Really like everyone that works here. Been going for a while for disposable vapes and shisha. They have a ton of hookah supplies and an insane amount of vapes. The employees are always really helpful and the owner is great. Theyre even starting to keep cigars.

Every time I come to this place, the staff remembers me, hook me up with discounts and always helps me around the store. On 03/26/2019 my kid who is a minor purchased from your store with their debit card. We complained and talked to the owner. We were assured it isn’t normal practice to sell to minors. Maybe not but apparently it is normal to sell to my minor. On 04/12/2019 my minors debit card was charged at this store once again. I am doing everything I can to prevent them from doing anything illegal but I can’t be with them 24 hours a day. I don’t understand how adults can’t run a business with in the rules of the law. Minors if you need a place that will sell to you look no further this is your place!

This place is an absolute JOKE! The ppl working ( I assume the owners) are rude as anyone I have ever talked to. Everything in the store is ridiculously over priced. They do have a decent selection but the way I have been treated ever time I go there or even call is enough to keep me from going back. I will go without what I need to keep from having to go there and I live like 5 minutes away. I DO NOT recommend going here, ever. Another thing I noticed by talking to them and hearing them interact with other customers is that they will tell you whatever you want to hear to try and get you to buy from them right then and there. Almost try and force it on you. I will throw my vaporizer against a wall before I ever go back.

I have only been aware of this shop for roughly a month now I live a 30 minute drive with 6 vape shops between me and skyzone yet due to their great service and general knowledge of the quality items Im quickly seeing my self as a regular. This has been my fave spot since my first visit but today was above and beyond.Yrsterday I went in looking for a replacement coil for my pen (its old and has been discontinued cme to find out) and not only did the owner take time to see if he had any that could work, but he went out of his way and followed up with a phone call the next day telling me he cam3 up with a total of 5 that were at one of his other locations.. thank you

I have shopped other vape shops and will no longer go anywhere else, These gentleman that own and run this store are not rude. could it be that they where busy with other customers and could not cater to you or your phone calls? why call and shop go in to the shop, to shop or ask questions. If by chance they where rude you probably gave them good reason. they are always helpful and friendly. Last I checked they are a business it is there job to sell there items to you. They also set there prices as they need to. who are you to tell them how to price there items, do you tell Walmart how to price?

Employee was not trained very well at all and was left without a manager or supervisor. Didnt know anything about the batteries I needed, couldnt find any of the juices I wanted to test/was just overall unknowing of his own work place, and last but not least and the most egregious mistake. Once I finally got some of my own testers; I asked for a new mouth tip. He pointed towards the bucket next to them (which I of course saw -_- ) and I told him there were no uncontaminated ones in it and he walked over looked at the open mouth pieces with their wrappers btw next to them and said no those arent used. I picked one up and showed him the literal spit in it.At that point I walked out.

Mod prices tend to be just a little high but they never try to haggle you or talk you into purchasing something out of your price range or anything unnecessary. Zee, I asked 2 other vape shops who their distributor was, and they gladly told me. I mentioned the situation with you, and they were shocked you acted like that. Actually, one of them wasnt surprised cause theyve heard similar about you in the past. I simply asked for the distributor so i could try and solve my problem cause $109 is a lot for a mod to last 3 weeks. If you could not do anything, i was gonna try, but being rude to me wasnt a good way to handle things. I was never rude to you at all.I bought an alien smok 220 from zee. It completely stopped working after 3 weeks. It was never dropped or left in the heat. I came in to talk to zee and he said to leave with him and he would call distributor. A week later I came in and asked about it. Zee told me that it would take a while because his distributor is in Houston (this is right after the hurricane). So 2 weeks later i approached Zee after i got back from Florida( I do environmental work and helped with hurricane issues there). Zee said hes having trouble getting them to mail the box and paperwork. All this time I have been very nice and understanding. I simply ask him if he could give me a contact number for his distributor so I could try also( i mentioned I would be going to Houston anyway to help with hurricane there also). in a very nice way.. Zee proceeds to get short and rude, and refuses to give me any information. That really surprised me cause he had always been somewhat nice. This store will NOT take care of you! I would NOT shop there or buy anything ever again. And advise everyone else to go a quarter mile down the road to the other vape shop..

I received terrible service. There incompetence cost me an extra $50 bucks and effected my relationship, due to it being a valentines present. It was the owner that made the mistake so you would think he knows what he is doing, thanks a lot bud! Also I should state that he knew what he was doing and did nothing to make it right.

Sky Zone is the only shop I go to since it opened. The fact Z educates the new beginner while helping them make an informed decision on such things from a small purchase of a couple flavors or a whole new unit is pretty cool. He is also able to help the more experienced get something for their interest as well.Z never seems like he is trying to rush you out the door because youre only buying just one flavor and not dropping your paycheck on a whole new vaporizer. I will agree it can be frustrating when its a longer wait to get a couple of things. But that is because he is just one person. He takes his time to help the new beginner or the person that thinks they know everything and all things about vaping... When you have one person trying to truly help people those conversations are going to take a little time.*Prime example*: When I had an issue with my very first Vape I bought from him Z no bullshit tried to figure out a way for realistically 15+ minutes so I didnt have to buy an all new rig. I had dropped it so many times the tank wouldnt screw onto the base anymore because the threads were so messed up and cross threaded from being banged around.So you have an experience like that... Why in the hell would I spend my money elsewhere? Those type of things are what makes Zs place more personable so you feel good spending your money there instead of at just another VapesAreUsBro type store...I know everyone has their own experiences. But my time spent there 3+/_ times a week at Sky Zone have been awesome time after time! And if nothing else... They have a value card and if you keep up with it you get the tenth e-liquid free.With all that said... Thanks Z. Your all right in my book sir.-Austin

Ive been to a lot of vape shops around the Huntsville/Madison area and Sky Zone is hands down my favorite. Not only do they have a huge selection with good prices, but the owner and his employees are all extremely nice and very helpful/knowledgable. If you are new to the vape world they will definitely help you in the right direction. Id recommend Sky Zone to anyone who needs a vape shop though, whether just starting out or a vape vet this placell have what youre looking for!

I worked at skyzone for almost a month, and quitting was the best thing for me, after i quit i never received my final paycheck for almost 40 hours of work (which i have documented), very rude owner, he completely took advantage of me on multiple occasions. Went MIA for multiple shifts, no breaks (no matter the shift length), and also tried to short my one and only check almost 14 hours and then got defensive when i showed verification of my hours.

They have the coils I needed after searching everywhere thankfully it was quick and efficient.

The owner is very informative and took his time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They also had plenty to choose from at good prices. I would definitely recommend them.

One of the best vape shops in North Alabama, that is because it is one of the only ones.Dont get me wrong, there is not much to complain about. Just, most of the competitors either suck more or are much better. Putting skyzone somewhere in the middle.Note: I know that they arent just a vape shop.Pros:The staff know enough to educate small minded and new vapersThe selection of the mods, juices, and accessories is decent.They will build your coils for you if you purchase your wire there.The staff remembers you if you come more than once or twice and they know exactly what you need, even if you dont. And quite often will offer you better prices if you are a regular.The store is in a convenient location relative to the road that it is on, see below for my complaints on the location.Cons:The staff can be easily outsmarted when it comes to more advanced vape mods and the true difference between a clone and an actual mod.I have a hard time trying to communicate with who I believe is the owner. I dont believe English is his first language. Either that, or I just speak too fast.Most of the selection is over priced, but for vape shops that is very common. Id say they are in the 40th percentile when it comes to over-pricing.They quickly recommend the cheaper mods to new users, knowing that they are just overpowered e-cigs and not vapes.The flavor selection could be better. They only really keep the flavors that are really known.The shop isnt primarily a vape shop. They sell tobacco products, marijuana paraphernalia (they call it tobacco tools, but it is obviously not).Isnt in an optimal location. They only have 3-5 parking spaces at any given time, and the turn into the parking space is kind of hard to get to.Conclusion: I believe that they are good enough of a store to stay open, but they arent anything too special. They are in a conveniently close area to most people where I live and are pretty much the only option for about 20 miles in any given direction from the stores location. Although, I believe that they would do better as a vape only location, I do find it convenient that they also sell flavored tobacco for hookahs and light-able coals.I rate 4/5 stars.

Skyzone Smoke Shop is the best place in North Alabama to buy E-cigarettes. The owners, are not just salespeople, they are true friends, who are very pleasant and fun to be around. I have tried other smoke shops in Huntsville, and have not found any to be as knowledgeable and informative as Skyzone. They do not just sell their products, they also take the time to show you how to use and care for your purchase. I give them a five star rating.
