Brian R- the R must be for ☆Rocks!☆ until my visit 2 days ago, I didnt have the same opinion of this chain. But from the moment I pulled up on my bike, the security guard was super helpful parking my wheels. When i went inside, Brian R listened to what I was looking for and produced 5 items fitting my description for me to choose from. He would have shown me more if I wanted but I didnt want to shop for long. Boom-my pax era pod scene HANDLED!

Excellent selection of products from flower to many different oils and concentrates. The staff knows whats up and can always help recommend something. Parking is ok. If theres not something out front theres usually something around the corner or across the street. They have a Veterans discount and also specials on Tuesday (bogo 50% off edibles), Wednesday (20% off concentrates), and Thursday (15% off vape cartridges). Also 5% off between 9 and 10 am. They grow their own strains and carry prepacks from reputable companies (Flowkana, Floracal). My fav is One Loves Brainfreeze. Sensational!

I recently moved to Long Beach from the UK, the team at Madmen have been more than fantastic. I understand that customer service is taken seriously in this country, it really shows with the friendly and extremely helpful team that is ready to greet their customers with huge smiles on every visit. Working as a manager myself I would be so pleased to have such a great team, they are very aware of their products and go above and beyond to help their customers get the best service and best price, every time.

I visited One Love on a whim . I hadn’t compared places on where to find product, just saw the sign next to a cool coffee shop.Let me tell you though. It was clean. It was beautiful. Selection was humongous! I was obviously overwhelmed considering I come from a non-legal state. My “guide” was amazing. She explained everything very well. She asked me what I was looking for and got me on my way.I was amazed at how inexpensive everything was.

This place used to be very chill and affordable. Unfortunately my last visit there was a new hire that had an issue with my military service. Unable to understand I am a veteran with a TBI and Schizophrenia the new hire at the front desk descided to confront me in front of my fiance. It was said I threw my ID at the new hire but both there security guard and my fiance tried explaining that no I did no such thing. Either way this place is a tourist trap and they do not care about the health of the patients they sell to. 0 stars. Fix yourself. Also the weeds kinda bunk. Theres way better places in the area than this trap.

Oh my, how I love this spot! First off, its family owned by a nice family that is the antithesis of the stoner mentality. They couldnt be more knowledgeable or helpful, every time. They are providing service and educating our neighborhood and I am so glad theyre here. I have referred so many friends who have had similar experiences and only reported the best possible outcome. Their spot is clean, bright, and has a SHOP DOG. Wonderful!

Amanda made me feel right at home with her friendly attitude and knowledge of stock. She listened to my preferences and kept my budget in mind so I left happy, but also showed me a top shelf product that I absolutely am going back for after payday.

Bought a defective cartridge a couple months back and finally got around to trying to return it this week. My budtender introduced me to the store manager, who handled the return and gave me store credit to either replace the item OR pick out other items. Easily one of the easiest/best/smoothest interactions at any retail store, ever. Huge selection, super fair pricing and amazing staff. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!

The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable, spend a couple of minutes or 15 or 20 minutes. Its very close, either driving or a nice walk. The very best of the best in Long Beach, keep up the great work and into the future, for 1 Love really does help people. Bless you all. Job well done.

Madmen are about 2 blocks from my house, so when I decided that I needed pot to help me to sleep during my cancer treatments I went to see them. They were very helpful and showed me all types of products: I chose edibles. A few days ago I needed some more cookies and ordered them on line for outside pickup. I did not realize I needed cash or debit, so they followed the rules and took me into the store and there I could use my credit card.I have always had courteous and friendly treatment from the staff and they will take plenty of time to help navigate the store. Remember, you will have to pay 3 taxes on top of the actual cost if the product. NutzI feel safe with them.

They treat you very kindly in the store which I like. But I cannot give a better rating based on the products I bought. Bought two different disposable pens. Both clog a lot and aren’t as effective as other pens of similar brands. Didn’t carry the DomPen that I liked a lot so I gave others a try.

It’s like the Apple store for Medical marijuana dispensaries!!I’ve been hearing so many good things about One Love and after to many disappointing deliveries from other dispensaries I took a drive down to One Love. Super impressive! Very professional and great selection! ALL of their flowers are fresh and oh so yummy! You can tell they really care about everything they sell. Id give zero stars if i could. They had a customer park in the bike lane then when I let them know to have the customer move they wanted to argue with me which lead to an employee coming to try assault me outside in front of the shop. This place should have there license revoked and employees fired. They are a trap shop operating with a bought license. Nicole was the manger on site and chose to insult my mom when I asked for her name. You need to hire all new staff and a big problem to the neighborhood

This is for sure my wife and my new place to go for our needs. I will take quality over quantity any day of the week if the price is reasonable and I checked around and prices are inline with most places I looked into so happy there. The best kicker is after you get home you fins the quality is way higher than alot for other establishments and they had enough selection to keep a 26 year plus toker asking questions and opinions so kudos to the entire staff we will be back.

LOVED One Love. Staff of former dispensary were excellent. Been a customer for years. Medmen currently has higher prices and less selection since the takeover. You would think the big corporate chain model would be the opposite. As a medical card holder, veteran and senior citizen I will have to look elsewhere.

Best shop in long beach by far! Flower is always fresh and sticky.. staff is very knowledgeable and super nice! Super clean and their dog ollie is so cute!! Their display jars make it hard to choose lol you have to see for yourself

Great service and a large variety.The associate was very knowledgeable about all the products and not just trying to make a sale. It was pricy, but worth it.Being from NJ, where cannabis is limited to medicinal, this was a great, fantastic difference.

I always love going to this store - everyone is super friendly and relaxed and highly knowledgeable. On my recent visit, I wanted to try something new to deal with sleep issues and shoulder pain, not flower, had to be GF, and for someone with high tolerance. Dylan was patient with me, answered all of my questions, and recommended a product I had never even considered before. Last night, I got the best sleep Ive had in a while and am able to work on my computer today pain-free. I really liked Dylan and having been in the business myself for many years, I still learned a lot from him. Hes a real asset for MedMen.

Purchased a defective pack of gummies to help with sleep. Upon opening the pack, I found a single sticky ball of gelatin that could not be used. Was unable to return until 2 weeks after due to being out of town. Store reps solution was to offer me the opportunity to spend more money with a 15% discount. Do not give this store your business. This is under Med Men, which is running off positive reviews from the previous One Love business.

The sales person was not friendly (Josh P.) I have always been offered the locals discount and have had recommendations based on my purchasing history, but not this time. Not a fun experience this time.

The receptionist proceeded to tell me this is MY fault for using the medical recommendation service I did. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with a shop with any of my recommendations and I go very often, before 2018, after July 1st of 2018 and beyond. Very unsatisfied with the lack of transparency, lack of communication, misleading information, and the lack of any sort of accommodations for the true medical patient.

Recently moved to Long Beach and One Love has had the best selection out of all the dispensaries in the area so far. Between their high quality flower and their closeby location, I find myself having no reason to explore the numerous other dispensaries the city has to offer.

This place was awarded the #1 dispensary in Long Beach for a reason! They just finished a re-model and it looks amazing so I would recommend checking it out. I always come here for my Heavy Hitters vapes and they have them in stock. I would recommend trying HH if you are looking for a good vape, and buying it from this shop if you are looking for a good dispensary!

First off Five stars for the wonderful experience I had with the budtender She was a very kind happy and exuberant. The topshelf is a bit pricey at 15$ a gram + 16% tax ouch but the quality was so good nothing like the poisonous GMO weed you find elsewhere for cheap. Thanks I will return. I just read that you guys have FTP goodies but I was never offered one :S :(

Bought the top shelf hybrid 1/8th for 68.00 after tip... EW! The weed was very dry and one of the buds was ratty and thin with lots of stem. The weed quality was good (on the other two buds). Main problem was it was old, not fresh. No moisture. Disappointed. Feel like I got screwed like a high school kid buying bud for the first time. Except Im 33. Wont be going back.

Prices are way too high and the staff was wretched, by dog was dying they quoted me a price for something over the phone even with my 40% off I was $5 short because their quote didnt include tax I left empty handed and my poor baby had to suffer until the next morning. Evil people

They say they take credit cards but the machines are always down. Dont worry theyll quickly show you their liquor store atm thatll charge you handsomely and just wait your bank will be charging you too. Then you get to pay One Love. Lets not advertise you take credit cards when most of the time you dont. And when your credit card machines are down again for the how about you eat the cost of your atm charge since you advertised you take cards and some people drove put of their way to visit you just to use their cards. Most people dont walk around with cash anymore and we arent elderly so making a weekly trip to bank isnt convenient. I use to love this place.

What i dident like about this place is that i end up paying for 1 eath gave him 50 and i was a first time patient also i should have just been able to just pay 20$ for my eath and get a free grame instead they end up taxing me with 26:75 and i only end up getting like 23$ back in change wich is correct but i rather go to dispensary that dont charge taxes the reason why i thought this place would have been the one obviously i was wrong i will not be returning is a little to expensive for me personally
