July 16th 2024 , as Im walking in, I over heard a costumer mumbling to himself as hes exiting about them having bad attitudes and should leave our country . I agree with him 100% because I asked the new workers a simple question and they had VERY bad attitudes. Its because of the costumers that youre still in business so have some respect for us . The regular worker with the raspy voice is pretty nice and funny for the most part but those new guys they had in today have horrible communication skills and barely speak English

There are a ton of negative reviews about customer service but Ive never had an issue, thankfully. I think they have helpful staff and a wide variety of CBD products (exactly what I was looking for)! And honestly, it is so difficult to find ONLY CBD products in the area but this spot does carry pre-rolls and vapes with just CBD and no THC. But they also carry cigarettes, rolling papers, pipes, delta-8 products, and anything you could possibly want for any of those things. I would totally recommend checking them out if youre in need of anything or want to know more about the products theyre selling.Watch out though, the parking lot can be sketchy as hell but there are usually lots of people around because its in a somewhat busy lot.

Believe every word you hear about horrible customer service! They obviously have too much money and dont need anybodys business! I was in the store for maybe 3 minutes and drop $60 on three torches, the dude cussed me out in whatever language he speaks because I told him he grabbed the wrong torch color, and acted like I was a complete imposition on his day! (I honestly do not know with certainty what his native language is-i just know it wasnt english, but you dont have to speak a language to when someone is cursing at you!) trust me when I say I will find someplace else to buy what I need, and i wont darken their door ever again! Rude does not begin to describe his behavior. RUDE, CRUDE AND SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Went there today and bought (5) packs of incense and a pack of cigarettes. When I got home I noticed the young man did not give me my cigarettes. Upon leaving the store I had to walk back to my car in the middle of the parking lot. You would think that the young guy behind the counter would walk outside and let me know!! Won’t be going back there.

Great customer service and prices. I just started getting my cigars from here and Im happy with the products.

Pro and cons!!! Go up on cigarettes almost every month yet offers a lot of accessories if you dont mind over paying.

Absolutely terrible customer service. If someone is coming in to buy expensive glass, then they shouldn’t be told they’re taking too long. If you don’t want to be rushed & over charged, go somewhere else. The security guard is extremely rude & needs some training in how to speak to people. Not to mention we hadn’t even been in the store longer than 5 minutes & we come here at least twice a week. I’ll be taking my money & business elsewhere. Their bong selection sucks anyway.

Ive been buying my tobacco products from this place for the last few years. I dip tobacco. They have the best price in town on the product that I buy and will special order for me if I request. Customer service is excellent, the people that work there are very nice. I highly recommend this store for all of your tobacco products. They also appear to have quite the selection in vaping materials. Five stars all the way.

TERRIBLE experience ! Security guard need to be trained but more importantly FIRED! as we were browsing around for items security guard was very very rude attempting to kick us all out for apparently TAKING TOO LONG! Well they lost money because we left! UNPROFFESIONAL way to do his own job and losing money for the business! PLEASE FIRE THIS MAN BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR BUSINESS THANK YOU

Bad experiences here. They sold me expired vape juice, a broken bowl piece for my water pipe, and a counterfeit Puff bar (verified with serial number). I would not trust this place if I were you.

The people that work there so friendly especially the lady. They have a great variety of a lot of different stuff. My favorite cigarette store and at times it get coupons yeah...

Cheaper prices. Courteous staff. Great variety of incense, odor sprays, pictures and hats.

Pricing depends on whose working, also the store does not open at 8:30 am as stated on website. Other than that the staff is courteous.
