I was greeted and helped out with what I needed..very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable young man. Better than any other place I have been. Also made sure I got what I wanted and let me review items before my purchase. Store was also very clean and organized to make it easier to shop. Thank you so much.

I purchased a vale here on a Sunday. It broke by Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday at 6:30 to ask about exchanging it with a working one they said that can only be done be a manager. Who are only there between 10 and 5 and not on Sundays. Which means as someone who only has Sunday off I cant get anything done about this. Completely unacceptable and I will never be shopping here again.Update: called again today and was told that there was nothing that can be done to help resolve this situation. And you cant blame it on new employees this time bc I recognized the voice of the man on the phone. Hes worked there for months.Shop anywhere else if you want customer services beyond having your money taken

The Owner is a fantastic person, Extremely knowledgeable on the glass he sells in his shop. Great customer service, owner was right on top of everything i needed as well as the multiple other customers within the store. VERY friendly atmosphere. The store had large selection and decent prices but there were two employees present when I arrived they were talking g to each other I walked to register no one acknowledged me said hello nothing I continued to stand there for 5 minutes before anyone even asked if they could help they were rude and not friendly.

This place is the best place in longview to get your pieces.The customer service is very nice, the prices are outstanding, they have a very good selection, and they have great deals.They get their customers involved with raffles and VIP memberships,The packaging is wonderful and they include a really nice free bag that you can reuse anywhere else.Ive been to other places but this place is just...better.

These guys know their products!! They have a WIDE variety of everything a head shop should have... and then some! By far, the best prices and products around. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need or want and they are completely honest about their knowledge and/personal experience about their products. Very professional yet easy to talk to. This place is absolutely phenomenal. They have everything that you could possibly imagine from Little pipes, one-hitters, to water bongs and other smoking accessories. Theyre knowledgeable staff can inform you of up-and-coming products along with the products that they have in stock. I believe that they also have some of those infused gummy bears. So if you need anything for your smoking needs this is the place to go! Their prices are awesome too. I come for the Kratom selection to treat an injury from Iraq and Ill tell you this is the best place with the best folks. From the first time you walk into the store they treat you like they’ve known you forever and it’s very refreshing these days.

This place is super cool. Josh is always super helpful and knowledgeable about his products. I personally come here for their CBD line of candies and topicals. Josh has always been eager to help and has gone out of his way to provide accurate information about certain questions I had. Highly recommend First Class Glass for your glass needs!

Done shopping here. Was a regular customer and have spent 900$ there. You dont tell a customer youre closed when they pull up 10mins before closing and the open light is on and door unlocked. Customer service was never good with the guy with long hair. I only kept going because the guy usually working nights has great service. I shall be driving to Tyler from now on, which really says a lot about how displeased I am.

I want to really let folks know about First Class Glass. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable...especially a young gent named Dalton. The owner is normally there and is a great guy and I enjoy visiting. These guys can answer any question one has about their stock and the KRATOM that so many of our military with Post traumatic syndrome and pain take as a supplement to help them with those issues and to cope with life back in civilization. If youre not aware of the benefits of Kratom go to First Class Glass Smoke Shop and ask and you will be enlightened.

They carry the best kratom, Kuntry Kratom, which is the most potent, fresh and pure kratom on the market for only 10 bucks for the green label strains and around 14 for the more rare, black label kratom strains and that shows they truly care about their customers and sell their kratom at prices that are affordable for everyone! I first visited this store after hearing that they have the largest variety of Kratom. I have visited several times and leave annoyed each time. The most bothersome thing is that they have such tall displays up that you cannot see the Kratom and youre just left there ackwardly asking questions about strain and pricing because you cant see it or get to it. This wouldnt be so bad except the staff is not knowledgeable on the product. Twice I have left after wasting money on something I did not want. For example, today I chose the Remarkable Herb Thai and it does not disclose the vein color which anyone that knows about Kratom knows is important. I asked the guy and he didnt know. I was hoping it was a red vein and after getting home, had to Google it myself and find out its white which I dont want! So now Im stuck with something that will go in the trash because the employees dont know their product. Not happy

JUST WHEN IT COULDNT GET BETTER..... they go and move two doors down and double their size and inventory. Still amazing Kratom prices and selection, but now with tons more high quality CBD flower, oil and even CBD hash. A couple of new faces, new site, and LITERALLY prices that cant be beat on all things smoke and herb related make it better than all the rest.... And Ive been to them all, including many in Houston.Also, the rewards program from fivestars is a good money saved as well.
