This place could give lessons on what great customer service is supposed to look like! Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They have always made things right of there was an issue and the owner goes above and beyond to offer what his customers want. Like a particular brand and they dont carry it??? Just ask, and if its possible, he will order it in! Pricing is more than fair in comparison to their competitors.

I visited brains last night, Dylan was very patient with me and had a wonderful attitude. He was very laid back and extremely easy for the average person (with anxiety) to talk to. Thank you Dylan! Dylan also went further to show me VERY interesting product that you HAVE to go see for yourself! This is the best smoke shop I have been to yet! The inside was very clean and organized.The customer service was OUTSTANDING.The man in operation of this business doesnt just try selling you anything he can- he actually fights to help meet all of your needs. He has a huge selection of top shelf items with an affordable price to choose from. THANK YOU! I WILL BE BACK!

Dylan was incredibly educated and helpful. I’m switching to vaping from cigarettes and he was a perfect guide to help me find my right match. Couldn’t be happier, the guy deserves a raise! Friendly and attentive.

Two times in the shop and two times satisfied. Both times Charles professionalism and customer service could have been used for those definitions. To the owner and manager DO NOT let anything happen to him and if you do only let it be forward and upward.

When I lived in TX I was a daily customer and they were and still are the best vape shop Ive ever had the pleasure of going into. The staff are very friendly and helpful and wont try to convince you to waste money on something you dont need or wouldnt use for longer than a month.
