Lauren at the front desk was the best. I called needing an appointment and she found me one the next day. Richard, the massage therapist, was very knowledgeable. The massage was amazing. I am very happy and a lot less sore than when I first walked in. Thank you Lauren and Richard!!!

Let me start off by saying I appreciate this establishment always being able to get me in when I hurt myself. I’m a RN and am always tweaking something, and the sweet ladies at the desk have always been accommodating. Now let me get to my therapist—Victor. He’s AMAZING! It’s not very often that you find a therapist who is kind, warm, funny, and exceptionally skilled at the same time. He has saved the day on many occasions and I definitely want to give him props for that. I’ve been with Elements for ages because they definitely find the talent. Thanks!

My therapist Micki is awesome. She has listened to pains I have in my knee and hip. She concentrated on these areas and has really helped relieve the pain. She suggested the red light therapy. Have had 2 sessions and am having a 3rd next week. Will keep you posted. Staff is very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Font staff was great, massage was not enjoyable. Pricing and membership policy is convoluted. Signed up for membership for discount and they charged me full price anyway.

My expectations are always met whether its a focused area or an area that needs to be avoided. I always leave relaxed and better than when I walked in.

The girls behind the counter? Professional and attractive. The atmosphere? Very relaxing and clean. This is not one of those seedy massage joints. Elements is franchised out and has standards. My therapist, Stephanie, Ive been using her services for months now and shes the best. I highly recommend this place. Also, they always offer you a bottle of water afterwards. Its a nice touch and its always the little things that matter

Starting from the initial phone call, to the actual massage with the amazing Maria, all staff was so friendly and kind. Everyone in there seemed to genuinely be happy to help and wanted me to have the best experience. Maria was wonderful, and worked with me to overcome a previous past experience at another massage therapy business. Receptionists were both so welcoming and kind. Highly recommend checking them out for a quality massage and professional and kind service.

After a poor experience here at this location, I was contacted by the owner Troy. She went out of her way to assist and correct the issue for me. Kudos to the young girls at the counter, who informed her of the experience and got it handled right away. Richard is the best therapist to see here!

The facility is clean and relaxing. All personnel are kind and professional. Its really easy to schedule same week appointments. Overall, Ive had a positive experience and would recommend this place. They also offer prenatal massages which is great!

Scheduling is easy and the types of massages and add ons are great ~ highly recommend adding hot rocks which takes any massage to the next level! Leah is a superb masseuse and has helped me tremendously with tips on stretches between visits. Highly recommend Elements Red Mountain specifically as this is my location of choice. Front desk staff are always so friendly and greet you immediately upon walking in. Great service always.

I love the services I receive@tementsmassage. Even when my normal therapist is unavailable, the scheduling team always makes great recommendations for other therapists who will be a good fit. I have never had a bad massage in my 2 years as a client here.

Great front desk staff, very attentive. The rooms are very clean and the linen is always fresh. They work very hard to match you with a therapist that will fit your pressure and style of massage. If you are not completely happy with your experience let them know and they will work to make it right. They believe in long term customers.

Horrible service. I would give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment for a couples massage on our anniversary and I received a text message saying that they had cancelled my appointment the morning of. It is impossible to schedule a same day couples massage to replace the appointment that they cancelled. They were very unprofessional and the only recompense that was offered was to reschedule for a weekday. We both work during the week and this has put a huge damper on our special day. I will never use an Elements Massage after this. I wouldnt even try to schedule an appointment with them again. I agreed when I made the appointment that if I cancelled, I would still be charged, yet they can cancel on me and I was supposed to just accept it. If I provided this kind of service, my company would lose millions of dollars in revenue and the US Army would be severely impacted. I couldnt imagine providing this kind of customer service.

Loves the massages and the massage therapists I had! The only downfall was when I went to cancel membership (was getting a better rate at school), they ended up still charging me an extra month. When I called to resolve it they said they would resolve it immediately. It took an extra month and a few extra calls to finally get the issue resolved.

Me and my moms first time here and honestly they have the BEST service. I’m NOT the type to leave a review but I had to! The owner is very friendly and professional and as well as the front desk, it makes us feel very comfortable and feel happy to come back to this specific location! The massage therapist are all amazing and provide some great suggestions towards the end.

Bri is absolutely amazing! This is my second session with her and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better massage! She is a very powerful therapist but always seems to use the right amount of pressure. She really knows what she’s doing!

Came from out of state on a vacation and researched good places for a massage to end my vacation. This one had high reviews, and after going and experiencing myself, its for good reason! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, relaxing atmosphere, and my massage therapist, Laurel, did a perfect job. Highly recommend!

Britnee is amazing. She’s professional and always makes sure I am completely comfortable throughout my time there. She gives great advice for stretching and do’s/don’t in my inbetween times with her. The front desk staff is pleasant and helpful whenever I have a question or need to change an appt. I look forward to coming there not only for my massage but for the staff as well.

The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. My very first massage and I wasnt nervous at all. The staff were clear on what I would expect. Communicated to me through the whole process. Left my session relaxed and feeling great.

Outstanding staff, got checked in by Jasmine and Lauren, both are awesome. Shaun was phenomenal working out issues I had with my hip related to hockey! Best massage Ive had in years, when I got up I felt completely disoriented because of all the toxins leaving my body, it was wild.

Ive been a Member for over five years and have always been able to find a therapist that fits my style, even when we travel. Elements always runs on time, the salons are very clean, and they offer extras like cupping and aromatherapy.

Deanne was absolutely the best! I loved that she was so knowledgeable about the muscle groups and how to work on one area to help another area in the body. She used the perfect amount of deep pressure I wanted and was so fun to talk to as well. I will definitely be back to see her and possibly even sign up for monthly service with her too, she was THAT good!

The staff here is so kind and amazing. I went there for the first time a couple of days ago and had Micki as my massage therapist. She listened to all of my concerns as I was having back pain recently. She gave me the perfect massage and my back pain has been relieved!

Its not even worth expressing but definitely these owners slander clients and therapists and the front desk gossips about clients as well as the therapists. I was told by Troy Gatza, the owner/manager, Arent you too dark & I thought black people couldnt do that while I was speaking to another individual about receiving skin treatments. Very unprofessional overall. Ive been told many times by the staff that the therapists are afraid to speak up for unfair treatment because the owner/manager, Troy Gatza, yells at them as well as taking clients away from the therapists schedules and threatens with termination. The reviews are also deleted when a client is unhappy and writes a review.

Great spot for a massage! My boyfriend and I did a couples massage here. The facilities are clean and modern. I recommend Yanzy as a therapist. She is professional, thoughtful in her questions and does a great deep tissue massage. Will be back!

Stephanie is amazing. Her ability to break up and loosen muscles that have all but locked up is awesome. I got more from the 1hr there then I have at times from 90mins with other therapists. Definitely will keep her on the short list when I’m having acute issues in between my regular therapist appt.

Britnee was incredible!! That was the best massage I’ve ever had. She kept checking in to make sure the pressure was ok and to see if I wanted her to move onto another area or stick with the knots. She was amazing! The location is far from where I live but I will definitely the 25 miles to get a massage from her again.

Another positive experience. I presented with leg cramps and declining flexibility. It was recommended a full session focus on these areas with a combination of stretching and manual therapy. Again, Professional, friendly, informative options, recommendations and feedback. Another visit planned.

I have seen a few different therapists and all have exceeded my expectations! I love the space and the full bowl of Hershey’s chocolates makes me happy:) I continue to recommend this location to any of my friends and family who will listen. Side note... anyone looking for insanely great deep tissue, both Tashiana and Britnee are 💯!!!

I really enjoy this location. clean and relaxing. I have had shoulder impingement and Toshiana has helped release this. plus they offer so many add on services like aroma therapy, hot stone and now CBD which I plan on trying next time.

Miss going to DeAnn, not sure correctly spelt yet only 1 there about 2 or 3 years ago now & best ever by far! Heard all are great as Elements seams to hir quality caring people. Many back problems, shoulders & legs too, melted away while in a quiet clean peaceful atmosphere.

Horrible customer service, unclear policies and billing issues. When you cancel your membership they will still pull one additional payment out even if you cancel 30 days prior. That’s not a good policy if you want returning customers. Would not recommend and will not be returning after I use or gift the remaining 3 hours I’ve already paid for under contract.

Was the slowest message I’d ever had. Paid for 90 minuets and maybe got a 30 minute. She worked at a snails pace. In 90 minuets only did my upper body with most of the time holding pressure in one spot not moving. Just to be clear I was a member here not my first message here, but the worst. Then when I wanted to cancel they said I had to pay another month ( it’s policy). Go somewhere else and DO NOT sign up for there monthly program.

Deann is a wonderful therapist. She always knows the right pressure to use, and works out all of the knots and all of the stress I am carrying around. I always leave my sessions feeling great and super relaxed!

Horrible experience. if i could rate a 0 i would. imade an appt then i got a call saying that they had to change my appt with someone else a diff day when i told yes i would come in then when i got there they said no massage person is here with that name so i left because my back was hurting bad i went to another massage place right before i walked in elements massage called and said your appt is at this time with that persons name i told them i cant go back im in a hurry have to pick up my daughter they said they would have to charge me $45 for no show even though i showed up not my fault their office is disorganized. dont go to that place if you want to be charged for that massage place for doing nothing.

Nice quiet darkened rooms. My massage was a deep massage by Bri. Honestly when I saw her, I didnt think she should be able to go very deep on me due to her small size and me being 6ft 315 lbs! But, she proved me wrong! It felt great and we will now be regulars! Thanks Bri!

Was a great place to work, I really enjoyed the experience and my co-workers. Was great until I had to call out for a couple of days, due to a family emergency. Upon returning, a co-worker regrettably told me that the owner talked down upon me while I was gone and accused me of lying and making it all up, just to get out of work, even though I gave her police case numbers and had photos to back it up. Also, I would’ve never made up such a horrible thing, if I wanted to get out of work that bad I would’ve just done what everyone else did, and called out sick. Gave me a really bad taste for them and hurt my feelings, quit the very next day. Never told them the real reason why I quit because I didn’t want any repercussions for the girl who told me all of this. But, if this hadn’t of happened, I’d still be working there.

Horrible customer service! Billing issues! Monthly membership choice of the 1st or 15th without explaining they will charge a full session extra if you use what is supposed to be a monthly membership prior to the date of the 15th even if you only set an appt. once a month. Then if you cancel they want to charge another fee and you have to go in the location to cancel. I dont really want to step foot in this place! They have no clue.

Excellent massage even during the pandemic. Their facilities are clean, everyone is masked, and they check temperatures upon arrival. I was able to relax in my mask and enjoy a proper massage.

I live on the east coast, and Elements is our go to when we visit family in AZ! I thoroughly enjoyed the hot stone massage, and would recommend a full hour and half :)

Great massages, no molestation hahah! Just kidding, taking a shot at Massage Envy. Seriously, the difference between the two is Elements hires qualified experienced techs, Massage Envy seems to get them fresh out of school. Much better quality of service.

Loved- The ability to schedule online (this cannot be overstated)- The ability to read a short bio of each potential therapist before making the appointment- The quick follow up phone call after scheduling- The ease of checking in- The friendliness of the front desk- The friendliness and professionalism of the therapist (as well as the skill - amazing).- The lack of pushiness about signing up for the monthly plan (of course the offer was there, but it didnt go past my comfort zone; I love massages and would love to get one monthly, probably need it, but am not in a place financially to be able to commit to that).

I had the most magnificent 2 hour massage with Tryna! She didnt miss a spot. The staff there is so pleasant and helpful. I love this place!

Not happy with massages, too aggressive. PLUS had to contact my bank to stop the automatic withdrawals even though I signed the cancellation form well over a month in advance.
