My new and favorite vape store in Madison. Rory is excellent and gives the best customer service!! He is very knowledgeable and deserves a big raise. Thank you for being the only store that Ive been to in Madison that has great customer service.

Puff Vapor is great. I travel across town to go there. They carry my brand/flavor and the staff is great exclamation point! They are knowledgeable and personable.

Best vape shop in the state the employees here make it theyre job to get know you and the products you like and give you the best customer service you will ever see I have personally been coming to puff vapor since covid right before they had to shut down I drive to the east side just to see these awesome people and get my lava flow !!!

The rude one is the bald white guy with a beard.He got mad my ID wasnt American and refuse to accept it. He brought up race while talking to me about what country I am from.Then after I informed him about his racist remarks I turned around to leave. Then the red haird gentleman proceeds to curse at me as I walk out the door.

Im 60yrs old and hate all the online stuff. I have been considering vaping for a long time. Rory was wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions and I left feeling very confident about my new device and breaking away from traditional tobacco products. I look forward to converting to vaping and working with Rory and staff for my future journey with vaping. Thank you 😊

Super knowledgeable and helped a very picky vaper with specific taste requirements like me. I love Lucy and Rory. The owner is amazing as well. Been going for years. They are small, but have a lot of vape juice for their size, no parts for crown royals or smok they do carry batteries! And elf bars! They have a great staff though. Next time I will snap a picture, cause the photo here is probably a prior location. Its not that nice and parking lot is difficult to maneuver

Been shopping here for almost a year. Puff is great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely willing to talk shop and answer questions, but just as happy to get you on your way if youre in a hurry. Ive seen others mention that theyre inventory lacks variety but for a simple guy like me, its more than enough. Heck, I was able to subdue an entire hive of Yellow Jackets I had left over from work with one of their disposable pens! After my purchase I went out to the car and momma birded that stuff into the sealable bucket Id been carrying them around in.Fifteen minutes later that hive of enraged murderbugs were all wearing Birkenstocks and talking about what a bummer it was that Burrito Drive is closing.Pretty cool, but now theyre getting all socially conscious and they want their own voting district? Like for the bucket? I feel like I may have accidentally created a new issue civil liberties crisis here, because theres not an established path to citizenship in the country if youre an insect. Id call it a humanitarian issue but...Well anyway- great store. 5 stars. Please call your congressional representative and tell them that the voting franchise should be extended to arthropods! Thanks!

I decided it was time to switch to a kit from disposables (inspired by gross harassment from the customers of another nearby smoke shop) The parking is awful, but I dont even care. Rory was fantastic and patiently walked me through everything from different set-ups to juice reviews :-) Totally gained a loyal customer. Thanks for the education and conversation!

Nice little shop, looked like they had a decent selection of liquids (of course not my brands or flavors) and disposables. The people working there were friendly and even made sure my disposable functioned properly before I left. However, maybe Im just used to buying my vape supplies online, but their prices are MUCH HIGHER than im used to, one 5-pack of replacement coils cost about $5 more than I could get the same ones at my regular online shop for. I want to support local vendors but, even considering paying a fairly steep shipping cost, Puff Vapors prices are way to high for me to buy from them on the regular. I suppose if Im out of liquid or coils Ill go there, but only in an emergency situation.

This team really knows their product!! Weve been coming here for years and the staff know our preferences and are always happy to make suggestions. We always stay and chat awhile and consider them friends for certain. Rory, Brandon and Lucy are absolutely amazing.

I love this store! The ladies that own it are amazing, and Rory, who Im assuming is full-time, is also amazing exclamation point I go in there not knowing anything about what I want, and I leave knowing that I got exactly what I wanted. Theyve got a great list of Vape juice, and if you tell them what flavors you like, they try their hardest to find it. They are reasonably priced too! Just the best shop in Madison, hands down.

Ive shopped here half a dozen times. Staff have always been courteous and helpful. The one instance of having to return something due to a manufacturing defect was handled smoothly. Will continue to patronize this establishment.

Always a great experience when I come to Puff Vapor. I live in Sun Prairie and this is my go to place for everything, they have awesome prices and great selection of products. Rory and Lucy are the best at what they do! I highly recommend Puff for your vaping needs.

The staff are friendly & helpful. Puff has a great selection of all flavors but especially premium flavors and they are always updating their hardware & juice selections. Manager Rory somehow knows everything about everything in the store and can point you in the right direction if you are not sure what kind of juice/hardware to buy. This is a local business that is worth frequenting & supporting if you vape in Madison.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Didnt have the coils I needed for a tank so the staff gave me suggestions on replacement coils and on a new tank that would suit my needs. The staff also worked with me to help find a couple of new juices that I really enjoy. Will definitely come back again

I absolutely love it here! The staff are so nice and informative of the latest mods and the juices that they sell. They have a great selection of flavors 😋 I try something new every month and the way they describe the flavors are SO spot on!

Bought an elfbar disposable. He let me open it in the store to test it right then and there after hearing I bought a bad elfbar elsewhere. He even said if I ran into any issues within a certain timeframe I can come back with it. Not sure if that means replace it, but having the option is more than I expected. Great service.

I always go out of my way to come here; its my favorite shop in Madison. Everyone is always so nice and they help me out! I never review places, like at all, but these guys are too awesome to not give them my highest rating.

Excellent customer service. I went in with a decent idea of what I wanted to accomplish but no idea what I wanted. Brendan walked me through devices, flavors, nicotine levels, etc until we narrowed down the right products for me and I walked out feeling like I like I made the right choice. No pressure, calm atmosphere, and lots of options.

Everybody here is gives the upmost respect. All of their customers are treat as equals and communicates with people. A visit here could last a long time but every minute of it will be field with enjoyable conversations with the customers and staff. Employees explain new mods to the fullest extent of their knowledge and this variety of juices is decent. Almost every juice has a sample ready for someone to try which is always a good thing.

Best store ever. Amazing customer service, great prices. If you like supporting local business this is the place. On top of that the inside of the establishment is very clean and set up so multiple customers can hangout as they brows through the massive selection! Once again 10/10 They will always have my business.

We decided to switch from smoking to vaping and knew nothing about any of it. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and handled the high volume of people coming through extremely well. We got to try different mods and juices for free, in a totally comfortable environment. We spent a lot less than we expected, and when I compared the cost to what I could have gotten online it was minimally more expensive. The guys give excellent customer service, welcome all questions, and are there to provide support if theres ever a problem. Hands down will be our shop for as long as were vaping!

Friendly knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of E-liquid, prices on equipment comparable to other retail stores in the area, points program could be better but their prices on the E-liquid is fair. All around a great store. I go here to buy my E-liquid, and infinite vapor for my gear.

I stopped in recently to check out the shop. I quit smoking and started vaping over a year ago. My old pen unit has served me well but I wanted to upgrade. I ended up purchasing an eleaf 60 watt I stick. Joe was extremely helpful. He worked with me to find the right product and several weeks later I am still satisfied with my purchase. Prices are good and customer service is excellent.

Listen, if you want a good experience with great prices, great service and a very smooth atmosphere mixed with great knowledge of vapor hardware and juices and I experienced an amazing visit for two to three hours. When I first entered, I was a bit lost and confused at first. However, the staff lady who helped me; she was very friendly and very helpful. She helped me every step of the way with re learning how to adjust the vape pen, add more juice and so forth. She also always had a smile on her face and was very friendly still as I left saying bye come again with a big smile on her face. It made me feel good and Ill def go back to this store for when I need more juice etc for my vape pen. I had no idea of this store beforehand but I looked it up and decided to try it out. I say this store is awesome.

Stopped in yesterday to get off the nasty cigs and switch to vapin. Lucy helped me select a great starter kit that I was comfortable with and fit my budget. She explained everything very well. So far I love my vape and will be back to this store again. Clean environment, friendly staff, and resonably priced!

Im new to vaping. Im quitting smoking and everyone at this shop was super friendly and very knowledgeable on products. Not only did they set me up, but I was having a less-than-good day and they made it better. Highly recommended!!!

This little shop is so cozy and inviting. The staff member I worked with was very plesent and educated. I told him what system I have and what flavor I liked. He got a plentiful amount of flavored nic salts for me to test out for myself. He knew all of thier nicotine contents, bottles sizes and flavors (most of them a mix of 3-4 flavors in one liquid) off of the top of his head. I spent a lot of time researching about the difference between nic salts and jucies and how mg/ml compares to percentage by volume for nic content and nothing I found online gave me a good, clear explination. He explained it clearly to me in minutes. He was not pushy and he even explained some unadvertised deals. He didnt push any expensive systems on me or upscale in anyway. As a customer, this one of the most annoying experiences I frequently come across at vape shops, so I was pleased. Quick visit tailored to my liking, a lot of information, and i left with a quality product. The price is exactly what I was expecting to pay as well. The one and only complaint I have is the limited parking, but that will not deter me from going there again. It was a great experience and I was very happy with their service!

Definitely recommend stopping in at this vape shop! They were super friendly and extremely helpful with getting me a juice flavor I was happy with! I recommend the Vape Wild Amaizeballs! Its a corn flakes cereal flavor but better. Glad I decided to stop in here while passing thru Madison I will be back for sure!

They dont carry Smok Novo pods so unfortunately I have no reason to stop back. They seem nice enough, and very helpful. But they got nothing for me...

If you want THE MOST: knowledgeable, eloquently worded, and just purely kind (without even the slightest hint of patronizing), vape shop experience.... come here! I am referring specifically to Rory since he has helped me every time I have stopped at Puff. This is hands down the best vape shop. 95% is because of Rory.

All i can say is wow i recently moved back to town from Colorado and it was tough finding a good vape shop to go to and it took me a few months to discover puff vapor and all i can say is these guys at this location are the bomb i wish i knew them all by name but i have not been going enough to establish a close relationship yet but i deffinately intend to this group of employees are truly the meaning of customer service they call me all the time to let me know my juice is in and even hold it for me every 2 weeks they truly are far more superior to any other vape shop in town i highly recommend this shop to everyone they are an amazing bunch thank you again puff vapor hope this pandemic doesnt keep you guys down looking forward to seeing you all soon !!!

I am in wisconsin dells from chicago and run out of liquid for my vape. This was the closest vapor shop to us. The selection was a joke and the quality of the stuff I bought was not very good. The only reason it gets 2 is because the staff were friendly. I hope other shops up here are better!

Horrible service! You can get everything on line at wish.com just without paying high price. They only have one vape pen and its massive rod like come on its 2020 u can get way better items.

You can try all of the flavors. Sales person seemed down to earth, not pushy at all.Pro tip: premium juice is the way to go. If juice comes in a plastic bottle, steer clear.
