I can not believe I waited so long to try the Head Spa. Tiffany was AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend adding the mini facial and the extra massage. This was the most relaxing experience I have had in a long time. My scalp and hair feel wonderful. Much needed and I will absolutely return.

I’ve never had a professional massage before today and let me tell you Tiffany did not disappoint! I didn’t know what to expect going into it, but she makes you feel super comfortable and talks about your problem areas and other questions before you get started. The room is so cozy and inviting. She uses pressure that you’re comfortable with and really takes her time with you. When she was finished, I felt like I was in a daze - super relaxed and my neck and shoulders have never felt so loose before. I HIGHLY recommend you see Tiffany for your massage- there’s a reason she’s named best in Madison. 🙌

Kali is phenomenal! I hadnt had a haircut in 2 years and NEVER dyed it before. I had the most vauge idea of what I wanted, and she managed to absolutely nail what I was looking for. I could have walked out of there with just the shag haircut and felt fabulous, but then she killed it with the coloring. Super patient with my questions, walked me through the dyeing process, and made me feel at ease. Im so, so happy with the end result 🥰

I am new to the area, and as I live near Mirror Mirror decided to give them a try for cut and color. Shelby was my stylist, and she was amazing! Not only was the cut and the color outstanding, but she was really lovely. I enjoyed the time I spent getting to know Shelby, as much as my beautiful hair!

I go here once a month for a massage. Vickie knows what she is doing! I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and since I have been going to her, my issues have improved significantly. She is knowledgeable and professional and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommend!

I originally gave a 5 star review, but had to change it to a 1. I was told at the consultation I’d be able to get the hair I wanted, but I was not told in exact words that I’d have to have multiple appointments to get the color I wanted. Spent hours on the first appointment just to mess my hair up completely, but I gave her another chance. Hundreds of dollars down the drain later and Shelby tells me it’s too much stress and she can’t do it after all, which I should’ve known—just straight up cancels my appointment the day of and blocks me. I wish I would have known upfront because I’ve been crying about this. I’m not the kind of person to give bad reviews but I felt that this was needed after my terrible experience of being blindsided. Don’t go here.

Love love love this place. First time going and the atmosphere was very laid back felt very welcomed. Shelby did mine and my daughter’s hair and we are so happy with the result l will definitely be going again. I think I found my hairdresser!!!

Jovi has colored my hair several times now, including for my wedding. Shes fantastic! Ill never let anyone else do it again. I pass out her card to anyone that says they like my hair. Over half of my family uses this salon, were a rather picky group, so theres many reasons. With all the services they offer, you can be just an appointment away from having the hair/spa treatment/nails/relaxation/confidence you want. Even moving further away, I will still be going back to mirror mirror!

Went in a couple weeks ago and was not terribly happy with my experience. I thought it was odd that the stylist took scissors and a comb right out of her drawer. Not sure when they were last cleaned, but her barbicide was only half full of liquid and full of combs only half way submerged. When she was done cutting my hair she put her scissors back in a box in her drawer. Who knows if they ever get cleaned. When I got home, I noticed that my hair was a bit uneven. Today I decided to straighten my hair (it is normally curly), and had my husband take a picture. You can see that it is super uneven and looks pretty bad, honestly. I never called to get this fixed because I dont trust that the stylist keeps her tools clean.

Liz is very unprofessional. I went to her for a half sew in. I told her I couldnt use glue unless I had a protective shield bcuz Im allergic. Needless to say she put glue in my hair without a protector and had to try and clean it out with something. Two days later she agreed to take the hair out and give me some of my money back. Heres the thing she wrote up this paper saying she took the extensions out and my hair was fine. I wrote on the paper that a area in the front of head was still irritated. She tried not giving me my money back. So after speaking with the owner or manager she gave me my money back after trying to argue and making herself look stupid as hell. How the hell you gone tell me what Im feeling in my head, on my scalp, on my body. I went in like 9:50 Wednesday I didnt leave until 4:10. There was one woman in the chair when I got there. I was put under the dryer 5 different times. The 2 women that came in after me she washed, set and finished them and I was still there. Then she gone try to tell me that the irritation in my head up front was from my eczema REALLY. My eczema didnt show up until after I sat under the dryer all day and it was on my neck because the heat had dried my skin out. Ive never had this problem with anyone before. Cancelled my daughters next appt with thisunprofessional so called stylist. This is probably one of the reasons her salon no longer exist. The manager and the young black guy were nice though but Liz if I could give you negative 1,000,000 I would but too bad I cant.

I love my appointments with their amazing Esthetician Whitney. She offers so many different facial options and I never have irritated skin after my waxing appointments. Whitney is sweet, professional, and I love her.

Mary is the best hairstylist weve ever seen. My mom went for a perm and haircut. She said shed never had a better haircut in her 74 years on earth. Mary was super friendly and highly knowledgeable. We came for the haircut and left with a new friend. Cant wait to book with Mary again!!

I have been going to Bobby for 10 years, and he is absolutely awesome, gives me exactly what I want. I also have observed other stylists with their clientele and have yet to see anyone who does not look absolutely terrific.

Jennifer Pirtle is simply the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! Not many people can tame my thick wavy hair like her and not a day goes by that someone doesn’t compliment my blonde highlights. This salon is beautiful and clean. I got there 5 min before my appointment and was greeted with a great welcome. Jovi did my hair and I’m telling you it’s really hard to style and cut my hair because it’s so curly and not curly in some spots. She made my hair look full and feel soft and even almost a week after the appointment I’ve found no issues and still loving my cut and it’s easy to style. And the price was great!I’m definitely coming back and gonna see Jovi again.

I literally just left the parking lot and I have never been more thrilled with getting my hair done. Jovi is INCREDIBLE! She took my hair from blonde to the most beautiful silver I have ever seen. Shes very knowledgable on the products shes uses, which I appreciate in an artist.She listens and she really cares about feedback. Going blonde from thick, dark brunette latina hair is a process, and shes up front about that. I also love that Meena never leaves me looking like Carrot Top after each session. She always ensures that my hair color is wearable and beautiful. Also, BEST HAIR CUT EVER. I love flipping my hair around because its so damn fabulous.Ive had a hard time finding a stylist after moving to Nashville from Miami years ago because of my hair trust issues (like most women do, lets be real). So thank God for Meena because MY HAIR HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER! Woman is blessed with the hands of sunshine and rainbows.

Dale cut my wifes hair. 10 years worth. She made it look good in only a few snips. If your worried about cutting your hair, my wife says go see Dale, she will fix you up!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had. The girl was really sweet, but seemed anxious.My hair was supposed to be blonde but came out orange and patchy. Sections of my hair had lepoard spots.I had to pay $250 to get it fixed by another stylist at a different salon. I was too nervous to go back to the original stylist.Ill never go back here.

I came in asking for all my hair to be colored dark chocolate brown with caramel and ash blonde highlights. I told her the exact colors, showed multiple photos. To begin with she was only using two colors, so my request for the three was not taken seriously. I didn’t think more of it, figured it would still end up what I wanted. I ended up leaving with ALL LIGHT BROWN/BLONDE HAIR!!! Not a single highlight absolutely zero dark chocolate brown, no ash blonde or caramel color. I have never left a salon so disappointed in my life, and definitely will never be returning. If all salons closed on the planet and Mirror Mirror was the only one left, I still wouldnt even come back.I’ll definitely be scheduling an appointment in a month elsewhere to fix Jovi’s mistake(s). The only reason this got 2 stars is because it is tolerable until the month is up, even if it is not even close or similar to what I wanted.

My visit to Mirror Mirror hair salon is always exceptionally good. It is a wonderful hair salon to make it your selection of hair salons to go to. The hairdressers are very well good in their field, and they exceptionally over-indulge themselves to make your experience Pleasant

Ive had such a hard time finding a stylist that I like since Ive left New York, I do the same cut and color every time and Meena did it exactly how I asked and gave me some great new pointers on how to style my hair! Shes a sweetheart!!!

I had an appointment today for 2 o’clock pm. I called to make sure that I was still able to come in luckily I did that but as I was pulling up the woman told me that they had nobody to do my hair and they did not have a back up plan I do apologize that my hairstylist brother has supposedly passed away the time my appointment had to be but it was very unprofessional that they did not call ahead of time and let me know what was going on instead of having me show up and then tell me so therefore I couldn’t get my hair done for the holidays and for my photo shoots.

My mother got her hair done by a hairstylist named Christy here. She messed up my mothers color and we had to go back to get it re-done. We was sitting up there for 3 hours today and the owner Audrey Burtel walked in on my boyfriend in the bathroom and said that it was shady that we kept using the bathroom. Proceeded to cuss and act like a child towards us. Will never be back and I’m reporting her to the BBB. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Huge salon and it was busy! I liked that they had things to look at and shop for as you waited. I gave my stylist Meena a lot of freedom to make my hair look like it should, and she did not dissappoint!

Nice facility, friendly staff but i was kind of peeved having travelled a good distance to find out that the manicurist couldnt do anything I wanted, which I had expressed on the phone while making an apointment, but they booked me anyway. So after a mediocre and overpriced pedicure, that was done with hot water heated in a coffee pot because something broke, I couldnt get my nails done which was my main goal that day. Very disappointing.
