BEST VAPE SHOP EVER!!Hands down top notch customer service!I purchased a new vape + non~nicotine juice & a a large bottle of the Tropical non-nicotine juice which I didn’t care for was accidentally placed in my bag vs the Mango from the sample I tried & didn’t care for, nothing wrong w/the tropical just a personal preference between the two. Going thru items upon home arrival realized the human error & immediately phoned.I was informed I could bring back & exchange for the Mango. Customer service representative said he would be working the following day but upon my return he unfortunately wasn’t there.The representative was contacted telephonically who confirmed his exchange approval but also extended another apology. Both representatives were friendly & extremely helpful. Highly recommend this business to all!

Ive been asked to rate again. My feelings are the same if not better. There are great store and it seems like theyre extremely professional no matter what may be happening in their day they always find a way to giggle or have a smile. Its great customer service they go out of their way for their customers.

Clean, professional, knowledgeable and great customer service. I bought some vape juice today. I was kinda confused on what new flavor I should try but the gentleman there help me finalize my options and make a great choice. I Love This Flavor! Will be back soon.

If I could rate them zero I would. I have not been vaping very long, so I do not know the intricate details about my device or the heater. so I took it in and asked the owner if he knew. he said he had no idea because it is still in the tank and could not read it. after I removed it for him and he looked at it he told me it was M2 I saw great bought it and fluid and out I went. when I got home I realized it did not work because he sold me M2 0.25OHM and it turns out I needed M2 0.15OHm. I had no idea that they had different OHM for the coils. I relied on the owner of the store to know about the products he was selling but I guess I was wrong. so I went back to let him know and he said over the counter sales are final I explained that I had no idea what I was looking at and that is why I asked him for help and showed him the original coil. I asked if he was not going to assist me in replacing the item HE sold me as the correct one? he said it is your responsibility to know what you are buying as true as that is I relied on his expertise (or lack there of) to get to the correct item. I have spent lots of money in his store but because of 15.00 that he was not willing to correct he will loose my business for ever. do not give money to a guy who is only worried about a nickel today and not a loyal customer. Just had a horrible experience there. I visit quite often and never delt with this employee before. I felt like I was interrupting her and her phone. And then she started yelling at me to stay behind the line. I was tryn to show her what I wanted and she constantly picked up the wrong item. Bc of her you more than likely lost a constant customer.

I have been in this shop 3 times. Twice they sold me the wrong item and then hid behind no refund policy. Once the wrong coils and then the wrong juice. My bad for inspected them closely before I left...The 3rd time was to repurchase what I actually needed.

Nice and clean store. Friendly and helpful staff and great selection they have. Definitely will be back again especially for their great prices.

This is my favorite business I go about two times a week the customer service is always amazing they have a gigantic juice selection, very competitive prices on her Kratom and juice and good quality glass!! I’m so happy they opened up here it’s so close and convenient to where I work and live, and way better prices than Tobacco Hut Warrenton!!!

Website and their front door says they open at 10am. Im here now and they are not open, its 10:30am. I made a special trip, drove 25 miles, got here at 10:10, Its now 10:30 and nothing. I wont make that drive again. To me, they suck for not being punctual. They lost my business.

Bought a vape the next day had a problem with it. Took it back they didnt know anything about the product they sell. They couldnt help and didnt care to replace or do anything about it. Like oh well tough luck..wouldnt recommend they place if it was the only shop in town. Your all better off going to I Smoke Shop where they can help!

Sign on the door says they had an emergency and will be open at 430pm, but the open sign is still illuminated. Its currently 5pm and they havent re-opened. Waste of a drive and the 30 minutes I waited.
