Head Hunters Smoke & Vape Shop

Ordered disposable vapes yesterday and received two of them. The first vape was only showing a light and didnt hit at all and the second vape hit for about 2 hours before doing the exact same as the first vape, both vapes ended up being faulty and malfunctioned products, I texted the driver about one of them not working out of the box and never heard from him again, I wasted 10 dollars on these 4000 puff vapes that dont even work which sucks when you spend money on a product you expect to get what your paying for and it working, so disappointed I let myself order from here again after issues from before when I would order. Find a better alternative for actual working disposables, even the pricier vapes they have always malfunction and are exactly the same way, also when I opened the top part of the vape, the cotton was black and burnt horribly, I will post pictures here as well, the picture shows the vape that I had never even hit burnt.

They sold me a bag of ice that have hair in it n little flakes of black stuff they say they got it out the ice freezer I normally freashly scooped into the bag I definitely will not be going bk to the one on 19th ???? No refund or replacement at all was offered

Rude staff here, I waited 5-6 mins while all the staff grabbed ice cream as if I don’t have places to be. I’ll be going to the other smoke shop on 34th from now on!!! Small burnette with acne, bigger guy with corn rolls and white girl in black black body suit all skipped my car to grab ice cream. I was there 5 mins and cars after me were leaving before me. This is not customer service!

They have the best costumer service every time I go in there stores the workers are the best very helpful they must have some good management cause it sure reflects to the workers thanks

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, quick and professional. I just buy disposable nicotine vapes here, so I have no opinions on other products..But its obvious they have a HUGE selection of anything a place like this would carry. Prices are comparable to other stores like this...but the customer rewards/loyalty are awesome and definitely will save you some cash along the way if youre loyal to them.

We are very loyal customers. We are so well know by name by most employees. We went 10/23 /23 waiting to get served. As we did get served a car in front of us was served a lil after but sat there and talked. But as they continued to talk for more than 5min we were ready to head out. I called out to her so she could pull her to the side she ignored me. As the car left she passed by saying what was that. I said we were just trying to leave and she said yall will be alright as she walked by. Then I went to talk the guy in charge after my husband did. I asked him to check his employee for being rude or try and handle the problem. He refused to even hear my story. Saying multiple stories is if us honking and saying he was there when he never was. We are very honest people. The employee lied and said she did nothing. I am so upset that the manager on site did nothing. We have NEVER had problems with anyone there. We are there every day multiple times of the day. I really hope they handle the situation because its not right that they treated me like that.

Great prices and great products I go every week for my CBD product and occasionally a piece for me or my wife and now that Im a VIP I get a discount on everything except tobacco products

I couldnt get Montegos here, but everything else was good. The drive thru is especially nice if you dont want to get out in the heat. Their fountain drinks are cold, and the $0.49 hot dogs are cheap enough to get multiples when you have a craving for something quick and easy when youre on a budget. Check them out!

Bought a glass pearl which broke whenever heat was applied. Of course they wouldn’t exchange it. I’ve bought many of these from a local shop “Stay Glassy” and I have never had any issues. Should’ve just gone there again.

Place is always busy but you get through the line super fast. The drive thru service is always excellent and the employees always give great service. Ive been to pretty much all of them in my Lubbock and though proximity makes me partial to this location, they are all really solid and will meet your needs

I always have a good experience coming here and I always save money shopping. Its the cheapest smoke shop in town when it comes to everything. Drinks, edibles, carts, disposables, and pre-rolls are persistently low prices. I would highly recommend this place.

We just went by and the young man working tonight needs more practice with customer service or just needs to find another job NOT Involving Customer service!!!He was very rude&yelled at us and another car. Us and another car drove up waited for a while. Another car drives up then the guy decides to come out. But instead of helping us or the other car that was there first. He wants to help the other car and when we said something& the other car said something he wants to yell at us we could leave if we didnt wanna wait any longer.So if the owner or one of the bosss read this please reach out to us because that was just NOT ok & NOT how you treat customers!!!Dont get me wrong we love this place but the young man tonight seemed as if he didnt wanna be there or as if he didnt enjoy his job.

Went for a cheap Tabasco grinder. Granted I was in the drive through, but I told the Raven haired clerk what I was looking for. She came back with something more expensive than I was wanting to spend, but bought it anyway. Little did I know that upon inspection it was beat up and severely scratched. Had I been informed I wouldve passed. Usually I receive excellent service, but this was disappointing...

I enjoy window shopping here. The prices are very high and I wish they would have better deals. Because of this I only visit the store maybe once a month. Great staff with good customer service.

Use to love this place. Staff is great except for one employee. No matter what shes the only one who always gives me trouble and has a bad attitude. I tried talking with the manager but they pretended I had the wrong location and hung up in my face.

Not sure if this location is strictly drive thru, if so, please put a sign. I like going inside to look at everything. Every time Ive gone to give this location a try, I go unacknowledged in the store until I leave. 😞

There glass is cheap and they know it, instead of showing concerne, they were more worried about giving a 10% discount towards purchasing a new defective piece of glass. Ha like I want to waste another dollar with someone who must not remember what its really worth. .

Pretty decent selection if youre a meth addict or like that synthetic marijuana garbage. I went in there to the 34th location for a premium cigar. Aside the fact their humidor is tiny, it doesnt seem very humid or well maintained because the cigar I bought was dry and started cracking as soon as I cut it (not to mention it had no band and none of the workers even knew what brand it was). Price was reasonable for what I got though and still a decent selection of other tobacco products.

Well organized and highly visible inventory. Perfect lighting and everything priced in perfect sight. Professional and extremely helpful staff. Open late and delivery available for any non-tobacco item.

But a $40 refillable vape took it home and charged it for over an hour and the stupid thing still did not work call them back and was told they dont do refunds or exchanges. I wont be buying anything else from this place

I’m not from Texas but needed Kratom. I usually use white elephant but the staff was very knowledgeable about which one I should get that is similar. I was impressed with this store.

You absolutely cannot beat the convenience of the drive thru. the ladies are quick, efficient, smoking hot, and always get my order and change correct. drive thru stays open late + blunt flavor selection + snow cones and huge drinks + vape supplies + all kinds of glassware + hotties bringing your order to you in your car = the best head shop in Lubbock.thanks guys..oh, one thing i gotta say, the last time i went in, they didnt have a very good selection of vape juices. i think they were just running low on inventory, though, and this probably isnt the norm. hard to imagine that these wizards could fail at anything. keep up the amazing-ness, you beautiful wizards!!

They usually have a good selection of glass but here recently its been Really sub-par! Crooked glass that dont even fit and cracked is not cool guys!
