I was a loyal customer until tonight. I tried calling the store (no answer), I thought they might have been busy. I checked online & they were open. I drive up from Kentucky to find its closed. Ill never go there again!!

Switched to some strange nicotine alternative. Do your self a favor and drive half a block to avoid this strange herbal nonsense.

The Gentleman at this store exceeded my expectations at my first visit. I keep coming back, and will drive out of my way to get there due to their customer service, for one, hands down. They never rush me, in fact- they let me linger around and shop after a long day at work. Every product that staff has recommended thus far has worked to my benefit. They don’t try to upsell or get me to buy frivolous things-if I need to get in there and go in a flash they make that happen too. I have been to many vape stores; but these guys get to know their customers. Overall the customer services, juice, and prices you can’t get all under one roof at many places.

Ive been going here for about a year now and Ive never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, seems to remember me when I walk in the door and are always helpful. Recently, I bought a $40 battery that went bad on me really quickly. I brought it in and they replaced it immediately with no hassle. With tons of flavors to choose from, reasonable prices, a convenient location, and friendly staff, Id go nowhere else. Thanks Phantasm!

I get my coils here there hard to come by but ive tried several diffrwnt vape juices they mKe it right there on the spot and unless you have a week or ao to let it steep then go elsewhere for juice. Decent prices on mods and couls though.

Its the only place I go for any of my vaping needs. Theyre great people. Very nice always helpful, and never pushy about sales. Always know what theyre talking about so go in there and ask a bunch of questions. Let them make you some E-juice as you order it. You wont be disappointed.

Their in house vape liquid is of the highest quality. Ive searched around the tri-state for a flavorful e-liquid that didnt leave a bad aftertaste or give me headaches. This is premium level & the knowledgeable and friendly staff make the experience top notch. I easily offer 5 star review!!!

I dont know what is up with this place anymore. I used to get the bubble gum flavored juice all the time because they have the best flavor but now it is so harsh on the throat. The lady even asked me what kind of blend I wanted and I said whatever is not so harsh on the throat. Thankfully I only bought the 15ml bottles of the 4 other flavors I wanted to try, because they ALL were nasty and very harsh on the throat! Dont waste your money here.

Let me start by saying the customer service I received upon entering, and dealt with during my whole experience, was tremendous. Very professional and kind and honestly a great face for customer relations. Five stars for customer service. The 2 stars are lost on the liquid however. While I have a lot of respect for a shop that makes their business off of only their house made eliquid, I was not very impressed. Unfortunately there are some issues that come from having liquid fresh made to order. And the big one is the harshness of the nicotine. The flavor itself isn’t bad, but I have made my own eliquid before and it was nothing I couldn’t make at home. I was hoping at the high price of $35 for a 100ml this juice would be better than it was.**update** through a process of force steeping, the juice is no longer as harsh.

Wonderful staff and i love the assortment of mods and coils, but what kills me is the liquid. It is way too harsh and taste wise is bland and a couple of them have given me harsh chest pains. Ive bought a few different liquids and have been disappointed with every single one besides a couple of the tobaccos.

Used to be a go to place. They mix their own brands, but the price has become astronomical. $38 for 100 ml is well above a reasonable price. Many ships near by are selling a superior product at a much lower cost. Sorry, but I will I longer use them.

The employees are great, friendly and easy to work with! These flavors I also prefer over any other ecig shop, really, it has much more variety. A roomy, slick and sanitary shop that I chose to be my permanent vapor store of choice out of the 32 Ive been to in my lifetime.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I usually stop by right after they open, but they are always up and at em. Fast service, and the juice is mixed on site. I find it hard to spend my money anywhere else these days.

Only place I will go for my juice. Doesn’t taste artificial like the other vapor stores and they make it in house.

I love this place. With all the virus stuff going on I messaged them I really needed to purchase some liquid and coils asap. I am not kidding before I knew it it was here. We went in Phantasm Vapors in Milford today. We dont smoke but the in-laws do and theyd like to quit. I must say, if you want to switch to vape this is a great store. Cool looking store, really friendly and helpful staff who taught us everything we needed to know, and a huge sample bar of flavors. We went in just for a little education and pricing and I wound up treating my in-laws to their first vape machines instead of them waiting to get back to their hometown. Thank you, staff, for being such terrific hosts in an age when great customer service is hard to find.

Always great service and excellent prices on supplies and juices. I am a regular customer and get all my vape related items for them. The people behind the counter are always friendly and are knowledgeable.

My biggest issue with the store is the continued ignoring of customer request. I have an allergy to PG and come to them since they allow for the customer to not have PG in the juice they order. Once again I have made a purchase and requested, several times that there is no PG and once again I am having a reaction due to PG. While they sell products at great prices sometimes the fact that it feels like customers are ignored or attempting to make the customers make a purchase and leave in a hurry sometimes ruins the experience and also my wallet. Since juice is non-refundable even with an allergy that could have been easily avoided if my request was listened too.My reason for three stars is because some of the attendants are great people who are very passionate about being there and the juices they make can be better than some of the premium flavors. The reason for loss of two stars is due to the continued neglect of offering a service and once they make a request for the service it feels as if it is ignored.

Best Liquid! I have a hard time finding the liquid I want because most shops only cater to the people using big mods and normally dont carry over 12mg Phantasm carries a huge selection in the mg I need. Friendly and helpful... definitely 5 stars!

I appreciate being helped by competent folks in a vape shop. The juice is well priced within its quality range and is generally very consistent in flavor.No need to feel like you need gauged ears and a sweet beard to get help here.

I went in to find something to help me kick my cigar habit and they talked me through the different vaporizers and additions. They also showed me through their flavors and helped me through the whole process. It was great service and reasonably priced! I will return!

Made a purchase here today. Unfortunately, the staff there seemed more interested in getting me out of the store rather than making any real effort to assist me. If you like being made to feel that your patronage isnt important, then this is the place for you. As for me, Ill be looking for another venue.

If you dont know what flavor you like even if you do know what flavor you like they got it other places will sell you a name that has no flavor to it and you might throw it in the garbage like I do but they will hook you up you try it for six bucks instead of 20

Fantastic shop! You cant find flavor made in house anywhere else in the city. Staff is amazing and really knows their stuff and takes pride in their work! Flavor is a amazing! Only shop I go to anymore!

Great customer service and really great prices on ejuice. Even the customers I ran into while I was there were very polite and friendly. For my first time shopping there it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning

I love the people in there. They are always friendly and helpful. I have successfully quit smoking with the help of vaping and plan on quoting that. But being a mother I am glad that the vapor doesn’t bother my daughter and smell like the cigarettes do. I recommend vaping to all smokers. I can’t say that it is healthier or better for you but I can say it doesn’t effect your loved ones as bad as smoking does!

I dont write many reviews but when customer service is this good, you just have to! I get my Juice here weekly and find its always good! They helped me figure out 30/70, and today when I went in with my two broken tanks, Aaron went above and beyond cleaning them and replacing the parts I needed! I realize that a lot of younger people vape as a hobby and are experts in the field. Im just an older lady who quit smoking after 30 years. I have no interest in learning everything there is to know about vaping! I just need my stuff to work! Im thankful to the entire team at Phantasm and highly recommend this business!

ALL of the employees are SO helpful. They have a huge selection at reasonable prices.They mix their own liquids and seem to go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy.

Really awesome store, they let you try all the flavors before you buy them. They also really know their products and helped me choose the best for me. I didnt know there were better e-cigarrettes than what the gas stations sell!

They treated me ok, well lets say the lady who took care of me did very well. The folks standing in the back left that didnt seem to care when they were ask questions not so much. She did a great job answer my many questions. I guess when i spend nearly 80 dollars to get started on something i am going to ask. So i give the service 4 stars. As for the juice which i think is a silly name but thats what they call it. Its ok, i am new so i wouldnt know good from bad. The equipment really works well. The biggest thing to me was i wasnt mad to feel dumb, i tried a couple place close to where i work and its like i walked into hipster douche bag ville. They talked in terms i had never heard making me feel intimidated. So all in all a decent experience.

Cant stay away from this place, and since i work in the milford shopping center its so convenient! Best vape store around. Adult staff, very mature and knowledgeable. Even if youre a first time vaper they make you feel right at home and are very helpful. Premium juices made fresh to order EVERY TIME unlike other places where its on a shelf from a factory. You can actually pick your own blend, you can choose how much pg/vg to put in the juice along with nicotine strength. Very great place. Great rewards system, discounts. Birthday juice. Selection of mods is extensive and they have great quality products. I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. Recommend to anyone, first time or not!!!!

The staff is friendly, they seem ready to help with any questions you have, their cheaper on their juice then any place else and I havent had a problem with them like ive had with other stores nor any issues with their products.

Very pitiful place. Bought a aspire breeze asked the guy if this was newest product or if was out of date system. They assured me that this was most up to date system.Now being new to vaping I believed I was being sold the top product for the use I had wanted. After buying this product I was in need of of new fluid. I stopped at another store to see that there is actually a aspire breeze 2 as well as a 3.When going to purchase a product from a store and wanting quality service this is not the place for honesty or reliable information on a product.I will for one be boycotting this establishment as well as contacting bbb.Save yourself trouble and find a professional and reliable vap store to be able to enjoy your vaping experience.

I have been vaping an ecig for 6 years now. I have been shopping from Phantasm vapors since long before they were Phantasm, since the owner was selling supplies online and out of his house. Best vape shop I have ever gone to! They have the best customer service I have ever dealt with! They know me by name, and know my order before I ask! Any problem I have ever experienced with my ecig, they have helped me out! And by far, the best juice ever! I have tried so many others, online, in other states, and locally! No one compares in taste or price!

My vape shop everywhere else seems like a joke after coming here. I drive from louisville to get devils moon its amazing. Oh and the staff are friendly and inviting. Im actually about to head there right now.

I walked into this place and said I want to stop smoking. They set me up with a starter vape pen and I picked out a flavored e-juice and we figured out the correct amount of nicotine to start with based on my type of cigarettes. They explained how to set everything up so I could do everything my self. (And by the way I am 58 yrs old. I have smoked since I was a teen.) Anyway. I am proud to say it has been almost two months now and I havent had but 1 cigarette since that day and I didnt like it. I am not even interested in smoking another stinky cigarette again. Thank you Phantasm Vapors.

Awesome vape shop love there e liquid. But its a bummer they dont do shipping. Thats the only problem I can say about the shop. And being from out of town shipping would be amazing

This is the best place to go and get all your vaping needs. They dont over charge and they have awesome juice. Plus what sets them aside from place like alt smoke is u buy a new kit they work with u on prices I live in east gate and will no longer go to any Vape shop other then phantasm vapors. Nice shop and people seemed nice with a nice selection of batteries and mods and drip tips and rdas and such but they only offer house juice which I bought 3 flavors and they were terrible. In my opinion dont go for eliquid...

I would of gave a 5 but I purchased a unit yesterday and the gentleman set me up so I know how to work it it come with a neck strap so this morning I was washing my hands and the unit come undon went into the toilet the place didnt put the strap on correctly tried to return it only thing he would do is new pods and coil and luckily the unit dried off and is working I just not to crazy about it being in the toilet bla bla bla and bla

A lot of selections just every juice smells different but leaves the same burnt after taste in the throat juice is not that good would recommend a higher rated brand of juice lines
