The young lady was well educated, and helped to dumb it down to my level of Anse or lack of knowledge, and I mean that for fun. She was wonderful and helpful. She did mention that I should consider using, which will help expedite the use of CBD and a little THC through a gummy as opposed to waiting. Alcohol is different the more fat and food you have, the longer it takes to feel intoxication. I did mention to her if I would have a pass as there’s enough fat on me and she laughed and made me crack up for the day. Outstanding customer service. Thanks for the education. This has got to be one of, if not, THE best smoke shop in Madison. I’m a semi-regular and the staff are such consistently brilliantly knowledgeable and friendly. They’re helpful, welcoming and hard working. Ive honestly never had a negative experience here at the west location off of University.Their products are great, their promotions are fantastic, but above all else, their staff are just beyond phenomenal. They’ve definitely earned my loyalty ❤️

My first time visiting the shop, was in search of a new mod. The girl that helped me, she was amazing. She knew all about the mods, was able to answer my questions, and even introduced me to a new mod. The GeekVape. I was a frequent Smok mode user, however the GeekVape is sleek, smooth and it hits like a dream. The wall of juice the place offers is also outstanding, I was also able to get wonderful assistance in picking flavors from new brands. The woman who helped me said she was new to the shop, well I wish I had gotten her name because Id love for her manager to know the 5 star service she gave me. I did go when they were in the process of a remodel, Please dont let this detour you from this store. I will absolutely be a returning customer.

Got a new mod new addy coils for it and juice. All were good. First time went in there must’ve the guys first week or something and grabbed the wrong coils on accident. Came back to tell them what happened and they returned them. Good thing I kept the receipt otherwise every other receipt I throw away but kept that one👍

Looking for a smoke shop near me with an easy commute and this one checks all the boxes. Got a new battery from here and the employee was very knowledgeable on the products!! I was asking them what they recommend and they did not disappoint :) got a nice new long last battery and a nice new smoke shop out of the deal!

Nice staff but prices could be better. 20 bucks for 50mg of edibles is a bit high. I understand its not cheap to run a business that sells cannabis products though, which is why Im still giving four stars. Definitely have some cool items in there so Ill probobaly come back.

Awesome shop located super conveniently on University Avenue near the hospital bay. Its on multiple bus routes and there is a bike path nearby, so its easy to get to no matter your method of transportation.The staff is very knowledgeable. I have not had a recommendation from Bailey or Emily that wasnt right up my alley! The products are all high-quality and third-party tested. I love the selection of incense and the variety of methods available for CBD products. There are edibles, flower, vapes and cartridges, tinctures, beverages, and topicals.

I went in today to get a whole new system. Emily understood completely what i was looking for was very knowledgeable about all of the products and juices they have. She was also very nice and easy to talk to.This store has specials all of the time and I really like they have a parking lot and is away from the UW campus.

I love shopping at all three of their WI locations, they have another one on atwood ave here in Madison and one out in Waukesha as well. Emily and Bailey here are amazing, super friendly and outgoing. They put out high quality products, I feel comfortable shopping here knowing the employees got my best interests in mind and will find me the perfect product for ME. I mean, I don’t think i’ve ever gotten something I didn’t like. I came in initially for nicotine products, and after complaining about how much my feet hurt, they gave me a sample of some of their cbd balms for free. WOW they are great. I ended up picking up the BLNCD relief balm, and some of these WYLD pear gummies. That combo of the balm and the edible, pain is GONE. and i still got my nic fix🙏🏼 thanks guys!

My older review of this store MUST have been a mistake! Apparently I gave it one star, but Ive loved it since the first time I went in. Large selection of hardware and e-liquids and CBD products. The staff have actually tried this merchandise before selling it to anyone. (Well, not the exact same bottle, of course. That would upset people.) The staff are extremely well-informed, and its a great place for beginners to learn the technology. They are also extremely patient, which, in my case, is good. Visit and enjoy!

Friendly professional employees, but most don’t know their stock very well. I would suggest some in- store education on the current inventory as well as continued education on new items as they become part of your inventory. I always have difficulty getting the correct coils for both my devices, and one of them was purchased from your store.

Respectable selection with some variety and often has a few edibles on sale each time we go in. Good reward program. Staff sometimes have trouble making personalized recommendations beyond just reading the wall. All in all very good, always friendly and helpful. Prices sometimes competitive with online offerings, otherwise always a good place to visit on short notice.

This place is a game changer. I’m so happy with their quality, potency and selection of products. From crystals to glass. From flower to wax. They have it all and it’s legal. I purchased an exact replacement for a Uwellcrown tank that I had before. It was constantly leaking while using the same wattage and juice as the previous tank.When I took it in they tried to remove the coil but ended up removing the glass part. They proceeded to show me a seal that was out of place which had obviously happened while removing the glass and said this was the reason for leaking. When I removed the coil for them they then said that the wattage I was using wasnt high enough and this was the cause.After this they said they do not do replacements on tanks and I was out of luck. Beyond giving possible reasons for the leaking they were no help. Using an identical tank with identical wattage that didnt leak and the final reason was too low wattage.

What a great experience. Went in there looking for a new glass piece for my vape tank. When they didn’t have the right size, All hope was not lost because they had a brand new tank (with two plays pieces and two new coils) in a discount bin for about the cost of the glass. They had everything I needed and than some.The girl that was working was also wonderfully pleasant and helpful.

This shop has a super relaxing atmosphere, more like a wellness shop than just a vape store. The staff is super friendly and they always have a ton of cool products to check out (lotions, mystery boxes, incense, cbd pet treats, etc etc).

Harm reduction. Dr at John Hopkins says every smoker should vape and no kids should take it up. British public health determined 95% better than smoking.No more cough or congestion. I can exercise again and smell and taste food. Born again vaper. TWO YEARS LATTER. No more COPD, Sleep Apnea... 3 mile hikes daily.

Im not sure where the negativity is coming from. I havent experienced anything like what the other reviews are describing. From the first time I stopped in, Ive only encountered friendly and knowledgeable vapers working the counter. They have a pretty diverse selection of both devices and juices, are fairly conveniently located and open later than many of their competitors. Somewhat pricey, but only as much as retail stores generally are compared to web stores. I havent found anything to complain about yet.

A back in December I went in about a cartridge that exploded on me, the gal took my info and said that she would let the manager know what happened since it was a fairly new cartridge. About a week later I get a call from the manager and she told me that she would give me like $30 store credit or a discount or something and that it would be marked on my account. Then last week I go in and my account is nowhere to be found in the system and the managers deny ever speaking to me about the whole ordeal. And said if I still had the cartridge I could exchange it, when I was there in Dec they refused to take it so I threw it away! How was I supposed to know that they were going to change their policy on that? I wish they had done a better job with their account management.

Ive been going here since my favorite shop closed down. Bought a new mod and tank and some juice here. Good selection, prices are on par with what youd expect.

I came In close to close with a friend, I knew very little about baking and wanted to get started. The associate was very friendly and recommended the PERFECT setup for me and suggested some flavors for me to try for juice. After I had everythinf she even helped my friend pick up a replacement tip for hers. It was an overall wonderful experience.

Employees are nice, but being a newer vape user i asked them to recommend a quality product that was not near its end of life. The vape they recommended worked well at first, but quit working after 2 months. I find out by reading online this Smok Vape had constant quality issues and was a know issue, thanks for the advice....I guess ill be shopping online, id much rather support a local business.

Got to love all the winnie people or there that speak before understanding a full picture! Personal experience has shown me that the employees that Ive met there are very nice and knowledgeable! As far as prices go, can you get things cheaper online?, of course! But come on people you are paying for a convenience of getting product now and being able to test it before you buy it! Thats how the world works, it will always be cheaper online but you lose the face to face and the knowing of exactly what you are buying is what you are getting! They are a good clean shop and I will continue to give them my business when Im on that side of town!

One of the best vape shops I’ve ever seen! Has some juices I haven’t been able to find anywhere else except online or a HUGE vape shop in Milwaukee! Carries like every flavor of the brands I use, and a LOT of brands. If you can’t find a specific flavor or brand, check here, cause they’ll probably have it. I’ve gone on quests over entire cities looking for my specific brand and flavor, and this is the ONLY shop I’ve found that has them!!

I had been to 3 other vape shops in the Madison area and they either didn’t seem interested in telling me about their products or didn’t know much about what they were selling. I walked into Infinite today on my lunch and was greeted by Kayla. She greeted me right away and answered all of my questions. Are there other places that might be less expensive? Possibly but I’m willing to pay more for good quality service, thanks Kayla!!

Not sure what the bad reviews are from, sounds like possibly a competitor trying to slander them. This is a nice spot to get juice or equipment. Every place is sometimes sold out of certain things, so not sure why anyone would really mark down for that. The people Ive talked with have been knowledgeable and theres plenty of chairs and samples to make sure you get a flavor you like.

I dont get the bad reviews at all. Theyre sometimes out of the liquids or carts that I want, but I havent gotten any bad equipment or any particularly bad advice. The rewards program got me a better box and Ive been turned on to a bunch of different flavors through the free sample setup. I work nights, so the later hours are convenient.

This is an adorable little shop near Hilldale area. It feels comfortable and they have a nice selection of products to choose from. I recommend checking it out!

Stopped in this store at some point last week. Trying to quit with tobacco so decided to move to a vaporizer, but didn’t know anything about them at all. Matt P was excellent!! Got me all set up and filled me in from top to bottom on everything I needed to know. Product variety and selection was great too. Would highly recommend to anybody in the market for a vaporizer or any supplies. Will be returning on the regular.

Usually go to the east side location, but the service is just as good at this one. The prices do tend to run a little higher than other vape shops, as some other reviews have mentioned, but I tend to be willing to pay a little extra for a superior customer experience. Employees are always willing to take extra time with you to explain your purchase, troubleshoot an equipment issue, or let you sample the different liquids. Definitely where you want to go if youre getting started (or thinking about getting started) with vaping.

Clean shop, competitors Ive been to have a sticky mess in the sampling area. Infinite was clean and very well organized. The staffer was very helpful and went out of his way to explain various mods features. Im very willing to pay a bit more for a cleaner and more comfortable environment.

I used to only shop online for juice and thought stores were a ripoff.And then I met Isiah! His knowledge of vape juice and ability to confidently recommend anything in the store has made me a regular here. Hes incredibly friendly and recognizes me every time I come in! Infinite Vapor is a better store for having him here and I look forward to coming again and see what he recommends me next.I could not be happier with the service or quality of product Ive received here and would absolutely recommend anyone stop here for their cbd and vaping needs.

I couldnt be happier with my recent purchases here! Infinite Vapors willingness to adapt to the current situation and offer contactless transactions via curbside pickup saved me from returning to tobacco products during the lockdown. I was able to get the supplies I needed at a time when online retailers were wiped out, and other local shops were closed down entirely. Staff was very helpful, quickly guiding me to my new favorite every day e-liquid flavor along with a new tank and an ample supply of coils.

Nicki works too much, but it shows with abundant amounts of knowledge with multiple set ups and juices. Shes the only one Ive worked with there, and Im not used to thr high level of service she provides. I came in knowing nothing, and she broke it down barney style so I understood and never once made me feel stupid for not knowing. I dont think I could find a better place to go.

I was looking to get a vape pen for e-juice and took the recommendation from the staff to buy the evolve-C. I picked up some juice and was on my merry way. About an hour later, I dropped the pen and broke the glass e-juice canister top. Assuming this happens a lot, I went back about 20 minutes before they closed and tried to buy a replacement cartridge. The girl who sold me the pen looked so confused... then tried to figure out what I meant and if they had a replacement. They didn’t, and she said it would probably be in the next shipment... on Wednesday. The day was Wednesday. So I just spent over $50 on something I can’t even use for a week? She referred me to the east side store but I told her I wouldn’t be able to get there in 20 minutes before they closed.. which she replied “oh, right”. A few days later, I came back to ask about a solution and maybe buying a glass e-juice canister from a showcase pen that is already out of the box. The salesperson looked at me like I was nuts and said they didn’t sell e-juice canisters for those pens, or parts for any of their devices really- you have to buy those online or a parts shop. He referred me to some pre-filled cbd cartridges but I told him that I had bought this juice per the salespersons recommendation on my last visit and I wanted to use it. He was genuinely in disbelief someone sold me that “particular pen” for e-juice because that’s not what it’s for. His solution? Buy another pen from this completely different showcase I was never directed to at my last visit. Overall, I think this store is really disorganized and under stocked. They don’t have replacement coils or cartridges for their most basic, common pens? And the discontinuity of information I received from one person to the next was confusing and ended up costing me near $100 ! I would not recommend this store to anyone who doesn’t know what they’re looking for before walking in the door.

Went to get a new complete setup to upgrade from my current beginner mod.. I really am not that involved with my vaping so my previous visits to other shops has been intimidating and uncomfortable. Infinite vapor on university ave changed my thinking completely.. more specific my sales clerk Nicki, she listened to all my likes and dislikes on my current setup and helped me build a very reasonably priced and very nice set. As for the juice... options options options! Again in that regard Nicki really took the time to help find a few great flavors for me to get goin with my new mod! This place has awful service. The guy who “helped “ me was super rude in answering my questions in how to use to a Evolve-c vape for CBD oil. The vape that was sold to me was a display model and was not working at the time of purchase. I purchased it anyway because I was told it was charging issue. Charged it over night and nothing happened. Came in the next day to exchange to it. Naturally they didn’t have it because I was sold the last model. He then told me to drive over to the East side to exchange it because they don’t accept returns. He lacked any sort of empathy in my frustration of this situation. The new vape I exchanged on the East side was vastly different. It worked thankfully and was clearly brand new as it was in its original packaging.

Amazing dude working there. I came in, told him I’m new to vaping and that the gas station juice I had sucked. He told me all about juices, dos and donts, types, and ingredients. So very helpful and informative. Great prices. Huge selection! I’m from wautoma; I’d go all the time if I could!! Must go if you’re in the area or never been.

This is my regular vape store, I’ve spent hundreds here because I felt they were an honest business. Bought some coils one of which was defective, cause a hard short when using it in a mod and it burned the chip. Called to tell them and the only response I got was, “we don’t do anything with coils”. Matt P was no exaggeration the best customer service I have ever received in relation to vape shops, and in the top five best Customer service experiences Ive ever had period. He took over thirty minutes out of his day to explain RDA to me instead of saying YouTube it like everyone else. He explained in laymans terms to my girlfriend who is new to vaping. Did not have my replacement coil in stock. Being new to vapes, I did not know that certain juice will burn coil faster. Bought a different strength coil and it burned up in a day because of the juice I purchased. Not pleased.

I bought an E-cig from here, after only about 2 weeks it broke. The tank came apart, which is probably from me loosening and tightening it, because it would leak so i had to close it very tight, and then wouldnt be able to get it open. Either way, its the product that was crap, I went in there to show them what happened, and before I even explained the guy took one look at it and said Oh, nope, sorry cant do anything for that Very dismissive, rude, didnt even let me explain, was a complete jerk. Obviously does not know customer service, the fact that they hired this jerk shows a lot.

The woman (I think she wrote Kayla on a business card) was far more helpful. She explained how to use my vape. I still wasnt asked about joining a rewards program though.

They sold me a Kanger Subtank Nano, yet charged me for the Mini which is more expensive. I found out the error, emailed the company on their contact page, but they never responded.Not doing business where they overcharge then ignore their customers.
