I have been getting 60 minute massages from Zulema at Lyn Lake NE for months and she is an outstanding masseuse. She is a great, affordable option for massage in Minneapolis. I highly recommend her! All of the staff at this location are very friendly and the chiropractic work is top notch as well!

Electric stimulus them massage then adjustment is a great process. Team is friendly and flexible. Dr Katie is awesome!Its an open concept so tables in a row and pretty public which is different than other chiros Ive seen and some loud music give it more a gym than respite feelIll definitely keep going back

I have been to 3 of the locations + had really amazing experiences at all of them. Its good to see a chiropractic practice that is pragmatic and well run. Ive shyed away from a lot of other chiropractic offices because I felt uncomfortable, I work in science, and trust that these providers are well grounded.

So happy with their massage and chiropractic services. As a bartender in a very busy, stressful environment, they were able to provide relief from my very sore and stiff neck. I’ve had mobility issues the last week and couldn’t work through the weekend, but thanks to them I am now able to return!On top of that, the space is so clean and welcoming. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to find parking.

Welcoming staff. Clean space. Patient and kind providers who ask lots of questions to appropriately direct your plan of care. A friend recommended I go here after an injury, I was very hesitant (had never been to a chiropractor before and have a history of a spinal surgery). My nerves were significantly calmed when the plan was explained, they have access to provide X-rays and consult to MRI. They start with a thorough assessment/intake/medical history. Then use a stimulator/tens unit and heat to loosen your muscles, then a massage therapist works with you followed by the chiropractor performing an adjustment. After the adjustment we discussed different PT exercises for home and planned a follow up visit.I have since had my second appointment, and feel really good about how things are going as well as the expectations that were set for improvement. I was given a couple new PT exercises. So far I would recommend!

LynLake has the best chiropractors and massage therapists! They truly want to help patients feel better.

My friend recommended this place to me when I started experiencing pain from work-related computer use. I had a great experience and lots of downtime, thanks to end of year PTO. After TENS and heat therapy, massage and two adjustments, Im happy to say Im pain free now. I will definitely be back for occasional adjustments. I highly recommend this staff of wonderful chiropractors and massage therapists.

Ok. I just had to. First time visiting. Got examined by Dr. Lucas (apologies,if I didnt spell it right). I went here thinking I was just hoping to get my neck adjusted cause of the pain I had causing headaches. Let me tell you, I went in and got the best treatment . Interviewed and examined by Dr. Lucas and then got a massage by Joe( great guy by the way. Knew what he was doing). After that got adjusted by Dr. Lucas and yes...I booked another session. Going back.Thank you guys. I am happy I came to lynlake chiro. Went home happy and lighter. Neck pain and back pain relived.

I’ve gone to different chiropractors for 20+ years and my experience with Dr. Travis has been one of the very best. Knowledgeable, kind, professional, and always remembers what was worked on in the last visit. The whole staff is incredible, especially Zulema as a massage therapist. I’ve been visiting weekly since a car accident last month and her massages are incredible. You won’t find a better chiropractor in the Twin Cities. And they even take all insurances and have a sliding fee scale. Accessible, affordable, excellent healthcare.

I get regular massages from Zulema and she is great! Adjusts her firmness as requested, knowledgeable about muscles/the body, and takes time and care to get you recovered. Id recommend her to anyone!

Lyn Lake NE is unlike any other chiropractor I’ve been to. The office has a fun vibe and Upbeat energy. Consultation is done privately then you start treatment immediately. Lyn Lake wastes no time in trying to get patients back to their best.The only thing that struck me as odd was the open concept treatment area. There were four benches lined up next to each other separated by a short walk from two more benches. The feeling of being treated a few feet from the next patient was both slightly unsettling and comforting.I certainly feel a lot better after my first adjustment and plan to be back.

Dr. Katie is awesome. She always makes me feel cared for and listened to. She is so great with mobilizing my necks sticky facet joints! Yae!

I have been coming here for the last few months, and the difference in my quality of life is astounding. I suffer from a genetic tissue disorder that causes chronic pain throughout most of my body. Dr. Travis was very attentive and listened to my thoughts on my injury. He came up with a concise plan for treatment. Dave did an excellent job treating my back and shoulder and preparing me for treatment from Travis. Ive been coming here through pregnancy and have seen a couple different practitioners. I always leave feeling better and especially loooove the massage therapy portion of the service each time. They always have convenient appointment times available which is great. Occasionally Ill have a longer wait time, despite having a booked appointment - mornings tend to be less busy than afternoons. Overall has been a great place to visit for a chiro newbie.

Best chiro in twin cities, probably the best I’ve been to because of Travis. If you have seen many chiro but are often unimpressed with the adjustment you need Travis. He is very strong and can help even the most messed up backs like mine! I also try to see Zulema as often as possible. I have seen other massage therapists but nobody else has helped me recover like her, I can’t recommend her massage enough! Worth every penny every time!

It was my first time visiting the LynLake Northeast location. The chiropractor Dr. Mitch Wagner listened to all of my problems and concerns and gave me the best adjustment I have received. He made sure that I was comfortable and talked me through when things were going to be a bit uncomfortable before hand (we did a bit of jaw work.) He did certain adjustments that other chiropractors had not done before to help me with certain troubled areas and it was definitely a 10/10 experience. The counter staff was great! The massage therapist was great! Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely recommend and will be returning!

I tweaked my back last week and was in a lot of pain. My trainer recommended Lyn lake and they got me in ASAP. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and I was a little nervous but Travis made me feel very comfortable and everyone was very helpful. Travis adjusted me and I felt instant relief. I even got a complimentary massage from a very nice woman (I forgot her name). I’ll definitely be back 👍🏻

Very impressed with this chiropractor! They provide stim and massage before your adjustment which is something you dont get in most places. The only thing that may throw people off is theres an open concept with 4 tables next to each other for adjustments and a few rooms if you want more privacy. I felt like they were really trying to help me to the fullest extent within the one appointment, whereas other places Ive felt that they just adjust and tell me that Ill need to come back like 4-6 more appointments. Waiting room has massage chairs, everyone is amazingly friendly, and the facilities looked clean. If I was sticking around the area I would say I have found my permanent chiropractor.

I heard about Lyn Lake Chiropractic through a friend and I couldn’t be happier. I went in with fairly intense neck pain, I mean to the point where I could barely turn my head to check my blind spots while driving. After one visit with Dr. Nels Torgrimson, I could already tell a difference. After a second visit, my pain was nearly gone and I had full range of motion. Not to mention, Zulema is one of the best massage therapists I’ve seen. She is phenomenal! Would definitely recommend and I plan to go back!

So good!!!! I saw Dr. Travis for my first time a few months back. I was nervous as I had never seen a chiropractor before. However, he was so patient and helpful with me. Over the last few months, I’ve gone in a few times but NEVER felt pressure to schedule in advance or set up a long term plan. Travis has been so great at seeing me specifically when I request- no questions asked! Recently, my rib slipped and I went in on a last minute request. From my phone call to the minute I left, I was SO graciously taken care of. Not only did Dr. Travis see me, but Nikki at the front helped me on the phone, and Dr. Mitch got my adjustment started as Dr. Travis finished his client (again- my fault for the weird timing. Not theirs!!) Anyway, I’ve wanted to see a chiropractor for 27 years but was always “scared.” I’m so happy I’ve found a great on in LynLake NE!! Thanks, y’all!!!

My boyfriend went here and it was his first time at a chiropractor. They were amazing at explaining everything and so friendly and awesome! He went in there with so much pain I was worried I would have to take him to the hospital, and after a couple appointments were really seeing a decrease in his pain levels. Dr. Nels Torgrimson is our favorite, but all of their staff is truly exceptional. Will never go anywhere else!

My 1st experinece with Lyn Lake Chiropractic was when I hobbled in in May of 2016. A pair of running shoes with an ill fitting heel cup caused quite the injury to my achilles tendon. I was treated by Dr. Travis Shermer and he had me back to running pain free by Grandmas marathon. When Dr. Travis opened lthe clinic in NorthEast, I followed him there, where I continue lto recieve top notch service. The entire staff truly makes you feel welcome on every visit. From the stim, to the massage, to the adjustment, you are pampered. They have reasonable rates with or without insurance. (great package rates too) One more thing I love, is that they do not try to sell you anything else or push supplements on you. They also work with local artists by displaying their amazing work and their is information on how to purchase, but again it is never pushed on you. Finally, their goal is to see you less and less. They are in the business of healing. Get crackin on checking them out for yourself!

Hurt my back on a Saturday and i was able to make an appointment online for monday morning very easily. Got an adjustment and was feeling better in just a couple days. Ill definitely be recommending this place to anyone needing a chiropractor.

First thing walking in, I appreciated the welcoming environment and cozy yet professional feel.They conveyed that they were interested in helping without being pushy at all which I had experienced elsewhere before. They take their time in warming up your muscles before adjustment with electro and massage therapy which I think really helped the adjustment remain and not necessitate another visit within a couple days.In short, I was convinced that they are in the business of helping you feel better not in the business of creating a string of appointments to make more money.I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

My back recently went out (likely a bulged disc) and so this time last week I could barely move at all. I have been seen four times at the Lyn Lake clinic over the past eight days. I have regained almost full mobility and my pain has decreased quite a bit so I am able to return to work.The office itself has a nice atmosphere, plus everyone is pleasant and helpful from the moment you walk in the door to check in. Definitely a positive experience and I do recommend Lyn Lake!

I’ve been to both locations and while I think all the Chiropractors are fantastic, Dr. Travis and the staff at this location allows for a more thorough treatment. There’s definitely more consistency here and you have a better relationship here since this place isn’t as fast-paced as the uptown location. Some like the fast-paced environment and some enjoy the quick and slow pace (me) especially when I have an injury that needed attention. I’ve been attending for a year now from going 3x a week to 1x a month for maintenance.Also, I love that Lyn Lake is a teaching clinic. They have Chiropractors interning as well as massage therapists that are learning real life techniques.Overall, I’ve been to a few other clinics and I would highly recommend this place.

I started going to LynLake in the Uptown location many years ago and then switched to the NE location after moving. Dr Travis and the whole staff are amazing. Highly recommend to everyone I know looking for a chiropractor!

I want to start off by saying that Im new to the chiro world, but I think Im already addicted!Lyn Lake Chiro is conveniently located in NE. There is a large parking lot available for you but if youre lucky like me - its just a five minute walk to ~ feeling amazing ~.I was massaged by David. He was very attentive and personable. I really liked that he took a genuine interest in getting to know me via conversation vs awkward silence in an unfamiliar setting. He applied great pressure to my low back and hips. I definitely felt less tight after the massage.My adjustment was with Nels. He was very friendly and likeable. He knew that it was my first time seeing a chiro and took the time to make me feel more comfortable by addressing my apprehensiveness. It helped me to relax knowing that he cared about my experience. The adjustment was so shockingly satisfying that I couldnt stop laughing (because the cracking was so crazy - Ive never had an experience like it before) which was embarassing but Nels was right there laughing with me. I feel warm and tingly and loose and light and relieved. What a time - I cant wait to go back!

After months of being in pain but scared to see a new chiropractor..they all made me feel at ease! Idk getting adjusted could feel so good! I went in with tears and left with a smile on my face! I had recovered from back surgery, but then messed my hips up less than a year later. I hadn’t been to a chiropractor since before the surgery as it felt like it was no longer working. I just started going to Lyn Lake Chiropractic to see Travis and my experience has been nothing less than wonderful! Its a welcoming and professional environment and my treatment sessions are healing (love the massage portion of of the visit) and informative. I appreciated the email I received after my first visit that included information and home exercises to practice to help heal the patellar/quadriceps tendonitis I developed after running my first marathon. Worst experience of my life.had a appointment for 12 as a new customer and I came in a couple minutes early just in case i could get in early. I stated that I was here for my appointment at noon and i filled out the necessary paperwork. at no time did anyone mention that they were behind at all. I sit in the lobby watching everyone who was there before me and that came after me go back to be adjusted and I can see that my card on the table is being skipped over constantly. After waiting for 15 minutes they say they are just waiting for room for me as they keep calling people who got there after me back to see the Chiropractor. 15 more minutes pass where I see people who got there well after me and only waited 2 minutes opposed to my 30 minutes at this point. They say itll just be a little longer and then i will go back and see the doctor and sorry there just overbooked.I have never felt like i was so unwanted at a business and that my time was so undervalued. I am dealing with a sick family member and i wanted to take time to get my back adjusted so i could focus on them instead of my back pain. they couldnt tell when i was going to be able to see a doctor so eventually i just left instead of waiting and feeling like my time was even more undervalued, and left to go spend time with my family member.Got a call later that day saying that there booking system had malfunctioned and that they were sorry. where they did not mention that at all in the 40 minutes i spent there getting looked over.they offered me a free service but i will never go back to this place because i will never go to a place where i feel like im so uncared for and my time in not valued.Based off there previous reviews im sure they give great service if you are a returning customer but if you are a new customer beware. If they dont know you they do not care about you.

I have been to many chiropractors in my life and recently moved and I am training for my first marathon so I started going here a few weeks ago for hip and knee pain. I was happily surprised to learn they are the sponsors of the Medtronic marathon and I can tell from the care I’ve gotten that they know how to take care of runners! I’ve been seeing Mitch and he really tries to figure out the best way to help me each visit and does not just go through the motions. He is great. The 10-15 minute massage, heat and stim and taping that they provide make each visit so therapeutic. Definitely recommend going here!

Excellent place for Chiropractic care. Using massage and chiropractic adjustments together is the bomb for me.I have permanent injuries due to a car accident many years ago. Nagging remnants of that are my lower back and knee, which impede my lifestyle. I’ve had acupuncture, chiro care, PT, etc. No one has really conquered the lower back issue. Until now. I feel The difference with just two treatments. No pain to push through or stop me from moving!I’m excited to see if their method of treatment sustains longer than others. It makes so much sense! Friendly staff, no wait time, and really knowledgeable staff. Very laid back but professional atmosphere. 1st visit was about 45-50 minutes for a neck issue. They effectively figured out the muscular problem and proceeded to help me quickly and comfortably. Plus Im feeling 10x as better only 12 hours later! Cant recommend this place enough.

I was in a car crash involving a drunk driver in the beginning of June. Initially I felt okay after the crash but later that night my neck, back, and shoulders were achy and sore. Over the next couple of days the pain continued to worsen and I had intense headaches. I scheduled my initial intake appointment at LynLake Chiropractic on their website and went in for my first visit 3 days after the crash. From the moment I first walked through the door at LynLake they have worked diligently to treat my injuries and do so with great finesse. In the last 6 weeks the care I’ve received has been outstanding. Thanks to muscle stimulation, massage, traction, graston technique, and adjustments (shout-out to Dr. Mitch!) my injuries have improved greatly and I no longer get daily headaches! The staff @ LynLake take the time to get to know each patient’s situation and create personalized treatment plans. They offer a wide variety of different treatment options and it’s clear that they’re always patient-focused. I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors throughout the years as an athlete and this place is by far my favorite. Both locations are amazing. The fact that they use stim/heat and a massage before you get an adjustment is a game changer. Don’t go anywhere else if you’re in the area

My first visit was amazing!! My second visit felt hurried and impersonal. The chiropractor that worked on me had never met me, didnt ask about problem areas, and when adjusting my back, my muscles spasmed so badly, I unintentionally jumped off the table. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Nope. Not again.

My first experience ever with a chiro was at Lyn Lake in NE Minneapolis. I had no idea what to expect. The staff was very welcoming and friendly!I walked in with some shoulder issues and lower back pain. Dr. Mitch sat me down, and we talked about areas of concern and he talked me through his process. After they warmed me up and loosened up my back and shoulders (so amazing I fell asleep), Dr. Mitch did some magic and I walked out of there feeling great! Will be back real soon!

I hurt my plantar fasciitis playing soccer and my friend told me to go see Mitch at Lyn Lake Chiropractic. They were able to get me in right away to evaluate me and get me started with their treatment. Last time my plantar fasciitis flared up, I went to a pediatrist and a psychical therapist which took me over 6 months to get back to running. Thanks to Mitch and Lyn Lake’s well rounded treatment they provide, I was healed within 2 weeks! I was very impressed by their individualized approach to every patient there. I highly recommend Lyn Lake and their incredibly helpful staff for just about every injury.

Simply the best Chiropractor I have ever been to.They have great equipments (Stims, X-ray, ICE, heat pads, etc.), the best chiropractors and massage therapists and all that for a very affordable price.I first went to their Lyndale office for my neck pain, and a week later dislocated and broke my elbow. When I called to cancel my follow up, they asked me to come anyways so they could check my elbow for free. I then went to the north loop office where they were able to help me recover from my elbow injury. They took X-rays of my arm, referred me for an MRI and an orthopedist, which allowed me to save a lot money on health care. They were then able to help me with my physical therapy for the following months, and gave me a great offer for a long term package.I have now recovered full motion from my elbow (even the orthopedist was surprised how good and fast the results were) and my neck pain is gone!I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for any chiropractic care.
