Good selection and great customer service.

This is an excellent smoke shop! They have a tremendous selection of Kratom and also other nootropics For energy and creating a calm mood. The staff is very friendly and the store seems to have a big following. I highly recommend this establishment, my only criticism is it would be nice if they had a cooler in salt water and soda so you can take what you buy

All you have to do to get a 5 star review is to actually have the items I need IN STOCK and be relatively pleasant. Notice I only gave 4 stars... Thats because they had what I needed plus a few others I didnt know I needed. LOLOL. But she didnt smile, greet me and my friends when we entered, and her attitude didnt improve at all. I know different cultures of people and all that but you still should be PLEASANT. Especially when the two customers in front of you are overwhelmingly friendly and keep telling you how ecstatic you are that they have the product is in stock. A smile is the easiest, most necessary gesture we have as humans... Especially when someone decides to do business with YOU!!!

Very poor customer service. The sales woman was very rude upon entry into the smoke shop. I understand you need to ask everyone if they are of age, but the way you ask is important too. You should train your employees.

Friendly store, got myself a couple of accessories and cigars to enjoy at home.

I purchased a glass hookah bowl that looked awesome. I prepared the hookah and put the charcoal on. The second the charcoal was placed on the hookah the brand new bowl started to crack and broke. I went in to the store to see what we could do and they accused me of dropping it and gave no refund nor a replacement bowl. If the product was dropped half of the bowl would’ve been broken not just one piece, but they continued to tell me that I had to have dropped it. Definitely won’t shop here anymore, many nicer stores out there and definitely will be treated with more respect at another store.

Price and customer service is terrible. Save half the price for vape products and take the trip to Davis Smoke Shop

Garry is great seller, takes care of the customer, and got the best quality product, Ive tried many other place never found better quality from Nicks smoke shop, is the best smoke shop, I only go there because they got the best quality and service! Nick smoke shop in Medford the best smoke shop!

Great little shop with lots to take in. I picked up a silicone ashtray which I had been hunting for as well as some flavored hemp wraps. Ill definitely be back!

Came here a few times Gary helped me out very friendly and helpful good prices good service and love the product I got a steamroller and a light up rolling tray and absolutely love them 🤙
