Helen is amazing! My facial was painless and my face feels so smooth. Thank you for a great experience. Chloe at the front desk was very helpful explaining all the member benefits and very friendly. Such a wonderful staff. The store manager was very welcoming and informative . I will be going back since I signed up for a membership!

This place is awesome! The front desk people were super friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. Whitney, the aesthetician, was really nice and did a great job on my facial. She even explained everything she was doing and what she saw. And Mary, the massage therapist, was amazing! She knew exactly how much pressure to use and got rid of all the tension in my back.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Massage Envy! Helen gave me an excellent facial that was both relaxing and refreshing. The staff are also friendly and welcoming. I will be back for sure!

Sarah is new to this location and I highly recommend her! I will probably regret posting this review because I selfishly don’t want her booked solid but she deserves the recognition! I had a lot of painful knots in my shoulder giving me bad headaches and one session has already brought significant relief!

Great service! My husband gets a massage every few weeks to relieve the tension in his shoulders / lower back. Keanna is great at what she does!

Loved my experience with ME. Helen was awesome with touch, pressure and technique.we had some discussions but mostly I think I slept. Very relaxing. Felt a bit pressured with the upsell of products after. Im not a quick buyer for anything and feel more assured once Ive done research and calculated financial fesabilty. It was a one time birthday treat but felt bombarded with packages to signup for, maybe have something in writing to give out. I ended up rescheduling a massage and would probably return the item I purchased. At least Helen rocked!

I have had basima as my therapist for almost 3 yrs. She knows exactly what to do and how. Every time I travel I look forward to my session, since it make me feel better instantly. Along with being a great therapist she’s also a great person! 😊

I like Yolanda as a therapist and as a person. Highly recommend. I had some really tough areas in my back to address and she was completely unafraid to make sure I was in good shape by the time we finished my appointment.

Mary was not only professional but her therapy gave me relief for the 1st time in 6 months. In several previous visits, I felt like the therapist was going thru the motions and completing the 90min massage. Not Mary. She addressed my area of concern and I feel absolutely amazing 24hrs later. I would absolutely recommend Mary and look forward to rebooking her services. She is top 2 therapists I have seen since the start of my membership 5 years ago and I have visited 9 different locations with over 20 different therapist.

Debra was excellent. I had a lot of tension especially on my shoulders and she made sure to check with me on the pressure because I was very painful. The massage was so nice I dozed off for a minute which rarely happens to me. I felt so much better the next. Could not recommend her more.

I would have to agree with the statement below from another customer… Front desk management is horrible! Run from Michelle’s trashy customer service!Michele is supposed to be the branch manager.She has horrible customer service.I was under the impression I booked an hour and a half session however, Andrea booked my appointment, Andrea schedule me for only an hour session. I thought I was going to the location I had been going to in the past. The Windy Hill location customer service was great… Little that I know, The Windy Hill Massage Envy I was used to going to had close down. Shame on massage envy, because there was no communication to me (the customer) a branch was closed or closing. I pulled up to that branch and pulled the door and the door was locked. I called the location, I called to schedule the appointment and they told me, I had booked at the wrong location and that location was closed. I’m like oh my goodness that’s my fault, I did not know! Well I’m in route to come there to get my massage at your location. Andrea, said well you only have an hour booked. I was like no, I specifically ask /told you an hour and a half. Horrible customer service! He told me I was calling him a liar and I heard him place me on speaker. He then ask me if I wanted to speak to the manager Michelle. Michelle come on the phone with me. She was extremely rude basically yelling at me, when we pick up the phone we clearly say East Cobb, Im like okay I did not hear that I heard Message Envy when he picked up, as if her employee could not make a mistake. Michelle said, well you could make a mistake. I’m like I could’ve very well made a mistake because I did not realize The massage envy I usually would go to was closed down. I’m not from the area. Michelle went to telling me she have several locals with different phone numbers and they don’t make the mistake, she was just rude! No customer service at all “Complete trash!” Michelle told me she would take my card off file and that I can no longer book at that location… it’s fine with me as I had never booked there before and never been there and did not want go there!!

Helen provides a superb facial and upper body massage. She customized the facial for my skin needs and my skin looks so good.

Very nice massage. Being nickled and dimed by management. Cannot use a gift card to pay a tip ?? Really ? Then, there was a 6% convenience fee to pay a tip via cc. Not good

Helen is always very friendly and professional. I’ve enjoyed her services for several years now. Often I book one treatment, but when she learns what I’m wanting to accomplish, combined with what my upcoming plans are, she often steers me in a more suitable direction.

Basima the massuese was excellent however the person at the counter had no clue about customer service and I have been charged twice, over charged with a gift card that specifically says an hour massage yet somehow I had to pay thirty more dollars??? Make it make sense

I just left this location and had an awful experience. I explained to the 3 staff members up front that my doctors‘ appointment ran long and I expressed my apologies in being 15 minutes late. I wanted to reschedule my appointment and they said my only options were to have 20-25 minutes left in my service or be charged 50% for the appointment. I was simply trying to reschedule, not cancel, and they refused to do this. They gave no grace or understanding to the situation and said I would be charged even if I rescheduled. Please be aware of this when considering if you will make an appointment here.

Helen does a great job & results are always wonderful. She pays attention to personal needs & giving suggestions.This location has a great staff!

Mary is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable with her hands and can quickly make you acknowledge her experience through touch. Shes able to find knots you didnt even know you had, and is very aware of the pressure that you require. I highly recommend this professional and experienced masseuse.

I loved the facial Helen did for me yesterday! Such a great listener about what works for me and what doesn’t. A fabulous massage and so kind and complementary- sometimes facials feel like a sales pitch from start to finish, and Helen is not that way! My skin looks and feels great!

I was very pleased with my first visit at the Massage Envy East Cobb and Zana, my massage therapist, was great.

The massage was great. However....I signed up for another one a month out. Of course, our lives are busy and I forgot. I received absolutely NO texts, calls or emails reminding me of it. They called me 15 minutes after it started and said they will be charging me in full since I hadnt shown up. I called them back and they said theres nothing they can do. They said they sent me a text, which I didnt get. What I did coincidently get is a type Y to opt into text messages from Massage Envy 5 minutes after I got off the phone. So that proves they didnt have me opted in for texts. They charged me $125 and I have no way of getting money back. I asked for a credit to my account and they said they only do that for members. Infuriating. If you charge in FULL for a missed appointment, you absolutely must have some sort of reminder process to keep your customers engaged. Super unethical.

Herman is the best ever! He pinpoint exactly what your body needs and works on those areas.Again - BEST MASSEUSE EVER!

I work as a hairstylist at a demanding job. Zana was so personable and really listened to my concerns! Her massage was one of the best I’ve ever had! I signed up for a membership and already booked a return visit with her!

I’ve had several spine surgeries & have extensive spinal hardware. Debra listened carefully and worked to give me a wonderful massage that mobilized muscles I can no longer move or stretch on my own. Massage Therapists are healthcare workers & Debra is a true professional. I made a visit to see her again before I left, and I’m eagerly anticipating my second visit.

Mary was great. She focused on my neck and back, which was much appreciated!

I go to this location ONLY because one of their therapists Latisha. She is absolutely amazing! I am 65 but I work out on a very consistent basis and she is the ONLY one who can get out all my knots and loosen my tight muscles. She is the best!

Mary was amazing! She made sure that I was comfortable with everything- the table heat, the pressure, the process, and the massage. She asked questions about me to start, so that she could have knowledge throughout the massage. Mary was great.

Brittany was extremely helpful, pleasant and just awesome young lady. My therapist was amazing!! I am a stickler on my massages and she was on point. The place was clean and very inviting.

Massage Envy East Cobb has been excellent for me for the past 2 years since I switched.My therapist Basiyma is incredible- the general massage is outstanding & she has a background in sports massage to give my arthritic shoulder what it needs to feel / work better. I was gonna give it a five star, but membership cancellation was a nightmare. Also never received a copy of my digital contract or cancellation confirmation as of yet. Checked my spam folder and inbox. Nothing. All I got was a verbal confirmation from the manager so I took it at that.

Michelle and Mary always makes East Cobb an exceptional place to visit.

Helen has been my esthetician for over a year and she works magic on my very sensitive skin. I have rosacea that flares easily, and even after a microderm infusion, I’m glowing and not lobster red. She customizes my facial, using the best products and techniques for me. Lately I’ve been using the new Light Therapy treatment and my skin is the best it’s ever been. I’ll recommend her and the value of Massage Envy to everyone!

Suffering from lower back pain majority of my adult life I decided to give massage envy a try and I’m glad I did Brittney was amazing helping me and answering all my questions I had. She was so sweet and friendly I felt comfortable being there and knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend massage envy here, customer service is awesome!!

After having horrible lower back pain for the last 4 days and repeated interruptions in my sleep due to pain, I scheduled a massage this morning with Mary. She did an outstanding job! This was one of the top 5 best massages Ive had in years. She was very attentive, applied appropriate pressure, checked-in often and adjusted with incredible precision. I immediately felt relief when the massage started, and throughout the entire day I still feel relief. This massage was a lifesaver, and Ill be back soon for another. Ive also heard a few of the other massage therapists here are just as outstanding. When I left, someone was singing the praises of a massage therapist by the name of Debra. So, I think they just have a very effective team at this Massage Envy!

Debra helped to restore my body to a comfortable level. She is highly skilled as a massage therapist and I am so blessed by her intuitive ability to relieve my many aches and pains.

I have been a member at this location for years. The front desk staff is always professional and courteous. I was even recently in the clinic when some entitled rich lady was in there complaining and they were so professional in handling her issues. And she was just a Karen who was refusing to wear a mask. In a global pandemic, you would think some people would be smart. Clearly, not the case for Karen.But the service and therapists are amazing, I will continue to use this location. Great Job!!!

Tiffany is fantastic!!! I have been seeing Tiffany for prenatal massages and she is the best Ive had! After two days past my due date, I scheduled another appointment. Only a few hours later, I went into labor! Thanks for everything, Tiffany!! The rest of the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Massage was ok but this was my first time and I had a gift certificate. They didnt tell me the certificate covered an extra until I was done. Said they were too busy when I arrived and someone should have told me. So I left out $15 of my gift!All they wanted was to sell me future services or a product. Poor location.

Awful! Never sign up for one of their memberships. Once you try to cancel, you only have a short amount of time to use accumulated credits. When you try to book after canceling the membership, they want you to put a card back on file even though at this point there should be no money exchange when I have 15 credits. Front desk staff needs to be more knowledgeable. I also at one point received a 4 months worth of a bill because no one bothered to call and see why my credit card payment was not working. Total waste. I can also see the other negative reviews say similar things

I agree with the review of one another reviewer here. I have no complaints about the service I received from Zana. All of the massage therapists are awesome but Michelle, the lady at the front desk is horrible. She was literally yelling at me when I told her that I don’t think the number of unused sessions on my account look right. I am going to avoid any interaction with her from now on.
