I stop in here once a week for vape juice and they always have what Im looking for in stock, lots of coils and all the juice you could want. Some mods available too, they also carry a wide select of other smoking related items as well. Staff is always helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. Highly recommend!!

I love to shop for a deals. This is one of my spots. I always ask about discounts. I usually can find one here. If youre a true vaper or anything of the sort, they have what you need. Pens, tobacco, rollers, etc. You name it, they got it.

The guy behind the counter has a real bad attitude and if its called a super store.. youd think they would have everything.. but they dont.I was there for autodraw batteryGo somewhere else..

I’ve been visiting different smoke shops around the country now for about 4 years and this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a shop across the board. Service was terrible, the employee was rude and was not helpful at all. I understand having a bad day but call in sick if you won’t be able to do the basic function of your job. I wasn’t asking for a song and dance but a few questions answered and some simple product recommendations. I was willing to let the service slide if the products turned out okay. They were $10-15 more expensive than other shops in the area but I don’t mind paying a bit more for a quality product and good vibes when shopping. Unfortunately they struck out there too. Both products broke with in less than 24 hours of purchase. I’m really disappointed and won’t be returning due to the low quality of inventory and the subpar customer service. In their defensive I did not try to return the products because I didn’t have a receipt (I didn’t want to stay there any longer to get the receipt and assumed the products would be legit) I’m not sure how they would’ve handled a return situation but after my first experience I didn’t even want to try and found it easier to eat the hundred bucks. All that to say I really wouldn’t take the risk with this place, there’s plenty of options.

Exceptional quality in employees they are all nice and are comfortable with helping you with selecting products. Each employee has their specialty so if you dont get the answer you are looking for just try asking another employee. They offer quality rewards for returning customers with a punch card. It covers everything in the store but the state taxed items.

Overpriced and that’s coming from a big city. Selection is shoddy at best. Paid $36.99 for a vape that died, wouldn’t charge and we were already back home from our trip so nothing to be done about it. Staff was pretty inattentive and flat out ignored us, talking about “street beef” at checkout, tossed receipt at me. A red carpet isn’t necessary but a small acknowledgment would be cool as to not make me question if I’m in some strange simulation.

They got everything you want the rest of tobacco shops dont have nearly the supplies that these people carry their great nice people p I highly recommend this place

The staff have excellent customer service skills and are very knowledgeable of how all their products work and which is best suited for customers preferences, lifestyle and budget. Not only do they offer great insight into their products but they show and/or let they take it out of its packaging and will give a demonstration of the inner workings.Love this place!

Reasonable prices on disposable vapes and biggest plus is the sampling before you it. Nothing worse than spending $20 + on vape that tastes awful.

Very knowledgeable about products! Willing to negotiate price if you find it cheaper elsewhere. Wide variety of products available. Prices are fair and definitely reasonable. They have a great selection of disposable vape and juices for regular vapes, they have a lot of different devices to offer. The owner is very nice and very helpful and willing to work with you and help any way he can. Their selection of cbd products is also quite big and the overall prices are really fair. Ive been there 3 times and its probably my favorite shop to go to right now.

I will stop here every time Im in Lancaster. Great deal on vape juice and the guy behind the counter didnt act like he knew something he didnt. Instead he cheerfully looked up the cool I needed for my vape. Average prices for vaping gear, awesome deal on vape juice

One of the best customer service I ever got in smoke shop around here. I had issues with my vapor device and they help me out and got juice as well.On top of all good collection of device and tobacco products you get. Very clean shop. Yes you can vape in here and it is not cloud nine. They have a wide range of items that you can smoke and smoke out of. Their vape juice selection was good. They have a lot of flavors in their house juice. They have a lot of flavors in the premium as well. Not a big selection on mods and coils. The main down part is that there was only one person working. Well when you have over 5 customers in there, it gets bad. Definitely a nice place, we will be back.

The staff here are awesome and knowledgable about their products and extremely helpful. Very inviting staff makes you want to just hang out and chat for a bit with them, and learn about new products dealing with smoking and vaping. Definitely recommend, the prices are good as well.

I been coming to this shop for several years.... this stores location is the best ! They are always getting new items every two to three weeks there. Used to be a good place but its way over expensive now and the older gentleman that works the front counter is kind of rude wouldnt recommend unless youre in a pinch

Nice little store for all your tobacco, kratom, cigarette tubes and machines, vape products, and glass. Cheapest place weve found yet to stock up on our cigarette supplies vs other locations nearby. Always in and out with no issues either. 👍

Expensive. And homeboy talks a lot. Came to pick up a couple of things, we were kept there for a good 30 minutes because the employee wanted to tell me his life story.

Terrible experience bought a vaporizer for $160 and it wouldnt even get warm for the first time.called and they told me to bring it back in, when I finally brought it in two days laterthey had to make sure that they were going to get their money back from the distributor first before they could give me my money back. Very poor experience very poor indeed. Better business bureau will be called.

Didnt have the vaporizer I was looking for , the saleman did the absolute best job he could to entice me on another model but it wasnt what I wanted . A for effort my guy.

When I first started vaping I literally kept breaking my stuff and the staff here ALWAYS helped me without making me feel inferior lol. Very expensive vape shop but its because of Pennsylvania state taxes jeez I rather drive out if state to buy my needs but the staff is totally cool & friendly as well as helpful its not there fault the taxes are so high but even their mods & devices are more pricey then other stores ive visited...

Gang of Girls I was riding shotgun for stopped in. I smoked my Delaware bought cigarette waiting outside. Inhale the cheaper price and exhale the still cheaper price then cigarettes here. Also found out they charge more for 100s which measure 100mm then Regular cigs which are 81mmtell me how it is legal to charge more for 19mm and technically the filter is longer on 100 then regular so it is probably even less size difference. It is just a psychological effect for someone who smokes regularlyLove to fact check the state and federal laws as far as how legal it is to sell them at different prices.Delaware the only cigarettes that are different price are the 72s and this is just menthol cigarettes Im speaking of and Marlboro brand.Really hope they dont sell loosesies too..

Stopped by to pickup cigarette tubes, since we make our own cigarettes. We got what we wanted, but it was almost double the price we normally pay at a different store in Lancaster city.
