I absolutely ❤️❤️❤️ their new shop! It looks awesome ladies!! This has became my favorite vape shop here in Lancaster!! They moved right across the street into a new space & it looks sooooooo good 👍🏼 They also have extended their hours to staying open later !! 🫶🏼 The ladies that have always helped me have ALWAYS been SUPER nice!!.. 🥰

I went in there on july 8 2024 and got a THC vape that was 3 grams.When I got to the car, the juice was leaking out of the bottom. So I went back into exchange it The cashier opened the same kind of vape that was the same brand and saw that they was all like that. When she asked if I would accept a 2 gram vape for a replacement. I said no politely I want a 3 gram vape that’s what I paid for. So I pointed out politely that there was a 3.5 gram vape and she flipped out and said there was no way she was gonna give me something with a higher price or grams . While I understand that, she was Very rude and unprofessional about it.As A establishment They should make it right for the customer.

My #1 vape shop! cheap prices, friendly employees, good atmosphere. Great selection and deals! Highly recommend.

They must have a poorly managed business to be desperate enough to hand out their advertisement material at the competitors door. Pitiful! I would not give my money to people that behave like this.

2 thumbs up. Helpful employees. They got everything but there more so on the mod kits side versus royal whose got the disposables.

The worst. Everything is 6 feet behind the counter so you cant see anything. The lady was super rude and not at all helpful. When I asked her what sweet flavors they had in a type of vape, she just read off every flavor, and said she didnt understand what I meant by sweet. Avoid at all costs!

The old lady didnt like she made me wait 20 mins for 1 costumer looking at stuff so i left now the yound lady with black hair now shes amazing only reason ive went there a year now tbh only reason super nice and bery helpful

Ive been going to Uprite Vapor for some time , used to play pool their with a few buddies and just enjoy the environment. But the other day I went in to get me a couple Elf bars like I normally would (nothing wrong with them) but I got a 25 dollar mystery bag. It contained an old vape , which looked like it had been returned. But upon closer examination it was quickly apparent it had been used. Missing its charging cable only made it that much apparent that it was a return. I understand mistakes but since I didnt walk out with a receipt I only found myself frustrated by the disgusting purchase.

This is a really good Ive been to the one in Columbus and the one in Lancaster they are both great! Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Big variety on vape juices and vapes.love love this place!!

Love this selection of vapes and juices but unfortunately every time I go into this store to purchase something an older woman with dark hair always has something nasty to say to me she literally told me I had a mole on my nose today ( I dont)shes commented on my weight before and also she told me another time I went in with my husband that she thought he was my son I would love to be able to talk to the manager about this because shes extremely unprofessional and so is this review but they unfortunately dont have a website they need better help

Fake products, bad management, Don’t go there.

I was traveling for the weekend and was taken to Ohio, where I happened upon this AWESOMENESS!!!The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were so freaking incredible!!!My friend and I visited the store twice while were staying in the area!!There were plenty of other stores in the area, but after visiting this one we didnt want to go any where else.We will be ordering from you all using the online option like we discussed!!! Im new to the vape scene. I walked in there and purchased one of those 5500 puff disposable vapes. They do not have that many puffs in them. After running through 2 of those I asked about a mod or whatever theyre called. So they helped me pick out an argus pro currently at 10725 puffs. I have been getting my juice here ever since.

Fantastic service and advice. The gentleman who helped me out was very attentive and knowledgeable about their products. Their shop was very busy during my visit, and the sole employee behind the desk effortlessly answered my questions while helping others. The atmosphere was very chill, and he even suggested methods of setting up my device and encouraged me to do so while in the shop so he could help me if I had any questions.I was a newcomer to this shop, so I was admittedly overwhelmed by the choices in eliquid and nic salts. Their selection is insane. I’ll definitely be back for anything and everything as their customer service is top notch.

Great selection of Mods and Juice, but check the expiration or manufacturing date since some juice has set on their self awhile. I received two bottles that were old and one that was past the printed expiration date.

Been going here for years. Service in my opinion is the best in the industry. Largest amount of juice selection, loves veterans, tons of great equipment, and friendly service. If you dont have an enjoyable experience here its probably because youre not asking the right questions.

This place is the best place I have went to buy my vape products. They will give you their opinion. The work with you when you want to change things up. They have a good atmosphere . Been going here for a good bit and dont plan to stop coming here.

Good place, guy at the counter was really helpful and I loved how they have their setup to let you try flavors out. Prices were a little high but not too much. Id recommend this place for other to get their supplies.

Very well manicured staff and friendly as can be! While I myself dont partake in the vapes as the cool kids would call them, I do visit the store on my lunch break. This store has the cleanest bathrooms I have ever tasted!

The owner and people running the shop are always great and helpful. They never try to up sale and always help with your personal requests I will always highly recommend stopping by Uprite at any of the three locations, to anyone looking for great product.

I will never be back! Worst shop Ive ever been to. Bought a vape from there and it stopped working. Charged it thinging it was dead and it still wouldnt work. The saleswoman got it to work for maybe 2 minutes and as soon as I left, it stopped yet again. I had a warranty and they will not fulfill it. I am very disappointed.

Absolutely only vape shop I will deal with. They are like family and know exactly what Im looking for. Also they offer veterans discounts! Thats a huge plus in my book. Keep up the great work!

When I went it was early so they just opened but the service was wonderful their selection is pretty good. I was talking with one of the employees for a good bit every nice people. I would definitely recommend uprite vapor

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ******Sale rep is very young and acts like he doesnt want to help you. I basically sold myself the Ecig and juice. Brought the ecig back the next day because it was getting way to hot, not my first ecig so i know it shoudlnt get that hot. The juice was weird,was Grape but had zero flavor which is not uncommon for a bad batch, its happened before at other retailers ive visited. Asked for just an exchange since i saw the same kid 12 hours before and he replied back sorry man i just work here we cant exchange youll have to come back next week and talk to the owner but hes not going to exchange anything. Store is very nice and clean. I will not be a repeat customer if they dont help my needs. Now im out $60

This place was open on the 4th of July! Excelent experience, owner was there along with a young lady working the counter. Both were very helpfull, very clean shop, wide variety of mods/juice. They have earned my buisness from here on out! Excelent job guys and gals, keep up the good work!

Love the place the atmosphere and the people that work there always super helpful and always super chill. Been a customer at this shop and at the Newark location always love going in and talking to them will definitely only stick with uprite for my vaping needs!!! Always have everything I need and their juice selection is crazy big and very affordable highly recommend uprite vapor !!

Went in while visiting the area with my wife for her family reunion...these guys blew my mind, oh how i wish they had a shop closer 2 me. without calling names...they blow a few of my fav vape shops out of the water! maybe i should move closer 😝

Very helpful and very courteous. Welcomed me as soon as I came in the door. Very knowledgeable on new products and e-liquid lines and flavor profiles.

Great service and staff but you need to update your hours if the ones posted on the building arent correct. Says 11:00am now 11:30am still not open.
