I drove from Reading (45 minute drive) because I heard great things about this place. I suffered from extreme back pain and I went to a bunch of therapists with no improvement. So, when I came here (after massage) I felt brand new, so I figured I’d write a review here. Let me tell you they give a very great deep tissue massage with hot stones. I feel great now, way better then before I showed up. I will definitely make this trip up here again. It was well worth it. I would recommend this place 4 sure.

Went to Vivian’s today with a friend for pedicure’s and we had an excellent experience! We were able to get right in on short notice and both technician’s were very friendly, kind, professional, skilled, and informative! The environment was clean and peaceful! Vivian’s offers a wide range of services including nails, waxing, lashes, haircuts, massages, and make-up tattooing to name a few! Check them out and support this great local business!

Four of us walked in and they were gracious to us, took us in without a word of complaint. Very hard-working women, tried (and succeeded!) their best to give us everything we needed. Of course it took a while (I’ve read the reviews of ppl complaining about that) but we expected it, given the amount we asked for without an appointment. We left there with beautiful nails and toes (I got a pedicure). I will add it was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten.. Quality takes time. We are thrilled with this place and will return.

Got my first mani-pedi here. They’re were very flexible with appointment scheduling. The salon was clean and comfortable, and everyone was very friendly. They did such a good job, everything looks and feels great :)

Took my wife to have her nails done! Perfection at its finest! They do it all! Well worth the drive if you dont live in the area thats how good they are!

Shes very nice. Makes you feel welcome. The best at pedicures. Theres nowhere else that has given me the best pedi for those with toes and feet that are hard to take care of. Go to vivian she will make them look fabulous. The massage she gives with the end on your feet amazing.

First time coming, and I will be returning! Very welcoming, took my appointment with only 30 minutes notice. Super patient & precise. Gave me exactly what I asked for, and even did 3 nails over on her own account to make it perfect. Felt more at home here on my first visit then I have in my last salon that I’ve gone to for years!

So in love with my nails!!!!! This salon is beautiful and very very clean. They have a lot of services to offer such as facials, massages, waxes, hair styling, microblading etc. It really is a one stop shop. The owners are amazing and very personable, I felt like Ive been going here for years (which I loved). I am very picky and Vivian exceeded my expectations, I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Walked in on a whim for a manicure and pedicure and Vivian had no problem fitting me in. She was so friendly and personable and gave an excellent pedicure- probably the best I’ve had! I will definitely return and highly recommend to others. Very clean salon too!

Vivian is the sweetest woman! She works with you and is very easy to communicate with. Every time I leave the salon I am very satisfied with my nails and get so many compliments on them! She loves and cares about her job and clients and I couldn’t recommend her more. I love Vivian Salon!

I love vivian!She has a passion for her work and takes her time to ensure every customer of hers leaves happy. She is so kind and always makes me feel so welcomed. As i wait to be seen, she always offers me some water. When im struggling to pick a color she never makes me feel rushed if anything she takes her time just to help me find a color im happy with. she even designs it very pretty when i dont know what to get ! I only been here a few times and i absolutely love it at her salon! i

I had an appointment. I showed up for my appointment and Vivian had just started someone’s nails, Vivian asks me to wait a half hour or so, meanwhile that nail client had also waited a while for her nails! No other technician’s, her brother was on the phone sitting next to the nail client speaking another language. So unprofessional. No tv on, no music. Nothing welcoming! No other employees? Like… huh? I won’t be returning. I left very dissatisfied. I was looking forward to making this my local salon! I do nails, eyelashes, wax and now it’s her loss. I wish her well, but that was terrible. Plus her brother, so not professional with his conversation choices. Well, beware if you go. It’s just HER, Vivian and HER BROTHER.

Vivian is by far the best nail 💅 salon to go to. Ladies if you want to feel relaxed on your next (ME)time date you need to stop into Vivian salon. They never rush to get you done, truly care about the clients wants and needs at the same time. When you leave you are definitely a satisfied customer. Vivian truly take care of there clients along with her wonderful staff a real (A)team....teamwork is truly important 😘😘😘

Vivian is one of the most attentive nail ladies i have ever come too. She did an amazing job on my eyelashes. She does an awesome job with nails as well. When something isnt the way you want it she takes the time to correct it. Ill definitely continue coming to her!

Best salon I have ever been to! Vivian and staff are so friendly and amazing at what they do! Salon is so clean and beautiful! My daughter and I went for pedicures and they were so attentive and sweet! I went back for a full set of nails and eyelash extensions, nicest job I have ever had! They just got a new customer for life and will recommend them to everyone!

Vivian was taking time to do my pedicure. She’s down to earth for the service. Very nice personality. The salon is so elegant and clean. A lot of beautiful nail polish to choose. I definitely come back.

10 STARS!! I am so glad to have ran into this place! I came in to check it out and I loved how clean a beautiful the salon is, the ladies were so wonderful I ended up getting a full set of beautiful gel nails and now I’m coming back to get my lashes done, eyebrows, and maybe facial. It started off great. I loved that it was extremely close to my house. But the more times I went there, the worse my manicures got. The First Lady that ever did my nails, Shirley was amazing, she took her time and shaped them exactly how I wanted. Then I had to come back because one broke and I was sent to the gentleman, Visa, I think is his name. He put my nail on extremely crooked and when I said something to him, as nice as possible, he got upset and handed me off to someone else. I just got my nails done for my birthday by Vivian and it was a new full set and they are awful! They are lumpy and not filed down and there are little air bubbles all over my nails!!! My thumb nail is crooked and some aren’t even the same size. I had to get two fixed this morning because they broke at work and I went as soon as they opened and I again had to deal with the gentleman. First of all, he didn’t even match them up to my other nails and they are so thin and crooked and it’s so obvious that they don’t look like my other nails. They don’t even look like each other! And they are constantly asking you if you want more services and it gets to be extremely annoying. My sessions are constantly being interrupted because someone new walks in and they will just get up and take care of them. There’s no reason why me getting two nails fixed this morning should have taken 40 minutes! I’d rather drive the 10-15 minutes to my old salon than to ever go back to Vivian’s Salon ever again!!!!

First time here. Felt very welcomed and received great service. My toes look great and Vivian fixed and strengthened my broken nails. I could not have asked for more. I will be returning!

The owner seems to overbook everyone! My nails fell off after a week! My nail tech nice lady but she made my nails bleed and with COVID washing and hand sanitizing is required for everywhere you go. I was literally in pain every time I washed my hands or use alcohol to wipe my hands. I don’t recommend this place. The price doesn’t match the quality of the nails and treatment.

I went in for a fill and they took FOREVER and after this guy taking his good old time i expected them to be perfect it was the complete opposite. acrylic was so thick and he got acrylic and gel polish all over my hands. i was really hoping they would be good but i was sadly disappointed.the guy was also so pushy to my friend and i. he kept wanting her to get her nails done when she didn’t want too. he asked her 2 times for a full set and then another 3 times for a color change. he asked me if i wanted my toes done 3 times. he kept asking if i wanted glitter on my nails and i said no. he then offered me cookies 2 times and kept saying how good they were. when i say no i mean no my answer isn’t gonna change. very pushy here and won’t be returning.

I called to make an apointment and still waxing walk ins were taken before us. It seems like only the manager knows how to do nails. My friend and i went in today for manicures and they look really sub-par. She has a few crooked acrylics, and the shaping doesnt match from nail to nail. The lady doing my nails completley forgot to put the color i selected on my ring fingers, then sloppily put it on over top after i said something. This is super close to home, so i wanted it to be great, but it was a very dissapointing experience for $75.

Horrible place to go, I been here about four times. Each time I had a different person, the staff takes too long and my nails still look a mess at the end of service. I was charged double the amount I was charged EVER. Vivian said one price then a lady that was not working on my nails said another price. I will not be returning there. However, Vivian has always been nice when I did go there. I got gel and my nails had a blue tint for base coat. Very disappointed and high upset.

This place is absolutely terrible! My nails look disgusting! I have nail polish on the back of my hand and all around my finger nails. The lady, who im guessing was the manager because her name was Vivian, had put the powder stuff basically all over my entire finger. I now have to sit here and waste even more time to peel it off. I also have chunks of the powder stuff all under my nails, that she took no effort in trying to remove. She cut me multiple times with the machine that they use. I have a sore, basically like a paper cut on the side of my finger and she just kept going over it with the machine constantly after I asked her to stop because it hurt! I was there for 1 hour and 30 minutes and during that entire time I was getting my nails done. I only got a full set put on! I didn’t even have to wait, but this took absolutely forever and I had a very awful experience as one of their new clients, whom will also not be returning. I honestly hope this place gets shut down. She acted as if they were tight on money. I felt this way because everytime someone pulled in she said, out loud, “Oh are they coming in here, it looks like they are coming in here!” And that is how I got cut once out of the 4 times. (They didn’t even come in) Like pay attention to what you are doing! I was also asked 7-8 times if I wanted to get my eyebrows done or get fake lashes put on. I was asked 3-4 times if I wanted to get my toes done. She also told me god only knows how many times that they do waxing, eyebrows, facials, massages, etc. If I said no the first two times don’t continue to ask me. My answer won’t change. I will never go here again, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!!!!! Do not go here! First of all, the owner kept trying to push more expensive services on me when I just wanted a gel polish change. When I said no for the 5th time she was extremely rude. The owner then did my gel and did not take off all of my nail polish underneath. Then a few hours later the gel started chipping off. I went back for a refund since it was horrible and she fought with me and would not refund for the gel manicure that lasted 3 hours. Incredibly rude owner who only cares about money and not the quality of work

Awful experience. Appt took so long. The skin around all of my nails is raw and one is bleeding. My nails are all different lengths. Half are coffin, half are square. There is gel polish all over the skin and a big bare spot on the side of my nail. 8/10 were filed crooked. My nails were burning because the e-file was on full blast for extended periods of time. Could not have had a more painful/worse experience. Getting them redone asap as soon as my fingers heal.

I came in for a mani-pedi on June 14–it’s now July 4th and my nails still look great! Shirley did an amazing job (and my nails were a wreck to start with); really professional.

Will not be returning. Apparently scheduled appointments are not a priority to them. As they make you want well over 45 min. Got up to leave and they say we almost done uh no you are just filing the nails of the 3 other people in here. You are not almost done. Then to have 3 of us waiting that had appointments for so long. Had a walk in come in as we were waiting and you tell them you be right with them. Horrible service

False, advertising expensive and demeaning to customers when they have a budget to keep. Owner yelled across the room you dont have enough money ohh you dont have enough. Hmm I had 50.00 which is enough in any other salon. I went into this one because of their flyers on the windows. When you go in its a totally diff price. I walked out went 3 miles down the road and found the most special nail salon.

I’m at this salon right now. Vivian is giving me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She takes her time. I highly recommend this place.

They took great care of my husband and I. Very caring and personalized. Definitely returning in 2 weeks for fill in.

My appt was at 9am.... they showed up 10mins late which wouldn’t have been an issue but then when my pedicure was done the woman was so rough and actually hurt my leg in the process of buffing my one foot left a red mark on my leg and everything... also got a basic purple full set and the $45 pedicure package ... which makes my basic purple full set $55 dollars which would be ok if they’d done a better job with it but one of my nails is crooked and another has a glob under it from when she shaped my nail... idk if I’ll be going back to this place...

Very cheap nails paid 70$ for 4 of my nails to fall off in 4 days I go back to show her she said I need a refill cause 2 of my other nails are falling off nails are supposed to last 2 weeks!!! Very rude
