Its not open at 10 am on a Saturday. Its open when the employee thinks it should be. Walked in at 1006 and was asked by emoployee cant you see i am opening the store, go outside Cant you see when the sign says open at 10 am thats when its open. Not opening. Its ok smoke shop around the corner was open.

Long story short paid for something I never even got and the manager was horrible.I will never go back to the store ever again.

I have only been to this tobacco shop 2x but both times were amazing. The first time I went in, they had a BOGO sale on what I was looking for, and so I decided to go back again and the next time I went I got great deals again, on each item I wanted. So long as this store has something I want I will shop here. Very friendly and great great deals!!

Love these guys. They have a rewards program for non tobacco items.

The atmosphere was calm and chill. I wasnt rushed to find sum to get. The guy at the counter was nice and polite. The have a great selection of pipes there as well as vapes and other 420 friendly products. I know where Im going to go to get my next smoking device.

Selection was decent, location was crucial, staff was decent, facilities were clean and organized, it was a place I will most likely forget exists until the next time I happen to drive by and see them.

Heading there tonight. B TW, they are actually open til Midnight. They have tried to change this here on Google but no success. So I volunteered to at least let you all know. Way great shop. Guts could be a lil more friendly. What keeps me from giving them 5 stars is that they have a couple of junk, no quality products they wont give me a refund on. Ill try again tonight for it happened again this week...

Fake vapes do not shop here for disposables. Tried to return for money back the dude laughed at me and said theres nothing he can do about it

They are deceptive in their business practices. They dont stand by their e cig products. They sell defective devices and wont work with customers. Bought a device two weeks ago that died and they wont honor any kind of return or exchange. Was a loyal customer since they opened but I wont be anymore. If you dont stand by your products why would I stand with you. I highly recommend going to a real ecig store there are two in uptown that value customers and know how to respect peoples time and money. I get sick of smoke shops getting into the ecig market as a quick cash grab and doing our community a huge disservice. Dont want your money. I can only hazard a guess but Im betting this product was a knock off as the brand is a well known and recommended brand.

I went Thur on 10/23/18 at 5:00pm very slow inside the shop and they toke about 15 minutes to help me and witnessed they sell Tabacco to a under aged minor. Looking forward to talk city of Minnesota license department

Very bad customer service. Sell teenagers tobacco without ID!! Always go there never once asked for ID. Also they hire a gang member to watch there stuff.
