Journey Therapeutic Massage and Chiropractic

Fantastic and much needed relaxing massage experiences when I was pregnant. The therapists listened to where I was hurting, gave me feedback after each session and modified as needed with my bump. They even offer postnatal massages that has been such a gamechanger for my recovery! Such a friendly place with welcoming staff! I would absolutely recommend for pregnant women and for anyone looking for a great massage!

Angie was wonderful for my postnatal massage! She was pleasant to talk to during the massage, and very kind about adjusting how much pressure she applied. Definitely recommend!

OMG!!This was the best 30 minute massage I have ever had.I had rotator cuff surgery 9 months ago and the area is still very tight and sore. Bella knew exactly what to do. She worked through my shoulder like I have never had before. I did get a deep tissue massage. I will continue to go weekly as the budget allows..

What a wonderful experience with Journey! My wife and I had the couples massage again and was once again reminded why we keep going back. Carla always helpful and friendly when we arrive and each masseuse is fantastic with just the right pressure and they are extremely helpful to place focus on the areas that you are having difficulties with. Dr Bobby has been my chiropractor for years. Due to an accident several years ago, I sustained several injuries and at one point I locked up and was grossly misaligned. I went through 3-4 years of chiropractic therapy 3-4 times a week. Went from being almost immobile to being able to ambulate with little to no pain. In my personal opinion Dr Bobby Morris gave me back my life. Hes the best and I highly recommend him. As for Journey, my experience there today was amazing. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and so willing to help. I live out of town and theyre willing to accommodate me.

I had a 90-minute massage with Katie, she was amazing had just the right pressure. The supporting staff were very friendly, and the rooms are perfectly decorated. The table was very comfortable. I highly recommend trying journey out, you wont be disappointed. Five stars for sure!!

My wife and i have visited Journey massage over the years and they provide a great service. They fill up so you probably want to call to get an appointment but you can also get in if they have cancellations. All of the therapist are really great so i highly recommend them.

Disappointed I didn’t get to check the place out. Received a gift certificate for couples massage, but called to book and was told it’s been over a year so no longer valid. What can I say, life gets busy and you forget where ya put the piece of paper.I would think they would have offered something or would have been willing to work with me, but no such luck.Not great business practice (in my opinion) or a way to attract new clients… especially since it was already paid for and was a gift for us.

My husband deals with back pain, but he experiences great relief from the massage and back treatments he receives at Journeys. Consistent excellent care is what youll find at Journeys. There really is better way to help yourself reboot and rewind. Getting a massage at Journey is the best money spent on yourself. Charlie is truly unbelievable. I told her she is absolutely magical. I felt the best I have in six months after my one hour massage.

My wife and I originally started going here for couples massages years ago and I have been remiss in recommending this place. I suffer from chronic pain from injuries sustained and repetitive trauma from serving in the US military. The staff are great people that clearly care for their clients. I use Bobby for chiropractic adjustments and many of the masseuses. They are all very good and the treatments have been extremely beneficial. When it comes to scheduling, they are pretty much flawless. I receive multiple text messages and emails to remind me of my appointments, so it is almost impossible to forget or miss a treatment. Additionally, Karla, the front desk manager is adept at working out scheduling conflicts and making “spot-on recommendations” for masseuse and treatment recommendations should you not be familiar with a particular style of treatment.

Have been there several times when was given gift certificates for Mother’s Day or birthdays with no problems. Was charged for an appointment I never made and front deck person Carla said she made it for me in person which never happened. I told her to show me proof and I would gladly pay the no show fee (which is full amount of massage) and I would gladly pay which she would not. She was rude and wouldn’t work out anything with me. I should have been offered to speak with the owner or the owner should have called me which did not happen. Beware, you may get an appointment you never asked for!

I had my first visit with Jodi at Journey Saturday afternoon. Earlier that morning I had had a blinding migraine and thought that I was going to miss my appointment but my sweet husband brought me after I had a short nap to regain some stability. Jodi started out assessing my needs and desires for the visit. She really worked magic with her hands and arms. I was in tears it felt so good. Jodi really had to work to find release in my upper body and upper legs. I found the massage to be absolutely wonderful! Just pure pleasure. Jodi is a blessing and I recommend her to anyone who needs a healing touch. It makes me cry thinking how good it felt.

I showed up with a tight neck and shoulders and left feeling completely relaxed. The massage techniques that was used, was so amazing. The masseuse found knots I didn’t even know existed! I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Journey Therapeutic Massage.

Great group of massage therapists for all types of massages. I’ve been many times over the past several years and never been disappointed regardless of the therapist. My favorite there is Charlie Bennett. She gives the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend her enough.

Second massage specific to sinus issues and knots in neck and upper back. I have already made 2 appointments for the new year. The staff is amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. They listen, explain and execute results.

Friendly receptionists. Journey therapist always take time to see what area needs the most attention. I get the profound comfort massage which works on sore places, yet is very relaxing and all therapist make sure they are not pressing too hard. I have been to many massage therapists and Journey is the best!

Isabella and the other massage therapists that I’ve had have all been good. Angie is a new favorite of mine, but again they are great. I do have my favorites but I’m sure any of the ladies can take care of your wellness needs and leave you more relaxed and with less pain. It helps me with pain management for a rare disease. I’ve been coming for over 5years and can contest that it’s a great place!

Avoid this place if you can. My recent experience at Journey Therapeutic Massage was very disappointing. I had booked a 30-minute massage session and arrived early. The massage began on time, but to my surprise, the masseuse concluded the session 3 minutes earlier than scheduled. Despite the unprofessional conduct, I still provided a good tip.On their websites massage policies section, they outline a policy for lateness, where they charge customers for exceeding the scheduled appointment time, a policy I understand. However, I was puzzled as to why the same standard didnt seem to apply to their own adherence to schedules. Afterwards, I contacted them through their website to express my concerns, hoping for an explanation regarding the double standard in their treatment of customers and staff.Of course I did not receive a response to my complaint, leaving me unsure if they had received it. In an effort to give them another chance, I reached out months later to book a session with a different masseuse. Turns out the receptionist confirmed that they were aware of my previous message. Nevertheless, without hearing me saying anything, she outright dismissed my experience, asserting that their records (which is not transparent to customers)  indicated no time shortage, and they can not provide me with any future services.Experiencing someone outright deny your own lived experience and attempt to dictate your perception is incredibly frustrating. Its especially disheartening when honesty is met with what feels like retribution. I refrained from immediately sharing my encounter, opting for private communication in the hope that they might genuinely improve. Regrettably, their response has left much to be desired. Their approach doesnt align with how reputable businesses should operate. While their popularity may stem from the scarcity of quality massages in Madison, their biased treatment of customers only raises concerns about their transparency and accountability.On a personal note, Ive been a massage enthusiast for over a decade. While massages provide momentary relief,  theyre not a definitive solution. Its important to focus on building stronger muscles. Consider seeking out a qualified PT to work on strengthening your neck muscles, that’s the only way to solve the root cause of tension.

I was nervous about going to the chiropractor. It was truly a case of being afraid of the unknown. Today I went to Journey for the second time. Again I was greeted with smiling faces and professionalism. Dr. Bobby and his team are wonderful and are doing a great job with me. I feel great afterwards. I am glad I made the right choice by deciding to go!

I have been getting massages at Journey for years and have always had a phenomenal experience. My most recent massage with Jodi was excellent! She was so great about listening to what I needed and it was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing. I highly recommend her!

My recent trigger point massage here was amazing! The room was spacious and relaxing. I especially liked that the massage and chiropractic rooms were separate, adding so much to the relaxed atmosphere. My therapist was a great communicator, too. What a wonderful experience! Dr. Morris was so helpful in explaining our sons injury and teaching him ways to alleviate the pain hes in. Dr. Morris took the time to really help our son going forward. The laser treatment was fast and noninvasive and perfect for our 14-year-old. Weve been to different doctors over two years, trying to find answers and pain relief, and we finally found that with Dr. Morris and his amazing staff!!

I had my first of what I hope will be many massages with Katie at Journey Therapeutic Massage & Chiropractic. The pressure was what I asked for, and she adjusted as needed per my request. She paid attention to my trigger points and was able to bring relief to my tight hamstrings. Her knowledge and experience were obvious. She was professional and skilled.The room was comfortable, music was on-point, and I was able to relax, which doesnt always happen.Id rate this experience in my top 3. (Im a retired massage therapist, and former massage instructor, and Ive had quite a few massages).I highly recommend Journey TMC and Katie.

Updating my original 5 star review from 2 years ago just to confirm how amazing this studio is. I started with them when I was pregnant and it was so incredibly helpful in finishing out that pregnancy. I have seen multiple different therapists (almost all of them at this point) and theyve all been absolutely incredible. Jodi did my most recent massage and introduced me to their new bamboo sticks. The work she was able to do with the warm bamboo was the perfect pressure for tension relief. I am so thankful theyre adding and training in new services because it seriously made a difference in this massage. They book fast (for good reason) but are well worth the wait and are great at running a cancellation list.Ive also seen Dr. Bobby for chiropractic care and you can truly tell how passionate he is about caring for his patients and making sure theyre taken care of. If it werent for an insurance change, Id still be seeing him too. Thank you Anastasia for putting together an incredible studio!

I love that they try to gauge what you need in that visit as well as give you a relaxing experience. I discovered this gem of a massage clinic pre-covid. I try to get an appointment anytime I am going to be in Huntsville/Madison. The therapists are long-time employees, and offer constantly excellent care so you can be assured you will have a quality experience no matter who you schedule with. They have a variety of options and truly listen to and pay attention to whatever areas of concern you need special treatment.

Journey Therapeutic Massage is a wonderful place. Very welcoming, relaxing and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.My massage was with Tiffany and she did an excellent job. She spent the whole time, at my request, specifically working on my back, shoulders and neck. She has very strong hands and was able to work out all of my muscle knots and kinks! She told me that she was using medium pressure. I cant imagine what her full pressure would have felt like but if you need someone who can do some serious deep tissue massage, she is your gal!

I scheduled my first massage today and I had the wrong address in my GPS. I arrived almost 10 min late for a 30 min massage. I had to fill out paperwork before the massage so I lost another 5 min leaving me with maybe 15 min to undress and have the remainder of the 30 min massage. This was not going to be worth a 10 min massage and I needed deep tissue. They happily took my $53 and I left with no massage. I was late however it would be nice to have another option other than paying for nothing. I was vetting this place because I am a physique athlete and need both chiropractic and massage as well as the sauna. I had high hopes that I found what I needed. Unfortunately I can not feel good about ever going back to this place.

Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcomed and at ease. Dr Bobby seem to genuinely care about the pain I have been and was experiencing with TMJ and he focused on those joints. I got some immediate release of tension in my jaws and can open my mouth more than I have been able to in several months without pain. I have another appointment 3 days later. I’m very hopeful that he will be able to help correct this condition. I highly recommend Journey Therapeutic.

I absolutely love Dr Bobby. I was having severe pain in my neck and shoulders. And even though Im not completely pain free, which I wont ever be, because of arthritis, but he has been amazing at going above and beyond to find a treatment to help me and he has. He has taken my pain level from a 10 down to most days a 1 or 2. Plus Ive been getting the massages also which have helped a ton. The entire staff is so friendly, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend Journey to everyone!

This was my second visit to Journey Therapeutic massage. My first visit I scheduled a thirty minute appointment with Tess and it was so wonderful I decided to come back. My second visit I scheduled last minute and took the last available which happened to be with Tiffany. She did an amazing job working on the knots in my back! Both experiences at Journey were absolutely wonderful! The staff is kind and courteous, the rooms are clean, and the environment is very relaxing.

This place is wonderful! My husband and I were on a cancellation list for a couples massage and they called us this morning to come in so we were very excited!Ms. Dotty greeted us by name when we came in and got us set up quickly with paperwork. We were then promptly taken to our very clean, tidy, and relaxing massage room after that— Brittney and Katie both did a fantastic job with our massages and we can’t wait to come back!

I love a good massage but Katie was absolutely phenomenal! We talked about a few problems areas in the beginning and at the end we discussed some things I can do to help in between visits. It truly was a THERAPEUTIC massage!! My body hurts all the time and I was surprised how good I felt when I left. Kudos to the front desk staff as well!! Great team, thank you!

Their schedule may be booked out, but it is worth the wait! I wont take a star for that because it means theyre good at what they do, they can only see how many they can see in a day! It is always an amazing experience, whether my husband and I are in for a couples massage or Im in for myself with Brittney. She always gives a custom experience based on my needs and what she feels as she goes.

Yesterday I enjoyed another massage at Journey. I had therapist Angie this time and she did awesome. She worked on my sore spots and got the kinks and tension out. It was also very relaxing. The atmosphere is always quiet and soothing, and the temperature of the room and massage table were perfect.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve never had a massage before so this was all brand new to me and I was a little anxious over what to expect. However, I was welcomed right when I walked in the door with genuine kindness and professionalism. My massage therapist discussed with me what the appointment would look like, and asked about any concerns I had. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process. And the actual massage was fantastic. I will definitely be going back!

I have now been to Journey twice. Both times were very, very relaxing. The staff are so helpful and cordial. I had two different massage therapists and cannot say enough about how attentive to problem areas and massage pressure they both were. Thanks so much!

My back has been pain free for nearly 2 weeks after 6 years of excruciating pain. Upper, Mid and Lower back. Im 52 yrs old. I work on my feet, concrete, 12 hour shifts as a CNC Machinist.The massage therapist do everything they can to insure they take care of your troubled spots. For my entire back was hosed up. Im also getting regular chiropractor adjustments as well. I am using a different Chiropractor as I found his business before I found Journey. Im a loyal guy and wont leave unless Im done wrong.If youre looking for a deep tissue massage or a light stress relieving massage, I highly recommend Journey!!!!!!

My husband gifted me with a massage for Christmas! I booked an appointment with Lauren and she did such an amazing job! She talked with me to make sure I felt comfortable beforehand and went over any problem areas that she may need to spend more time on. She and the entire staff were very professional and kind. The atmosphere was clean and calming, perfect for a relaxing massage! Definitely coming back in the near future and referring all my friends to Journey Therapeutic!

Though I havent had an experience with another MT there, I trust Amber and she recommends and vouches for any of the other therapists and services done at Journey. Not exaggerating, this was the best massage Ive ever had. I had a 90 minute postnatal massage with Brittany and she was just incredible. I called to schedule a massage for my boyfriend and I, and the owner and the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to work with us to schedule an appointment on short notice! Their customer service is impeccable! Both of our massages were relaxing and each catered to what we needed. I went to Journey Therapeutic Massage for the first time this week and had a wonderful experience. I never felt rushed, and the massage therapist, Elizabeth, spent a lot of time discussing my needs before my massage. The discussion time did NOT count against my hands-on massage time and I really appreciated that! I enjoyed the atmosphere with calming music and the complementary aromatherapy, where I got to choose from a variety of smells beforehand. The heated table, heated back pad, and cooling facial pillow were all very nice touches that really enhanced my massage. Elizabeth was a great massage therapist! I would definitely go here again and would recommend it to a friend!

I highly recommend Journey Therapeutic Massage and Chiropractic! My 10 yo and I both get a chiropractic adjustment at least every two weeks, and I’ve been twice for the therapeutic massage for lower back pain. Everyone knows us when we walk in the door and are genuinely concerned about our overall health. That’s why I go back. When they ask us how are we doing, it’s because they want to know, and they want to help.

When I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxing and clean. I feel like that is very important with massage businesses and unfortunately I havent always had that experience when I try new massage places. Emily did a prenatal massage on me and it was very relaxing and comfortable. She took the time to talk to me before the massage about how Im feeling, what shes going to do, etc. The bed and prenatal support pillow was very comfortable. At the end of the massage, Emily encouraged me to come back and even try someone new to get a feel of who I like. She told me about their discount by returning within 30 days and how to get discounts through texts. Ill be back next month!

Dr Bobby really listens to you. If my back is acting up, he always provides relief.

I received one of the most professional and thorough lymphatic release massage at Journey Therapeutic Massage. Emily was wonderful, took time to discuss my health problems, concerns and was certain to understand the outcome I wanted. I am COMPLETELY disappointed in this business. My wife just left an appointment at this location. She by her own error entered the incorrect address into the GPS since she had never been there. When she arrived a few minutes late for her 30 minute massage, the lady told her she would have to fill out all of the paperwork first, so she would only be getting an approximate 10 minute massage. She asked if she could fill out the paperwork after, or of something could be worked out and she was told no. When she decided to not waste her time on a 10 minute massage, she jokingly said, something to the effect of well I guess that was a donation then. They lady said We certainly appreciate it. This is completely ridiculous, and is no way to treat customers if you intend to have repeat business. Stay FAR AWAY from this place. My wife needed this massage, and was unable to get it. Was she late? yes, but to have zero compassion for her and make no attempt to help her out shows where your true purpose is. It isnt in helping patients or clients. Its the almighty dollar. Keep the $53. You wont get another penny from us or anyone we can talk out of coming there.

Journey’s Therapeutic Massage was recommended to us by my daughter. The staff was very friendly and professional. They listened to our concerns and did not disappoint!The hot towels and eucalyptus fragrance were included at no charge.Everyone wore masks, but it really wasn’t uncomfortable. I appreciate their safety concerns.Everything appeared clean and there were several products available for extra sanitization.I’d definitely say we got our money’s worth! Been using them since 2015 for all my massage therapy needs. I had severely inflamed SI joints and couldn’t walk without limping. Tiffany fixed me up during my 60min prenatal massage and I am walking without pain and was finally able to sleep! Definitely will be back. They have thought out all the little things from music, decor, scents, etc. that really puts them At a much higher level than an average massage place.Couple things I love about this company:1. You get your entire timeframe of hands on massage. I’ve been to places where I pay for an hour massage, and maybe get 45min hands on. Not at Journey, and you can even see them start the clock most of the time.2. Very, very professional3. Their sheets and pillows are very high quality/luxurious. (Little things :))

My wife and I have been away for awhile, and are home to visit our family. Since we hadnt been able to visit Journey Therapeutic Massage for about 3 years, we decided this would be a good time to go. And we are so glad we did. We had the 60 minute couples massage, and it was wonderful. Charlie was my wifes therapist, and Rachel was mine, and they were both so good. Rachel found places in my upper back and shoulders that were holding tension, which I did not even realize, and worked it out with her magic fingers. And Yvonne felt the same way about Charlie. We just want to say a big thank you for how well we were treated, and we look forward to the next opportunity.

Doctor Bobby and his team are truly special individuals. They are kind, attentive, and always go above and beyond to help their patients. He is a one of a kind chiropractor who has helped my daughter with reflux when she was little and helped me with managing my back and hip pain.

I love everything about this place! As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with calming music and a relaxing atmosphere, which is exactly what I need to transition from the daily crazy and start mentally winding down before the massage. Massage therapist Anastasia Morris is a miracle worker! I always have aches, pains and tight muscles when I arrive, and I always leave feeling amazing. Small touches like the heated massage table, hot stones and the use of custom-made essential oils are a perfect bonus to the massage treatment. Id recommend anyone to come and check this place out!

3/15/19 - I have continued to enjoy Journey Therapeutic Massage. Normally I go to Tiffany but due to scheduling conflicts had to choose another massage therapist. I was happy to find that Emily was just as wonderful as Tiffany. I have gone to Emily two times in the last couple of months. Like Tiffany, she is very attentive to my needs and health concerns. On my last visit, I had a very bad headache. Emily offered to give me a scalp massage and massage my sinus problem areas. I walked out of that appointment feeling like a new person. If you want a place that treats you with respect and creates an individualized massage plan based on your needs then Journey Therapeutic Massage is your place!7/31/18 - This was my first experience at Journey Therapeutic Massage and I assure you that it will not be my last. My massage therapist, Tiffany, was so wonderful. Prior to starting my massage, Tiffany took time to get to know my health and wellness needs. This time was not part of my 30 minute massage time which I was so grateful. Since I have Fibromyalgia, I have to be careful about the intensity of touch during a massage. Tiffany would ask me during the session how the pressure was and I could tell her to increase as needed. Such a wonderful first experience. I have already scheduled my next session - a full hour - which I so look forward to having next week. Other wonderful things about Journey is the online scheduling, email and text reminders and the wonderful essential oils you can buy when you visit.

First time getting a massage from Emily! She was fantastic! I asked for medium to medium-hard pressure, as I had several knots and tight muscle groups. Oh, boy!!! She hit all the spots with perfect pressure. My favorite part was the foot massage. Usually Im super ticklish, but I had no issues with her technique.I highly recommend Journey! All therapists are wonderful!!

These are amazing people doing amazing things. They are always warm, patient, and kind. ALL of them. Then, the extra steps they go to in order to guarantee your comfort are crazy! The Chiropractic half has done wonders for me in managing and removing pain, not to mention improving my flexibility. The Massage half has helped me to relax and de-stress, but also reminded me how important it is to just have a little self-care. Sorry to ramble, but I really cant say enough nice things about them.

This was hands down the BEST massage Ive ever recieved. I got a gift certificate to Journey for a birthday gift and thought if I dont like it (because thats been my experience with most massage parlors), at least I didnt pay for it. Well, this far exceeded my expectations. Calandra was so good that I booked an appointment and for a longer time ( 1.5 instead of 1). The environment was also soothing and I loved that she incorporated essential oils, with my permission of course! Make an appointment. You wont be disappointed.

I stay tense all the time. My back muscles are always knotted. Tiffany did a great job! She was exceptionally courteous and professional. My wife and I will both go back. The entire staff were very kind and courteous. I recommend that you go. You will not be disappointed. (I would not start with deep tissue if its you first massage. Start light or medium pressure and work up. Deep tissue can leave you a little sore the next day. I will get a deep tissue next time. :-)

We are a wife and husband that did our first couples massage as a Valentines gift for each other. Emily and Colandra were wonderful. I have been seeing Tess for over a year and I can tell you she is fantastic! Great technique! The entire staff is just wonderful and the few times I have seen a different therapist, they have been great as well. I love that the option for conversation is left up to the client; sometimes I want to chat and sometimes I just want to zone out. The ambience is very relaxing. I love the 60-minute profound comfort massage for my fibromyalgia and arthritis as it is not too intense. But if I have a specific area that needs extra pressure, Tess has been able to make that adjustment as well. I almost hate to put this review out here because I dont want Tess to get so busy that I cant get an appointment with her :) .

I had a fantastic massage with Tiffany. Ive seen a lot of massage therapists before, but her flow was the best Ive experienced; she even was able to do pin and stretch without interrupting the relaxing flow. The hot towels are a great touch, and she made an amazing transition from hot towels to being covered with the sheet. Even better, you get hands-on time for the entire duration that you book. I will absolutely become a regular client.

They helped me decide on the best one for me and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. It was just what I needed! Calandra was my massage therapist; she explained the process and made sure I was comfortable. From atmosphere to professionalism, I will certainly use Journey Therapeutic again!

Awesome massage! I booked online on Sunday night and they were ready for me the next morning for an hour and half massage. It’s atmosphere was perfect and the lady did an excellent job getting the kinks out of my back and the rest was just a relaxing massage. Will definitely visit again.

It was great to be able to make an appointment online.One thing to be improved, most places offer flavored water or bottled water after a massage as it’s important to hydrate post-massage.

I was gifted 2 prenatal massages at my baby shower and it was the best gift I probably ever received! For 60 minutes, I was able to escape the anxiety and soreness of being pregnant as I was massaged with peppermint oil but head to toe. I used Calandra both times and she made me feel very comfortable. The facility is perfect- modern, clean, and quiet.I wish I could go every week but I do plan on visiting more regularly post-pregnancy.

I love this place! Everyone Ive interacted with has been pleasant. I see Elizabeth, who works pure magic on my muscles! I have MS and sometimes my muscles overreact to stimulation so she is careful to ask if the pressure is too light or too firm. Rather than get a specific type of massage (Swedish, Hot Stone, etc) she works in different techniques for the different problems I am facing that day.The massage oil is pleasant, and they use aromatherapy (if the scent is pleasing to you). There is quiet music playing, and the overall aesthetics of the room are pleasing and calm. The pricing is fair, and each massage experience has been consistently wonderful.

Wonderful staff with fantastic care. They are not like the other high priced chiropractors that have you take a plan and pay 1000s up front (been there before with another) they fix whats wrong the right way and no extra add on cost for decompression. (like the other I mentioned above) still havnt tried the massage area but its a plan.

All therapists have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. The location is crystal clean and each therapist experience assures me they know their stuff. Front desk personnel could be more friendly, but I didnt want to dock a star since the actual service and environment were stellar.Edit: After receiving the response below, Ive decided to remove a star after all. I was not referring to having to cancel my appointment or the policy (I was ill and didnt want to infect anyone else). I was referring to the gruff lack of friendliness on the phone that day as well as the day I went to have my massage. I like to leave honest reviews and wasnt planning to dock your business for that because everything else was spot on. However your passive aggressive response has lost you a customer.

Had my first massage with Elizabeth last week for a sore neck, back, and shoulders. It was probably the best massage Ive ever had. The environment is peaceful and shes friendly so it all made for a great experience. Quickest 90 minutes of my life.

I have been going to Journeys for roughly three years now, and they always do such a fantastic job! Ive seen several massage therapists here and have never left unsatisfied. Tiffany is my go to, she is amazing and so personable!

I just had one of the best massages that I’ve ever had this week. My husband and I have been going for years and have never been disappointed. One of my fears when moving here from a bigger city several years ago was that I wouldn’t find a great massage therapist, but I definitely have here at Journey!

I had the best massage with Lauren! She was very professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed right from the start! The facility was very clean and calming, and everyone was so friendly! I will definitely be back!

I had my first massage - one of many to come - by Calandra & it was one of the best massages Ive experienced. The location is excellent, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, quiet & relaxing. It wasnt busy when I made my appointment (during the early afternoon), so I didnt feel rushed as I have at other places. I hope to make this a regular occurrence!

Thoroughly enjoyed my massages! They are very attentive to my areas of need and I leave very relaxed. May have even fallen asleep a time or two.

Update: CALANDRA did an AMAZING job with helping to greatly reduce the chronic mass of tension, where I needed it the most! Ive always had the best massages here, no matter which Licensed Massage Therapist I see!Our initial chiropractic assessment, for my two small children (age 4 and 6), went great! Dr. Bobby (who my husband and I also see as patients) was very patient, with our very energetic demeanor. He answered all our questions, from what techniques he was using, to describing the figures and posters throughout his office. Both children also received a Therapeutic Massage (Friday April 8th) from Chalandra and Brittany, which made them feel healthy and relaxed. Chalandra was so patient with all if my daughters questions and random comments, and the conversation seemed to flow beautifully between the two. Brittany easily but my son at easy, he may have even dozed off at moments. I myself have had massage here, each session was terrific! Each LMT here has their own unique style, and niche. Sam and Dotty are always friendly and welcoming at the front desk. We are all excited to continue our Joureny to health with the wonderful staff here! We will definitely be loyal clients for years to come! A big thanks to Anastasia and Dr. Bobby for creating a place of Therapeutic Bodywork for both patients and employees, it truly feels like one big family!

Loved this place and the massage by Tera was exceptional. I got the 60 comfort massage with medium to firm pressure. The massage with the hot towel wraps was so relaxing. I highly recommend. After my massage, I bought my mom a mother’s dat gift card. The only thing that would make it better is if they added facials to their services.

Ive been going to Journey Therapeutic Massage for several years. I have never had a poor experience. Im always greeted warmly, and everyone is very professional. The business is quiet and peaceful, tastefully decorated, clean and in a convenient location. They follow Covid-19 protocol protections. You cant go wrong with getting a massage at Journey Therapeutic.

My fiancé and I had a “couples massage” on Valentine’s Day, and all I can say is WOW! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcome and relaxed due to the decor and the friendly staff. After enjoying the ambiance of the lobby, our masseuses brought us back to the room. The tables were nice and VERY comfortable, complete with heating pads and pleasant scents added to the face part. The soft light and music also added to the relaxation. To top it off, both of our masseuses were very friendly, professional, and GOOD at what they did. We will definitely be returning. 10/10!

Anastasia lived up to the wonderful reviews I read on Google. The entire experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. She paid attention to the detailed information that I provided through my new client paperwork and designed my massage around my needs. When you walk into the waiting area you are greeted with friendly staff and a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. I look forward to a return visit.

I recently moved here from Alaska. I have been operating graders, dozers, excavators, and loaders for 20+ years. Up there I couldn’t find a chiropractor that took their time to figure out where my pain was coming from. Within 2 visits Dr. Bobby has most of my pain gone. We still have a long road ahead but I don’t have nearly the amount of headaches I had before. He has top notch machines and his staff is super helpful.

Their approach to chiropractic care is the gold standard which all other chiropractors should be measured against.Dr. Bobby is very thorough in his review of what is going on.Spinal manipulation is only done after consult and use of the roller machine. The table used for adjustment is state of the art, and easy for anyone to get on off who might have mobility issues. Dr. Bobby used a hyper volt or Theragun to continue to loosen the muscles before adjustment.Then I was put on the fanciest waterbed massaging device I’ve ever seen.I have been going to another chiropractor for years with no real relief from pain and throughout the and their approach never changed.Dr. Bobby told me he likes having multiple tools in his tool bag. ‘Cause if all you have is a hammer then everything must be a nail.I’m so very thankful to have found Journey!

Really relaxing and inviting environment. I really enjoyed my massage with Katie. She did an awesome job of working on all of my issues, used adequate pressure, was warm and kind, very professional, only talked with me when I initiated conversation, and really made my massage a great experience. This was my first ever massage & I must say it was incredible! Calandra was very welcoming, and easy going. She made sure I was comfortable & asked questions to get to know me as a person. I felt like more than just “another customer”. She was very informative, and with me being pregnant made suggestions based off her professional knowledge while still giving me options! I would recommend her to anyone!!! I got the prenatal massage & it was AMAZING! I’m usually a very tense person (and being pregnant makes it no easier), but for once in my life I was able to relax! The only downside was when my massage ended. Lol! I’ll definitely be back within the next 30 days to receive another massage from Calandra! Journey will forever be my go-to place!!!

Getting massages has been a blessing, when I first came there my muscles were so tight and had a sciatic nerve problem each week I can feel the difference in my leg , as Rachel works on my body I can feel my muscles relaxing.My left arm I couldn’t raise it no higher than my Waist but now I can lift it almost above my head I have seen progress since coming there. I thank Rachel for all that she has done.I have been getting massages for the last six months, it has been good for my joints and muscles.. I look forward to coming every two weeks ,each time Rachel explain what I need to do when I get home. The massages has been a blessing l have recommend it to other.April 24 , 2021

The massage was excellent! A 60 minute massage lasts the full 60 minutes! Katie took time to understand my problem areas and was very attentive. During the massage, Katie asked for feedback and adjusted where needed. She incorporated some stretches as well as perfect pressure to release some of the muscle stiffness. I have experienced some pretty aggravating muscle pain over the years. I will be going back to Katie to continue to work on this. As a bonus, Katie recommended some stretches for me to do at home and techniques to hit some of the tight muscles. There are no negatives about Katie or Journey in general!

Friendly, professional and extremely talented group! I have seen quite a few massage therapists at this practice, and they have all been amazing. I am now pregnant and they have several persons trained to be able to do prenatal massage which is fantastic ( I mostly see Calandra, and she is Ah-mazing!). I really cant say enough good things about this place, it really is the best!

I enjoyed every moment of my time at Journey Therapeutic Massage. I walked in to a very calm and relaxing environment. I have had about 10 massages in my lifetime and have always had trouble fully relaxing and enjoying the massages. I did not have that trouble here. Office is clean and organized and front office staff very friendly. Katie Mills was my therapist. As a bigger guy that carries a bit more muscle it’s hard to find therapist that will spend the time needed to work out all my muscles. I beat myself up in the gym and need work to keep mobility and a strong mind/muscle connection. Katie is very knowledgeable and keeps my body healthy for anything I put it through. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I had my first prenatal massage here over the weekend and it was fantastic! Elizabeth made me feel very comfortable (prenatals are a little different since you cant lie on your stomach) and the massage itself was so good that I booked another one for myself next month. Cant recommend this place enough!

I treat myself to a massage once a month and have really enjoyed going to Journey. Rachel does such a great job! I prefer a more firm handed massage and she delivers getting all the knots out from all the coaching I do throughout the month. I highly recommend Journey!

Best. Massage. Ever!!! I just moved here and decided I needed a massage. My hips and mid back have been really tight due to not sleeping on my own bed. I ordered a 45min Intense Therapeutic Massage and Tiffany was my masseuse. She talked with me about my pain and told me where we were going to concentrate, if that was ok with me. She took her time and allowed me to talk and ask questions as she was working, but didn’t talk too much!! She really concentrated her efforts where I needed the most relief. I was able to relax and could immediately tell a difference. The next day I was sore, but not in pain. I just knew my muscles had been stretched and loosened! I will most definitely be back!!!

I’ve been going to Journey for about five years now. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The spa is clean with extra precautions being taken due to covid. I initially started with 45 minute massages, maybe every two to three months. I quickly graduated to a ninety minute massage at least once a month. I always feel like I should be calling Uber to take me home. And my aches and pains arelong gone.

Ive had two prenatal massages at Journey, with Emily and Calandra, and both of them were amazing. Its definitely different, as expected, than a normal massage but both ladies made sure I was comfortable and completely relaxed. I wish it were something I could do weekly!

I’m so glad I found this place! Tess is the most skilled masseuse I have ever encountered. Perfect pressure and incredibly skilled at relieving my chronic neck and back pain. The use of hot towels was an amazing technique as well. I’ve already scheduled two more appointments.
