Best juice I have tried!! No more burning of my throat like with juices I have tried at other stores. You get what you pay for!! I have two batteries that I have had over a year and they are both still working great, and I am using the sales tanks as well. They have great customer service and a very friendly atmosphere. Definitely sticking with them!!!!

Customer service is outstanding. I purchased a dripbox, and two batteries for it. When I tried charging the batteries, they would not get over halfway charged. I tried charging the batteries overnight. Still same result. Turns out on the batteries was not taking a charge. I went back to the store with the faulty battery and told them my problem. No questions were asked. They took the defaulted battery back and gave me a new one. I am extremely impressed, and pleased by the professionalism and customer service provided by SOHO vapor. I will be sending customers their way.

The owners and operators of this vapor store are greedy and disrespectful. They kicked us out for bring a botched house made juice back in to exchange. Their prices are ridiculously high and their juice line is a fraud. They said they have to charge more for their juice because they use premium ingredients, but just a little known secret, you can buy their flavors online at Mount backer vapor for a 1/3 of the price. Save your money and support a vapor store that actually deserves it.

We were there at 12 today today with a child in the car because they state they open at that time. Unfortunately, we left due to no one being there. Another lady was pulling on the door and very frustrated as well! As a small business owner, you would think you would run a business better than this. I have heard terrible things about this place and now I experienced it for myself! Learn how to run a busines!

Soho is the only sure thing. They have a full supply and r super knowledge of tire products. I have from when the owners first opened thier shop. They know inside and out what is in everything in thier. I also vape and they have thier own knowledge of what is in the oil. The owners r friendly sociable ppl and care about their customers. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Give them a try.

Im only giving one star because they were friendly. They are however uneducated about the items they sell, and outrageously price gouge their products.I bought an IMREN 18650 battery cell from them for $15 + tax, which is available online for around $4. They told me those were the best batteries they were able to find. Ive been vaping a while, and Ive never heard of them, but the specs seemed decent and I had forgot my spare batteries at home was in a bind, so I bought their high price offbrand rewrap.The cell wrapper states that its a 40A 3200mAh cell with high drain. That would be great if it were true. After about 20 minutes of vaping I noticed my mod was hot. Like really hot. Like asphalt on a sunny day in east Texas. I also noticed I wasnt getting much cloud from my mod.So I did a quick Google search on the battery. The very first result was a guy named Mooch. If youve ever looked into anything vape related, that name comes up a lot. If you havent heard of him, hes probably the most trusted tester and reviewer in the vape industry. Heres where you should take note, Soho. Read reviews of things you plan to sell.Turns out its a 10A battery, and I was literally trying to blow my face off, by vaping at 90W. These battery cells should not be used with subohm mods. Period. This battery cell is dangerous to customers, and the stores disregard for this easily found knowledge is unacceptable.I will not be returning the battery, and will not be seeking a refund or removing this review. Shame on Soho Vapor for their blatant disregard for safety.You know that kid that was on the news because his vape mood exploded in his face? Yeah, this is how that happens. Uneducated vape shops selling inferior products at premium prices. This is a prime example.

My family and I were displaced from hurricane Harvey. We tried another vapor shop when first getting to Longview and were not happy with the products. From the second we walked in the doors at Soho we knew we would not be shopping at any other vapor shop. The owners are simply AMAZING ! The products are of great quality. The CBD products are pure and definitely work. If you have immune disorders, chronic pain, cancer , recovering from cancer, seizure disorders you NEED to check out this place and see what a difference that their products can make for you! Thank you Soho for being our new CBD go to place and for being so knowledgeable about everything you sale! You guys ROCK!!

Cant speak to the vape-side of the business, but great CBD products! I have tried some locally where Im from but had poor results. The gentleman working there was very knowledgeable and kind, and the product is already WAY better than what I had tried so far. Products arent what I would call cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for so it is definitely worth it!

First time stopping in and was very happy with the customer service. I went mainly to check out the CBD stuff and she went through almost everything explaining. Very grateful for the help and knowledge of stuff. Recommend highly..

Bought a 60ml bottle of vape wild that retails on their website for 11.99 plus shipping, paid 29.99 for it at soho. Price of convienence maybe idk. I know they didnt pay retail for all that vape wild on the wall. Coil was about 2$ more than at longview vapor too. Live and learn i guess but i wont be back, too expensive. Take the extra 5 min drive down judson to longview vapor and save your money.

Only been here once. Stood in the lobby for 5 minutes waiting for some sort of service there was two people in there vaping like just hanging out and some guy in the back who kept telling me be there in a minute. I will never go again horrible customer service

I was highly impressed with this vape shoo. Its owned by a married couple that are extremely knowledgeable. I got a really good deal on a new smok. And also learned a lot about CBD oils. Its sad that their is still a lot of taboo about CBD for alternative health. I highly recommend to anyone looking to feel healthier by going more natural to go to SoHO and talk with them.

HEY EVERYBODY! I just want you all to know about this all natural product that Scott and Stephenie are carrying now. It is really shaking things up around here. You just add the CBD oil to what ever you are vaping and it comes in flavors and unflavored. This product is really helping people overcome ailments of all kinds. Personally I have experienced a decrease in anxiety, reduce in menstrual cramps, overall better mood, reduced restless legs at night and I can actually go to sleep almost the instant my head hits the pillow. You should go by and check it out. Its definitely worth the time and money.

They overcharged me by about 50 dollars on a tank and battery, and the juices that I bought like 4 months ago are STILL sitting in my fridge because the quality on it was just horrid...simply put, this place is a rip off, and I would stay away if you can!
