JJ Foot Spa

I used to prefer going here because they always fit me in for an appointment and the usual guy I go to is amazing. However, on Mother’s Day during a spa pedicure, a different gentleman didn’t soak or use water, cut my cuticles or dry skin around my big toe. After he left the callus remover on too long on my dry feet and not only did it burn but on one of my feet, it left cuts. I also developed an infection between two of my toes that I never had before in my life. Very Disappointing for 80 bucks

My first experience with J&J spa was AWESOME! So much so, I couldn’t wait to go back, and this time I treated my daughter as well. It was so peaceful, relaxing, and tranquil. Everything I could’ve hoped for, The first time.Upon returning this weekend, I had a very different experience. It was so loud and disturbing, that I finally asked my masseuse, what is going on with all this noise? She said she would take care of it, and briefly left the massage area. She told me that there was a door opened, and that she had closed it, and it would be quiet now. That is not what happened! The noise and talking and laughing continued. Two people stood outside my massage area, on the other side of the curtain and were talking in regular voices, with no attempt to even whisper.I will definitely think twice about returning to J&J spa. Very disappointing.

This place is great. I go to a membership place for monthly massages and after going here Im thinking of not going any more. The atmosphere is great and clean. I had Tommy massage me and he is wonderful. He continues to check in and make sure the pressure is good for different areas of the body. When he starts with the blanket over you he feel softly for where the most tension is in your body and keys into the area the need the most work. Cant wait to go back next week!! Great prices for greater service!

This is Long Beachs best kept secret. The place has a lovely spa next door to the nail spa. My husband and I went there for a couples massage. We got a 90 min massage each and the price was really fair. I think we paid $60 each for 90 mins. They have so many rooms and its quiet in the spa. I cant wait to go back to long beach and get another 90 min massage. The place seems to be relatively new and it was not busy at all when we went during a weekday. I had called Massage Envy in Merrick and in Long Beach and they were so busy with no appointments for couples massages. So I was lucky to have found this place, get a same day appointment and pay way less than what Massage Envy wouldve charged. They service was great. Both my husband and I felt super relaxed after our massages. The staff doesnt speak english very well which is the only downside but to wasnt an issue for us because they were great at their jobs.

Told me $25 1/2 hour massage then got there and said $30. Gave $30 asked for tip upfront worst place poor communication

Great message but even after a 25 % tip the front desk person demanded more money. Wont be back
