Worst vape store. Gas stations have prices 20% cheaper they use the wealthy “East Cobb” area to price gouge every cent out of you. 300-400% profit for a lot of items….

These guys are excellent at customer service. They’re super kind and helpful when helping you make a decision. Fairly well versed in there products and ultimately genuine people. As far as the products go, they’re pretty top shelf in terms of variety and quality. 10/10 would shop again!

WARNING: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!So let me start off by saying, I prefer the mom and pop shops over corporations. So when I moved back to Marietta, I found this place which seems like it fit the description. When I first went here the people were very friendly and helpful. Plus the reviews were great.....but dont let that fool you. Their prices are OVER DOUBLE any other store with the same products.Even so I went to another shop and kept the receipt to show them the next time I visited this location. Just trying to help them be competitive and support their business a bit.When I walked in I was greeted and proptly asked how I could be helped. So I asked after a price and mentioned the difference in prices from other stores, and showed the receipt from the other place for the same product. Mentioning that I was just trying to help them, that I wasnt trying to get a price match, just trying to pass along information.The manager behind the counter said he didnt care, that he just works here, as he walked away and refused to acknowledge me any further or offer any further assistance.This business doesnt care about its customers at all, they are just out to scam people out of their hard earned money and to make their next dollar.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and advise anyone to visit any other store to see the difference in prices themselves.

Clean, organized, and friendly. Dont come here often but when I do its a pleasant experience compared to other stores offering similar items.

Absolutely love coming to this Vape Shop everybody there is so sweet they always help me I work right over there by Kroger so its just walking distance for me before going home theyve helped me with juice theyve tried to order juice I am definitely a royal customer gauge is one of the nicest guys

I have been here 3 seperate times and had nothing but a GREAT experience every time.Incredibly helpful and knowledgable staff, excellent customer service and very clean and well stocked shop. I have dealt with a different staff member every time and all of tham have been so great to deal with and very professional. They definitely have a very happy new customer.

Like this place alot. No fuss, no upsell. No membership or rewards program nonsense. Just walk in, tell buddy what you want and 9 times out of 10 they have it. And if you do have questions or want a recommendation, they are happy to provide it. Prices are about the same as most smoke shops. Cool spot

Actually know what they are talking about. For a guy that just wants a disposable vape, Ive watched them with other customers, and they know what they are talking about. Cloud 9, on the other hand, in my experience, everyone is always on something and keeps asking the other guy to go home and sleep it off.

Best vape shop I’ve been to in 10 years of vaping. They went above and beyond when I inquired about a certain vape juice and had it for me within a week. Every employee that I’ve shopped with had the best vibes and was super easy to work with.

I purchased new coils & juice here. Their store brand juice is good and quite reasonably priced. The friendly employee helped me replace my coil since its difficult for me to do it. Yay!

I went here to by a vape and the man who helped me chose which one i want was very helpful id ask him about ceratain vape and he gave me the pros and cons of each device i picked out. Vey excellent customer services. And very good prices. I live 30 minutes from the shop and i would definatley drive that far to come to the shop to get what i need. I eventually chose and i joy avenger and its been excellent so far.

Good employees but the prices on vapes and modes is insane.Example: Freemax Twister kit online 39.99, at a gas station a few miles away 44.99 at sams paradise 65.99.Terrible, greedy prices worse than big chain shops. They have great house juices and good weekly deals but the mod prices will just push me to order online rather than going in anymore.

The both times I have been there the sales associates have been honest, transparent, knowledgeable and friendly. Theres nothing more that can be asked of any store.

Employees very knowledgeable about Kratom and all CBD products. Staff is super nice (hello Gage!) And they have a huge selection of glassware, vapes, and lots of fun gifts!

Just walked in to buy two vapes one for myself and one for my friend, I walked in no one help me and no one appeared, I was in there for about five minutes looking around but no one help me. Some blonde guy was outside smoking a cigarette he may or not may not of worked there. I guess just hope someone’s there to help you out.

Staff was young talk guy, wasnt too enthused or knowledgeable, but thats fine, because I am, and they had a nice stock.
