Fender burger was super basic, cheap quality meat and fake overly processed cheese. Loaded tater tots, not worth $8 with minimal cheese and bacon but generous portion of sour cream. The entire place smelled of ashtray including the water and taste of the cocktails. Service is not overly friendly and pleasant, as if the customer service is not a priority. In order to leave quick, we ate and drank as fast as possible. Not the worst, but…

This was our 1st time performing at Fat Daddys, and its an amazing venue and restaurant. The stage and production are excellent. Nice sized stage and drum riser. The sound and lighting guys were suoer friendly and knowledgeable. The wait staff and bartenders were super friendly and had excellent attitudes. The club sandwich was good, as was the onion rings. All in all I highly recommend the place to eat, drink and watch live music. WE will return! MESSER approved!

Mansfield location. Went in with family on a very busy Friday night and this place is huge so being busy it gets hectic. We enjoyed it so much and greatly appreciated our server Courtney. She was very nice and attentive and running to all of her tables. We have not been up there in a while because last time we didnt have a good experience but we are very happy to see they have hired new people and it worth going to again.

Gumbo was tasty and my server kept the iced tea full. We came for the music and left totally happy. A great stage, great sound system, and great bands. I cant wait to come back. Woof.

Went for drinks and appetizers on a Sunday afternoon after shopping in Mansfield. There were not too many people in the bar area however as evidenced by the constant bickering from the staff there was a large party going on somewhere that was drawing a lot of attention from waiters and waitresses.There were less than 10 people at the bar and it seemed like everything took a long time. The drinks other than bottled beer were no good, we tried a frozen swirl Margarita which was really not flavourful at all and a margarita on the rocks which also wasnt the best. We ordered chips and salsa and 6 sweet and sour traditional wings. Chips and salsa were good however the wings were not hot, temperature wise, and really wet with sauce. They also seemed like they were previously frozen, which may be the norm, but they tasted in no way freshly made.We were sitting close to the wait station and heard constant complaints of incorrect orders, missed drinks on orders and incorrect drinks prepared on delivered orders and again this is on a slow Sunday.The place is huge and it looks like a fun joint but we will not be returning after this single experience.

Was there Friday night 7.19.2024. The atmosphere was great. The waitresses working seem to not wanna be bothered. It was a struggle to get a drink no one wanted to take drinks. It was an even longer time to pay and close out a ticket. Two waitresses spent most of the night flirting and talking to a guest.

This venue has sooooo much potential. It’s beautiful and massive. So many amenities yet so little structure. The service is horrible. The management is absent. The food is inconsistent. U so wish this place would step and operate like it should. Waiting 30 mins for service, another 30 for drinks and another 30 for food is unacceptable. Coming from the industry and seeing all that this place could actually be is so disheartening. From the menu - it’s a good menu but really, get consistent. The food is not good especially for the price. The bands are great and that is about the only thing we give 5 stars to. The cigar lounge. Get a connoisseur in there sell some good cigars. The patio. Maybe some bike nights w a patio special. It’s always EMPTY. Get some good tourneys in there. Get some good SERVICE. get a manager that CARES. this place could literally be the best bar in the area… but it’s so far from. What a shame.

Just left. First thing their food is amazing. However the bar tenders do not know how to make a Manhattan it was gross and their specialty drink pink Cadillac was too sweet. However for the price definitely worth it. Overall Im very satisfied, the Manhattan just sucked also they had a live band the lead singer sounded terrible but he had two backup singers who sounded great. Will definitely return but will just order straight liquor lol.

We visited this fun and funky bar/ restaurant/ music venue during Burger Week. Their offering was 2 smashed Angus patties with Swiss and American cheese, crispy onion strings, lettuce, and tomato on a bun with Chipotle mayo. Quite delicious. Well return to enjoy some other items on their menu and listen to live bands.

Fat Daddy’s is about an hour drive for me, but it’s one of my go-to places for live music and great food. Reserving a table for a show is easy, the staff are wonderful and the food is great.

I am so happy to have found Fat Daddy’s! I was in town for 4 days. Spent 3 evenings here for food and drinks. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Very happy I found it. Whenever I’m in town from now on I’ll be stopping in!! I do have a wheat allergy. I stuck to the chicken nachos as they are advertised as GF. I did not get sick!! Definitely recommend Fat Daddy’s. Thank you for a good few evenings of food and drinks.

Would have gave five stars if they had better menu selection. The place is spacious and very welcoming. Missed the live band night but will definitely go back!!

My wife and I had a great experience out here on a Monday night. The drinks where great and the food was stellar. Definitely one of our new favorite spots in Mansfield for sure.

We had my graduation dinner there and the staff were amazing and checked on us and made sure we always had everything we needed. The pizza was amazing! And just overall one of the best experiences ever

First time here. What a fabulous place. Food and drinks are reasonable, and if youre going to see live music, theres not a better place around.

Best fried pickles ever . . And a smokers lounge? Love it, AND you dont have to sit right in the lounge if you dont want to, though the air circulation is spot on . You can sit by the open garage doors and not have to walk outside to enjoy a smoke. Great food overall, and I always enjoy the live 🎶

Came in for some live music. Check out the schedule to see what’s playing each weekend. This weekend we caught a Kidd Rock cover band which was really great. Drinks were good and appetizers kept us satisfied all night. Thanks for a great time, we will be back!

I highly recommend Fat Daddys for any occasion!! The patio can turn into a beautiful Boom 💥 With 60 people we had so much space!! The food, music, and awesome staff our party 🥳 was a blast!!!!

Nice bar. Good band playing the night I went. If you get a reservation you can actually see them. Food was not spectacular. Had Chicken Fried Chicken. Chicken. Was mushey inside. I would not go here for the food. OK for a night out drinking but need more help. Service was slow.

The food tasted great….but the portion sizes on everything was abnormally small especially for the price. Our service was good, but we did have dirty dishes stacked on the table. One of our patrons did not get their food until 20 minutes after everyone else. Music was turned down so low it couldn’t be heard over the 20 other people in the place even after asking it to be turned up.

Me and my mother stopped in for a appetizer while waiting for graduation down the street. We ordered a triple treat sampler it was $12.00 there was 3 potatoe skins that wr 2in long didnt even know they sold potatoes that small was a joke, thyr wr 12 fried pickles and 8 boneless chicken pieces. Didnt even cover half the plate it was served on. Would not ever order food from there again. It was at 4:15 on a Thursday there was only 3 people in bar area We waited 10 min Noone came to greet us at all, had to go to waitress well to ask for a menu and girl was on her phone. Once I got Menu she then waited on us. Wish they re was an option to post a picture of triple treat sampler

Had a family gathering there and everyone enjoyed the food but the service was some of the worst service we had ever had. They switched our servers three times and we had to ask for every single thing!Server did help take pictures of our group though. My Cajun potato was okay, the chicken was hard and I had no sour cream. Everyone else seemed to enjoy the meal.

This is only 5 stars because of my waitress Alexis & Reagan. They provide the best service here!! The food is pretty good too. The manager though, I believe his name is mike was kinda rude. His demeanor is off putting. I was originally going to come here just to write a negative review about him but Alexis and Reagan’s service, friendliness and sweetness saved it. I will only ask for one of them every time I come back! Love them!!

Omg, we had such a blast. We didn’t know that there was going to be folks dressed up for Halloween but we fit right in with our regular clothes!!! That was the best time we had in October!! We can’t wait til next year to go back!!! The food was great we had the wings and the shots!!!!! Best spot in Mansfield so far!!! Great location, huge parking 🅿️ lot!!!

Fun place to go for really good pizza, wings, and other food. Really good drinks and live shows to entertain you every weekend. Give Theresa a try as your waitress- shes a hoot! Overall a great atmosphere for dining or for a night out. Highly recommend it!

Fat Daddys is a very nice sports bar. Great atmosphere. We went when the bar was featuring a great band Incognito. The acoustics were outstanding. The table service was average. We ordered food and drinks at the table of 7. The food came out about 10 minutes before we got our first drink. The food was tasty and appealing to the eye. Trying to get a drink in a timely manner was difficult so we started ordering 2 at a time. We seen plenty of wait staff I believe the hang up was the bartenders. We would definitely go back.

The live band was great but the radio music was too loud. There were a few mistakes in our order. However, the waitress was new, and we had a large crowd and the manager corrected the minor mistakes, so no big deal.

Met some old friends from High school that came from Chicago and we enjoyed ourselves. Drinks were good and veggie pizza was delicious. Didnt take pics of food as I usually do.

The food is ok because I just dont understand why my chicken breast is small and then the bread. My appetizer was so bad It doesnt look good at all

We had a party of 8. Sat outside for the DJ atmosphere experience since we are from out of town. The worst service ever! Went to the bar to get a drinks NO bartender! We waited about 20 minutes before we finally got a server. The service is horrible!

Went to watch NFL Championship games on Sunday and ended up leaving after sitting at a table with no acknowledgment for 15 minutes. There were not extremely busy and the 2 waitresses we saw past right by us and acted like we weren’t even there. Pathetic! Shame on me though as oddly enough, this is not the first time this has happened at this location. I would say the food I’ve had in the past is just mediocre and somewhat overpriced. Not to mention, on this particular day the whole damn place reeked of cigar smoke which was spilling into the restaurant from the cigar lounge. I would not recommend even stopping by this place as it seems their interest lies elsewhere. I would not be surprised if they go out of business soon.

Fat Daddys is a beautiful venue with good food and atmosphere. I realize that we are in Texas and you have a lot of country and western entertainment, however it would be nice to have a little more diversity. I would suggest some local R&B bands like David Whiteman, Don Diego, Soulful Sounds, Natural Change, 4 Ya Soul, etc

Tried to get in but the door girl claimed they were at capacity. Just saw 5 people walk out and wouldnt let 1 in? Hmmm. Who was keeping track. Obviously not her. Place always seems a little shady anyways.

If you like burnt chicken fried steak, and like not being attended to, then this is your place. Not only was it burnt, it was actually reheated and served to us. No one even bothered to do anything about it even after it was brought to their attention. To bad you dont have the option of not giving a star at all in order to review any establishment.

Ive been to this bar 3 times never too many issues. Except for last night I was good poisoned. I had the worst case too. Not sure what they ged me old tater tots or old chicken . But was throwing up for 6 hours

We came in around happy hour for a birthday celebration. There were others there but we almost had the entire place to ourselves. The young black waitress was sharp, professional and fast. The place was quite and clean.

Always has good bands on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Good mix of people and mostly age over 45 I assume and that is the age group I prefer due to my age. Sammie has been my waitress the last few times I was there and she was awesome. Thursday has great beer and pizza special on this night. Plenty of TVs if that is your thing for sports

Not happy with the service. Our waitress was rude and ignored our table(the horshoe booth one wed night during karaoke. Not happy and left. Usually stay till closing

Update: Went to the Le Freak show there last night and had a blast! This is the best club Ive been to in the D/FW area! This place is amazing yet always seems to be dead. The food is great and always hot and fresh. The only reason I gave the place 4 stars is because service is hit or miss. Sometimes the girls are super fast and friendly and sometimes they show up in 20 minutes to ask if you want waters then disappear with the credit card they made you give them before even ordering a drink. I really hope they retrain the waitresses to understand service. Being on a cell phone in the corner and hiding away from customers is just not going to help anyone. Once they servers are more consistent and they do more advertising, maybe they will get a fun crowd on nights that they host bands.

Set in the open air are of the restaurant for a birthday party. Awesome place with great staff n relaxed n with live bands.

First time to visit. Found the puppy bar for emotional support 4 yr old Blanca. She found the snacks bowl and had a few. Been a long time because of Covid since she bar hopped. Texas Flood was scary till they performed the Star Spangled Banner. She won the tee-shirt from Bo and Jim radio disc Jockies! One had a dog too. We met Dobby dog that came in on the back of his Daddys big motorcycle. He had the coolest goggles. The kind waitress brought us both water. Blancas was in a little bowl. She smiled and petted me each time she passed. The place is jumbo big! All kinds of big bikes to look at outside. There was even a snazzy car on display inside! Cool beans. I remember there used to be a pickle factory there on Debbie Lane. We had a wonderful girls night out and Blanca and I dont even drink.

Went in on an hour lunch break. No waiters to be seen. I sat and waited for 5 minutes, and they saw me and kept doing go knows what. I left and had to skip lunch because I wasted my time driving there. No sense of urgency from the staff could be why is empty to two times Ive been there. Wont return.

First of all cover charge was charged before 8 when its suppose to be charged at 8.excuse was band was leaving early when my brother had arrive right before us and was not charged cover charge other then that it was OK.

Great service! I sat at the bar. The margaritas are only $3 today and they were great. I ordered Buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks. Mitch was the bartender and it was a great first experience. Will be going back with friends.

Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re wanting decent service. If you reserve a table you have an automatic gratuity. We placed our order and got a drink we didn’t order and then I didn’t get my food. The waitress doesn’t care because she gets her 20% regardless.The music is great, but each time I have been to this location we have to beg for a server and then we may or may not get our food. Not the first time this has happened.

Drove 1.5 hours to see Van Hagar and they told me they were at capacity which upset me. Luckily my cousins wife got us in cause she had a table that seats 4 and 2 seats were open. She made it happen!! So, get there early is my advice to see a show..

Mixed feelings about this place. Entertainment is on point! Simply impeccable and lots of energy. First visit was great food, service, and entertainment. 2nd visit was great (both visits were for parties). 3rd visit was not so great. Person at the door was rude and more interested in guys flirting. Bartender was terrible and a snob talking down to everyone. She definitely had no place to do so. Other bartenders were better, but not great. Wish I could remember her name, but she clearly made this experience leave me questioning if I ever want to return. The food was nothing to brag about on the 3rd visit. In fact, it was dreadful gross. I realize theyre busy, however, that shouldnt be at the sacrifice of an enjoyable evening. Customers understand busy; we dont like rude and acting like youre so bothered to be there disgusted with everyone that asks for any service. Hopefully these issues will be addressed, and Ill be back.

This weekend I visited Fat Daddys in Mansfield for a private Christmas party. The venue is great with many options to host your private event. I will definitely be back to see a live band and drinks with friends. The staff is friendly. The food is good (check out the pizza!). The place is clean. And, even my one year old enjoyed the party!

Had a fun time on New Years Eve. Metal Shop was fantastic. I love the live music they have. Always a fun experience.

The website says all ages can go till 9:30. We went there for a band and was told we couldnt go in when we came at 7 for a concert and said we would leave by 9:30.

Service was super slow and took 15 minutes before someone took our drink order. We had to ask for menus and the food came to the table cold. My brother was bragging about this place so I decided to stop and give it a try... next time Ill just drive by and find somewhere with better service and food.

Has a nice vibe to it, very spacious, smoking areas, nice service. She was a bit slow but food good. Kind of chintzy with nachos portion but all in all, a nice experience, the wife, family & I enjoyed ourselves. If were in the are, Id definitely come back.

Food absolutely sucks. Burger bun was cold. And soggy from washed/still wet lettuce. And it’s hard to screw up cheese tots but they succeeded. Onion rings were also room temp. But it’s a music venue/bar so it is what it is… so I guess congrats on being able to pour a pitcher of beer without it being flat. We all have our talents.

The servers and bartenders are super friendly! We were there late one night and one gentleman was pretty rude spraying down the bar right next to our drinks and basically saying leave. I know it was late but we werent finished with our drinks. That situation could have been handled better.The place overall has a cool vibe.

Was there for an event for a radio station. Wife and I sat down at a table for over half an hour and were never served. Finally asked a waitress for water and a menu, she said she’d get our waitress to serve us, crickets for another 45 minutes. Ended up leaving the event early.Everyone else’s food looked and smelled delicious. Too bad we couldn’t enjoy it.Definitely way better options in terms of service in Mansfield.

Lots of choices in drinks, bands, and food! The drink specials are fun and themed around the season and holiday. A band on the main stage and a DJ on the patio is a fun option. The pizza and Old Bay wings are a usual go-to for our family and friends!

Theyve got peeps on floor, keeping VIBES going Good. During first part of Bart Crow Concert; Customer had MEDICAL EMERGENCY. TAKEN CARE of IMMEDIATELY. We sat up at Bar. Bartender, FOUND PERFECT IPA 🍻 for me!!!!♥️♥️♥️ How Clean Restroom was & they ACTUALLY, Have Hat Hook, on back of Stall door, Hang my Expensive Steston. This makes, Our Night, MAGICAL & PERFECT 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Horrible service, especially outside. The food doesn’t really make up for the attitude/incompetence either.

If I could do a negative I would. We come almost every Saturday night. We were 1 minute late for the outrageous cover charge. The person at the door was very rude and my husband is disabled and she wouldnt let us in. We are done. Its not a great place anyway and this made it worse. And plus two guys in front of us she let in. Its absolutely ridiculous. I will tell everyone I know not to come here.

Very very excellent service. The beer and the food was spectacular. Very beautiful bartenders. All in all me and my friend had a most excellent time at Fat Daddys.I cant wait to go back for the excellent tater tots.lol.

This place isn’t bad but definitely mediocre. The food is not so great, service as well. They have pool tables and few other little fun things to do while you’re there. Maybe we went on a bad night so we will try again soon.

Food was good, service was excellent. Restaurant/ Sports Bar has a feel that it’s busier in Thursdays, Friday and Saturday nights and not for NFL games. Multiple TVs and every game on. Surprised more people weren’t watching the Sunday games.

Do not book a party here...We should have known by the initial process of trying to book this would be a disaster. One person called to book and was told to fill out form and wait for call back..I called to book and had no issue paid deposit with (manager who books party reservations). Called back to ask questions about decor and food. Was told we could bring in decor as we will have an area roped off for our event. Also told with the buffet options we could plan for a certain number but only will pay for those who show up. Showed up a couple hours early was greet by someone who was on her phone and had no idea about our party or where to guide us to also told us we are not allowed balloons... setup decor luckily because nothing was roped off, nothing setup and there were people sitting in the area. It was as if the staff had no idea we were coming. They rushed to get stuff together got all of our food went throughout our night and at the end ask the waiter for the ticket and its ticket with added gratuity and 25 guest which all our guest didnt show explained what we were told and she went change it brought it back with 15 guest and I explained again we are only paying for. the guest who showed because thats what we agreed to. Dont book here its not worth the price and food is just okay.

We have been coming here for years and never complain about how slow your bar/waitress staff is. How often times we need to order 2 drinks at a time, just to not to have to wait over 30 min just to get drinks.. The other night just one of your waitresses ruined that! Im sure your well aware of the rude, unpleasant waitress that caused a huge unnecessary scene about my grandmother touching her on the arm to remind her of the beer she had ordered that never came(food was served first) keep in mind it is loud in the bar. Your waitress didn’t liked to be touched? seriously? Wished I would have gotten your rude waitress name! WE up to 12 people at one time come to your bar and eat, drink and tip VERY WELL even though we get a messed up check every time, and slow as christmas service WE are always friendly to your staff and tip very well and come back. WE are never rude to your staff.. WE understand it’s not your waitress’s/bartender’s fault your are UNDERSTAFFED more than not! This time was the last time we will be at your establishment. I will drive further to go see bands I want to see to have better customer service to waitresses that actually want our services. ADVICE- Don’t hire waitresses that have no experience dealing with People. Maybe have more waitresses/bartenders work on your super busy nights! Total disappointment!

My family and I have been coming to Fat Daddys for several years now. Weve have never had any issues. However, this time our waitress made it absolutely horrible. She seemed angry from the time we arrived. My mother is 82 years old. She enjoys coming to see the bands play. She had ordered a beer and when the waitress had finally came back she tapped her on her arm to get her attention, the waitress literally freaked out. Saying dont touch her, how she hates being touched. I looked around thinking someone touched her inappropriately. I asked her who she was talking to and she said her. Of course that just ruined the whole night. If you dont want to be in customer service, where youre serving people, perhaps this is not the industry you should be in. My family and I are very good tippers. Not this night. I typically dont leave reviews either. However, Fat Daddys you need to do something better.

The bacon wrapped shrimp was very good, the mozzarella sticks you can skip on, and there is no desserts here. Walked in at 7:30 pm with a bunch of empty tables with reservation signs of them, so the wife and I had to sit at the bar. Really standard bar food which is out of place at such a nice establishment. I cannot recommend this place when I have found better places like Tolberts chili bar.

They lost a star because they were out of ketchup and didnt say so before I ordered some fries. Otherwise it was good experience.

Cover charged me and my wife at the front desk for coming to eat. Can’t pay cover charge just to eat food. Second hand smoke will definitely get you.

Had a fantastic night with friends, 2 great cover bands , exceptional service and great food!!! Will definitely be back in a few weeks

Dont waste your $ on this place. Ive been going there for awhile giving them many chances to redeem there low service quality. Theres a couple good waitresses but the rest are just there punching a time clock and are extremely rude. The speakers in the pool table area have been blown for 2 years and after several requests to repair they still have not. So its as quite as a library in the pool room while everyone in the restaurant area is jamming on songs you paid for on the jukebox and having a good time. If you like snoody managers and your jacket stolen by staff then go ahead. But you like to play pool and enjoy music and drinks none of that will happen here. Ill swing by in a couple months to see if they repaired the speakers or the broken pool tables. But highly doubt they will have done anything.

Went and watched our fav band tonight took son for his birthday. When we were leaving the waitress Stephanie brought our bill which was 88 dollars we gave her a 100 bill told her to keep the change she thanked us told us have a good evening and we left. The about 20 mins later they tried to hit my card for the 88 dollars. So I called the lady who answered the phone was rather snipey told me I didn’t pay my bill and when they ran the card it declined. In which I told her I keep my card locked and only unlock when I’m paying. She told me she voided the bill and compted it so I didn’t have to worry about it. Which angered me because it WAS NOT COMPTED I PAYED THE WAITRESS 100 dollars. So this girl lied and picketed a 100 dollars ya think the management would want to know they have a waitress ripping off their customers but this lady told me she trusted this girl if a few months I asked her to look at the cameras and she would see where we handed her the money but she couldn’t do that and just kept saying it didn’t matter it was compted. Well 1 it does matter. 2 it was not compted I paid my bill and 3 they have a thief working there that will probably do it to other people !!! Lady tried to make me look like a lowlife who didn’t pay my bill when it’s there lowlife waitress. I will be calling Monday to speak with the general manager the girl on phone said it wasn’t a big deal but it’s a very big deal to me I paid my bill and there waitress stole from them I will be posting this review on every site I can find to warn people. I want and expect an apology and hopefully they fire and press charges on the waitress. I expect better from fat daddy’s very disappointed

Thanks to our server Sky. We had a great time on Friday. The service was excellence, the food good, try the Irish nachos. The band was entertaining, no cover before 8p.

This was the amount of wine they served me......this is my third. The second was in a actual wine glass. So i poured this in to the empty wine glass. It was only half of what i WAS being served. So i told the waitress. She said she would see if they could pour more and came back with the same amount in the original glass.

The live bands are good metal shop by far is the best n nice looking to watch

Waited and waited by the sign that says wait to be seated. Very dead day was not busy at all. Finally walked into the dining room and asked a server she said to set where ever we liked and that would have been easier except there were roughly 10 tables that still had dirty plates and dishes on them. When the server finally came back with the menus, they had dried food on them so we decided to leave.

Cool Place to have drinks or just a bite to eat, Friendly and Inviting, and Big Juicy Burgers a must try.

This place is really cool!! Tons of entertainment on the weekends with live bands pretty much every weekend!! Poker Mon&Tue tournament style ( not for cash) Every person Ive encountered has been very friendly and their prices are very affordable!! 👍👍🫶

Really nice atmosphere. They have a really nice enclosed patio where they have different music.I go there to see the local bands an tribute bands. They always have a good band playing there. The pizza is pretty darn good I also like their fish n chips. Pretzels suck , tots an fries need to have something underneath them to absorb the oil. Hamburgers are pretty good too! The staff is hit or, miss. There are some really good servers there but, unfortunately dont always get one! All in all really nice place to have some drinks watch some good live music an hang with friends or, family!

You need to hire male servers. Place is fun, but service is horrible. Youre trying to combine a restaurant and a bar, with live music. Do it the proper way, and make employment more non inclusive. I dont want to go to a hooters or ojos locos, whenever there is live music.

What a awesome atmosphere. The food was flavorful and at a great price. Drinks were great. Customer service was great. Our waitress was awesome and very professional. The 70s Band was also great. I was impressed only thing missing was more dragsters😉. We are dragracers but enjoyed the sports theme as well. We will definitely be back.

Alexis was an attentive & sweet server. Tribute to Taylor (Swift) was great & Christine hung out with us afterward, as we were on the dance floor during most of her amazing performance. Tribute to Tim McGraw performer was okay, but I am not familiar with most of the songs,except the last one. Chicken Nachos were delicious & plenty for my sister & I to share.

I want to give it a five cause I absolutely love this place. They have great food, a dance floor, outside bar/patio, live music or jukebox, pool tables etc. It really is an impressive, the set up and it is well taken care of, with the bathroom always clean. Im only giving 3 stars cause its very discouraging going in there and not get any good service. I believe Firmly in customer service all the time. It can make or break a company and great customer service/relations is the best building block for any company and individual.As a customer, I dont care about if the bartender is cute or young. I care that she is a Good Bartender and wants to take care of me, as a paying customer.Not every time have I experience this but it has been more time than not. I would still recommend this place and I do. As others may not share my experience.

Ive been here a few times to see Incognito and Le Freak.It gets crazy busy, so make reservations early!Be kind to the waitstaff. They are overrun on those nights.The atmosphere is fun and the bands are excellent, especially Le Freak!

This was one of my least enjoyable experiences since I came to Texas. We only ordered a drink and an appetizer which too so long to make it out that it felt like we were there for a full dining experience. It was over priced for what it was. The bill was 46$. I gave the waitress 60$ and we waited for about 20 minutes while she was nowhere to be found. When she finally returned to the floor she never brought change out. At this point I decided to let her keep it because obviously she must need it more than I do. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the fried pickles were top notch otherwise definitely a 1 star service.

Joined a party here for a retirement celebration. It was fine, they did a good catering job with burgers and drinks. The server was nice and was able to get to us within about 30 minutes of arrival. They make decent drinks and the price point is fair.

Big place. Lots of seating for guests. Food is pretty good. Dog friendly for pets. Live bands perform. Big parking lot.If you are a cigar smoker. Dont be fooled to thinking its a nice bar. Small seating area and not much of a humidors. Simple, Small selection of cigars.

Plenty of space for various groups to separate our congregate. Full bar and great pizza and other bar foods.Plenty of pool tables and there games available.Good patio are that can be closed In poor weather.

Its still basically a sports bar and nightly live music venue. That said, the place is huge and the food is a small stepup from standard bar food.

I really enjoyed the VIBE of this Bar. Very Clean. Excellent Service. Very Good Food. I can recommend the fried pickles and jalapenos appetizer. Also, The Pizza is quite good. The Manager was on the floor introducing herself to everyone and appeared genuinely concerned that everyone was doing well and having a good experience. I came here with a band that was performing on the nice size stage. The Sound was Great (thanks to sound man, I believe his name was Brian - sorry if i got that wrong). Everybody was Very Friendly. Overall I really enjoyed my experience here and hope to visit again soon.

The servers are all super sweet. We normally come on Saturday nights, and they can get pretty crowded depending on the band. I love their pizza crust and pretzels

Do better! Came out to see a local band. Packed house. Had to sit in enclosed patio which is fine but they had a DJ blaring so loud you could not hear the band. Not enough staff. Waited an hour for a beer and a pretzel. Last 2-3 times we have been here it just gets worse.

Nice cozy place. Love the outdoor/Indoor area. Feels indoor during the winter because all the heaters. A really nice place. I wouldnt recommend their Philly Cheesesteak. The bun is basically a hotdog bun. Most other food is pretty decent. Plenty of entertainment there.

Ive been here before and never experienced what we did tonight. Service was beyond super SLOW, its Fat Tuesday, the gumbo and beads were gone by 730pm when event started at 5pm. Poor planning on the establishments part overall. Music was hardly able to be heard, Titos was out. Wont be coming back anytime soon if at all.

Service was horrible. Took 30 minutes just to get a beer and water. Wasnt even able to place our food order. After waiting for the waitress to come back so we could pay and leave, we gave up and threw a $20 bill on the table and left and went somewhere else. I do not recommend this place unless you have all night.Update 9/8/22- Decided to give them a 2nd chance. First time we went here they were dead and hardly anyone there. Went there last night for bike night and they had a pretty full house. Service sucked yet again. We were going to try and eat there thus time but took forever to get a waitress to come to our table. Same routine as our first visit here. Took forever to get our drink order. By the time she came back to take our dinner order, we were already tired of waiting. So we paid and left.

It was ok. The entire restaurant smelled really strong like cigarettes. The waitress that served us was very friendly. The food was good and prices reasonable. Good variety of food.

The tacos 🌮 were delicious, but just a bit small.They had a variety of foods on the menu ...all seemed fairly reasonable.

I went to fat daddys for cowboys playoff game with 49ers 1/12. The atmosphere was great, the food was great, the drinks were great, and despite it being packed and short staffed, the service was still satisfactory. We had a great time and planned to go back. Unfortunately when I checked my bank account a few days later, I noticed an extra $30 charged. I called and let manager know. They got my info and promised to call back. No response for couple day. I called back and they took my info again along with my card number that was overcharged and said they would take care of it. That was 1/24 and still no response or refund. I left cash tip on the table, but did not cross it out on receipt, which I usually do for this reason. So despite all the positive, I wont be returning.

Great atmosphere for such a large place. It is layed out well. Stephanie the bartender had a great personality behind the bar. She is a keeper!! We didnt order food so I cant comment on that. Mitch the assistant GM also took time to ask us about our experience which was very nice to see that the manager cares. We will definitely be back. The only down side was the patio was heavily cigar smoke filled. An exhaust fan would help.

I booked the covered deck for my retirement party. The staff were fabulous, helpful, friendly, and all of my guests were comfortable and extremely pleased. Very nice environment. Food came out pretty quick. My waitress was nice & friendly although she kept messing up in the end. She took my credit card & never brought it back. We had to track her down 30minuts later for it, then she went got it & as Inwas leaving she caught me at the door saying she never charged it. I gave it to her again & once she finally returned it the 2nd time she had over charged me & had to take it back yet again to correct it. That was a disaster, otherwise all went very well.

I come here once maybe every 2 weeks normally sit on the huge patio. happy hour is good and yes service can be on the slow side but if you a it at the bar you can get drinks faster. but for table service its not bad. food is good but not bad. rated 3 stars as I feel its missing that something, food wise, drink wise and service.this can be a great place maybe with different management.

I would like to say the pizza was awesome and so was atmosphere But when it comes to service for drinks, if you dont mind waiting 1 hour for a drink you found the right place . Food was served in a very timely manner way before our table had a drink . Maybe try again when they get good owners that know how to run an establishment. we sat next to 1 of the new owners and his table was served very quickly as in No wait time at all .

Today was our first time at Fat Daddys, read good reviews. We seated ourselves and waited 10 minutes to get served, not busy. The beer was good and cold. However, we ordered a Philly Cheese Steak..the worse..should be removed from the menu. The bread was not good and the meat was dry, hardly any onions and peppers, or cheese, and very small for the price. Sad, because it is a really cool place.

Stopped in with some friends for a couple of beers on a Thursday night. We sat on the patio as the weather was great. Unfortunately the service was not as good. I understand they may be understaffed but it took forever for our server to come and check on us. We would have stayed longer had the service been a little better.

Sorry service and general layout doesnt work with live entertainment. You have to open a single tab that will only work with 1 server. Another words you try to ho to bar to get a drink on your tab and they wont do it you have order your drinks through your server or pay cash upon ordering. No open tabs. Not a friendly establishment.

Visited 11/17/21. Business was not pack at all upon arriving. After 10 minutes of sitting a waitress walks by and ask have we been help, we politely told her no and she did she would get someone. 10 minutes later still no service. After walking up to the bar and requesting assistance is then when someone came over. It was about 4-5 ladies working and yet we wasnt welcomed.Sad part is we chose this establishment because of the reviews. I guess we didnt meet the criteria.

Disappointed. Went two days in a row (Thurs/Fri) for the music and dinner. Service was incredibly hard to get both times. Very much understaffed and once you got service it took a very long time to get the food and drinks and things came incomplete. No silverware, no condiments, no refills. And the quality of food was so/ so.

Nice place was to really great cover bands. One was playing Rush music and the other was playing Pink Floyd. Both bands were great. The drinks are a little high price but the atmosphere is really nice. There is an outdoor section also that had country music playing but I was inside where the stage was and The Rock and Roll was being played. I was there on a Saturday and there was a crowd but it wasnt overly crowded. And I like that. I hate to be walking shoulder to shoulder in a group of people. Just the right amount of people there and everybody seemed to be having a good time.

Such a unique restaurant! Our server was amazing! Pork enchiladas are spicy. Chicken fried steak was so good!!

I love this bar! Its so much fun and its huge!!! I went on a night that the Vegas Stars were playing and they were so funny and we had a blast dancing. I ordered some pizza at 1am too and it was the best pizza I have ever had! I definitely would recommend going with your friends. I cant wait for the summer to day drink on the massive patio!

Pretty cool place to dine and enjoy live music from a vast array of cover bands.It gets pretty crowded on the weekends so if you have a favorite cover band suggest you get there early.The food is really good...A bit of a negative.... The service is a bit slower than expected...But If youre there to enjoy the bands then its not too bad.Unfortunately there are no half stars in the scale or I would grade 4.5 stars.

I rarely leave reviews these days. After Covid, things have been tough for restaurants. But my experience at Fat Daddy’s was as such: we walked in on a quiet Sunday night. There was a sign to seat ourselves so we did. And then…nothing. Two servers glanced at us and then ignored us; one to use her phone, another to chat at length with one particular table that I assume were her family or friends. So after ten minutes we left. Frankly, we were already hesitant because half the place smells like stale cigarette smoke and the other half like raw sewage. Probably dodged a bullet.

Band stunk. Had no warning there was going to be head banging hard rock played at max speaker volumeFood was decent. I did not get my food the way I asked and my daughter had to send hers back because they did not fix it the way she asked. This is one place I will never visit again. The waitress was pretty.

My husband and I stopped for the first time. Atmosphere and food was good. We were the only African Americans and were required to give our waitress a credit card prior to ordering although other white patrons did not provide their credit card until they finished. I asked if we were being profiled but was told we were not. Maybe not, bu it left a bad taste.

My husband and I come here all the time. We love the food and the atmosphere. But we can never sit outside on the patio without terrible service! Its ridiculous. Tonight the server stopped to check in the tables on either side of us and never even greeted us or said a word. Then just walked right back inside. Ugh! So ridiculous! We came inside and were promptly greeted. I hope something gets done about that. It would be nice to sit outside on such a nice night like this.

We had a party of 16 on a Saturday evening. We needed a couple of special accommodations at the last minute due to our poor planning. The General Manager was extremely nice and accommodating. Our waitress was great and the food and atmosphere was equally great. I wish I had the names of the general manager and our waitress to give credit where its due. Thank you Fat Daddys Team!

We had a retirement party for a friend there today! Angie, Crystal and the rest of the team was fantastic to work with. The girls worked very hard- excellent service and attitude. Fat Daddy’s was so easy to work with for this party. We will definitely be working with them again in the future. THEY WERE AMAZING and everyone at the event was very pleased. We can’t thank you enough for accommodating us! Brailey worked with us leading up to the event and she also was super helpful and kind. YOU GUYS GAINED A TON OF NEW PATRONS!! ** Great establishment for your next party or family get together!

Sat out in patio to watch Ranger’s Game. Sunday Afternoon. It was apparent there was not enough servers for the amount of ppl there. Staff was friendly but service was extremely slow.

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. The food was really good, great price and made right away with no faults. I went last night with my fiancé for the Metalshöp new years eve concert. And the show was great too. Overall this is a really good place to dine and enjoy good entertainment all at a great price!

Service was terrible. Took a long time to be acknowledged and seated. Appetizers didnt come out till after our food did. Our food was cold. Two orders were incorrect. Asked for napkins 6 times. Waitress and manager kept making excuses for everything. Place looked nice but the dining experience was not. The small measures taken to rectify the situation was not sufficient. Will not be returning.

I go on Mondays for poker night and they do a great job hosting. They give us an area to ourselves for the poker tournament and Sabrina always takes great care of me. She and Bridgette run around all night making sure everyone has a full glass and anything else they want. Always a fun night.

Emily was rude and has no respect to for customers. She has the dancefloor stay away from it or she will cut you off

Really like the layout - outside/porch, bar, pool table area, inside seating. Its nice be able to sit where you want, depending on the mood youre in or the ocassion. We sat outside/porch and it was nice but we waited at least 20 mins before a server even asked us about drinks. Even then, we didnt get menus. I had to go to the bar to get them. Other than that, atmosphere was good, drinks were good prices fair. Well be back.

The new management is the worst I have ever seen in the years that I have been going to this location. The waitress were aloud to say any thing they wanted. In fact when I had waited for over an hour I ask if somebody could help me the said that they dont know what to tell me and go some were else. When I spoke to the manager he just smiled and said he would talk to them and still had to wait another hour just to get a water. Loved the old management they were always respectful and took care of the customers. Again after all the years going to fat daddys its time to find a new place to go.

The waiters an waitresss are very polite, when you carry yourself with confidence its very nice to see. The manager is one amazing guy. He seen me searching for a napkin an rushed one over. Its the little things people remember for a lifetime. Yall are doing amazing

Its a nice place great bartenders and waitresses. But the music is for a older crowd. I mean 50+. The band is too loud. But most of the food is good. They have good specials during the week. I only go for the drinks.

Love their fries. Just recently had the nachos..... Very good! Burgers are good. Beer is cold. Service is spotty.Went just recently during the cowboys game and there was only one waitress......... Dunno whos idea that was. But the service is usually pretty slow. Unless you sit at the bar.

Well, live music and a mostly middle-age crowd, that pretty much all act/appear to be law abiding citizens? I’m not saying leave your doors unlocked in the parking lot. But a group of ladies or a family could go here and feel safe. We stayed for about 4 hours and didn’t spot a single creeper. Not sure about you, but that seems worthy to include in a review.

Good place to go to but had to given it 2 stars because we had to wait so long for our waitress to introduce herself to us and ask us if we wanted anything and give us our menus. And, secondly because the band music was way too loud to feel relaxed and enjoy ourselves longer there by the fireplace and spend more money. Also, Im not a smoker so when you go to the other outside patio bar there was alot of smoke and smokers around and it made it kind of unbearable to stay and buy more drinks, so we chose to not spend more and relax more and leave. Hopefully they will realize this and make more bottom line profit if they make the smokers smoke outside or make a smokers booth with a vacuum thingy to suck the smoke out. But I can say I do overall recommend this place for anyone to come to.

Pretty clean, good service and a older crowd. Stunning cars showcased as you walk in. (Pictured) bands are way to loud! DJ plays music that is uninspiring, boring and shows a definite lack of his Music knowledge. He tried to compete with the band pushing the system so hard that the speakers seemed to be distorted at times. He also did not get on the microphone and promote anything about upcoming events which was a definite missed opportunity. Food was good. But we had to yell to hear each other...so we moved out on to the deck. It was a good night. Will give them another chance but I am not looking forward to it.

I was definitely not impressed with the food or drinks here. First, I order the chicken strip with fries. The chicken was limp and almost bendable and the fries were no better. Second, the drink selection (craft beer or otherwise) was very lacking. They had two single malt scotches (Glenfiddich 12 and Glenlivet 12) and 1 local craft beer (blood and honey). The venue for music was really good and our server was super nice, but the lack of food and drink is a deal breaker for me. Music should be secondary to the food and drink.

So the bar is amazing and the food is really good, but the service is terrible. The red headed bartender, Stephanie, was awesome, but thats the only good service youre going to get. The bartender that is supposed to serve outside, is always at the inside bar B.S.ing. We never get checked on by the servers. While we were waiting for service outside, we saw our server sitting down talking inside. I dont know how these girls make money.

The first time my son, my sons godmother and I visited the food was plentiful and very good. The waitress was very sweet and attentive. Todays visit, the food wasnt as good as the first visit, let alone my sons godmother only got three small broken pieces of fried catfish. The green beans on my plate were very waxy and tough and the chicken fried steak was kind of tough and a childs portion. The waitress we had today was clearing the table while we were still sitting there and not ready to leave.

Heard many comments about the food and service being mediocre at best. Honestly The food isnt half bad. I only ordered Wings last time the fries where drenched in seasoning, but tasted great. The wings looked like sticks that had been in the deep fryer for a while but the sauce was amazing. Service was so bad last time that it wasnt ever funny. Took 10+ Minutes for someone to come over, drinks where brought over fast but never got one refill until I went over to the bar and yes the girl walked by me 4 times before asking if I needed something, and finally the girl that appeared to be walking around the entire time was the only person to check on use. There where only 26 people in the entire restaurant and service was still this bad. If it was not for the pool tables I would never go back again.

The service was great for them being severely understaffed. We had a party of 11 and once we got the ball rolling everything was smooth as possible but, were also a patient group. The food was just okay.

The live band was fun!!! The food was a smaller portion which was great. We had a heck of a time getting a server to wait on us but once we did, she was great. We had a decent time. Its never bad at Fat Daddys.

Food was fine. Service was wonderful. Why 1 Star? Because we don’t choose a sports bar to listen to the Jackson 5. DJ on the patio played it. About 2 minutes later we used the bathroom and what do you know??? The live band were playing the same darn Jackson 5 song. Don’t get me wrong. We appreciate the song, but not for a Friday night in a sports bar.Not too excited to drive all the way from Denton to my old stomping grounds only to hear songs that don’t really fit the crowd.

They make a really good burger among other things and they rock some excellent free live music shows. Tonight was Forever Hendrix. I only caught two songs, but the two I did see were amazing. That guitar player (Tommy) is phenomenal. And the drummer (Travis) and bass player (Steve) are pretty damn good too. And one of the best sound guys in the DFW Metroplex- Brian Szarek. Thank you Fat Daddys for the free entertainment. Hope I got all of their names right. Im going to check out their bands website now. Update: 4-22-2022 -Saw Sons of Bocephus (Hank Jr tribute) & Barefoot Nation (Kenny Chesney) last night. It was an awesome show, but I had to leave early. I had something elsewhere to go and do. Amazing atmosphere with great management!

Me and my friends had a great time here last night. The cover band was fun and active and everyone was having a great time. The drinks were great and so was the food. I loved the atmosphere and will definitely be back.

Dear Management...My wife and I have been going to Fat Daddys sports bar for the past four years, since we literally live a few minutes away. The primary reason why we continue to return to Fat Daddys versus other places in Mansfield is due to the exceptional service that Pam (No longer there) & Ashanti provide. They make us feel like family. They know us by first name and know exactly what we eat and drink. I feel like Norm from cheers. Please ensure that Ashantis work station remains at the patio bar as she brightens our day with her smile and service.

I came in today, Sunday, to watch the Chicago bears game. There was one other guest at the bar and one guest on the patio. I asked the bartender if they could put the sound on for the bears game because they were only playing music. She asked the manager and she said not till the cowboys game. I left after the 1st quarter. If the bar was busy I could understand but they were empty. I won’t be coming back. Guess they don’t care about customer satisfaction when all there signs say keep us open by ordering food. Maybe they deserve to stay closed.

Came back 2 months later 10/23/2021 and ate lunch there... Order was incorrect, my potato skins were extra extra crispy and crunchy, the cheese sticks were rubbery. My mom ordered Bacon burger but received a total different burger with no bacon,, my brother ordered pizza and it was not cooked well - it was doughy mushy in the center.. Sorry Fat Daddys I will return but not to eat during the day. Went back for music and my daughter ordered pizza and it was delicious and cooked right.8/2021 The cook needs to get the orders right and complete. I miss the other man that used to cook there he always got the orders right. I know its not the waitress writing it incorrectly because they are the ones that notice that what she brings out is not what we ordered.

We have been to Fat Daddys a few time and have always had a great time. They have great live music, we have only had 1 server that was not that great but the rest has been great... we were there on Thursday 03/04/2021 we had a pizza ( that was amazing) and a few drinks and our servers Theresa (only her 2nd night) and Ashanti were very sweet and amazing girls, they made sure we had everything we wanted and needed... ALWAYS TIP YOUR SERVERS WELL THEY WORK VERY HARD

The waitresses never want to serve us. We always have to hunt them down to get a menu and then hunt them down to place an order. They are always too busy with the people that order a lot of alcohol or in the room with the people playing bar.games.The trivia show is great. Its the only reason I go there.

I would go against the negative reviews. I worked in the biz for about 10 yrs. Maybe if people were not so crucial. The atmosphere is great for a sports bar if your not looking for Hooters. Were talking about food and drink ladies and gentleman. I was greeted by SkyLynn and she was awesome. She made some suggestions and was extremely helpful for my indecisive mind. I recommend disregarding reviews and making your own mind up. Fat Daddys is worth the time and money.

WOW such a disappointment. Reserved a table 4 an event and was told that since my daughter was not over 21 that we had to leave. Mind you, she is 18 and nowhere on the website does it mention that after 10 no one under the age of 21 is allowed. We paid to watch a concert that started at 9 and was there at 7 . None of the staff would get me the manager. Since I paid for a concert and was unable to watch it all.. Never ever will I go back the company is another thief.

Fat Daddys is such a fun place to go whether you want to eat a burger on the patio or dine inside and watch the band playing. The vibe is great. Tiffany, our server, is awesome . Im sure all the servers are awesome though. Go hang out there. You will have a blast!

They have steel tip darts and you can bring your own darts. Food is okay not spectacular. I had the buffalo chicken sandwitch. It had a slice of cheese on it and too much sauce. Id give the meal a 3 out of 5. Atmosphere was nice. Ill definitely be going back for the darts. The service and atmosphere bring the 3 to a 4.

First timers. Turn ons: server Nicci was very attentive and super nice; wings, cobb salad, and the triple sampler were great; fried items were crispy and not greasy: good price points; clean restrooms. Turn offs: cigar smoke odor when walking in the door; kitchen sent out buffalo wings instead of lemon pepper that we ordered. They redeemed themselves with yummy lemon pepper wings. Well return when its warmer so we can enjoy the fresh air seating.

Awesome spot for live music. Decent size menu. Multiple bars and large pool room. Indoor and outdoor seating. Thankful we stumbled across this little gem. Will be heading back for Bike night again.
