PURELUX NAIL SPA

My daughter just got home from her manicure with the guy working today (saw him outside vaping before and after the appt 😆) she said it seemed like they had left the salon to kids for the day and she remembered hearing someone complain about his level service on her last visit so - concerned when he was the guy doing her nails. This (photos) is what she ended up with. He nicked her/made her bleed with the rotary tool- ew and left this polish all over her fingers. I’ve never left a salon looking like this- the color is pretty but goodness, this is a terrible level of service. I just called and manager “Katelyn”? is out of town so leaving this review

This place is amazing and worth every dollar, the customer service was immaculate and hospitality was wonderful. The green bee pedicure was awesome and two margaritas. Melvia was a wonderful host ND this is a memorable moment of Memphis. My pedicure lady was amazing. Thats the lady with the hat on working hard on my ugly feet

From the time I walked in. OMG OMG!! My new NAIL SALON! OPEN ON SUNDAY! I really do not care about my nails. The comfort and relaxing atmosphere for me. Also, the BEST CHAIRS ALL PEDI/MANI! Change your nail salon/tech for them! It’s worth it! I did!🤭👌👍💅

DO NOT… I repeat DO NOT spend your money getting nail services from Purelux Nail Spa…the guy who did my nails today, the 6th day of July, 2023 did unsatisfactory work, “horrible”. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. That one “bad apple” ruined it for the actual good employees who do nice work.This is definitely going on my YouTube channel. I recorded my experience. Oh, and the shape supposed to be coffin shaped!!!!

This is the worst nail salon I have been to. The first time they charged me an $20 extra for “design” which was only a French tip. This time I went in for takeoff + dip. They had me soak unsuccessfully for 30 mins then finally scuffed my nails when I mentioned the polish was not removing. They then left me soaking for another 30 mins and began a new client’s nails. I politely stated I didn’t have another hour to wait and I needed to leave with only takeoff. I asked if they could at least buff my nails if I was being charged $10 for a takeoff. They denied that request. I was very kind and respectful throughout this whole process but am absolutely speechless I paid money and left with my nails like this

I came in for dip polish and was seated right away.Conveniently located but the job was Rushed andnot careful whatsoever. Burnt with the spinning nail file 3x, cut my cuticles and made them bleed in two places and left dip residue around my nails. Good selection of colors but shaping and dip job are very rushed and half hazardous. Prices are also vastly different then whats on their menu. Price for dip with tips is written as $40 and was charged $65.

The younger lady at the front counter was unwelcoming and abrasive. Im not asking for a hooray when I walk into a place but at least a friendly greeting, a smile or something. The older lady that did my pedicure today was good. She was attentive once she got started and took her time. Unfortunately I ended up with the front counter girl for my acrylic set and this is how it ended (see pics). She was talking on her personal phone while doing my nails and then rushed with the tools. She was going so quickly and aggressively with the acrylic nail drill she almost cut into my cuticle. When I told her that it was hurting my cuticle she turned down the drill speed without even saying anything as if I was inconveniencing her. She did an acrylic overlay on my natural nail and then told me to go wash my hands. When I returned from the sink she told me my total. I paid and proceeded to tip the pedicurist with cash at which point the young girl started offering to put a clear top coat on my nails or to polish them. By that time I really didnt want her doing anything else to my nails so I told her dont worry about it. My nails literally look like I did them at home.

DANIELLE is wonderful she is professional, kind and you can tell her experience at the job. I DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK with her and I recommend 100% her job.I had a nail grow and I did not tell her and she take care it, and they offer you drinks too.

Disappointed in the work. I was convinced to get gel nails cause they last longer, but literally 2 days later and they are already chipping. Work is rushed and sloppy. When I mention that my nails aren’t even or shaped how I wanted I’m told I’m “picky”. Will not be coming back.

I found Tee from Purelux. He and his wife, Selina, opened up their own salon. BN Nails in Bartlett, TN.The nail salon is beautiful and they did an awesome job on my toes. I’ll definitely be going back to see them!

The picture to the left is what I asked for and the picture to the right is what I got! I wanted my nails exactly how they are pictured to the left except length. The person that did my nails was talking and joking with others the entire time. Not paying any attention..I still paid for the service. I was offered to come back in 3-days and they will redo them. But I explained my work hours. And asked can I come back in a week or two. They refused! I’ll never go back and I will spread the word on their horrible service.

The shop is beautiful, staff is pretty friendly, the wait time is quite long (which I dont mind for quality service), and they have drinks. My experience wasnt that great. I paid $100 on a pedi and full set but I was not pleased with the results. The pedi was cute but the nail tech who did my nails was new though she had been doing nails 20+ years. I did not get what I asked for because she kept saying she was new and didnt know where things were or another choice would look more natural. I asked for a mani but she skipped that and did not tend to my cuticle AT ALL and the set looked like I needed a fill after she was done. So many gaps and spacing, I also asked for gems. IF I go back I will be requesting someone else who will give me my moneys worth and listen to what I want. Wish she would have listened, all she kept asking was if the color was ok.

They have the best Spa tech and I’ve been coming over a year for my pedicures and manicures in the City!!!!!🥰❤️😊💕

This is the best set of acrylics I have ever gotten! Staff are so so sweet and very caring. They took time to make sure I was happy! Very professional and clean setting as well. I will never go anywhere else! 10/10!! GO TO PURELUX NAIL SPA :)

Its clean and all of the nail techs were friendly except for Kim(my nail tech). As soon as she realized I had gel polish on my toes, her attitude changed. She was pulling in my toes and filing them roughly. Overall, her work was decent. If I come back, I know to wait for someone else.

I really enjoy getting my pedicures here. The staff is always friendly. They are a great choice!

Ive tried several times to give this nail spa a try. My favorite nail tech Ryan is no longer there so Ive tried to use other technicians and its just not the same quality. I had my nails and feet done last Wednesday and its Tuesday and my nails are already chipping. I had gel nails manicure done so I shouldnt be needing repairs done yet. Gel polish prices there are way too expensive to already needing repairs.

Nails and feet look and feel great! Ann and Maria did an awesome job. Reception, Nikki, is always kind and takes good care of me.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for awhile now and I only use to get pedicures by my favorite Ann I love her and her work but this one time I got my nails done which was ok but the shaping and the color tips need some work to them. I like the salon I hate that I have pay $20 extra for Gel polish then come back to same salon and pay $5 to get it removed which is crazy to me! I never understood that and it’s already a lil expensive there it’s a cool salon with great services until u start to add on then here come the ax! Overall I love my pedicures from Ann she is the best!

I was vacationing and my sister in law treated me to this nail spa. It definitely raised the bar from where Im from. Im in the process of trying to located a nail spa remotely similar to this one. I recommend this place hands down. If I could give them more stars Id take them all from the sky.. Love them 💓

Katie and Ann were amazing. The pedicure from Ann was fabulous she took her time and didn’t rush very pleased. Katie took the time to help me come up with the perfect shade of pink for my ombré nails. Will definitely be back. The complimentary wine was an added plus.

Selena (spelling?) did a fantastic job! I have very thin/brittle nails and she took her time ensuring my natural nail would be protected. Such a relaxing environment and fast, friendly service every time I go. Recommend for sure!

I started coming as a client to this salon since last year and have built a rapport with the staff during my visits. Coming regularly every two weeks and getting the same services done. I was gone for a month but returned today for a pedicure as a walk in. Which is unlikely because I always made an appointment with Ann. She was booked so Nikki the lovely receptionist assisted to get me an available nail tech. Every nail tech was with a client except for one, Tuba. She was sitting in the waiting area on her phone playing a video game. Nikki asked if she could service me and Tuba said, “No” & walked away. I expressed to Nikki that Tuba’s response was offensive to me because it is extremely unprofessional to deny services to a regular, friendly and cooperative customer. Every one there knows I come regularly and never have issues with anyone. But Tuba is fairly new and I never gotten to know her previously. And because of her denying me a service, I had to wait 15-20 minutes on the next available nail tech. But here’s the kicker, Tuba excepted 2 walk ins that came in after me! Nikki called the owner, Kaitlyn, about what she saw and I asked to speak with her directly. Nikki said she hung up and needed to speak with Tuba herself. I’m very disappointed in Kaitlyn for avoiding talking with me yet she called Tracy, another nail tech, about the incident who was not a witness and was busy with a client but never picked up the phone to call me after Nikki took down my name and phone number. Nonetheless, Nikki was a great mediator to keep me at ease and feeling comfortable because she could tell I was under emotional distress. I kept my composure on the outside but I was extremely anxious on the inside because I never dealt with that before especially not with a salon I regularly go to. I was given a $10 off coupon, I’m assuming Kaitlyn offered it for the inconvenience when Nikki applied it to my receipt. I’m grateful for that as well as for Danielle, the nail tech who did my pedicure. She was conversational and helped take my mind off of the unfortunate chain of events that happened to me. After my pedicure was done, it was told to me that Kaitlyn called Tuba and she told Kaitlyn that she refused services on me because she can’t do French tips… Even if that were true, the professional thing to do is promptly get me in a chair and start on my pedicure until the next nail tech can do my French tips. I know how a nail salon works. But alas, she was rude and dismissive. Tuba’s behavior is a classless reflection of a luxury nail spa & left a bad taste in my mouth. If the owner continues to allow that kind of customer service, she will lose loyal clients. This must be dealt with!

Im 35 and NEVER had a professional Pedicure or Manicure. From the time I walked in the lady at the front desk explained all services and prices. They placed me in the Huge massage Pedicure chair. Gave me 2 mimosas. Mrs Traci was my tech she made everything so comfortable for me. Even with my thick dry skin condition I left feeling great and feet and hands looked great as well

They were nice people. Pedicure was good. Got dip powder on my nails and it was very terribly done. I asked to add a tip to my nail, nothing was added. Overall the job was just terrible had dents and was peeling two days later. I’m not confrontational, I’m one of those people who just learns my lesson and won’t be back. I appreciate the good attitudes though. :)

The establishment is very nice. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful!! The nail technician Danielle was very nice…she took care of both me and my mom for my mom’s birthday. There were two other nail techs that weren’t so friendly…they seemed to not want to do the work on us. Not sure why.

Went today with my best friend to get a manicure. First, I have to say that the place was so clean. Everybody was very nice and they had complementary drinks! Mimi and Ann did our nails and they look wonderful. Rosa was also very helpful and kind! Our new favorite place, we will definitely be back!!

Had a wonderful pedicure today! Im 6 months pregnant, so the me-time was just what I needed. I booked an appt online and had no trouble getting started when I came in. Everyone was very friendly. I left feeling super relaxed, and my toes look great. Couldnt ask for more!

From the very first time visited Purelux I was treated very well. My nail tech Ann 💜💜💜is the bomb.com.She always sweet and patient with me as I never know what color to choose from. I give this nail salon a 10 .

Visited this place for the first time on Thursday 5/26/22. I paid $90 for a shellac manicure and pedicure. By Saturday, my right thumb nail was already chipped. Had to go back in on Tuesday to get it polished over. Again on Saturday, it’s already chipped again on the same nail. Very disappointed with this shop.Can’t wait for my regular nail techs at Royal Nails on Park Ave to return from their vacation this week.I will never return to Purelux again!

Made an appointment for two pedicures, got there and still had to wait. The salon seemed understaffed so I didn’t mind waiting. However, when we were taken back to the pedicure area, the chairs and station had not been sanitized properly before we were seated.Services began on my and not my daughter, she was stuck sitting and waiting. My manicurist was very pleasant, but left off many steps of the pedicure process and the one who serviced my daughter did a blitz pedicure on here.Although they were pleasant, the service we received were well below expectations and needless to say the polish did not last either. Will not be returning.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a manicure and pedicure at PURELUX NAIL SPA, and it was truly the best nail care experience Ive ever had. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and the end result was stunning.

Second time customer and a walk in. Only a short wait about 10 minutes. Prices are on the sign in sheet and you check off which service you want. I had the house manicure and pedicure. You also check off which complimentary beverage (all types of wines, liquor, etc). Ann was my tech and she was thorough and good. Very clean and decorative place. I will be returning!

They were super super nice and offered me some wine. They all seem very skilled but the woman i had was just amazing! I showed her a picture one time and she did exactly that. Will be coming back again!

I have never had a less than wonderful experience! Dips never chiped. Theyre last over a month, I love their Dipping powder to compare with several nails salon around the area. The service is excellent, and its calm and quiet. And they have complimentary drinks I would definitely be back here.

This places atmosphere was amazing but their skills in doing nails was poor they seemed rushed and unorganized. I went back home to AZ and my nail technician was disappointed in the poor application of nails. At PURELUX I asked for a manicure and it was done AFTER the nails were done. My pedicure omg...awful! I asked for a design and I have no idea what she tried to do so i kept it plain. We literally had to go home and redo their poor work! When we were leaving we tipped but i felt like they wanted more for a tip so they claimed they did not charge me correctly and i had to pay an extra $20. I will never go back there nor will I recommend anyone to this nail shop until they improve their technique. One thing that I noticed was that they took more time on people that probably went there often and people that did t quite look like me!!!!! I think that because we were new and our skin a little darker they rushed and didnt care about the outcome. I just need them to know I have money and am willing to spend on good quality!!! My experience was amazing! It is very fancy and they have excellent customer service. They offer you drinks from margaritas to just sodas and it is all professional. The nail techs are so nice and are friendly. And the place is so clean and you truely feel pampered. I love it so much and I will constantly come back.

I went here on New Years eve. I didnt like how they put another customer (white) before me after I sat for 1.5 hours in the waiting area before I sat in the service chair. She didnt have an appointment and was still seen before me. I calmly gather my things and told the cashier and left. My experience and I wont be back.

I came into this shop on July 8th, 2018 because my usual salon was closed and the reviews seemed promising. Upon entering, the atmosphere made me feel like I made the right choice with the higher-end vibe. I was told to sign in and choose my service for the day which was a full acrylic shellac set. The price ended up being $70 which shook me for a moment but I figured okay, higher end, maybe this is worth the price so I stuck with it. Shortly after being seated I was offered a drink. Awesome.The technician was very kind and made my nails look really good. I left fairly pleased, but still feeling like I broke the bank on what I usually find to be a $40 deal. Oh well, I treated myself, I thought.Well, the reason I am giving three stars though is because my intuition of it being a bit too much for what its worth was spot on. Not even 5 days later Ive had two nails snap off. One when I was merely scratching my stomach and another when I tried to pick up a book (I managed to glue that one back on). There just isnt any reason to pay such an amount for something that doesnt withstand a week. My usual spot is Nail Club and they offer full acrylic sets with diamond gel and a style for about $42, not including tip, and they have lasted about a month (with fill-ins) each time.This was just my experience with a set though. Their other services may be better.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! I took my 3 daughters to get full gel sets and I got a fill in. There was no other customers there when we went so I thought it wouldnt take long. The people would start one of us, then stop to walk around when another customer walked in and start on them immediately. By the time the other customer was done, they would come back to us. For the 4 of us, it took 3 hours!!! I had called ahead and asked for prices which they told me was $35 for a full gel set. They failed to tell me that long nails cost $5, coffin style cost $5, and gel polish cost $22. So if I had known ahead of time that it was going to be $67 per person, I wouldnt have wasted my time. Thanks but no thanks! I will not be coming back!!! I will take my business back to my regular nail shop!

Ive been going to Purelux for about two years. A Friend of mine took me there, the best nail salon I ever been too. Clean and professional. I have my personal tech Ann, shes the greatest.

I tried them out for the first time yesterday. The salon had few color choices in comparison to other local salons. My gel manicure does not even color my entire nail. My pinky nail was not even painted to the tip. The gel top coat was all over my fingers when I left the salon. Now that it is coming off of my fingers, the color is starting to lift off of my nails barely even 24 hours laters.

I discovered PURELUX NAILS , thru a friend, she recommended me, to come over after trying to find a great nail shop! FROM the first time I came, I loved it ! Very great customer service , Rose us my nail tech , and i have love it every since , after living here in Memphis, of four years, I am greatly satisfied ! Everyone has such kind spirits , the owner also is very polite , what I love most about, the shop , they are very , CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL ! Also with complimentary drinks , which is awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a great nail shop !

The lady who did my nails was talking abs joking the entire time to the man next to her in her native language. She told me it’s going to be 50 then when I went to pay bumped it up to 60 saying because I wanted round shape ( the shape my nails are ) it’s 5Dollars more and she added 5 extras dollars for some cream which I again never asked for.The job was sloppy, rushed, and it looks like o have claws. I don’t recommend this place they are dishonest and I am very disappointed.

I called and scheduled an appt for 3pm. I arrived and no one asked my name and everyone was busy. After 10minutes standing there I told a man (manager/owner?) that I was going to get a soda next door since it looked like everyone was busy and no one was ready for me. I came back and said I was ready. After 5 minutes he stripped and soaked my nails, letting them sit. 35minutes went by and 5 nail techs disappeared into the back after finishing their clients and never came back. He had checked in 3 people after me during this time and was preparing stations but still no techs. Normally the whole process of soaking and nail dip should take 50minutes. I left with my nails soaked off because I didn’t know what else to do at 4pm with no end in sight. Don’t go there unless you have all day long to wait. The appointment process was a joke.

This review is ONLY for the OWNER! She’s very rude, unprofessional and stuck up! I’m just leaving from getting a manicure from my fabulous nail tech and the OWNER happen to arrive. Not one time did she speak, and not one time did she make eye contact SMH! There was one other incident when she rudely responded with a question that I asked her. But back to today...the only thing she spoke on, is when asked from my nail tech about my coupons and she responded in her language that my coupons was expired and I don’t receive any type of discount 🤦🏼‍♀️ She still proceeded to not look at me once. No eye contact. Honestly she makes me want to take my business elsewhere and take my nail tech with me too because she don’t deserve her!! NEW OWNER PLEASE!!

This is my go-to nail place! They are so nice and do a fantastic job. I love my nails & feet every time I go, they offer free drinks & wines, are extremely clean (they open the packages of tools right there and with a new liner for your pedicure chair), the chairs are comfortable and the massage function is awesome. I loved the complimentary drinks and my spa pedicure. However, my coffin shaped full set was terrible. First, I asked for a specific design and shape before I even elected to have my nails done. The manager said they could do it. That was a Lie. When I sat down to have my nails done, the nail tech looked at the shape for the full set and the polish (which consisted of painting half the nail diagonally) and said she couldnt do it. She then proceeded to pick up her cell phone a start talking on it. After her conversation I requested for her to just complete a regular manicure. She informed her manager and he came by and insisted I get the full set because he can complete the look I wanted. That was also a lie. My full set have since then lifted and come off completely... It has only been 2 weeks, not even.The takeaway is if you want a regular mani pedi with gel or dip powder-- this is your place. Anything beyond that, I wouldnt refer anyone to it.

Had dipping powder nails done. I have been to many shops and this was by far the worst quality my nails have ever turned out. The nail tech was busy worrying about her next client and did very sloppy work. She did not even out my nails, the polish is uneven and all over my hands. I give it 2 stars because they offer beverages and the shop itself is nice.

Absolutely the WORST manicure and service I have EVER had. Would never go back. Looks nice when you first walk in but it goes totally down hill from there. I was there to have shellac polish removed and then a manicure. After soaking my nails to soften the polish, normally a metal tool is used to gently scrape the polish off. My nail technician was using her own fingernails to scrape my polish off. It was just gross. I asked her if she had a tool for that. She got annoyed and got up to get the tool. I was in shock. The whole experience was HORRIBLE!!!

Made an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday morning for an overlay and gel polish. I get there (from downtown Memphis) wait for 15 minutes to get told that the only person that can do overlays called in. I understand that happens but to have the audacity to not apologize and tell me that I can make an appointment for later today. No thanks. First and last time that I will ever visit this salon

I used to love this spot but my last two visits were enough to make me look elsewhere for my next nail treatment. My nails are strong and rarely cracked and since going to Purelux they have remained that way. My polish would last two weeks easy but rexently that has not been the case. I got the same nail tech too and she was visibly ticked when I asked for full polish coverage on my nails. She only polished the center but you could clearly see my white nails on both sides. When I showed her she started speaking in her language and half heartedly painted them. She made the comment you want it close huh? And I was surprised. No I want full coverage. First week, the polish was peeling in three days! Second time I go back and I trt not to specify a tech but she was sitting right there. I thought okay try her again. Mistake. She did not polish full nail again and after first visit I noticed my nails cracked at the quick! I showed the guy who seems to be in charge and he offered acryllic to help. It did not but I appreciated the gesture. I like the atmosphere, location, the hours and some od the techs are super personable. If I return, I will specify a nail tech!**UPDATE: went back just to redeem the place and it continues to be less impressive. If you do not get any speciality service for nails, it doesnt last. I get simple mani pedi meaning no overlay or any other nail covering and my polish does not last a week! And they do not like to polish the full nail bed, just the center! Im done.

I will not be returning back to this place. This is the second time I ve been treated with disrespect . Yesterday when I arrived one the techs claimed they were booked up and wasnt able to provide me with service when it was only two customers inside. The looks I receive when I walk in this shop is unbelievable and Im starting to believing they do not like servicing women of color. I recently visited PURELUX NAIL SPA and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everything was immaculately clean and organized.

My friend invited me to go with him, and I absouletly feel in love. They are so professional and polite. Three of us came at 06:45pm with pedicures and they closed at 07:00pm. They didnt have an attitude even if they did they didnt show it. Everything was clean and neat, oh and the drinks were the bomb. This is the first salon that mu shellac stayed on my nails 3 weeks!!!! They have a new customer in me.

I went to Purelux with my daughter and we both got full sets together. They gave us great customer service and they even offered a large selection of drinks for us! I had never experienced such a nice, extravagant place ever! The nail techs were caring and did everything we requested. and our full sets lasted very long. I would rate Purelux 10/10..

Purelux is the best place to get your nails done in Memphis! I get a dip manicure each time I go and it stays in perfect condition for 3-4 weeks. Ryan is the best, I always get compliments on my nails when he does them.

I moved from Florida to Memphis and I noticed the way they treat you in Memphis is based off race. We work hard for our money as well and we still get treated differently. I will not be returning! They ask other customers How was your service. Im beyond this and tired of it. How hard is it to do a pedicure? You cant even get a decent massage. I can go on and on, but Im going to let this sit right here...

When planning my Daughter’s Birthday Celebration with Mani’s/Pedi’s, Purelux Nail Spa was my 1st choice for that next level experience. I called to schedule a reservation and everything precisely started upon arrival. Great customer service from start to finish! The chemical smell was at a minimum unlike so many other spas. Purelux has many colors, styles, services, and economical options that will suit any need for women, men, and kids. Everyone is made to feel welcomed and comfortable. Very clean establishment. Ann is really sweet and did an amazing job on my gel manicure and pedicure!! Everyone is always really nice and very fast at sitting you but they make sure and take their time with helping you and making you feel relaxed!!

I walked in, sat down, and waited and waited for an hour and a half. After being asked 5 times if I wanted something to drink, and being told there was only two people ahead or Ill be there in one minute, I finally left without a manicure. I have been to this nail salon 3 times before and every time I had to wait an extensive amount of time before actually starting a manicure or pedicure. This was the last time I will ever go there and, for future customers, do not waste your time to get a manicure that will last you half a day.

Selina has been my tech the last 2 times, she is awesome. The interior of salon is beautiful, super hygienic, calming and the prices are just right... Also first cocktail is on the house!!! Cant beat all that-m

I’ll just stick to queen nails on my side of town. I mean this place is nice dont get me wrong but I was told two different prices for my nails and my pedicure was done way too fast she didn’t even give my feet time to soak she just got straight to it and rushed on them and yes I should’ve said something but I didn’t I just kept it moving plus they’re waaaayy too overpriced I spent $87 on a classic pedicure & fullset w/ shellac if I would’ve went to queen I would’ve walked out with my eyebrows waxed a fullset any shape length etc with a pedicure for $60 even and they’re very very good I’m always satisfied with my nail shop just came here due to my nail shop being over packed. And because it was very reasonable last time. I don’t know if they changed prices or what but I didn’t dare pay damn near a $100 last visit. I won’t go back again!

Very unprofessional, waited 2 hours to get a pedicure then when I spoke up and said something they thought I had already gotten it done… so then a lady gets up and does my nails but fails to do all of the job like trimming and doing everything to the nails before she paints them. She just went straight to painting so a waste for 45$. Never will return

Purelux nail spa presents with chic and classy decor, and the staff is very friendly and competent. Ive had two mani and pedis there so far, and I had a wonderful experience both times. The staff isnt rushed, which results in a relaxing time and a well done manicure and pedi. This is a great spot to come with friends, as the mani chairs are located next to each other and the nail bar is a semi-circle, both of which facilitate conversation. They serve the same cocktails as other nail salons, as well as margaritas! I choose Purelux over any of the other nails spas in the immediate surrounding area.

I had a wonderful pedicure here. The service was great and very relaxing. I like that they use plastic liners for the foot baths - most places barely clean their chairs after each use.FYI: They only take cash tips, but they have an ATM onsite

It was wonderful....Im from out of town....Googled places to go and this came up with good reviews....I got the orangic pedicure and it was worth it.... the staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend it..... the bonus is that you get beverages, as a compliment to being a customer....my kind of place! Plus it was cleannnnnn!!! Nice vibe and atmosphere. Would visit again if I was in the area...

It was so Amazing to get my nails done and tell Tracy what I wanted and she made it happen.I was so comfortable at the fact when I told her just to pick me color she was on point. I loved my time at the spa.🙂

I just love this place and they are very reasonably priced and a very clean environment. Right now I’m on my way back for a manicure and a pedicure. I would also like to add that I have Parkinson’s disease and they are very understanding of my handicap and they’ll offer me any extra assistance that I need!This is truly a 5 star place!

I got my nails done here and they took care of me right away. Perfect loud and dark colors and the employees were super nice. I only go here now with all of my friends.

I went in and left w/ in a few minutes of getting there as i didnt feel welcomed. No one was @ counter 2 greet u when walked in and i like diva nails better on sanderlin as @ least someone is @ counter and / or close by and u are greeted as well as get in / out pretty fast as they have a lot of emp and i have never had anything but great cust serv @ diva nails on sanderlin across from bright glade nursing home and in kroger shopping center !!!

I’m writing this as I’m getting my nails does because I am so happy! The entire staff is incredibly kind and attentive which has been a breath of fresh air, especially during these times of COVID. 10/10 recommend!!

I absolutely loved my experience! The entire place was clean and neat and I was greeted right away and taken very well care of. They catered to me! Excellent customer service, everyone was extremely nice. It was my first time there and I had such a lovely experience and I am going to tell all of my family and friends to go here!

The young lady who does toes so SWEET Omg she wear black shirt n blue pants I always tip her this was my 3rd time but the young one with the two kids is very mean who does nails n I WILL not ever let her touch my nails she’s not friendly I only came back for the young lady that do my feet she’s the sweetest however the other woman attitude is disgusting..

Stayed at the Hilton across the street and visited Purelux during my stay 2 years ago I was so impressed with the service and quality of the work done I returned to treat my sister for her birthday this year. The service is even better then before and prices are very reasonable.

Tammy and Ann were both so sweet and both did AMAZING jobs on me and my mother’s nails! Would definitely go again and I recommend either women for your visit there!

Got a brow wax and a Full set and all of it was amazing. The service was fast but not rushed. The complimentary drinks were fantastic and I will be coming here all of the time.

The nail tech did a very sloppy job. She was very rude and did a overall poor job. She did not follow the design I wanted and when I mentioned it to her she had an attitude.

They did a fill in & it was terrible the next day my nail was lifted & I had to go back & get a repair ...one nail was cracked & they did not want to remove it & only added new acrylic & it recracked two days. 1st & only experience & it was awful.

My manicurist, Ana, is phenomenal. The women who do the work are amazing. The receptionist is a nightmare. Lazy and rude. Will not be coming back of shes here.

I really do like this nail shop. No matter who does my nails Im always happy with them. This is the only place I will get a pedicure from. The are very professional and they are very nice.

They were very attentive. Pedicure was great, eyebrow wax was great and I didnt have to ask for refills. Very relaxing and clean environment.

I really like how they pay attention to details. The massasge was amazing. I have not felt this relaxed in years especially at a nail and spa. I will most definitely be coming frequently... I love this place.

This nail spa is always so friendly and they do a great job... They don’t rush on your pedicures and they have several pedicure and manicure options... Tracy is a great nail tech, and I will keep coming back to see her!

Went here based on previous reviews, after 15 minutes of not being acknowledged then an additional 35 minutes of waiting in the pedicure chair with no service, I put my shoes back on and left. Almost an hour wasted with no service. Waste of time.
