Selective Video

The store itself was pretty big and lots of selections. However, our main reason for stopping at this particle location was because we thought that since it was a local name rather than large company names such as Romantix or Adam and Eve, that it would be at least a little bit cheaper on the prices. But it most definitely was not. We had quite a bit of money to spend, but only decided to get a couple things and go somewhere else instead because of the huge price tag they had on everything. It was a younger, quieter guy working behind the counter. He greeted us and let us know he was there if we needed him, and wasnt pushy like most. So nice customer service and great selection, but youll go out of business soon with those prices.

Friendly staff, large selection of sex toys, lingirie, and smoking supplies. The lingirie is not high quality, but it is not particularly expensive. Many of the sex toys for women are not body safe (jellies and PVC are common here), so read the labels if you want specifically a silicone toy.

Disappointed with todays customer service. I’ve always had wonderful purchasing experiences with this store from selection to customer service. However after routinely purchasing disposable vapes from this store, yesterday I received a faulty product for the first time (from what I have researched online this is the fault of the manufacturer itself as this vape is known to have this problem). I tested the product in store as is suggested at which time it worked. However once home the vape would not stop hitting and then stopped working altogether. I took this item back to the store in hopes of receiving an exchange. The store refused to provide the exchange due to their “all sales are final” policy. While I understand that some may try to take advantage or choose to be dishonest I do not agree that faulty products without refund or exchange can be deemed as quality customer service particularly when a routine customer is involved. Unfortunately I will be seeking a different store to make such purchases moving forward because of this.Response- I appreciate you taking the time and effort to respond to my review and concerns. I am very open to exploring options to correct this situation. If you can let me know in regard to what those thoughts are and who I should be in contact with that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Weve had pretty good experiences here lately! Friendly staff and good prices the selection of what they carry isnt bad at all. I see all these negative reviews and have never had any real problems there.

Its too bad that other reviewers had bad experiences. But the several visits Ive made have been positive, no complaints. Colin hooked it up with the knowledge on several products. And the prices and store organization is amazing! Keep it up guys.

Shopping for a pipe or something, I land on a dugout and one hitter. I tell the associate I am ready to purchase. As they are approaching, I am debating on which dugout color I prefer. The associate says Just to let you know, those are VERY expensive! I ask how much. $65. WHAT? That is not expensive at all. This person assumed something about me either because of my outfit or appearance, that I would not be able to afford a less than $100 transaction. At least the product is quality, so I will never have to return to this store again.Edited by add: the reply made everything worse! Again, on what planet is $60+ dollars a lot? If I had questions about the price, I would have asked. I was not looking for a cheaper product, I was looking for quality and something that was visually appealing to me. The cashier decided that because I was in my Saturday grubby clothes or something that I must be too destitute to afford this item. Apologies, next time I shop, I will make sure I am in my professional attire 🙄🙄🙄

Large variety of merchandise. Clean space. Friendly customer service.

Would not let me into the store because i didn’t have a physical id from the government despite there being no signage indicating such. they refused to take all my other forms of identification all while a married couple walked in without even iding!!! i should have just gone to spencer’s. waste of my time. the other location even let me in with my identification!!

I will never shop here again. I used to enjoy shopping here, but on my last visit they sold me a defective DVD. When I returned to the store to exchange it, they refused to honor their return policy. I only ever shopped here to support local business. You can find all of the videos they have online for cheaper/free (and theyll work) and all of their other merchandise is low quality. Save yourself a trip, shop online.

My girlfriend was denied service and ability to enter the store because she had just gotten a new drivers lisence(paper copy because she had not been sent plastic ID card yet). she had 3 old expired lisences that all said she was of age and the paper one which was valid cause she had just got it today. Both behind the counter workers said she could not come in cause the paper copy could be a fake. I explain this is why we have the old ones. They didnt seem to care. I asked for the manager and was told I could not speak to them. I was prepared to spend upwards of 500 dollars on one, maybe two water pipes that day for my girlfriend. needless to say when my girlfriend was denied services i walked right back out of that shop with here, buying nothing, now I will never be back in your store again! Good work!!!!!

Staff here isnt truthful - called on the phone, told me I could buy products from them, said theyd leave the store open for a little after 10 - I arrived at 10:02 and they said the store is closed. Likely are price gouging as well, be careful

I should have known better My wife told me never to deal with them because they would not exchange her vape pens or even its your refund I made the mistake last night are going there and purchasing an expensive item and sure enough now all they will give is a in-store company-wide exchange or coupon that they say will never expire therefore today Im going to go over there and get whatever I can get for this item in exchange and never ever set foot in this establishment again they are complete rip in exchange and never ever set foot in this establishment again they are complete rip off Thats why Im giving a one star an advising anyone else Thats paying attention to Google reviews never ever shop at this establishment anywhere well theyr bad customer satisfaction bad business practice horrible never to return to this establishment ever

Bad customer service.. did not care about you or NO Knowledge of anything in the store just lieGo to the other Our Adult stores in Madison and get better service and great info about the Product....They are Just Worried about Lady gaga on the Ridiculous radio.

So I got a water pipe from your east side shop and didnt have the right fitting for it so they had asked me to go to there other store which I did and they also did not carry what I wanted so I got something close ask to see it fitted in another water pipe to see how it would fit and the employee said oh it will fit good cuz a part was smaller on the new fitting . So I said ok to get home to be very upset because it DOES NOT FIT

I had a Terrible first impression of this place the first time I decided to this shop at this store. Although the second time I decided to shop at this location I was really impressed and my opinion turned for the better completely.. The service Ginger provided was great very helpful and was really intellegent about the products you provide also friendly vibes were projected which is always a joy and to that I give you 10 stars thank you Ginger for the excellent service.

Came here to buy a larger dildo for a friend of mine. We always think of fun ways to F**k. I was looking for a big fat thick one larger then 10 Inches. I couldnt find that but i got the biggest thing possible there. :) Me and this girl are gonna have some fun! Teacher and Student. Boss and Employee. Doctor. Firefighter :)

The chick working there this evening acted really judgy when I asked if they had something there and they don’t .... then didn’t help me or pay attention after that even tho I was clearly looking at other things .... she walked out of the room and I had to wait for the guy to help me who helped right away.
