My husband & I absolutely love this place!! We’ve searched for a shop with friendly/knowledgeable people & this is it! Any questions or concerns you have they are happy to help with. Their wide variety of products is some of the best I’ve ever seen or experienced. It seems that some of the negative reviews on here are extremely false & simply coming from people that have their own agenda that thrive in negativity. We on the other hand support local businesses & LOVE this shop!!

Ive been going to Burners for a long time. I can honestly say I have nothing but good things to say about them. The owners and employees are always really nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about all their products and have the best prices I have ever found. I would highly recommend this place!

I LOVE Burners!!! They are absolutely amazing there! The owners Ken and Ellen are so nice, and Tom and Brendan are too!! They always have what I need, be it disposable vapes of any kind, or flower, or accessories galore. Don’t see what you want? Mention it to any of the staff and they make a note to at the very least look into carrying it for you. Speaking of vapes, they even have a discount bin, which comes in REALLY handy on those rough weeks when I haven’t gotten paid yet!! And they have a rewards program too, so as you spend you get points for discounts. Not sure what you want or need? Just ask! They are very knowledgeable about everything they carry. This is my go-to shop for ALL of my needs, and I feel bad if I stop somewhere else during hours they aren’t open. ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND this shop! Best one in the area by far.

One star reviews must be from other shops because this is, by far, the cleanest and upscale smoke shop in Houston. Go here whenever in town because of the insane prices. Buy in bulk while youre. Owner, wife, worker are friendly. Great coil selection.

I love this place. Great vibes and amazing customer service. Large inventory with plenty of selection. This has become my new shop where I take care of all my herbal needs. A hidden gem.

I enjoy everything about this store. The family and friends that own it and the expansive knowledge willingly shared with me when I ask. Great quality and sourced product. I’ve visited a few other “local” stores and you can feel the difference.

I go here for my zippo items and incense or the smell oils. I run into issues not finding my zippo products like the lighter fluid or wicks, for a good price. And Ive had great outcomes find what I need for my old school lighters. I’ve met both the owners and the two men who run the store, and I have to say I have nothing but great experiences with the staff. Especially the two men with the long beards who play exceptional music.

They are always polite and helpful. Very knowledgeable about everything they carry and can help you find exactly what your looking for. It doesnt matter who is working, you still get the same great service!

I usually go to a spot in pasadena, but this was on my way home from work - i just got some juice and coils for my vape, usually around $40, but here it was literally $17 for the same stuff, same brand (coastal cloud) same quantity - beyond impressed, will be back 👌🏽

My shopping experience with Burners Vape was a pleasure from start to finish. The owner, Ken, offered his expertise to isolate my needs and find the products that best fit. I needed my order shipped for convenience. That order arrived so careful packaged that not only was it safe, but Im keeping the packaging to reuse. Tucked away inside the box (arrived early btw) was my invoice. It reminded me of the how good a deal I got. Two different times I got vapes at this location that made me vomit nearly had me were I could hardly breathe.Tasted like burned plastic.I never had that problem from a vape anytime in my life before.Why I have never been back a third time.

By far the best shop in the area!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a huge stock of stuff and will even take a list of stuff people like and then will try to get it in the shop. You have to stop in and see them!

Theyve got lots of variety on their products & reasonable prices. The owners and customer service are awesome. Theyll take the time to explain products, give you good suggestions and help you find the right product for your particular needs and wants. Have a cute and friendly dog mascot that hangs out, I forget his name. Hes so well behaved if he wants to come out from behind the counter to say hi hell whine a little bit & the owner will say oh he just wants to say hi! So he woent even bother you without permission. I currently love the Hazy Gummies! About 35$ for a bottle of 30. Their strong so I take a half sometimes more than that and 1 jar will last me a month. Highly suggest this place!

Wow! What awesome customer service. I was looking around for better pricing on juice as I got price gouged by vape city. When I reached out unfortunately burners didnt have my juice in stock, but a few days later got a messaged that they were getting stock and gave a way better price. Next time Im in town Ill definitely be stopping to buy juice. You just dont get customer service like this anywhere else!
