Forgot to get her name but I received a massage that felt so good! I have chronic back pain and walked out feeling absolutely awesome! I will definitely be returning here. I cant remember the last time I had a massage that felt so rejuvenating!!! Thank you!

I came in for my first massage, it was amazing! Yumi, I believe, worked a not out from my back that was causing me so much pain. I am so thankful!

Hubby and I went for a couples massage and it was quite the experience! These ladies did amazing and more than I expected. I can be pretty shy so I was taken a bit out of my comfort zone.

Very pleasant and clean. Did good neck and shoulder work. Very respectful. Definitely going back.

The “masseuse” very literally ripped money out of my hand demanding a tip! Then he coworker told me to top $10 b/c it was such a good massage. Sure, if you like being interrupted with yelling back and forth 4 times, and some stuff that was 100% not a massage. And slaps! Hard, loud, painful slaps! If that’s your jam, head on over. Otherwise I’ll keep looking

They over charged on the credit card fee. They double booked. I called ahead saying that I wanted to come in at 1.We were there 10 minutes late. Then she wanted my husband to wait 30 minutes for our appointment to start. We are from California so we had to leave at a certain time to head home. So I said no we’ll just leave then and we’d like a return. They asked us to wait. 10mins later they came back in. They didn’t close the door all the way, which made me rather uncomfortable. As people could see into the room.Then she proceeded to leave the room multiple times during the massage.also stopped 15 minutes early. Then she wasn’t satisfied when we only gave her a $15 tip at the end even though she overcharged us for the credit card fee. Not to mention it was probably one of the worst massages we’ve ever had. We will not be returning.

In addition to being worth the price, the price is reasonable and the atmosphere is great. Very lovely location.

$52 for 20 min. (before tip), when I was quoted $70 for 60 min. when scheduling the appointment. She kept leaving the room to help men who were walking in. Awkward to be left on the table several times. I was in pain and wish that we could’ve had the full 60 min.I will not be back.

Truly amazing talent. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a massage even if it was free from my chiropractor I would recommend this place to anyone and I go there regularly and Im happy to pay these ladies they know exactly what theyre doing, and they always help my body in a huge way

My boyfriend made a last minute appointment here and they were able to get us in on the same day. Jenny and another kind woman did a wonderful job with the massages, we feel amazing. I felt like my therapist knew exactly what areas I needed worked on just by feeling. Lovely atmosphere, they have great personalities.

They let me do 45 minutes. Great massage. Professional. There was one instance when she had to answer the door but in my experience every small business massage place has to do this. Overall good experience.

Went in to have a foot massage as well as a full one hour massage. The setup was very cozy and clean which was nice. The person working the front desk asked of I needed any specific spots worked on before I was ever touched and they worked out every single knot I had! The reflexology foot massage was amazing as well! I will definitely be coming back to paradise massage in the near future

Awful service. Appointment ran short of allotted time by over 10 mins because she “was very busy”. This is not to mention that the appointment kept getting interrupted because she went to answer the door multiple times. Massage therapist was rude when all I did was request we do more the next time, then pretended her english was too poor to understand. Regret giving her a tip and these guys my business. It was awful to say the least. My boyfriend and I went in to get a massage for Valentines day. The moment we walked in the door she wanted us to pay with cash. So we had to go get cash and come back. She then had us go in this dark musty room, told us to get undressed but that my boyfriend would have to wait 20 minutes. So I layed on the table which smelled gross,  and this guy came in to do my massage. He was so rough and didnt know what the heck he was doing. I ended up in so much more pain.  Just when I thought it couldnt get worse. IT DID!He was covered in sweat, and he was dripping sweat all over my body including on my face and in my eye... not to mention he made me extremely uncomfortable. After we thought we were free to go, they demanded a tip. And wouldnt let us go without giving a tip. Will never go back

I saw Jennie last time i was there. She is a very beautiful woman with strong hands. She will treat you to a wonderful massage. My luck with the other women there in the past has always been great as well.

I called today and made an appointment for me and my husband to each get a massage at 8pm. I told her three times -2 people at 8? She said yes and hung up. We then drive from out of town and upon arrival she says only one of us can get a massage since she is the only one present.....I told her that I called and made appointments, in which she then told me that no I did not..... So I pulled up my call log and showed her! Still no emotions- very cold! I tell my husband to go ahead because he is so sore and we drove just to do this...The lady then demands payment prior to the service (even wanting a tip)... He is in the room now, and I don’t even care if the actual massage is good or not- we will never be back!! Beware if you call and make an appointment!!! Horrible customer service all the way around!

They got me in right away, which is almost unheard of! The woman who did my massage paid very good attention to my upper back and shoulders, which I made them aware of when I walked in. I will definitely be back and will also be recommending them to others!!

Lady was great. She was strong and gave an excellent sports like massage, Asian Style. Very nice and clean facilities. Highly recommend after a hard work out. Thank you. I will come back again, as I wished it would not end....-relaxed

I had a horrible head ache and thought I was going to have to go to the hospital for it.I decided to call and see if I could get a massage by some chance last minute. They allowed me to come right in and gave me a wonderful massage.I had to go to work that night and the service allowed me to go to work and avoid the hospital.Very clean and very nice people. Please give this place a chance.The type of care given was amazing.

A wonderful massage. Her name was Lily and she had soft hands and a healing touch. My back hurt something fierce after a work day of constantly hunched over. I could feel the knots in my back shrink as she worked them over. I left without any pain.

Best massage I’ve had in years, by a woman named Amy. Very strong, deep massage, which is what I needed. Most massages I’ve had from other places in the past I’ve left feeling a little disappointed because the masseuse is “afraid of hurting me”, I happen to have a very high pain tolerance, so if you’re a more sensitive person this may not be the best choice for you. Yes, there is a language barrier, but no one goes in for a massage to chat it up, so this shouldn’t be a factor in reviewing their hard work. It is not a fancy high end salon, just a couple of women who are working hard and very good at what they do. Will certainly go back again. And yes, they do expect payment up front, but as a client you’re expected to pay anyway, so does it really matter if it’s before or after the massage? That didn’t bother me. And let’s be honest, Medford can be a tough clientele to serve, so they’ve probably made that rule from experience of those who “dine and dash”, so to speak.

Got a couples massage as a walk in on a random Monday. Very friendly, great massage for both.

Horrible experience! The language barrier is hard, but there was no intake form so I couldn’t communicate where I wanted special attention, and it was awkward when they made us pay up front. To make it worse, my masseuse stopped several times during the massage to answer the phone and the front door. Take my advise, go somewhere else!

Massage was actually pretty good but the woman rudely demanded money as soon as walked through the door. Rudely demanded a tip. And then didnt give me the change I asked for on my tip and acted like she didnt know what I was saying. Will not be returnin .

The lady was gentle, but firm as she worked out the stress and tension from my back, neck, and legs. The warm coconut oil felt great, too. Will be going back again for sure!

I booked my husband an hour appointment for 8p.m. As we arrived the lady told him he didn’t make an appointment, after I showed her my call history she said no time I have a couple booked right now. Complete waste of time and gas! Don’t recommend it.

Worst massage ever. Worst customer service ever. All they care about is getting their tip upfront. They waited until I was undressed and then stormed into my room, threw me my robe, and said I had to prepay and include the tip ahead of time. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I called and was given an appointment. I got there 10 mins early. The ladies are Chinese or something and they were both talking in a different language then the one lady said “Sorry we busy”. Seriously don’t waste your time.

Excellent massage and foot massage! For $85, cant beat it. She beat on me hard and I walked out feeling excellent. Great hours, walk ins accepted.

My work out partner and I went in 2 days after leg day and got a half hour massage and they did a great job I felt good leaving and even better the next. I will definetly will be going back after my next leg day

Great $30 massage for 30minutes from the gal.But lady insisted on a tip when I needed change for 2 $20s before I left there. It was kinda wierd.

Says walk-ins are welcome and the lady said to busy, go away. We were going to make an appointment but she said again I busy, only here, bye bye. She wouldnt even let us talk. I dont recommend going there.

Paradise massage has an amazing staff. Me and my girlfriend went in for a couples massage and it was amazing. Hats off ladys!!

Horrible place never come here. Was super sketch . Booked an appointment then when I showed up was told they where to busy! Also it smelt odd in the building. Also couldnt understand what they where saying huge language barrier.
