I love going in there. Whether it be to buy juice, mods, or anything else, the staff is always there. They are always willing to help. Somehow I always get Brent, but Im not complaining. Hes a cool guy. Just sit around and chat with ya you know? Hes always there when Im there and I am glad to have his knowledge of vaping at my disposal if needed.

Staff was very customer friendly, and knowledgeable. Offers a good rewards program and a %10 discount when you sign up. Not from the area but Jade is now my home away from home.

Sadly had to end my business with these guys today. I called to complain about a product which could have just been a single bad coil manufacturer or just a bad batch of coils I got, and immediately was told I was the one causing the damage. I asked how I could be causing damage to Quad wrapped and clapton coils at 75 watts that would essentially melt them within 48 hours of use. I was told I didnt need to be nasty and stop being disrespectful. I have never had an encounter like this with them before, but at this point I wouldnt enjoy going back with the way this customer was handled.

I love this store everyone is so nice and helpful in there. Its like you are family when you walk. I am so grateful for the workers they help every time I have any questions.

Ive been to the store 3 times and I had excellent service once, good service once, and a poor experience once. So it just depends on whos working.

Only shop I go to in town. Staff is helpful and doesnt have an attitude like most shops. Typical pricing for a brick and mortar shop.
