I wasn’t sure what to expect but my first time here did not disappoint! I got the foot and reflexology massage, and was impressed by the facility and the staff. If your favorite part of a pedicure is the massage then this place is for you. I was on a comfortable and well supported bed, there was a towel over my eyes, and a light blanket over my body. Both the foot massage and reflexology massage were relaxing and intense, but I don’t feel sore because of the approach to the targeted therapy, I feel great! I would recommend a loose fitting shirt; while most of the massage is over your clothes, part is under your collar to target your upper back and neck. Overall, super happy and I will definitely be back.

This is one of my favorite places to get a massage in Madison. New Life Foot and Body Spa on Madisons east side has many massage options. Full body, foot and chair massages. And while their website doesnt say deep tissue, they can definitely do deep tissue. Just ask. They also have a punch card.

Best massage Ive had since I went to Jamaica 5+ years ago. Ive been looking for that attention to detail in a proper massage ever since. Ive been to many spas in Dane County and around the country. When it comes to what Im looking for in a massage, Ive finally met my match. Very pleased with the service, cleanliness, and professionalism!

This was my second massage of my life but first table massage and it was honestly very upsetting and a waste of money for my wife and I as my chair massage at the mall (my first massage ever) was a better experience Im not sure how this place has good ratings I would say it wasnt a body massage it was equivalent to having lotion rubbed on but no actual massage. Very disappointed! Also at the end when I went to pay I felt obligated to give a tip and as I wasnt happy I only put $10 for a tip and the lady made a comment as if thats all. The appointment may show my wifes name Jenny it was booked online August 18th at 11 am.

I recommend the 40 minute chair massage if you are short on time or new to massage and not sure about getting undressed but still want an awesome massage for your neck and shoulders.If you like a full body the regular massage here is great too. Very professional and thorough. They check in a few times to make sure the pressure is right and they know where you have knots and do a good job of spending extra time in those areas.Scheduling online is super easy and the prices are really reasonable.They have several staff members so they do take walk ins but I recommend online scheduling or calling ahead. I have done this the day of and still gotten in.Highly recommend!!

My sister and I went for massages for her birthday and it was fantastic! The place is well designed and quiet and the massages were wonderful. And they even gave us an aromatherapy bag since it was my sisters birthday! The massage totally soothed my back and shoulders and was one of the best massages Ive ever had! Well definitely be coming back soon!

Fantastic massage. I went for 90min the body massage was performed to my preference for strong/hard deep tissue but the foot reflexology at the end was unbelievably good! I was so relaxed and feltLike I meditated deeply the whole time, while getting the kinks removed. Visiting family this trip -I’m from the east coast- but I will come back to this place when I do!

I am looking for a spa where I can get a weekly massage for the next few months and this is the 3rd Spa that I have had a massage at. It was wonderful!! The massage was great and I felt like I was being listened to. Will definitely be going back and recommending to others.

Tried for the first time and am happy with my massage. The lobby as well as the massage room was clean and fresh. The lack of extra perfumes and smells was a relief. My husband and I went in together for the couples massage. Our service was professional and the massage therapists found and worked out our knots. We used the last 20 minutes for work on our feet, which was refreshing. We will gladly rebook here.

They were able to get us in the same day which was amazing! I was having sciatica and they helped calm it down. My fiancé also had some issues with a rib and they were able to help the pain. Highly recommend!

An absolutely, wonderful experience! Spent 3hrs getting a foot and body massage and enjoyed every minute. I expected to feel relaxed and rejuvenated, and I did. What I did not expect was how I feel totally realigned! Ive always had sort of a natural slouch but my posture is nearly perfect now. It feels so much better to be standing straight up! I didnt realize how uncomfortable I was until I wasnt any more! Will definitely be back!!

Amazing! Staff was very friendly and my massage therapist listened to my problem areas and really tackled them. Driving home was the first time in over a week that I wasn’t in extreme pain and discomfort while driving. I will definitely go back and highly recommend you check them out as well!

Worst massage experience I have ever had. I get a message about once a month for years, including deep tissue massages. This place was extremely unprofessional. We wanted to try a new place, but this is not it. We were rushed into a room and given no instruction. They asked us no questions, signed no forms, didnt even confirm the name on the appointment. I asked for medium pressure and when asked if the pressure was okay I said yes and she would just keep pushing harder and harder, to the point of causing bruising in multiple places. I have some spots of dry skin and they couldnt understand what it was. They did not introduce themselves. They would leave the room repeatedly without telling us what they were doing. They would leave the door ajar while we were significantly. I could barely sleep from the resulting muscle pain and headach. The following day instead of the usual soreness my upper back was in significant pain with minor movements. This place was so sketchy and I have no idea how it has any positive ratings at all.

This place is amazing, clean, friendly the staff is amazing great for getting the nots out. I saw Wendi today she is fantastic 😁. I feel so much better thank you I will be back.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this was one of the worst massages I have ever received and I will not be returning. The massage therapist was massaging bones such as my spine rather than giving a proper massage of the muscles. This was extremely painful. He also got a phone call during the session and left the room to answer it without saying anything. The door was also left cracked open and another massage therapist accidentally walked in during our session. I did not plan on leaving a tip but when the woman at the front desk saw I selected ‘no tip’ on the iPad she asked me about a cash tip and I felt guilted into giving one.

My best friend and I booked a 60 min couples massage and it was AMAZING! Both of our masseuses were great and professional! Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back!

I dont often do reviews, but I felt I needed to share the great experience I had at New Life Foot and Body Spa.I called to make an appointment this first time around (although they seem to have a good booking system you can do online) but I wanted to get a feel for the place.Walking in, my first impression....I was warmly greeted, things are very relaxing, clean, fresh and just overall welcoming. I asked for a deep tissue massage and who she recommended and the recommendation was spot on! I seriously had the best experience start to finish. I have only great things to say about this place and will definitely be back based on my recent experience. Thank you sooooo much for such an amazing massage and experience!!!

Ive had massages at many different places, but this is by far the best and most thorough Ive had. And the price is unbeatable!

Very professional and did a great job getting the knots out. My wife and I loved it. The lady I had even walked on my back for 15 mins or so. The place was very quiet and relaxing the whole time. I was in heaven and cant wait to go back again.

Very welcoming when entering. The massage overall felt great and my therapist was kind. I would have liked certain spots concentrated on more, however it was not discussed beforehand. At one point, my therapist yelled through the walls to someone which was startling and not at all relaxing. The walls in general seem fairly thin and you can hear people talking in the hall and front door opening, etc. I am likely to return as I appreciate the day of appointments and easy scheduling.

They were able to accommodate a walk in appointment on a holiday weekend which was very impressive. The owner was the one giving the massage, meaning she really cares about her customers! Wow! What a wonderful experience. Was able to get a next day appointment and truly the best massage I’ve ever had. Mia was very thorough and the pressure was perfect and consistent throughout. My back and neck feel so much better, I feel like more was accomplished to relieve my tension here than I would get in multiple massages somewhere else. The gentle stretching really added to the experience and was something I hadn’t had other massage places. You can tell they are very knowledgeable and really care about their clients comfort. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the space is clean, cute, and easy to park at. I’ll definitely be back and be recommending!

2023, we booked for a couples massage. When we arrived, we were put in separate rooms to our confusion. When asked about this, we were told they didnt have the couples room and to come back in a few hours. We came back. The two ladys talked with each other the entire time, kept leaving the room and left the door open for the majority of the massage. The massage was painful, heat packs were much too hot and overall the entire experience was not relaxing at all.

Excellent experience at this massage spa. If you are new to Chinese massage they offer different pressure from hard to medium, and soft. This is closer to medical grade massage so do not expect gentle technique if you’d want results. Otherwise ask for soft. If you’d like American gentle touching/petting massage this is wrong place for you.The space is welcoming and pleasant. It is normal that personnel talk to each other once in a while. If it is new to you get used to it. It doesn’t affect the experience that much.Highly recommend this location for any type of massages or other services offered.

I am a first and forever customer of New Life Foot and Body Spa! I came across them through a recommendation on a local FB group. The user indicated New Life Foot and Body Spa was an excellent choice for a massage that really took the pain out. My back and hands (carpal tunnel) were hurting so bad I decided to jump on their website and make an appt. I booked a 120 min New Life Body Combo Massage for the reasonable price of $145. Online booking was super ea I also liked that I got a text reminder of my appt.From the exterior I would have never guessed its calming, beautiful spa like interior. Staff is warm and welcoming. My masseuse Tom was amazing! He was attentive to my needs and made sure every so often to check in with me to see that the pressure he was using was ok. Now this is NOT your typical Swedish massage. I told Tom I was experiencing pain in my lower back and my hands. He used my preferred pressure to stretch and remove knots from the different areas I was experiencing pain. It can be a little intense but just ask for a reduction in pressure and push through it. At some point of my massage I passed out in a deep relaxing sleep! It was slightly embarrassing but it literally felt like Tom had hit the reset button on me. He pulled out so many knots from my neck and back and did something short of magic for the pain in my hands. After that the pain was gone! I’ll definitely be returning!

We showed up 30mins before our appt time. End up waiting pasted our time to get seen. 😪. When we were in the room we were instructed to get undress and facedown. When the ladies came in the room didnt even close the door, I had to request for her to close the door. After she tied my hair up and threw the blue blanket on the floor because it was in her way. When we were face down, we heard 3 different voices and was unsure why were 3 people in that room. When they were working on other part of my body they didnt cover other parts thats not being work on, I was cold. I pulled the white blanket up and she asked me if i was cold i said yes and she pull the blue blanket which was on the floor to cover me then asked me if I wanted hot sauce and I was so confuse, she kept saying hot sauce but she pulled out a hot sand bag thats covered with towel. After using, she just put it back in the heater and Im just wondering how many people used that before me already. Again, they stepped out and left the door open I had to request them to close the door once they were inside the room. The lady that I was working on my feet she was on her phone idk doing what but it was very unprofessional for her to be on her phone while Im paying over $100 for the service, I did not pay you to be on your phone. I had to request many many many many time to go easy but she did not understand me and kept going hard till i said it was hurting. The lady that did my partners massage was great, she seem very professional and enjoy her job. I hope the lady that did my massage get fire because this is ridiculous. In the end, I would not return.

My wife and I have been here many times, but will no longer be customers. I went in for an hour session with a gift card. Since the card did not cover the full hour, I paid the balance with a credit card and rounded up to give a few extra bucks as a tip to the therapist. I was already in my car when the therapist hastily left the store and flagged me down as if I had forgotten something. When I rolled down my car window, she started complaining that my tip was not enough. She will not need to worry about my tip during my next visit, since my wife and I will never be back, and we will recommend other places to our friends and families.

Relaxing experience and very friendly staff. I was able to sit next to my mom, but also had privacy from other clients. Will be retuning soon to try more services. The Reflexology treatment was great for both back and feet!

Been here a couple dozen times. Good experience all but once where couldnt get masseuse to stop overdigging. In comparison to other similar businesses Ive dealt with they are A+. I’ve been coming here a couple of times. Lisa was amazing this time around. I came in with some sore back/shoulder and went home almost all good and fix! She knows what she is doing. She hit all the sore area and made sure to smooth me out. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning. The only down part is that I am not able to request Lisa if I was to come back.

A friend and I went for a foot/reflexology massage, girls afternoon. This place was 10 times better than any of my highest expectations. We were led to dimly lit room with recliner-type bed/chairs, a, gorgeous big screen TV displaying beautiful ocean sea life. Soft music in the background. Very clean, and probably the best foot massage I’ve ever had. The staff were so so friendly. I will go back, over and over, and will recommend to everyone I know.

Very clean and inviting atmosphere! The chair massage is the hurts so good type and is done on a comfortable massage bed vs the awkward massage chairs. They completely got rid of a stubborn knot near my shoulder that had been bothering me for weeks and did a very good job of checking in on the strength level during the massage. What an incredible hidden gem! My usual therapist appointment wasn’t for 3 weeks and I was having some serious sciatic pain, so decided to try a new location. Booking the appointment online was remarkably simple. The service though? Anything but simple! Walked in to a very tranquil, zen location. The private massage room was very neat and clean, with room to hang clothing and a soft chair to remove shoes while sitting. Took a minute to get used to a towel vs sheet for draping, but quickly warmed up to the idea. My therapist was incredible! She asked throughout the massage if pressure was still good and verified stretches were not too much, yet encouraged me to push for a little more stretch for better results. (In my mind they are better at least!) Will need to see how I feel tomorrow, but I am excited to have a fantastic new massage location to help me stretch my tight hips and give some muscle relief! THANK YOU!!!

Been in a few times, great staff and service. Great atmosphere as well, most of the staff speaks Mandarin Chinese and so do I. It makes it more fun that way 😁. The manager is really kind and also does massages, she is also very cute, so that helps. Anyhow, if you need a great relaxing massage of any kind that they offer get over here and try it out!!!

This was one of the best foot massages I have ever had! The gentleman (Asa) had just the right pressure! It really helped my plantar fasciitis!! Thank you! I will be back!! My husband also loved his back massage as well! The only thing I didn’t like was the extra $18 we were charged because they adjusted his time to match mine. I didn’t realize they were going to charge that much for 10 extra minutes. I wish we would have known about the extra price up front instead of being surprised at the register about the increase. Other than that this place is wonderful!

This experience was amazing. The lobby is so peaceful and the rooms are so calming, clean and the place smells AMAZING!! To top it off, there was relaxation music playing with a very beautiful, vividly colored video of birds in all seasons. If you like pedicures but your favorite part is the foot/leg massage, then this is a way better option. My only regret was not finding out what that scent was. I will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I went for Valentines day to get a couples massage - it was a fantastic experience!! Signing up for the appointment was very easy, and once we got there the two ladies who gave us the massages were lovely. Highly recommend! We will definitely come back :)

I bought a couples message for my fiancés bday and the lady messaging my fiancé stepped out of the room to take another customer and they also stopped 15 minutes before the hour was up. We didn’t mind this but when we went to pay we didn’t leave a tip for this reason. They forcefully made us pay 15 for tip. It was so unprofessional and made us feel bad.We’re never coming back.Go pay more at a place that does the full time and doesn’t leave in the middle of the message.

The massage/reflexology was awesome and the pricing is very reasonable. They always do a great job, and its relaxing. The ambience of the atmosphere is nice, the TV in the chair room is a little bright, but Ill bring my eye mask next time. Its never too busy and I set appointments online which is nice and easy. Usually I can get same day or next day appointments.

So glad I stumbled upon this place! I had a very painful knot in my back, and have been having a lot of difficulty scheduling with my usual massage therapist. I was able to quickly book an appointment online for first thing this morning. The waiting area is truly serene and the rooms are very clean. Prices are rasonable and my massage was incredible. Im so grateful that my therapist was able to relieve the pain in my back. Ill probably be a new regular, and will absolutely be recommending this business to others!

Have been twice now for the 60 min foot/reflexology treatments. It’s very easy to book online. Spa its self is clean, inviting and employees are friendly. Very reasonably priced. For the foot treatment there is a room with 4 chairs/tables. The music is nice but the tv a bit bright. I will bring eye shades next time. Great experiences and will definitely be back.

They use a towel over your body instead of a sheet. It was fine, but I felt a little more exposed. The massage itself was amazing, and I appreciated the drop-in aspect of this place. But as others have mentioned, I do not appreciate that they expect a minimum 25% tip, so I decided on 20% (generous for a 30 minute massage). The employee leaned in to watch me type in my custom tip, and whipped the register back around before I could even confirm my transaction or ask for a receipt. She followed by asking this tip for us? and gave me a dirty look. This is not the way I like to be treated after a relaxing service and will not return.

I had the foot/reflexology massage and it was amazing. They are very quick and courteous to take care of you. I did the 60 minute and wish I would have done 90 to get more of the neck, head and hands but Ill definitely be back for another massage!

It is a very tranquil place when you first walk in. Staff is very kind. My hour massage was just perfect. She was in tune with all my hot spots. I will be returning soon for a 90-minute massage next time!

I had the most amazing massage I have ever had! I had Mia and she was outstanding. When I told her how amazing my experience was, she described a few key distinctions between and Asian massage and an American massage. Asian massages focus more on pressure points and stretching the muscles which truly helped my symptoms. I will 100% come back again and again!

*See follow-up belowI’ve come here twice. The first time the towels put on my sister and me smelled like they’d sat in the washer too long while wet. Understandable that mistakes are made. The second time I didn’t tip as high as the first because the amount of pressure was too low and wasn’t increased after asking— there was no perceptible change in effort. Also, both times the masseuse left the room and came back during the time of the massage. On my way out I was told “lady, this is not enough tip. You need to tip 25%.” I don’t feel that a 25% tip should be automatic regardless of satisfaction. The tip should be commensurate with the level of service provided. I’m still giving 3 stars, because I don’t want to hurt their business, but I do think some changes should be made.*I was called to discuss my review, and I appreciate the care and concern shown. They very much care about customer satisfaction and respect, and apologized for the negative interaction, and offered to make it up to me. Thank you.

Very pleasant relaxing atmosphere with professional foot massage and reflexology. A combination body therapy and meditation that had a very positive effect on my foot neuropathy. Good experience for my wife who has dementia also. Works in combination with her acupuncture to be calm and comfortable. We plan to make New Life part of our health routine

I booked online very easily. The manager made sure I was comfortable and asked if I was ok with a male masseuse or if I wanted to wait for one of the women to finish with their clients. I opted for the male one and he was very professional and made sure the pressure he was using was ok. After the session, I felt relaxed and way less stiff than before the massage. Give them a shot!

I’m new to the area and my back and shoulders were really tight. I came here and it was soooo nice. Relaxing but very efficient and it’s super pretty on the inside. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.

The absolute best head & neck massage Ive ever had! I suffer from frequent tension migraines and woke up with one this morning. Im a truck driver and was just passing through the area. I was able to easily get a walk in appointment as soon as they opened. Within an hour my headache was gone! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Went in last week. Wasnt very relaxing another worker came in the room talking to the lady doing my massage. Then the lady giving me a massage was talking through the door to her male co worker. Also answering the phone in the middle of my massage session. Not very professional.

Great experience! The facility was neat and clean and the massage professionals followed good hygiene practices. The massage itself was great. I had both a foot massage and tui na massage. Well worth it!

Not just your average Foot Spa....this was super clean, smelled great, had a relaxing ambience (relaxing lighting, TV with calm underwater videos playing, homemade herbal footbath, saltwater aquarium). Adjustable tables-you adjust it!. My masseuse asked me several times about pressure so that was great. If you dont want to take your clothes off just get the reflexology/massage combo. I dont have a partner but I got to tell you the couples massage room looked really awesome! If you want a private room/clothes off get the body massage! I cant wait to go back!

This was my first time here and while it started off a little rough (a client brought in her 3 kids while she got a massage and it caused for a short delay and some noise(🤔)) Leesha and the owner did a fantastic job of recognizing this and making things right. I will be back!! Highly recommend!

Mia and Cici were amazing. My fiance and I stopped in for a massage and it was fantastic. I havent had a massage in awhile and just wanted to try it here for the price. After going I will now get one of their packages they offer. We both felt amazing immediately after, but felt even better the next day.

I went their to get a massage I paid 75$ and give her 5 dollar tip she then stops me and says why you only giving 5$ for tips we work hard she says, she then tells me next time pay more tips I just felt like that is a since of entitlement. I didn’t have to tip but I need and I don’t like how she responded and demanded I do better next time 🥴

My mom, my sister and I all got body massages. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the ambiance is quiet and peaceful. They do a great job, and can feel areas of your body that are tense and need more attention. I felt so good afterwards. I will definitely be going back!

Out of the 50 or so massages I’ve had in Madison over the last 25 years, this is the best massage service by far. It was so surprisingly good I extended my first full body massage session to 90 minutes. Friendly, fun, skilled, professional, safe, relaxing, clean. I’ve already scheduled additional appointments. I’m torn about recommending it because I’m afraid that once people discover it, it will become so popular it will be harder to find an available appointment!

I tried New Lift Foot and Body Spa for the first time a few months ago and I was instantly hooked! In the past, I would often get massages from different spas but Mia is hands down, my new favorite! Her massages are absolutely fantastic and since my first appointment with her, I havent even tried to go to another spa. From the moment you walk in, you instantly notice that the spa is very professional and clean. Mia and her staff are always so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Their pricing is phenomenal which makes it a really easy decision to go back for another massage, plus their scheduling system is very user friendly. Really cool looking place! Pretty inside and very clean and organized. Lovely decor. I got a 60 minute reflexology and foot massage! It was 45 mins of mainly feet and legs and then 15 mins of back and neck and shoulders. It was so relaxing and nice. You sit in a room of 5 chairs next to other people FYI For anyone uncomfortable with it but they are very spaced apart.Anyways I loved it! I scheduled ahead of time online and it was a great massage and very relaxing. I went mainly to pamper myself and for some acute lower back pain. I would recommend this place to a friend.UPDATE - Still love this place. The owner is very caring and helpful. I have switched it up and gotten body massages along with chair massages. Its a great deal when you need some relaxation asap.

This is the second reflexology treatment I have had here and it was great, just like first. I also had a 30 minute massage that was excellent. My fiance and I were staying in Madison for the weekend and at the last minute thought about getting massages before heading back to Iowa. To our surprise New Life Foot & Body Spa had an opening 1st thing in the morning for a 90 min couples massage!Our massages were wonderful - we love the deep tissue massages & these ladies knew how to hit those tight spots! Crazy how fast the time went! We will definitely be back the next time were in Wisconsin!!

Massage wasnt the best lady kept hitting bone more than muscle itself. When id tell her to go easy in sone areas she wouldn’t listen and kept going. when it was checkout time the price seemed to increase ($75) than what it had said online which was ($70). i proceed to pay and i decide no tip since the service wasn’t worth tipping and not the best. after i pay she starts complaining “ no tip no tip” “me not worth no tip” then i say sorry and feel bad so i go back and tell her i’ll tip with card. She then asks how much and i say $5 then she starts complaining again… She says “you no money” “me worth no tip” basically starts insulting me then goes to the back and brings out a couple of her friends and they all start talking in some other language complaining and insulting my tip. They all start saying i have no money and that why tip so bad. first of all this was very awkward, since they all started insulting me and harassing me saying i have no money. Second of all i suggest you don’t go there since all they do is beg for tips and harass if you don’t tip what they want. i want my money back you guys are a fraud

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s a hidden Madison gem! Mia is the owner and she is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever come across. I suffer from tension headaches and she is the only one that has been able to provide me relief. Her hands are magic! She feels your body to see where the issue is and you walk out of there feeling like a new human! The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. The bed has a warmer so you won’t be cold! While your lower body is being massaged, hot salts are placed on your upper body and it’s heaven! Any of the girls here are fantastic, Mia is just my girl and I am a lifer!

Worst massage of my life. It was so painful. It’s almost as if they didn’t know what they were doing and were putting immense pressure on our bones and not our muscles. They consistently used their elbows and I have bruises on my back from the massage. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone.

Just had a wonderful deep tissue massage with May. She was very detailed and checked in with me the entire massage to make sure the pressure was ok. My whole body feels great! I will definitely go back and refer to others.

The room was chilly although the message was fine. Upon paying at the end, I was given grief that I wasnt paying in cash which wasnt cool.

I got a deep tissue massage and the pressure was very good. The room was comfortable. They use a large towel for draping, would prefer a sheet. Also had disposable sheet to lie on but thought it was quite thin paper to protect you from another person’s sweat. She had to go around the table to get more oil on her hands a few times and I am used to therapist having something in their apron/pocket. I did like that after thoroughly massaging my back she applied heated pad while she did other areas. Suggest that they put a mirror in the room so you can fix your hair afterward.

My wife and I came in for a couples massage and we were very happy with it. I was worried based on my size since Im a bigger guy they wouldnt be able to really get my trouble areas, but they really got in there. We both felt very relaxed afterwards and will be back sometime.

Terrible Experience,I get 90min massage for 100$ and then she asked me get out quickly quickly she repeated to leave massage room quickly quickly,when I cam up to pay she asked to give her a tip no she wasn’t asking for a tip she was demanded,A was scared and I give her 2$ this is what she deserve (no I think she is not deserved even 2$) I told her this is ok for your job, because she didnt massage, she just stroked me. but still she demanded more tips. I just walked away from her and sat on the sofa, because it was not possible to listen to her anymore. then another woman came up, stood in front of me and again asked for a tip. I thought that if I didn’t give a tip, then she would kill me and gave her $ 10. I think tips should only be given for good work. believing in the comments, I went there. people please write comments when you go to this place. because these comments seem to be fake.

Great place I just discovered was here! I had a 30min foot reflexology and it’s just like getting one in China or Japan. They soak your feet and then do an excellent job at working the kinks and inflammation out. I will be back!

Absolutely AMAZING!!As someone who walks Pups ALL day long, my feet have been killing me, so I got an Hour Foot Massage- my Therapist Lin was extremelyprofessional, used perfect pressure, and hit just about every sore spot without me having to say a thing...in fact, I added an extra 30 minutes right then and there, which got me a very relaxing back massage!I WILL definately be back!

Both Mia and CiCi are absolutely meticulous in what they do. My husband and I were actually shocked at how thorough an hour of their body massages were like because it seemed to last much longer, due to the quality of their massages (when does a seemingly-longer-hour happen to be a good thing?)! We went in for a couples session and the room was clean, hygienic, and well-put together. I also loved the relaxing music as it was calming and wasnt anything pretentious to leave my mind racing and distracted while trying to decompress. Their communication was prompt, professional, and both ladies were receptive of our communication to alleviate our aches and sore muscles. This place and both our masseuses have earned two new patrons. I would love to keep this place a secret. However, this establishment, along with both Mia and CiCi certainly deserve recognition through their merit.

Absolutely fantastic!! I saw Mia today for a 40 minute foot massage with reflexology and my feet and body feel amazing. I have very bad plantar fasciitis and nothing has helped and I have been through it all. This massage made some of that pain go away, but walking on this stone mat afterwards was the real kicker. It really helped with some deep pressure spots. Mia will admit her English is not the best, but I had no problem communicating with her. She was very kind and sweet. This is a place that really wants to help you feel your best and has great service. I will definitely be back. This is my new massage spot!

One of the best massages I’ve had in years! Cici (Cece? I know how to pronounce her name, not spell it) has very strong and soft hands. She worked my super sore and tight muscles in a one hour body massage. I have a toddler in the >99%ile who has been bringing home every illness under the sun over the last 6 months; I NEEDED some rest and relaxation. New Life Foot & Body Spa and Cici helped this tired mama. I will 100% be back and recommend this establishment.

This is the LEAST professional spa that I have ever been to! While giving me the massage, the masseuse was taking phonecalls from other clients, and was walking out of the room everytime smb walked in the shop (happend about 4-5 times). She also shortened my massage by 10min. When paying I gave them 10% tip due to all of the above, and she started arguing with me that it was not enough and pressuring me to tip her more! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!
