This shop sold us products that are defective and which they knew were defective. The two products began leaking immediately and one of them looks like it burst at the bottom. We took them back to the store within a couple hours. They refused to return it. Justin who was working at the time refused to call a manager and was downright rude and arrogant. He stood there with his arms folded over his chest and said “it’s a manufacturer defect and it’s not our problem.” He basically told us tough crap once you leave the store youre screwed. Never will shop here again. Theyve lost a regular customer and Ill make sure they lose more. I promise the fog and smoke shop that I will let every one I know and every one I dont not to deal with these crooks.FYI Fog & Smoke Shop: refusing to accept return of a defective product is illegal.Federal law requires refunds if the product is defective. I’m not talking about small variations or cosmetic defects. I’m talking about a REAL problem with the products safety and functionality that conflicts 100% with the products advertising. Your employee told us the vape was good for 10,000+ vapes. It didn’t even make 10. I believe this store knows this product is defective and is trying to get rid of this merchandise.
Came in tonight and a young man Matt was able to point me to the right product that was best for me. He was nice from when I walked in until I checked out. I will definitely be back!

Theyre never open when they advertise they are. They open late and close early. And I would love to take a job with you all but I have already worked at your shop and John fired me when my 11-year-old broke his leg at school even though I had a doctor statement....

Came in yesterday. Awesome experience all the way around. I lost my receipt so I cant 100% say for sure the girls name who helped me but I think it was amber. She was absolutely amazing. Friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back

I love this store. Its clean and bright. Its in a nice area and doesnt feel scary or sketchy like a lot of other smoke shops. The staff and especially Jon are extremely knowledgeable and really take time to help and answer questions and if they dont have what youre looking for, theyll order it for you. Since this store opened I wont go any where else!

Went into the shop today and bought a frozen monster bar disposable vape... come to realize the vape half worked and is making a strange hissing sound. Complete counterfeit to the actual brand. You can even taste how fake it is. Do not shop here for any disposable vape at all. Take your money somewhere else. Plenty of other honest head shops in town. You can get people seriously sick! Unbelievable!!
