Ask for Jessica, very professional and thorough with her work. I got a 90 minute massage through groupon and decided to might as well do gel mani and pedi. If I had the time, I would have done facial and hair too. Im not local. But I would come back to this all inclusive salon in CT!

Rachael is my hair dresser and she does an excellent job. Shes open minded and understanding. My hair was full of volume for days and days as I wanted until I washed it. The salon is lovely and well kept and clean.

I had the pleasure of having my hair colored and styled by Kate last week. She made me feel and look fabulous!! I highly recommend the salon. I will definitely be coming back to Kate and her team. The salon is easy to locate as well. Wanda Carlson

Had a wonderful experience with Kate today! It was my first time doing lash extensions . She had the patience of a saint and consulted with me on what would suit my style best. She adjust every last lash to my liking and made sure I walked out feeling comfortable. I would highly recommend ! The salon itself is also super clean and has a really zen ambiance. I will for sure be back!

Purchased a Groupon for a facial not knowing what to expect but had such a great experience they deserve a review! A clean, welcoming salon! Everybody was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. The esthetician, Three, was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. All of the products were plant based with clean ingredients which is always a plus for my sensitive skin. I feel fresh faced andglowy. I purchased two more facial sessions for myself at a very affordable discounted rate that they offered and plan to buy more for Christmas gifts!! Also plan to go back and try the wash/blowouts. Truly can’t believe I had such a pleasant first experience!

Great salon, excellent service, and beautiful work! I came here for a haircut, and had Terryann as my stylist. I wanted a drastic change in length, so we chatted about what I was looking for and the outcome is exactly as I described, I love it!! It was a very relaxed environment, and I had a wonderful experience - 10/10 recommend! :)

I needed a lot of work on my color, after years of using box dye. Terryann, the master colorist, did absolute magic on my hair, without sacrificing any of the length that she knew was important to me. She listened to what I said and what I didnt say. The entire staff is friendly and engaging, and the whole experience was unforgettable.

I recently visited Kate Burton Salon & Spa after my favorite hair dresser moved locations and I was so impressed by the quality of this salon! It is absolutely gorgeous inside and the staff was so welcoming. As soon as I walked in the owner herself offered mimosas, tea, water and handed me a robe. Everything is very high quality and feels like a luxury experience. Also, request TerryAnn for the best haircut of your life! She knows what she’s doing and she’ll hit it out of the park every time you go. I’ll be moving out of state soon but I’ll definitely make the trip for this wonderful salon experience.

I just had an amazing Swedish massage today! One of the best massages I have gotten in a while. Kate was extremely accommodating. I had changed my appointment once because I got sick and it was no problem. I got an appointment a week later and was able to use my groupon! I would definitely go back for another massage.

Kate saved my lashes! I had a previous set of eyelashes done somewhere else, and they were a total disaster. I called Kate Burton Spa, explained my issue with my lashes and they got me in the same day! Everyone there was so kind and helpful. Kate turned my lash disaster around and made them beautiful! I just had my second massage at Kate Burton Spa and am so satisfied with my experience. Im not her friend or family, but am honestly posting this review because Ive had such an incredible experience both times and am looking forward to booking my next appointment. She is on her own, working for herself with a receptionist some days. Since she is busy with appointments, I leave a message and she gets back to me by the end of the day. She gives a heads up if she gets an earlier appointment opening and is extremely accommodating to your schedule. Shes kind, warm, and definitely knows what shes doing. The spa is clean and cozy, a great place to go and clear your mind without having to talk or look at others. Its a simple concept and set up. I highly recommend getting in touch with her if youre looking for this type of experience.

I bought a Groupon for a 60 min massage and I was a little afraid from reading the reviews that it would be terrible but it wasn’t. I did have a few issues though.This place was very hard to find! It’s in a big greyish house so I wasn’t expecting that and struggled to find it. The signage isn’t great and even when I went in the building there was no clear indication of where the spa was in the building - so I ended up being late.Because I was late - my 60 min massage only ended up being a 40 min massage. I didn’t realize that would be the case until it ended - I would have preferred to reschedule.The massage itself was just okay - I have a couple more tension points after the massage than when I came in and I did leave feeling extremely oily. However the girl was really polite and very sweet and friendly. I didn’t have any struggles scheduling an appointment.I probably wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I won’t be going back. I’d just rather spend my money elsewhere.

Scheduled a last minute appointment with Chasadie and I’m so glad I decided to give this place a shot. She did a great job! She took her time and was super meticulous about getting the layers the way I asked for them. The salon was clean and honestly pretty chic.

This Milford location closed abruptly. Many are stuck with gift certificates they wont honor. They told a friend that they would announce relocation information but never did.

Chloe was awesome. She was kind and welcoming from the start while being extremely professional. She listened, offered her opinion and did incredible work. I would drive back from New York just to see her again.

Last Friday I had an appointment scheduled for 6 pm and when I got to the spa, somebody else was waiting. The male masseur came out to tell me that they had issues with the door and they are therefore an hour behind. Nobody called or texted me to alert after I was traveling there and being stuck in traffic for 40 mins. I was told that somebody would call me to reschedule, didnt happen. I then sent an email to Kate alerting her of the issue so she could remedy before actually writing an official review, also no response. Enough said. I will alert Groupon of this.

I purchased a groupon for (3) massages. I called their number got a voicemail. 3 days later a call back from Kate Burton spa representative to scheduled a message. It was scheduled. About a week before my message i received a call from Kate Burton spa that they needed to reschedule my apt. I agreed. We scheduled it for 9/21/19. On 9/17/19 i rec a txt asking me to confirm my 9/19/19 apt.” Wrong day!” I called their office again and let a voicemail 2 days later i received a call to reschedule my appointment because they again made a mistake and booked my Saturday spot for someone else. Again, I agreed to reschedule for 9/22/19 a Sunday and once again confirmed. I showed up on Sunday 9/22/19 “Sunday” for my 3:30pm apt. The door was locked. I texted harmony from Kate Burton she told me she would try to contact Kate Burton the owner. After waiting for 25mins outside. I left. I texted Harmony back in frustration!! See her returned text to me below.“From Harmony “ Kate Burton Representative - “I honestly feel like you should get your refund from Groupon , because just like your having trouble getting an appointment , I have trouble getting her to show up. This is not a mistake on my part I just make the appointments and she doesn’t hold up the end of the deal . Please contact Groupon for your refund .So i have left message 9/23/19 I left a voicemail and no returned calls. Im working on getting my $113.00 back.I hope folks learn from my experience about this vendor. Buyer be ware!

Kate Burton Spa was the absolute best experience I have ever had! She was extremely kind, patient and welcoming when I came in. Her staff is top notch and the overall experience makes me want to continue coming back! Great prices, amazing location.

Found this place from a Groupon for a massage. I upgraded to a 90 minute massage. Too many problems for 1 day. Couldnt find the location. They have a sign across the street so I was in an empty building for about 20 minutes lost. The building they are located in had a bunch of ants on the floor by the main entrance door. Gross. Once the massage started the massage therapist tells me she forgot her phone to time it. She had to use my phone for the clock. Then during the massage I was curious what she was using to massage me with. I looked and it was mineral oil. Not lotion but the cheapest over the counter oil and not recommended for massages. I see why, I felt extremely oily. She also rubbed that oil in my hair, ears and on my face. Gross!!! Then she had to take a few quick breaks to wipe her sweat off. I prefer a quiet massage, she kept talking. Eventually she tells me her ankle hurts could we downgrade my 90 minute massage to a 60 minute. At that point I was just ready to get out of there so I agreed. I will never go back there. You would think Westport would be great but clearly not. The only good thing was I was relaxed afterwards and she did a good job with the massage itself. I had to go home and take a shower immediately to get all that heavy oil off of me

Really happy with Kates waxing. Shes friendly and does a good job. She is doing her job until youre satisfied. A waxing is never painless but she tries to reduce it to the max. I also like that Kate works quickly and prices are good.

The staff here is incredibly friendly. The owner, Kate gave me a great wax and manicure. My massage was also good! The building isnt hard to find if you google maps it and look for the grey building.

I’m sure this place is great, but I’ll probably never be able to see it because they never pick up the phone. Called Monday, got a call back on Thursday. Been playing phone tag for about two weeks before I was able to get an appointment for a wax that I bought through Groupon. The day of appointment my work schedule unexpectedly changed and I called and called some more to be greeted by an answering machine again, so no reschedule yet as of now. I called European wax center and was able to get in within 15 min. This place is a waste of my time. I will call again because I don’t want to waste my Groupon, but what a joke. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Recently I bought a groupon for a Brazilian Wax. I have had several wax’s done before in the past and honestly never experienced a wax as awful as this was ... and let’s face it they are never an enjoyable experience to begin with but this was just pure lack of experience and very unprofessional. I had walked in early for my appointment and immediately was questioned about my appointment time. Clearly lack of communication and over booking ... after I was sent into a room , she had rushed in and quickly starting waxing . Her rushing and improper way of waxing had caused me to have bruising . I wanted to cry. Not only that I had wax still ALL over me it was such a mess and had to rush home. After the wax, she had put something to prevent the razor bumps and my skin was on FIRE. (And that didn’t even help , my skin is sooo irritated and red ) I have never experienced such an awful wax in my life! I’m still currently in a lot of pain and swollen and bruised and this is over 48 hours, nothing has changed. I brought this attention to the owner and she said this was not uncommon!! Not even an apology or a sign of concern !! I quickly googled the symptoms and it stated “ improper way of waxing can cause these things “. I will never go back and will never recommend this place . Really dissatisfied with this service.

I honestly never had a bad experience , she is very professional,courteous , pleasant and regardless of her busy schedule she fits you in. Im Fitness professional and Im very picky and appreciate when someone with her knowledge treats me . Very gentle person and strong hands if you need it .

Purchased gift certificate. Have been trying to set up an appointment for a month. Kate does not answer the phone, return messages or email. I have asked for a refund and have had no response. I think this is a scam.

She has terrible customer service ...very unprofessional. Continuously reschedules appointment the day before! And when i finally got my appointment she never showed up! Shes the WORST spa ever ! Do not stress yourself out and try to go there !!! You will not be satisfied.
