and findA vape store that can actually replace THEIR faulty products if needed

This place has by far been the best vape store i have ever been to! The owner has been absolutely helpful and has went outta his way to make sure i was taken care of as a customer! I will not go to another vape store! Also gives me 10%off because i am a vet.

Went in to check this shop out. I thought it was affiliated with the shop I frequent. Turns out they purchased a website that included the other shops name (verbatim) and redirected it to their own site. Seems like a pathetic attempt to steal customers from a more established shop. There are no excuses and this is no way to do business. I did not purchase anything and will never return.

Previously 5 stars.Never had a problem with service at this location, until (clearly) today.Juice was switched into another container, a practice I was assured rudely was done all the time- though I had never witnessed it in previous visits. The lid was then placed on tightly on top of a ring from (previous cap? No clue) which made it hard to remove.So I called. Was told to calm down. He got defensive *Im* the GUY that did that.Ok, cool.I figured out the issue, which is the only saving grace as I wont need to return.I thank you for being pleasant when you were.EDIT: BONUS: its not even the flavor I wanted.

I am impressed with the staff in this store! Always courteous, and also have literally the best donuts Ive ever tasted at their Cafe. Adam was at the counter that day, and was personable and made a great espresso. Will return.

I have been going to Cleveland Vape for years now, these guys helped me set up my first mod, and have been fantastic since day one. I always recommend them to everyone, and will continue to solely come here as long as I live in the Cleveland area. Theyre all very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with excellent customer service. The coffee shop addition is fantastic too, and has amazing coffee! Love, love, love these guys and hope they stay in business for many years to come.

My first visit was great with awesome customer service. I walked in a newbie; I left with the knowledge, and tools needed. My salesman was friendly, and knowledgeable.The store is large, and well stocked. They stock plenty of premium e-juices, plus their own mixs. If your looking for the newest mod, tank, or accessory they probably have it.

Extremely friendly. Every time ive visited, the employees at Cleveland Vape and gone above and beyond to help me. They never scoff or give you attitude no matter how long youre there. Prices are what youd expect from a retail store but the employees make recommendations based on experience with the product, they dont just try and sell the most expensive item. I wish I could give this store more stars. Good job guys!

First, to anyone browsing the reviews to figure out the store hours, it should he 8am-8pm.If it is listed as anything different, based on my brief conversation with one of the folks that work there (name omitted for the sake of their privacy), apparently the store has tried multiple times to change it over to the new hours on google maps but it keeps on reverting back to the hours they first opened up with. I suggested it could be because of their website having the old hours listed and not being updated, but apparently they dont have access to updating the website. So whatever you see when you visit the website is just a snapshot taken by the domain. If you arent savvy with web hosting, just know its a decorative placeholder.Now as for my experience, normally, due to privacy reasons, I dont like leaving public reviews. However, with all the most recent negative reviews being months old, I wanted to clear the establishments name and provide my positive experience.I had showed up roughly about an hour before the store was about to close and my interactions with the staff making the coffee and handling the vape shop were wonderful. They were extremely helpful when I had issues reading the different disposable vapes flavors, and were upfront regarding what products were well received vs. not as great. They even pre-emptively gave me replacement units for a brand they knew were faulty before I could even ask!Even though I purchased already $50+ in vaping devices and coffee, I stuck around to ask about their Delta-8/10 disposable vapes. They were extremely knowledgeable in explaining how the different strains are produced, the different products they sell, and also let me know of upcoming products they were bringing in stock. I was pretty impressed and didnt mind purchasing another $40+ in items again 😂.Overall, knowledgeable, personable, and just a great experience, one that I will be happy to return to very soon ✌️.

Extremely fair prices, and helpful staff. Placed an online order with them on a Saturday, and hadnt received a shipping notification several days later. Called to follow up with Jeff, who was very pleasant. He contacted me the following day to advise me that this particular order is fulfilled by the manufacturer. He apologized for the delay, and explained that the order would ship out that day, with several extras.Couldnt be happier with my experience. I have placed many online orders before, with multiple vendors, and have never been treated with this kind of courtesy, or attention.I will be making it a point to stop by and personally give thanks on my next road trip.

Great shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really go out of their way to help you out and answer any questions you have. Good selection of new and gently used mods and tanks plus supplies for building your own coils. Highlight is the juice selection, though. Hands down the best juice around. Plus you can mix flavors and customize your nicotine level. Cant recommend them enough.

They have a great selection of products for what I need. I’m very particular about what kind of juice I use and I usually don’t try brands or flavors that other people recommend because I end up not liking it. That changed when I started asking the girl there to recommend juices or asked her if she tried ones I was interested in and she always picks the perfect product for me. This is definitely best shop in the area and all of the employees are really nice and helpful and know what they’re talking about. Only negative is the prices can be around $5 more than the other places I go but I don’t mind considering I’m saving more since I’m not buying a product I don’t like and throwing it away. It’s giver take honestly because at the same time other products cost less than other places. Just try this shop and I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. They understand the most important rule in business is returning clients and they always try to help.

This place has gone downhill. They have a bunch of females working there that dont know anything about their products. Went in to get a basic pen setup and every question I had they couldnt answer. Thankfully Scott interjected when he did, He was able to answer all my questions. Only reason Id come back here is cause of him.

The guy that helped us out (I believe his name was Kyle) was SUPER helpful and knowledgable and very patient with us, as neither myself nor my boyfriend had any idea what we were doing lol. Showed us how to use our pens, didnt act like I was stupid when I thought mine wasnt working when in actuality I just hadnt turned it on (lol) and let us try out lots of different juices. Honestly it was a fun experience, and Im very happy with my purchase. This place is great! And special shout out to Kyle for being awesome!

The first the person I dealt with was not very knowledgeable and he followed me around the store but when Adam stepped in he literally saved my night because my dude was completely irritated with the first person who helped us. If you go here ask for Adam he’s the absolute best! 🤗

Staff is always nice and helpful. Since the Covid-19 stuff started, I have been doing more online ordering. Two of my orders, some of the items weren’t in stock (ok no big deal, I understand that) well on my second order from them, they emailed me saying the coils I ordered weren’t in stock and asked if I wanted a refund or a different set of coils (.6, 1.0 and 1.6 is what the brand comes in) I responded and said I would take the refund. It’s been at least a week and still haven’t received my refund. Also I didn’t get my refund for a liquid on another order that wasn’t in stock. I have been giving them business for almost 3 years, but it looks like I will be looking for a new vape store for my liquid and coils

Long story short, my mod that I have used for a few years finally shorted out. I came in late, and unfortunately they didn’t have a replacement in stock… Here’s the best part, Johnny was so helpful that he mentioned to me another spot that may have the mod in stock. (They did!!!) At any point they could have tried to sell me something I didn’t want/need but he listened to me and made sure I got what I needed. That is WORLD CLASS! I don’t have enough great things to say about CLE Vape. Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. I was genuinely blown away with the help… bought some coils that I needed and will definitely be back. Love CLE Vape! You have a customer forever! ✌🏼❤️

WOW! In today’s digital day-of-age I rarely find a company that gets real customer service right as well as Cleveland Vape Distribution LLC does. I mean, these guys are AMAZING! They are so helpful and friendly whenever I need help of any kind. When I call or email, they answer or get back with me quickly. They’re always in a great mood, happy, and it’s honestly contagious! I’ve bought so many products and services from companies that just don’t do what they say they’ll do. But with Cleveland Vape Distribution LLC, that’s just not the case. From the beginning of our relationship they have delivered time and time again. And, they continue to do EXACTLY what they say they will do. Their service is amazing, my results have been above what I expected, and I can’t think of anything they could do to make my experience better. HIGHLY recommend!

I went there a few days ago after work. There were 2 gentlemen working one was a little older with lip piercings and glasses I believe his name was Joe. He was very helpful and every question I threw at him he had factual statistics to support it. And there was a younger guy with glasses and taller I think his name was max Im not too sure he also helped me alot. And he also knew factual statistics and helped me a lot also. He also gave me a lot of advice on switching from tobacco. So far Ive yet to see an establishment more professional than you guys thank you. 10/10

Ive got to say this is hands down my favorite vape shop in the Cleveland area. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and have everything you could need in stock. The environment is really comfortable to hang out for a while and their coffee is awesome! Being open late is a huge plus!

I received a text today that it was customer appreciation day so I decided to check it out and get some juice. The young man that waited on me was very polite and knowledgeable, he listened to a problem I had with an internet order from another shop. He had a solution to my problem and now I am happy with my original order. I then went to the taste bar(which is awesome) he patiently waited on me and answered questions. When I went to cash out he informed me if I spend a few more dollars I would be entered in the big drawing so I got another bottle of juice. I won the drawing!!!! Bad customer service! Went in to use my points specifically said I had “218” tried to use them to get some liquid and the guy told me I had 43. I even showed him it says 218 he said we don’t use AppCard no more yet alone it’s not my fault it says 218 so he gets upset and throws the oil out if that was the case you should’ve gave it away won’t be shopping here again. Won’t consider myself a loyal customer anymore

I love this place. Great staff. ( Knowledgeable about everything as well as safety) juice selection is easily the best in the West cleveland area and possibly northeastern ohio. The store is well kept , clean , stocked. It has a juice bar , pool table ,super clean bathrooms ( which is always a plus at these places) , drinks and juice as well as a arcade machine and small table to build on. Its a great place for beginners to pick up a new set up , or experienced vapers to get their cloud on. Huge store , great stock , prices are best around for juice as well. Their house line kills the competition. And over all great experience. I will definitely be back and as well as maybe my newest favorite shop overall.

Bought a vape here a year ago on some high recommendation, very educated staff. When things started to malfunction they stood behind their product when I went back today. Very happy with all of the people that I have worked with from Cleveland Vape.

I love this place! I come here pretty often (once or twice a week) and all the staff are friendly, know all about everything in the shop, from juices, to mods, and tanks, to the CBD products they carry. Im gonna keep going here for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend!

BEWARE: all sales are final. husband went to buy a charger because he thought his had gone bad. Turns out it was the adapter that you plug the charger into. Not even 20 mins he went back and they refused to refund his money. Didn’t even give him a receipt, now we have an extra charger sitting brand new in the box. 20$ down the drain. Well, they will not be getting a dollar more from us. Go to Vapermate, staff is way more helpful and fair in price. Never had a problem there. Only went to this place because it was closer at the time. Won’t make that mistake again.

My husband and I have been smoking ecigs we purchase online and it was costing us $200 a month for the cartridges. We though switching to e liquid would save us $100-$150 a month, but were unsure about switching. The guys here were awesome and super helpful and patient with our questions. The best was they didnt try to sell us the most expensive product, he listened to us and helped us find a product that would best suit our needs. We are both very happy with our new purchase. We will definitely continue to shop here for all products even though there is another vape store only 2 min from our house!Thank you guys!

Went into the shop on 7-23-16 and I was very happy. I normally go to another shop but Cle Vape had a mod that I wanted. The shop was great. The staff was awesome. Price was great. They won me as a customer in one visit. Keep up they great work guys!

This is best shop in northeast ohio by far. They have the biggest lounge area, a pool table, some video games, and of course a great juice selection with a giant tasting bar. Tony the owner, and his staff are knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about their customers and they go to great lengths to make you feel at home and get off the stinkies!!!

The guys were great! My wife and I were looking to upgrade her vape, she had a starter kit we bought about a year ago. The advice they gave us with upgrading to a new 30 watt and what tanks to use was the best we have ever had. We have also been to many other vape stores in the area at least 5. This one is by far my favorite and they just recently opened so they are still getting their inventory together. They have this line of zombie flavors which are the best flavors we have tried so far. They came in very cool bottle and were easy to use when filling the tank. We were also able to try all the flavors we wanted to before deciding which ones to buy. They also have specials and a rewards program.

This place robbed me of 24.84... I have been dealing with them for 2 years and have never had an issue until the last 2 weeks.... They listed an item on their website which I purchased that they dont stock... I was charged for it and have yet to receive a refund which they claim they have issued... 2 years of business and they would rather have me stop shopping there than give me what they owe... I dont want anything for free but I will spend 5 grand in court to get my refund... Im not going away... Nina is great but the store manager is not a smart man at all.. He lacks normal intelligence and its a sad state of affairs

There juice selection is phenomenal as well they carry the best of the best in premium juices and there mixology line is the best bang for your buck in the area! Only 13.99 for a 30ml!! If you vape and havent been to this shop you are missing out!!

Cleveland Vape is fantastic...they sell great hardware for the beginning vaper, sub-ohm folks, dripping enthusiasts, and everyone in between. The environment is friendly and welcoming with staff who enthusiastically meet your needs, and their house juices are shockingly premium in terms of flavor and quality...honestly, Ive been to dozens of vape shops over the years, and Ive never been to a place with such good house juices.I was visiting from out of town and was looking for a place that matched the quality of my store at home...if I ever moved to Cleveland, this would be my spot. Hell, from now on when I visit, visiting here will be a part of the trip, just so I can snag some more Sixth City juices. Check em out.

I was in there early April. I just quit cigarettes recently and was having a very hard time without them .Constantly clicking my fingers or having to hold pens and pencils in between my fingers just to stay relaxed. It was maddening .I spent so much money on gum fot it to last me a half a day. My friend told me to try vaping and I was scared at first that it would be just like smoking. But she took me to you guys to check it out. I had 2 associates help me out and they were wonderful. They were really understanding about my situation and they helped me choose the mod kit that was best for me. They respected that my budget was kind of tight and they still worked with me. Definitely will come back .

The staff and the patrons are friendly enough, however their vape juice burns a lot faster, and their juice coats the wick on the coils, making them burn out much quicker.I have found a place with custom made vape juices, that last much longer, their prices seem a lot more reasonable too. I love the staff there. Its called Erie vape on Colorado ave.its worth the drive. Five stars*****

Been coming here for years, but it seems no matter who they have staffed the customer service is very lacking. Stopped in to make a quick purchase, was not greeted when entering and was left standing at a counter for over ten minutes without a single notion that a customer had walked in. Will not be returning.

I was there about an hour ago and Danny attended me. I’m new to CBD products and he was extremely awesome and patient and explained to me everything about every single CBD product they have. I ended up with the huckleberry gummies since I’m a first timer but I will definitely be going here from now on. I was just amazed on the customer service Danny provided. Thanks Danny!

Just moved back to town. Vaping was not a thing when I lived here last, so I did some research. The selection of juice is truly a spectacle. Im far from a typical mod/tank customer, more toward the high end. Their hardware selection and pricing even got me to jump on a discounted, but rare dripper.

I had an absolutely Terrible experience at this establishment. I purchased a vape here 2 months ago that recently just stopped working so I brought it into the shop hoping they could fix it... they proceeded to tell me it wasn’t working because I lost some insulator piece on the vape THAT NEVER EXISTED. I tried to explain it never came with the piece they were talking about and asked them if they could show me the piece they were referring to on a newly packaged vape and they would not open a new one to show me (because the piece doesn’t exist!!!). I lost about 100 bucks over it. Very inconsiderate and rude staff overall.

Tons of products and variety, very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are all happy to educate and explain everything. Recommend 10/10 for selection and service.

Used to be the best shop around that all changed when they only started selling 0mg vape juice and started pushing there nicotine packets that tears peoples throats up I understand trying to save your customers money but other shops have it worked out with distributors to eat the price increases ( shop owner and distributor)on the taxes that where raised I been to multiple shops and asked many questions about this and so far Cleveland vape is the only one I seen do this its all good trying to save money. This is just one of many things ... u guys used to be an epic place to go to would always tell everyone I knew but that has changed if anyone is looking for there favorite brand of vape juice with the original nicotine that comes in it there are other shops just call around and it would still be the same price

I decide to stop in last month on my home, to check put there selection and was really impressed by their customer severice, they took the time to sit down with and show me how to work my dripper and rebuild the coils and even invited me to hang out at the shop for a while.

Plugging the vape into the wall to charge the batteries will hurt the batteries. I get it. I got it the first 6 times you said it but that doesnt make me want to buy your overpriced wall charger any less than I already do.
