Bought my wulf mod 2 days ago and today the cartridge is stuck and the lever to move the cart up and down is stuck, too. Employee was rude and repetitive on the phone, and they wont do anything. Save your $.

It was a clean place and good prices but they have sold us expired products on a few occasions and when you point it out they just put it back on the shelf. Won’t return

I went in to the store yesterday to purchase a Hyde rechargeable pen. Now I’ve been smoking this particular flavor for almost a whole year now. The flavor is strawberries and cream when I purchased one from this store, the first thing that I noticed was the menthol taste, like I said I’m very particular about what I smoke and know the pen like the back of my hand this wasn’t that. And looking into further details at the top of the mouth piece which is the black part. It does not say “Hyde” on both sides it doesn’t even say it at all. This is a fraud and selling cheap products with false advertising. I am very disappointed and asking for at least a credit for the money I have lost here while all I tried to do was extended my business and try out a new store! I’m hoping that they will make this right or at least tell us where they’re getting there disposables from because they are not real Hyde pens! You can see in this picture I have a real blue razz pen purchased from else where and than the strawberries and cream pen on the right from this store and it doesn’t even have the signature “Hyde” logo on the top.
