I was given the bliss package as a gift, which included a massage, facial and one hour in the wellness area. I had one of the best massages of my life with Anita, and it was the perfect balance between intense/medicinal and relaxing. The wellness area was also nice, but I can’t speak to all the services as I’m pregnant and couldn’t use things like the steam room and sauna. The showers were nice and very clean, and the Himalayan salt room was cool! I also enjoyed that they had wellness programs provided with an essential oil blend to accompany each one. I’ve never had a facial before so I have nothing to compare it to, but Liz was very kind and knowledgeable; my facial was enjoyable and left my skin feeling soft and radiant. Maddy at the front desk was lovely, professional and helpful.

Organic Elements is a relaxing space to pamper yourself! Every treatment I have had has been provided by highly qualified staff who consider every need. Recently I had a facial that left my skin feeling brand new! I also enjoy the Himalayan salt room and the Oasis lounge.

I was so impressed with each aspect of Organic Elements Wellness Spa. Booking my facial was easy, the atmosphere of the spa is lovely and calming. The staff is friendly and professional. I got a custom facial with Amber. it was such a luxurious experience!! Her style of facial massage, as she applied each new product was so soothing. i felt very pampered and rejuvenated. She was experienced and knowledgeable, and very kind. i will recommend this spa to all my friends.

Just received a fabulous massage from Trishah Neikirk. Her deep, but not painful pressure felt great. I am impressed with the different positions used. She really hit the spot!

My facial by Amber was wonderful. From the ample parking to the lovely front desk welcome to the facial and massage - everything was so convenient and easygoing. I didnt know this beforehand but they have a whole other area with a dry sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt room and a cold plunge pool for $15 with a treatment! Im definitely trying that next time.Their products are organic by Eminence which have been great for my sensitive skin. Services are all reasonably priced too!

So amazing! Cant even put into words how great this place is. If youre searching for the best place to go to rejuvenate and feel brand new again, you need to book an appointment. I personally had the pregnancy package. 1 hour lounge 1 hour massage 1 hour facial. Everything was so amazing. I am booked for the rest of my pregnancy. The wellness lounge was such a great girls day idea! We loved all the amenities, especially the salt room! We will be back for sure!

I had the best 90 massage of my life by Angie Kingston! And my 89 year old mom had a wonderful massage by Rosie. And the receptionist was super sweet, organized and helpful. We spent an hour in the lounge and had an amazingly relaxing experience doing the infrared sauna, warm salt room, steam room and cold plunge! If I lived in the area, I would get the package to use the wellness room on a regularly basis. I would also book Angie and Rosie for my mom and I. We plan to make this experience part of our routine whenever we are in the Medford area.

I just got my Eye lash lift done! Shelby Benton is The best!! She made it very neat and she did her best to make it pretty! Love it! Recommending her 100%.

I am delighted to know that thermography is available in Southern Oregon. This is a much needed service and gives another snapshot of whats happening within your body. Many choose this methodology for breast health screening. The staff is friendly and professional and they offer an array of self-care services so you can pamper yourself. I have had the most amazing experiences at Organic Elements Spa. My first visit, I spend my entire time in the Wellness Lounge. Hands down my favorite place in the world. It is extremely relaxing and so nice to be able to have access to a steam sauna, polar, plunge, infrared sauna, and a Himalayan salt room… think salty beach vibes! I even brought a book for in between. My second visit I had a massage and then absolutely had to also book the Wellness Lounge again… and it was seriously the best ending after a massage. I will always recommend this spa and if you could only book one thing, you HAVE to try out the Wellness Lounge!!!

Angie Kingston is a fantastic massage therapist!! I came in because my body was feeling out of sync and I was dealing with stress. I felt so relaxed during my massage and left feeling much more calm and at peace. Will definitely book with her again.

I always visit spas wherever I am traveling and none of them ever compare to my home spa of Organic Elements. I have had services from several of their estheticians, but Tamara does my regular monthly treatments. About a year ago I had a horrific dog bite on my face and she was the first person I called. She, along with some great products and some specialty treatments made my face look as good as new.But that aside - the regular treatments I receive make my skin look youthful and helps my health overall.Can not recommend highly enough.

OMG. that’s it. There are not enough proper words to describe the massage I got from Nathaniel. I’ve been getting regular chiropractic massage and adjustments, so I’ve had quite a few. But my insurance lapsed and my neck and back have been killing me for weeks so I decided to splurge and treat myself and mannnnn am I SO glad I did!!!! Usually during a massage I feel kind of anxious and self conscious and can’t wait for it to be over so I can’t reap the benefits and feel better. But every moment of the massage I got here was pure bliss. Like, literally an out of body experience. I kind of hate posting this because I bet his schedule will be booked solid now, but he definitely is more than deserving of the shout out. I could tell he was really listening to my body and adjusting his techniques to suit what I needed. He has a calming presence and was very professional and I appreciated too that he never made me feel awkward. Seriously, this guy is a hidden gem. I also liked that he didn’t try to make small talk the whole time.Words cannot express my gratitude Nathaniel!

Very relaxing experience, and we had a really nice time. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. If you are going in as part of a big group, note that they have only 2 seats inside.

I do not recommend coming here for eyebrow shaping services. It’s too expensive and I wasn’t happy with my end result. The products used gave me a rash and acne as well.

This is the absolute best Spa in Medford. The products used are all Organic and soothing. I usually break out big time after a wax, but the wax they used was very gentle to my skin and I didnt break out at all. Also the facial products are very soothing, and I experienced no redness after my facial. The estheticians, and massage therapists are all very knowledgeable . Also the wellness lounge that includes the salt room, and infared sauna is absolutely fantastic, and so relaxing.

Where to start!! I was thrilled to learn this spa offered co-ed days every Sunday and Wednesday making for a great date with your significant other or even as an individual looking to shape up on their health and wellness. And what better ways to do that then in the Wellness Lounge @OrganicElementsSpa?! I mean SERIOUSLY, including a Himalayan Salt Room I was able to FINALLY relax with the soft sound of waves crashing, becoming so comfortable I had actually FALLEN ASLEEP. This paired with an infrared sauna, steam room, cold plunge and a lounge area you will NOT forget, it truly was an incredibly relaxing and fulfilling experience… Men have to take spa days too! I was in town visiting a friend and thought I’d treat myself to a facial before the weekend. I hadn’t had one in over two years, and was long overdue for a treatment. Mary Kate was very knowledgeable about products and services when I called, and was helpful in booking what was best for me. Verneta was such a lovely esthetician, I wish she were in my home town! A truly wonderful experience.

My sister and I just had a full spa day there, it was an amazing and relaxing time! Everyone took such good care of us and everything we had planned. The lounge is such a magical place to have good quality girl time

Take your business elsewhere, received gift card for this salon & what a shame that was. I booked appointment online and that was great- I received email and text confirmation before appointment. I ended up getting a small cough before that appointment so I called more then 24 hours prior (due to covid) and was able to reschedule the appointment for exactly 2 weeks later (again due to covid). This time I didn’t receive email or text confirmation for this appointment, only a phone call confirming the new appointment date, which I thought was fine, my appointment was the exact same just 2 weeks later. Well 30 minutes before my appointment I get a phone call from Salon saying I’m late for my appointment- mind you I’m 5 minutes from salon- which would make me about 25 minutes early to my 445 scheduled appointment. Having explained to the gal on the phone I have all of my email and text confirmations she was adamant I was wrong and my new appointment was scheduled for 415- they showed zero compassion, when I said there is no way I would ever make an appointment for 415 on a Friday as my schedule would never allow it- I was crying at this point-The lady said well you can still come in and will try to do as much of the service as we can. I was baffled- I said, why would I come in for half the service when I have upheld my end of the agreement?? The lady did not care and proceeded to tell me that I would be charged the full price for the entire service whether I came in or not- I parked & cried after how cold and rude this interaction was- - I would have never been able to go in after how rude that lady was- your going to need that extra 100$ or whatever because no one would ever want to deal with this when seeking comfort and relaxation. Worst salon experience!

Im a middle-aged male reviewing a spa. Crazy? maybe, but I prefer to think of it as enlightened. I suppose Im a pretty typical male who does not do spas or massages or all that silly stuff. But a friend recommended a massage, so after 45 years of doing the same old things, I decided to try it. I mean who wouldnt like sore muscles rubbed out by a professional? I was able to book a one hour massage same day and paid for it online. Really quite painless. I showed up at my appointed time to the spas which is in a little office strip. First off, understand that this place does not look like much on the outside. If you want some high end marble columned rich peoples spa, then go elsewhere as this is geared toward the rest of us. Once you are inside it is warm and inviting, and there are lots of products if you are into that sort of thing. they have this oasis section that is for women but they allow men in on certain days. Lets face it, spas arent making their bread and better off of men. Its looks comfortable and I imagine one could relax there and sit in the sauna or the salt room. Not my thing, but it is available for those who dig it. My Masseuse was Vaia, who was very friendly and explained the whole process to me. I felt very comfortable with her and overall had a very good experience. Its amazing how tense you can be going in and how relaxed coming out. Yes it was painful at times, but it was a kind of pain that felt good afterward. She explained to me that she could adjust pressure to match my tolerance, but it was not a huge issue. Would I go back, most definitely. Can I recommend it, most definitely.

My daughter and I came in for a pre wedding spa treat. We received wonderful facials and massages and then relaxed together in the Himalayan salt room, which is calming and tranquil. Thank you for everything!

Daniel delivered the best massage of my life!!!!For the last few months I have been a regular of Organic Elements Spa. I have enjoyed many of the service offerings but was limited as I was pregnant. Today was my first half day at the spa post delivery and HOLY MOLY, such a great way to relax a Sunday away!I booked a 120 massage with Daniel, and ladies.... let me tell you this gentle giant (he is a big strong man) was the most amazing misuse I have ever had! He was respectful, communicative yet quiet, strong and stretched me while he worked my post baby body!After an amazing massage, I also had a great Brazilian from Shelbi!! She was quick but determined to provide the best service which was refreshing!!Overall, 5 stars to the team and management for keeping this spa so clean, comfortable and staffed with kind professional’s!!

It was actually really nice, not too expensive, organic and energy conscious.They have female only M-Sat, coed on Sun.So you can book a treatment, they do specials all year long. For whatever time you have booked, you get 1/2 that in the lounge (90 min massage package, I got 45 complimentary).They have a heated himilayan salt room, dry and steam sauna, a cold dip, showers and a place to just chill. They do girls night out packages, too.Essential oils and lotions and things to try and have products to buy, all organic. Totally recommended!!

From the moment you walk in the door you feel your body start relaxing, I had just left the hospital from having some ex-ray done. A world wind of worries and stressors from my rushed day, About 1/2 hr. into my visit. My massage therapist asked me about my day and it dawned on me!!!! For the first time in several months I had forgotten to have conversations with myself in my head!!! I just was relaxed and enjoying myself. I loved every minute of my experience!!!

I had a horrible experience here. My friend and I needed some TLC and booked a massage for her and a detox package for me with half an hour foot bath and half an hour reflexology. We were both going through very rough times and needed a place to relax and rejuvenate. The morning of, I thought it might be nice for me to come in early and get a massage in addition to my detox package. I called and asked if they had an available appointment before mine, scheduled it and then realized I had made a mistake in timing shortly after calling, and called back right away to cancel it. They said that I would have been the messeuses first appointment anyway, they had just called her to ask if she could come in earlier, and would just let her know to come in later, at the originally scheduled time after all. I asked if I could get the money back for the massage since I had to prepay, and it was such a short amount of time before I realized my mistake, and the girl on the phone said that it made sense that she would ask her manager, but then came back on the phone and said no, its policy. When I came in later, they told me that the foot bath was broken so I couldnt get that half of the treatment I had scheduled but that they would not refund me for that either. They said I could come in for just the foot bath some other time when it was fixed, even though the package I got was the combination of that with reflexology. I dont live in the area and was just visiting for the day and they didnt care. I asked the manager then could I at least get a refund for the massage that I didnt use and nobody lost any time or money over, and she said no and then started being manipulative and lying to me. I said I didnt think this was right and she then pretended that in the time that I had booked and canceled the massage that morning a few people called and tried to book that slot and therefore they did lose money. I said in such a short time, did you at least call them back to let them know the spot opened and she didnt reply directly. I already knew she was lying because the girl on the phone had not mentioned anything and had seemed to think it was reasonable to get a refund in that situation, but now apparently that same receptionist had gotten all these calls. When I said I knew that wasnt true then she got caught and finally admitted that it wasnt right of her to say that. But then switched to saying that it was impossible to give a full refund in the mindbody appointment system that they work in, and therefore her hands were tied. I also knew that wasnt true because I have worked with that system, and then she got mad and defensive and flustered. I started crying at one point because it was all too much for me in the moment, and I had come looking for refuge and instead was being completely mistreated, not to mention that I wasnt able to receive half of my service that I had booked because of their malfunction, but was having to pay for it anyway. My friend was also horrified. Finally the manager agreed to partially refund me for the foot bath but she would charge me the full price for the half an hour reflexology, which was more than half of the package price. I wanted to leave as soon as possible, and when I checked out, it turned out they hadnt even charged my credit card yet for anything, including the massage charge that didnt happen, that my card was just on hold, so they charged me then. My friend also tried to reason with them and they wouldnt. I was way more upset and feeling traumatized after leaving this Wellness Center than I had been coming in. I contacted them after saying I didnt think it was right. Their response was that in the end they hadnt charged me the difference between the services, so that technically I owed them $9 and should be grateful. Then later said if I was going to leave a bad review they would refund me if I promised not to write one. No thanks, not that way. I prefer to keep my integrity.

Nice place but expensive. An hour massage is $99 plus whatever tip youd like to leave. Products are expensive as well. While this is typical for a salon, this one is okay but nothing extraordinary.

We were able to get an appointment for both my wife and I on the same day, so that was a plus. Then I must admit it was above my expectations, the quality this spa. Massages were great but the services and amenities they offer are on par with bigger more expensive spa. Well definitely come back

I love this place and have been coming here ever since I moved to the valley! It doesn’t matter who I have an appointment with they are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this spa for any of the their services.

Had a 2 person side by side massage with my partner planned. Unfortunately, i came down with covid. We were charged in full and not given the opportunity to reschedule. What should we have done, come in and infect everyone? This is theft.

They offer good messages at acceptable prices. I wish I could give a 5 star rating, but they dont have a very comfortable waiting area for men. I have been told their lounge is co-ed on Sunday, but I go to church and spend time with my family on Sundays for religious reasons. So as of my last visit they dont have comfortable seating for men.

Love the spa, so many different therapists and ethticians that there really is something for everybody. Not to mention the steam room in the lounge. Throw on a face mask and go in and you have your own mini facial moment!

Dont get near Brittney Brown! I recieved a massage that put me in a neck brace for two weeks. After several attempts to resolve an issue, I dicovered her to be untruthful, dishonest & verbally abusive. Unfortunatly after apeaking to several other people that have had to deal with her, I found this to be her true nature.
