Absolutely LOVE this place. Great staff who are knowledgeable on everything in the store from delta to nicotine and all the gadgets between. Especially Alyssa, an absolute model of an employee who goes above and beyond every time I come to this location. If Alyssa isn’t there, Rico is definitely a decent substitute. Can’t wait to go back

I change from 5 stars to 4 because they dont have $5 delta clearance anymore. The ones in the $10 bin are junk.

They pretty much have anything you would want in regards to vape stuff, delta, Kratom and some pretty sick smoke accessories. The staff is cool and always helps me with whatever. Been shopping at GG since it was like a single counter shop on university. 🙂 Keep up the good work kids.

Absolutely love the customer service here. They are always super sweet and never seem like they are in a rush to get me out of the store. They explain everything thoroughly and are always happy to show me cool glass and what’s new. Love the prices as well, one of the cheaper spots in town. This one also has a drive thru!

We have only been twice and both times they exceeded our expectations (set by other head shops in lbk). Ricky helped us out today, he was both knowledgeable about the product and extremely helpful.We have tried every other head shop in lbk and so far this place has both the highest quality AND most affordably priced herb and flower. Out of all the vape shops in the town and I have never been to a great one than this one

I had an incident with this place where my card declined and I had to return my items. But I got charged right after. I called and they were so helpful and gave me my items. They listened and understood my frustration. It was absolutely amazing. I’ll forever come to this shop. They are the best!

They were incredibly helpful. The store is HUGE (it looks very small from the outside) and the staff was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. This will be my one-stop shop from now on.

Nice shop. Glass is expensive. The kids there were not good at customer service. The taller guy was a little better then the girl. They just seemed to Spaced. I like the green gorilla. So just means that won’t be my often stop at store.

Great products great place, just wish sometimes products were more widely used by their own staff, asked about a few things and was told they had never been tried before. Very friendly just wish were a tad more helpful.

Rico was great listened to my issues and made a recommendation.

Bought a nicotine vape here on 10/31 and I was told to return it if there were any damages. There was nothing wrong with the device until I charged it so I came back to return it on 11/6 and was told that wasn’t possible, that I wasn’t supposed to charge my vape for more than 45 minutes and that nothing can be done. I have had vapes since 2014 when they came out and I’ve never heard this. Wasted my time and money. I’d recommend clear communication between staff members so that customers don’t get the wrong idea.
