I was very shocked to walk into such a large smoke shop. Everything that you could ever possibly want from a smoke shop, they have it here. Liz, Deborah and Amanda were so helpful at helping us find everything that we needed. Liz even went above and beyond to help me find some stuff that I never would’ve gotten because I’m too afraid to try. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products, and she had a very charismatic energy which will instantly make you happy. I did walk on Amanda’s freshly mopped floor but luckily she didn’t get mad. The crew here is amazing and they have such a huge collection of product. Highly recommended!!!

Nothing against the employees there, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I am disappointed in their return policy. Ive spent 1000s of dollars there (maybe more) and they wont offer me a refund/credit on a 15 dollar box of coils that were unused. I will not be a return customer after having bought my delta, kratom, juice and various gummies there for years. Very disappointing.

Nick, Victoria and Landon are the best smoke shop employees you can ask for. They make sure the product you get is quality and not only that, if youre a consistent customer theyll check on how you’re doing.This shop is great! .

I personally love this shop❤️ Everybody staffed there is so sweet and friendly every time me and my husband walks in there. Ive also made some really nice outgoing associates to with everytime I go in and them ladies are there we chat for a while even after Im done buying or sometimes even if Im just walking by Ill stop and say hello.Honestly Im trying to work there Im taking my application back tomorrow as soon as they open because I live literally nextdoor lol. I hope I get it!! No, imma say this job is mine I am going to get this job when I go in Amen Amen!! I love this store its well stocked. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They answer questions when asked and dont treat you like youre stupid when you dont know things about the vapes and things. I will definitely be back.

I hate to leave a bad review anywhere. I have been coming here for months and everyone has always been so nice. Unfortunately I came in earlier today to buy a new vape for the week. I saw they had new vapes out so I told them I was willing to switch it up and pick a different one. I tried the new brand at the check out and it instantly started making the hissing noise even after I was done hitting the vape. The cashier assured me that it was okay, and that if I hit the vape it would work again. It stopped making the noise and I left. 4 hours later, the vape completely stopped working. I stopped back in and told them that the vape didn’t work and I just wanted to return to my original purchase instead because this one was a bunk. They charged me full price for the new vape and didn’t refund me for the one I had bought (at this point) 5 hours earlier. I collect points for shopping with them and they said “well you can use your points to get 5% off”…. I’m sorry but I work in customer service and to have a customer pay full price after they sell me a product that didn’t work is such a disappointment. I paid for two full priced vapes today now so they profited off of me twice today. I will be looking for a new smoke shop unfortunately… they have lost a returning customer.

I went to this store yesterday to get help with a Mod that I was having issues with. Sam is amazing!!! He knows everything there is to know about Mods any all vapes. He helped fix it after trial and error with different things. He is very good at what he does and extremely nice ( so are all the workers there). This has become my go to store over the previous one I was going to. I recommend this shop they have good prices and anything you need you will be helped with. You will be very satisfied with the customer service.

Liz helped me out and was absolutely a sweetheart. She knew her stuff, and our energies matched so well which made conversing so seamless. Great quality products and good prices. Highly recommend this shop!

I would pick this smoke shop over any of the other ones because I have had the best experience here! A young woman named Liz was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was very kind in educating me on the vapes they carry as well as some of the smoking pieces. I would definitely recommend this location! Thank you magic vape for selling Camos wraps . These are the best hemp wraps around. The flavors are awesome and the slow burn makes smoking easy. The thickness of the wrap is perfect for easy rolling. I highly recommend these wraps to all flower smokers . Wont be disappointed

The employees are always so patient, laid back, and informative. They will often times go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want and need, and they dont come off as predatory salesmen trying to entice you to spend hundreds of dollars.

A friend and I bought a vape and cbd vape on a Friday for over $50. Both vapes didn’t work by the following Monday and when we tried to bring them in for an exchange, the owner offered us a 15% discount on any purchase. It’s unacceptable after spending so much on vapes that they went out in a few days and the only thing the owner was willing to do was offer a minimal discount. Why would I spend more money on products that malfunctioned in less than a week, at a shop where the owner wasn’t willing to make it right? No thanks. Avoid this smoke shop if you are looking for a positive customer service experience. It’s unfortunate that the owner doesn’t realize that a positive buying experience for a customer will be better for their business than keeping money on faulty products ever will.

Came by to the shop on Saturday 6/4 for the first time to purchase a mod. Originally help was good, shop looks nice, what you should expect from a better quality store. The mod they sold me was allegedly the Aegis max 100w. Problems ensued as soon as I left.Had to come back 5 minutes later because the battery sleeve wasnt working properly and the lid for the battery storage wasnt threading right. The girl Courtney struggled for some time before she was able to secure the battery in the mod and get it turned on.Fast forward through the weekend, this mod will not keep its batteries in place, threading for the lid is trashed from the factory. I cant even sit the mod down without the batteries shooting out, and looking in the box, there is no instructions packet or warranty card. Not going to accuse them, but when that happens, it usually means the store is selling fake products.I come back Tuesday to discuss with the store about how to rectify a bad product. Mind you, Im talking with the same Courtney who sold me the defective products. She passes me on to another girl, and after 45 minutes of her being on the phone with a Mike, struggling to fix the broken products they sold me, she comes back and offers me a 20% coupon and no exchange for what they sold me.At the end of the day, all sales are final. However, when you sell a customer a bad product, it is your responsibility to take care of that customer. These guys didnt, they took my $120 and said screw off.I would check out any other vape shop besides these guys, I mean unless you want to gamble whether or not they are selling you a legit product

The only reason I give the place 2 stars is the staff’s hospitality. I’ve bought two different types of rechargeable vape products from this shop that should have lasted two plus weeks that ended up being both defective, they worked at the shop so I left but after a day or two afterward they fizzled out or had issues so that was $20+ down the drain when I’ve bought the same products at other stores and had no problems.

First time visit felt very comfy being there as an anxious being, I remember the sales girl saying she’s called magic sometimes, she’s very nice!

Test your products before you leave the store I bought a scale it did not work I went in asked to have it replaced they said they would give me 10% my next one ok so I get the next one and the exact same problem happens with the next one they try to sell me dig a Lil deeper finally we find one that works of 5 devices we tried NONE WORKED PROPERLY!! BUT NO EXCHANGES??? OK FAIR ENOUGH WHERE IS THE VALUE IN QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS RECOMMENDING MY FRIEND TO YOU FOR YOUR AFFORDABLE PRICES I ASKED FOR THE OWNER AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS REALLY JUST INSTAGRAM???

I went here a couple weeks ago and was looking at a $400 piece. Didn’t really want to spend that much so they showed me the seahorse pro. It was only $60. I had a problem a couple days later. They were very helpful and I ended up spending another $30 on coils for it. Fast forward to today, two weeks after purchasing. It won’t turn on and when going back into the shop was told they have no refund or return policy and I would have to go through the manufacturer. Poor, very poor service. It’s not like I’ve had it for two years just two weeks. I don’t buy something for the last only two weeks. So unless you want to throw your money away I suggest you don’t go here. 👎👎

In a nutshell this is the corner neighborhood store you go to on your walk home from school just like the old days.R Star was my go to because of its location and good selection. Checked this place out because I like finding new shops.Hands down super clean inside (they do wear masks and have partitions) with a great selection of juices, smoking stuff, cbd, equipment and other stuff. As others have said the staff is very knowledgeable and patient. Its nice because so far every time Ive gone they havent been too busy and have the time to talk flavors and give me info. Pricing wise is comparable to other shops and AmazonI buy juice, coils and cbd for my puppies here and come back for the warm smiles and the great old school neighborhood shop feel.

My first experience was 2/6/2020 and I was very impressed with the selection and staff. Aaron,Mike, and Michael, were so pleasant, and very warm and welcoming to me on my first visit. Aaron was very knowledgeable, and very helpful with helping me find the juices I like. These guys rock! Very professional! I will be coming back and referring my people here as well. Thank you to all three of these awesome guys!

Lauren has terrible customer service, I have been coming to this vape shop for a while. First time I have had terrible experience. Sucks cause I really liked this place & the afternoon crew. I know of plenty of other shops that would be happy to have customers. Super gross experience.

Use to come here, but had an awful experience this evening and will not be coming back. I walk in and am asked what I need, I tell the employee (cant remember her name but had many piercings) that I was looking for new pods for my Caliburn and as I am not sure of the specifics I pull out my smoking device and show it to her and she proceeds to hand me a pack of two pods and says these are the ones I need. I buy them, and as soon as I get home I try to put them in and they dont fit. I go back to Magic vapor, same lady with piercings greets me again, and I tell her that the pods didnt fit. She said to let her look at my device again so I pull it out and she says oh you need the Caliburn G2 pods.... I say okay so can I return these and replace them with the right pods and she says no because you told me you needed the other ones so its not our fault like what??? So she made me buy the other pods, too!! Like sorry I dont know every detail of my device but thats why I showed it to you the first time, and then me having to pay for your mistake is ridiculous. Dont come here, go right down the street to red star vapor. Better pricing and the guys there are honest. Customer service here should get negative stars

Excellent company, came in with little knowledge of what I needed. Mike helped me, and informed me of my different options! The customer service was amazing. They have a variety of different products and the prices were affordable! Will definitely be back and recommend people here.

Good selection of hardware and friendly/knowledgeable staff however as far as juice goes its pretty much only top shelf. I got a couple bottles that were on clearance (Still $10/30ml) from Its good e liquid and they were trash. Much better options in the valley at $8/30ml. Also they started charging to sample juices which Im sure deters people who werent actually going to buy anything but still.

If you just starting your journey in the world of vaping, this is your shop. These people are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly with a beginner. They will explain what is going on in great detail and make sure that you know exactly what you need to know.I can’t rate them any higher than three stars, though, because they aren’t a great maintenance shop. I have twice but unable to pick up coils or juice because I didn’t have the time for them to finish their conversation. It’s nice that they are so friendly but it is incredibly frustrating when you just need to make a quick stop.

Great shop, the guys have always been a big help and create a very warm hearted and welcoming experience. Mike and Jack are the best, they do know a lot about vape and do their research, which is very reassuring. Definitely made it into my daily routine to stop by the shop.

Felt like I have been shopping at this shop for years. Was welcomed in and felt like I was talking to old friends. The genital men behind the counter took the time to help me with a new vape even though they were pretty busy. I will definitely be back to buy more parts and pieces.

I’ve been shopping here for years. Friendly staff and some of the best selections vape juice in the valley. Same for kratom. Even better now that it’s a full smoke shop and has an expanded selection. Lots of CBD stuff too, including great price on cbd bath bombs, rubs, lotions.

Best shop in town for House Flavors. They use some crazy high end ingredients. Customer service has always been top notch and everyone is very knowledgeable about the products. Their price points are great as well. Can not stress enough how tasty their house flavors are.And for all you game geeks like my self. All their house flavors are named after games lol.

The Pros. They have the best selection I’ve seen in any shop. They are patient, friendly, and informative and usually have my coils in stock.The Cons. They WAY overcharge for their juices. Example.Lemon Twist 60ML. $22 for 1 or $40 for 2Vape Central on Dobson and Warner has them $15 for 1 or $25 for 2. That’s a significant difference. Everything here is $5 to $10 higher than anywhere else and online.Also, their rewards plan isn’t great. I can count on one hand how many freebies or discounts I’ve ever gotten.Also I don’t know if this means anything but I asked who the owner of the store is and the dude I was talking to looked at me like I have a third head.If you’re in a pinch or don’t want to drive further I Recommend but if you want to save a bunch of money go elsewhere or buy online.

Very personable and polite. They go out of the way to ensure that your experience is great by being informative, thorough, and following up. They dont look at you like a newb or like its a hassle if you ask them remedial questions. Instead they take the time to educate and make suggestions based on your inquiry. Thats what keeps me a regular customer. Big ups!

I bought my first ELFBARs here last week. It was a good experience. The ELFBARS were in the glass case but they were not in boxes. Yesterday I checked out a different smoke shop nearby and the ELFBARs were in boxes. The boxes have a QR Code and seal to indicate these are not counterfeit. The ELFBAR was also in a sealed bag inside of the box. The bottom of the ELFBAR had a peel off seal on the bottom of the device.While I don’t think the ELFBARs sold at Magic were counterfeit but I find it highly sketch that they are not sold in proper packaging. Also the smoke shop I purchased from was $5 cheaper than Magic. I have included a photo of how an ELFBAR should be sold - with scannable authenticity seals.

This place has a decent collection of juice, but is way overpriced. For a bottle I normally pay $13.99 for, I paid $23 something because I was in a bind and needed juice. When I mentioned the price difference to the person running the shop, they proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that the juice is ALWAYS priced that high. A quick google search showed that to be untrue.

So I walked in and was greeted by Juan and Mike. I knew nothing of vaping and/or what exactly what I would be looking for. I let Juan know Im a regular daily smoke who is trying to stop or at the minimum stop smelling like a walking talking cigarette. That helped him get an idea of what I would be needing, as a beginner. He and Mike laid the knowledge down. Helped me out a ton. Juan walked me through the set up and how to work and navigate the device settings. Great experience overall! He even took the time to help me find a flavor that suits my tastes. Loved it. Will recommend to others and continue to go these guys!

Its a shame we arent allowed to give 0 Stars this place sold me four discounted ezee sticks that ended up tasting spoiled or expired. When i tried to return the three unused sticks 14$ (still in unopened packaging) they told me they could only offer me a discount. Which i was fine with. The discount they offered ended up being less than 2 dollars off. Wow shove your ezee sticks, ill give my business to someone else. I buy 7 sticks a week mind you.

I came in for a new battery last night and started talking to one of the very nice gentleman working. He recommended a CBD cart for me because I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I bought the Vapen Nightime CBD cart and it is amazing! I slept a solid 6 hours straight. That might be a record for me. Thank you Magic Vapor. I highly recommend them! Excellent company. He knows his stuff except when I bought my cbd package. This just never worked right for me. I asked for some kind of reimbursement n the owner was unable to do this. The vape would only five a VERY dry throat hit no matter what I did or what the owner did. He couldnt make it better. Now Im going to get rid of my regular vape and my half brokin cbd vape for cheap

Best shop I have been to, ever. The store is always clean, great atmosphere, customer service is top notch, Mike and Jack are super friendly and very knowledgable . Only vape shop I will buy in house blends from. This shop is 40 mins from my house, I pass plenty of shops on they way and its always been worth it.

My favorite vapor shop excellent service, great flavors. Try this place you will not be sorry. Great service you will pay a little more for the flavors but these are some of the best flavors you will experience. I have been to vapor shops in many states, and this is the best one hands down!

Extremely overpriced vapor products. Their sign says they have all juul flavors, walk in and they do have some fruit flavors but they say its $30 a pack because theyre not manufactured in the US anymore. Hmm, wonder why you have them? Because you can order flavored juul pods online thru the juul website and they are $16, I would understand selling them for $20 or even $25 but that mark up is not fair. Also they sell the juul battery itself for $20 when it is sold in gas stations and the website for $15. Buy your juul products from the website or local gas station, not here.

Management has to get pricing inline with reality and competition. 10% higher than their immediate competitors for the item I was looking for, 20% higher than the manufacturers price.If you are selling for a higher price than the manufacturer, you’re doing it wrong. With the hundreds of shops in the valley, there is no point going to one that is ripping off its customers.I was able to go elsewhere and find what I need for the proper price. Magic lost out on hundreds of dollars from my purchase that their competitor who price matched got.
