I love coming here for all my smoking and skating needs. Long Beach is the best community in the world and both Chantel and Sam contribute to our community by simply being amazing human beings. They are so friendly and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. They have the best prices in town and are open fairly late. I have gone to a few different shops but from this day forward, I will never cheat on them again.

Not everything is there for you, as this is the worst smoke shop I have ever seen. Food and beverages that are past their expiration date Watch out for their fake disposable vapes.I recommend crossing the street. It is on Fourth Street, next to the liquor store.

Ive been sending people here since it opened. No longer. Went home to find out he charged me $75.00 for a $20.00 vape. Sure enough. I look at the bottom of the box $20.00. It was my go to store. Not sure if there is a different owner but sad to say I am not going back.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Im baffled anyone ever gave this place over 2 stars- much less 5!! Maybe they are under new management, but at this rate this place doesnt stand a chance. This place just sucks all around especially concerning their overpriced vape merchandise! It really is disappointing too cause I wanted to like it because its in a very convenient location for me. After my experience though, Id much rather drive the extra 5 miles out of my way and support a business that actually cares about its patrons satisfaction. Consider yourself warned!

Went in this place twice. Once for a board, another for a pen battery. Both times employees were standoffish, not even acknowledging me the first time I went in. I ended up getting at East 4th and they were very helpful, took the time to cater to my needs as new skater, dropped over $100 easy; actually had such a great experience went back and my gf bought another board. Could have been this shop but the customer service turned me off, more than once. Fool me once...

So being a previous vape shop employees myself, I know how vital customer service is- its how you KEEP repeat business. They sold me the wrong coil- a product I cant use (the guy who sold it to me said it would work, mind you) but when I went back up there to simply EXCHANGE the unopened one, he said no. I wasnt looking for a refund , just a fair trade of two unused coils. No we didnt sell u the wrong coils! I mean, ur THAT petty!? Told them they lost a consistent customer over $3 whole dollars.... Oh did I mention they all treated me like I was the bad guy here! In case I didn’t make myself clear- I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT IN YOUR STORE- I would never expect ANY store to exchange something purchased from a different store!

Not to mention they never answer the phones and when you are able to actually go in, the employees are only trying to up sell everything, not genuinely help customers out. Don’t waste your time because they won’t be open or answer their phone. Extremely unprofessional place and I will not ever return or recommend this shop.
