RELAX Reflexology

My wife and family have been coming here for years, we had a Friday night routine for foot massages. It used to be nice and quiet with a good massage… but recently a couple of the women and one of the men on staff talk loudly & obnoxiously. One is in a supervisory position (or acts like it). She cannot talk softly or whisper, & repeats the same phrases/demands over and over. We’re going to have to change locations if this continues. It would be nice if one person on staff spoke fluent English as they don’t understand special requests. June 7th, 2024.

Waited well over an hour and was skipped over numerous times. Signed up for an hour and a half massage. When I asked why I was skipped over 7 times I was told they didn’t know why. A couple walked in right behind me and they were told there was no wait time and taken straight back!!

SUCH AN AMAZING PRICE FOR GREAT SERVICE! this place has gotten me through my hardest college finals weeks and i miss it so much after graduating! wonderful staff who are very talented and skilled!

Worst massage ever. First it was so soft that I felt like she didn’t want to be there. Then when I said it didn’t feel good if she could apply more pressure she hurt me so much I litterally wanted to stop the entire way through. I asked for full body which last time they did my feet and and neck and this lady made my neck hurt worse and never did my feet. I asked for hot rocks and oil she put so little oil it was like she was dragging her hands on me. Like the words ow ouch that hurts didn’t clue her in that it did not feel good. Then I asked are we done I just want this over . I left in more pain and in worse condition than when I went in. This was the worst massage I’ve ever had.Make sure you get the right person because she was not it. I can say my first experience was waaaay different. It was an Asian lady didn’t understand English and she was amazing. I came back in hopes I’d get her but got stuck with someone who hated life

This place has a very soothing ambiance, and it is a great place for a massage. They are also some of the best prices in the area. An hour for 45 dollars where most places are at least 60 an hour.

After about 6 visits I started to make an appointment with the one who was best for me. The others were good but I like having the same person each time. Always nice and a clean place to go. Well worth the money

I enjoy going here. I had a feeling they hadn’t been fulfilling the entire time requested for a massage so I made sure to glance at my watch before getting on the massage table today. It was 4:47 and they didn’t start for another 2 minutes or so. My masseuse stepped away to tend to the front desk for about 1-2 minutes during the massage. This is fine but I figured they wouldn’t count that in my time. He stepped away another time and had someone take his place for about 3 minutes. They were massaging my back so lightly I could barely feel it. He patted my back and told me he was done at 5:24. I had requested a 40 minute massage and got about 33 minutes. I noticed on my ticket they notated that my massage started at 4:43. They had not even called me back at 4:43. I made sure to mention this when I was paying and he just acted confused. They are great massages (unless they spend 4-5 minutes on one spot) so I wouldn’t discourage anyone from going. I would just make sure you get what you pay for.

We went and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Waited 45 and then were told by Gabby & Devon that they were the only ones there and they were closing in 40 minutes and there were 2 people ahead of us so they could not keep the appointments. They said it wasnt their fault. These kids were likely in there mid to late 20s. It was VERY disappointing after sitting there for 45 minutes to be told to leave. We didnt have time to do anything else that night either because they took all of our time with us waiting. Gabby and Devon were quite rude too! Very argumentative and Devon even raised his voice when I told them how long we had waited and how much I really felt they were doing wrong here. He raised his voice and said The Chinese people dont get it, they dont understand so its not our fault.

Very impressed every time we come. Prices are fair, the massage is excellent, and they always give you the full amount of time or more. Highly recommend.

My husband and I go to this place regularly for a massage. Although, we have gotten many great massages there in the past, the last 3 times we have gone, the employees giving the massages talked to each other (4 of them) the entire time of the massage!!Its really hard to relax when the talking between themselves goes on the entire time:(The whole point of getting a massage is to be in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere in order to RELAX!And...the Masseuse (male) that was suppose to be giving me my massage, LITERALLY, left the table 2 times during my massage! I raised my head and asked, where did he go? One of the female employees came over and patted my back until my original Masseuse returned!VERY DISAPPOINTING!!There is a lot of competition for these massage places, we will seek out another place.

I came here to get a massage the other day and I thought it was okay, but the next day I felt a sharp pain in my shoulder and a carpal tunnel. It was bad. I came back and two guys were working on me trying to make it better and didn’t ask for money. It got better but I still have pain which I DID NOT HAVE before the massage. It is really frustrating.

I asked for a 5 and the guy a 10 on the amount of pressure to use. I told him it was to hard he continued with a 10. I am now hurting so so bad never again!!!!

I enjoyed the massage and the price was reasonable! First time here and definitely will come back!

Friendly and clean but therapist was terrible! The young lady proud of her elbows cause that’s all she used! I had to tell her she was too rough! I will find another place to go

This place is always the bomb, have not been a time that I did not want to just stay! I may drop 50. to an 100. each time I go but it is very much worth it!

Be sure and indicate a 7 on the firmness scale to get the full benefit of the massages!!

I went to get a massage to relieve some neck and shoulder tension . I signed in and it ask for the amount of pressure you would like and I put 5-7. When the guy did my massage he basically was just rubbing oil on my back . He was the worst ever . He barely gave a pressure of 2 maybe can say 3 . I completely feel like I wasted my money . I did ask for more pressure but none was given . I have been to other reflexology places before so I know how it works and how it should feel . VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Happened to be just strolling by and stopped for a massage the prices were amazing and the atmosphere and service were even better ... the staff was so nice and so patient they took their time and made sure everything was right ... there’s no way I wasn’t gonna share the experience I had here me and my husband will deff be back!!!!

Great place to get your body back to good! Some therapists are amazing, and some are average. I have been very pleased with my experiences here!

Ive been here a few times and have enjoyed it everytime. No complaints here, my most recent massage was a hot rock/oil massage, I was in heaven.

Much better experience than other reflexology places in town. I was able to choose the level of pressure I wanted and the massage was extremely relaxing. Will definitely be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE ! They were very rude!We walked in and we were asking them a question and they waved their hands in our faces saying no and wouldnt even let us finish talking and then went outside to make us leave!

Walk in appointments, Ive never waited longer than 5 minutes. When Ive got knots in my back from work stress, these guys dig them out.

Such a great place with a quiet and peaceful environment. Friendly staff and VERY competitive prices compared to other places in town!I am an American who speaks English and Chinese, but the employees were very nice to me and agreed to speak Chinese to me. The prices at this Relax Reflexology store are really reasonable and the environment is very quiet!
