I visited for an emergency appointment yesterday due to pain in both of my legs. Thank you for their quick response and same-day treatment availability.The doctor was very patient and attentive throughout the session. After the treatment, the pain completely disappeared in my left leg. While my right leg still has discomfort, hopefully it will improve with future treatments.Overall, I appreciate their prompt service and the doctors caring approach!

Best acupuncture I’ve ever had. Have been coming in for 2 years and they can always fix where it hurts accurately. If you have sore muscles or injuries from work/sport, here’s the place. I’ve been doing racing and track testing quite regularly and whenever I’m off the track, I need to come back for more sessions.

Albert and the team provide very professional service. You can just tell Albert is very skilled by his technique. I was having a serious neck pain and migraine and found this place on Google, Albert did an initial check and locate the issue, then gave me acupuncture and cupping, have to say the treatment is very effective and I felt an obvious improvement afterwards. I now having a regular treatment twice a week, its definitely something I looking forward to every week. All the staffs are very friendly and approachable, I also love the environment very much, its so warm with soothing music, feel quite relaxed already just walking in. Also they accept most insurances, so dont hesitate and give a go, I usually dont believe traditional Chinese therapy but this place really improved my condition, versus just being given pain killers in the hospital.

In light of the establishments favorable reviews on Google, I visited this location on two separate occasions, traveling a 90-minute distance each time. My experiences, unfortunately, were not reflective of these reviews.During my initial visit, despite being approximately 15 minutes late due to unforeseen traffic and parking challenges, I was informed that I could not be accommodated due to time constraints. Although I understood the need to adhere to schedules for subsequent patients, it was slightly disheartening. However, I engaged in a constructive discussion with the doctor regarding the necessary treatments and promptly secured another appointment at the spot.Upon my second visit, despite punctual arrival, I was informed that the treatment room and the doctor were already occupied by others, which would set my appointment back by 20 minutes. Moreover, it was surprising when the doctor started asking about what are my treatments, especially given that we had previously discussed and aligned on multiple occasions (over phone + in person).

I love my massager Mary who is very caring and takes initiative to pinpoint my problem area and aims her treatment.

Im frustrated with this store. Weve tried to schedule appointments several times, but they keep ghosting us without any explanation. Its happened like four or five times already, and honestly, were over it. We wont be giving this place another shot.

I have been to several traditional medicine clinics and been pursuaded doing acupuncture for many times, but just had my first acupuncture experience here, because it feels so safe and comfortable. The clinic is bright and neat. The masseuse is strengthful and patient. The doctor has an excellent bedside manner, well intergrates traditional chinese medicine and modern medicine, and is very willing to discuss about insurance and payment options. I dont believe that one or two sessions will miraculously fix all the problems, but I would like to take good care of my body with their help like maintaining my car.

It already happened twice. I call the number for reservations and asked the owner 5 times via SMS or phone call. He either not responding or told me is was busy and will get back to me later. This time I have not get the reservation 2 weeks after I called him for the first time.

Make an appointment for a relaxing massage. Each session is one hour of massage + half an hour of acupuncture & moxibustion. I recommend two masseuses, Chloe and Anna. I went there after reading Xiaohongshu’s promotion. The problem has not been solved. The insurance was reported indiscriminately even if I didn’t do the project. I have already reported it to the insurance company. The negative reviews on Xiaohongshu have been deleted. I guess it’s a promotion written for money. It’s really a scam.
