I booked to relaxation spa day and was very impressed! Everything was very clean and professional! Roberta gave the best massage! I could have stayed their all day using every service they offer.

We had a great time. Booked a 5 group, all 1st timers, and started with the Salt room. SO relaxing. From there we went to a room where we had some lemon/lime refreshing water and made our own Himalayan body scrub. Our hosts topped it off with a glass of wine to our liking. Next was lunch. Delicious and hit the spot. Our Hosts were amazing. Thank u for having us. Patsy, DeeDee, Liz and Heidi. We will be back. Breathing better already.

Friends and I had a good time with the salt cave and foot detox.Not sure we would return, but enjoyed the experience for what it was.Massage chairs had definitely seen better days and I think if those were all updated and nicer then the experience as a whole would feel a little more high end. Instead they were either broken, making weird noises, beat up, or a combination of all 3.

Ill add my 5-star review to many others. Had a wonderful spa day: spent nearly 6 hours and experienced (just about) everything on offer. Loved it! Float pod, massage, salt room session, foot detox, facial, and immersive (virtual reality) experience. While it was all varying levels of good, I have to single out Ryan Ocean for providing one of the best massages Ive ever had. I was not much of a fan of the massage chairs in the salt room - but everyones taste there is different. Environment was relaxing and calm; and every staff member was polite, respectful, professional, and friendly. Would be SO happy to return. Highly recommend it.

My friend is visiting from PA we wanted to do a little self care morning. We found coupons on Groupon for facials. They were able to schedule 2 appointments the following day. The technician was very polite and professional. The service was relaxing.

The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. My daughters and I had an amazing experience for our mother/daughter weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and very helpful hence this being our first time. The only reason Im giving this a 4 star is because the massage chairs were kinda loud for the quiet/calm setting. Regardless we will definitely be back.

Being a mom of 3 I have never been able to just do anything for myself and my best friend gifted me a 50 dollar gift card and I went and had the foot detox done and sat in the salt room. The experience was very relaxing and the lady that helped me was so nice and she explained everything to me and how to get the best results out of it. Yesterday was a wonderful day full of new experiences for this mama and I am so glad I got to go to this place.P.S I also loved the fact that there were Bible verses on the screen while I was doing the foot detox! Being a Christian it’s hard to find places like that. So that made me so happy!

Wow! What a great experience. First, I messaged via Facebook late in the evening hoping to see if there were any openings. I received a response back within 30 minutes. What service. It wasnt even expected. My friend and I experienced the salt room first. This was my first experience in a salt room. It was so relaxing with massage chairs, soft sounds and warm pillows. Then we did the foot detox experience. It was interesting. We felt renewed and refreshed. We will be back to try other interesting experiences they offer

Our attendant was very nice and knowledgeable. He attended to all our needs and made sure we were taken care of! It was our first time visiting but it definitely wont be our last!!

Took my sister to experience the salt room. Chairs need a major upgrade! They are old, noisy, hurt your back, unable to recline without use of massage rollers, my chair’s leather neck cover was cut/broken causing discomfort in my neck area. After my session was over I found out there was foam pieces available to sit on, I had no idea as no one informed us. Additionally, the speaker in the salt room sounded old/muffled when playing crashing waves, and could use an upgrade as well. Staff was friendly, but please upgrade your salt room chairs!

Rebecca (operations manager) helped me set up two fantastic days at the salt cave! Keyera and Logan are wonderful! Logan took great care of me during my sauna and float experience and then Keyera worked her magic on the massage table.Second day was salt cave with a foot detox with both of my girls 8 and 10. They loved it!Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Went in with my mom, grandma, and aunt to do the salt room.and foot detox. The detox was insanely cool and loved every second of it. As for the salt room thats a different story. There was a lady that had a massage chair the kept making an ANNOYING noise the whole time we were in there. The man that took us into the room tried to fix it and it didnt help. The lady basically annoyed everyone and even those in her own party. Ill come back for the foot detox but forget the salt room

The massage at Himalayan Salt Spa is the best. The hour signature massage leave you completely relaxed and refreshed. A great way to start a vacation.

My sister took me here to check this place out and we were not disappointed. Their salt cave is beautiful and relaxing. I love their starlit ceiling and the massage chairs were easy to figure out and quite comfortable. The only thing I would have to say is that the chairs dont stay running for the entire hour and you have to reset them once they shut off which is a slight pain but if that is the worst thing that happens to you during your day Id say youre still doing pretty awesome. The ionizing foot bath was also a neat experience. Based on the color of your water you can see what bad things are being pulled from your body which is an eyeopener for sure.

I was visiting the area and helping move my child into their apartment. I was pretty sore and I called Himalayan Spa on short notice for a 1 hr massage. I got in with 24 hours and saw Ryan. I’ve had about 80 massages from roughly 10 different people and Ryan is the only one who has made me feel like I am floating off the table.Prices are very fair. The spa is immaculate, inviting, quite large, and offers a wide array of services and products. I absolutely recommend this business and if you want a massage, ask for Ryan.

The infrared salt sauna is by far the most healing thing here in Myrtle Beach. I suffer from severe allergies and a rare and curable brain syndrome where I take seizure meds every 4 hours and Im completely disabled. Having moved here from Hawaii, I was so grateful to find this place. The staff is family owned and they are so kind they treat me like family and Im so grateful to have such a respite for healing here!

I had a 10 am appointment for a float and the staff were clearly not ready. I entered the pod and the water was cold. I buzzed the front desk and was told it would take some time for the water to heat up. 45 minutes later, after I waited, the water only increased 2 degrees and I had enough. I asked for a discount on a rescheduled float and was told $5. Seriously? The owners wife said $5. Horrible customer service. No consideration for my time. Lost a good customer. Steer clear of this place.

I just enjoy walking into spa! You are greeted warmly and there are all kinds of goodies to shop for! I ended up with Himalayan salt night lights but have my eye on some other items as well! The salt room has massaging chairs and the floor is covered in Himalayan salt so you can sink your feet in. I felt so refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated after spending time there!

We came here to celebrate my husband and I birthday. Our experience was okay. My husband at first didnt enjoy himself because his water was cold and the chair foot thing wasnt working. The young man that got us going wasnt very helpful. However Rachel came and fixed everything! She moved my husband to a new chair and got him fixed up! We were going to do the Salt Therapy room but due to this experience he said no.Thank you Rachel for improving our experience 🙂

Today I did the trio of a massage, float pod, and infrared sauna. My massage therapist, Roberta, was very comforting and professional. Ive been to many spas of all varieties and I have to say she provided me with one of the best massage Ive ever had! The pod was perfect, as was the infrared sauna. The trio package was extremely reasonably priced and worth every cent! Such a great experience. I look forward to experiencing more of what this spa has to offer!

A girls day out for 12 of us included the salt room, a luncheon meal and a make and take of salt scrub. What fun to spend time with friends AND get the salt room experience. I would recommend this as a great adventure!

Me and my wife went on our honeymoon and had 2 1/2 hours of PURE RELAXATION. Its the only place ive ever went to like this so I dont know how it is usually but this place just set some HIGH STANDARDS in my mind for the next one I ever go to. Very nice people and they all make you feel 100% comfortable. Will definitely be back every trip back to the beach!

Very nice. Clean and inviting spa. Service was nice. Walk-in on a Thursday early afternoon for a massage, however appointments were already booked up(make sure to book 48-72hrs ahead of time) therapist are not on site, they get scheduled to come in per booking. Salt cave was very nice chair massage, warm bean bag for the back and relaxing sounds. salted cave on walls & floor. Will be back.

Im a picky person when it comes to services like this. Not in a rude way, I just have high expectations that are not really met in our area frequently...HOWEVER this place is LOVE. The atmosphere, and just all around feel of it. I was very comfortable. I had a facial with Rachel 10/10 recommend, and a foot massage with Jonathan also 10/10. Make sure you put this on your list of places to go while visiting, or just when you need your own time.

I made my appointment online three days ago for 9 am. I had a screen shot as confirmation. I drove in 1 hr from Georgetown. I was told I wasnt scheduled; I was told the pod needed to be heated; but someone (from another room) said it was heated already; and I was told it would be ready in another hour - 10 am. Also, I had called in after I made the appointment online to ask if I needed to come 15 mins early today. So, I didnt get to experience the float tank today...I am a caregiver who just wanted a relaxing hour before starting my day. What I got was a disappointment...

I had an amazing experience here while I was in town! All of the therapies are affordable and the staff is SO nice! Keyera did my massage and she listened to everything I needed and helped give me tips for home care also. Logan guided me through my foot baths and salt therapy room experience like a pro. Definitely worth it!! I’ll be coming back here anytime I’m in Myrtle Beach.

I wanted to tell you about my visit while I was there over my birthday week. My friend had us booked for deep tissue massages. I had Ryan. While I was receiving my massage, I realized my lower back and spine have been out of alignment for some time before my visit. It is now over 2 wks. and my back has not bothered me. I could feel Ryan concentrating on both areas while I was with him. What an excellent and wonderful experience. If I did not live here in Detroit, I would book a massage with him once a month! He is amazing at what he does, and I just wanted to let you know...you have a gem and dont let him go!

I have gone to many salt caves, but this was the first with massage chairs. It was a nice touch. Facility was very clean and comfy. I would definitely return when in the Myrtle Beach area.

He has an amazing amount of knowledge about human physiology, and finds and resolves every last knot of tension, allowing for full range of motion to return. Best therapist I have ever encountered!!

I got 3 things done to be pampered. A young man brought my foot detox soak and was polite and offered warm pack and drink.Then another man said he was ready for massage. Soothing voice, exceedingly professional amd worked kinks out like a pro. Finally I got original facial by a petite lady who explained what she was placing on me and the results brought. Had the rm warm for us. Very polite staff. Well worth going.

This was not a real facial. Poor customer service. Unwelcome atmosphere. Unexperienced therapist. The worst facial I ever have. She only washed my face, massaged for 5 min, washed again, applied moisturizer and that’s it. Something that i can do on my own without paying someone to do it for me. No engagement at all, Alexis is unfriendly and not smiling. They don’t do extraction of white heads, black heads, like anywhere else i went before and booked a regular facial. Waste of time and money. Looking to find a better place.

I absolutely love it here. I have been doing the Cryo-therapy now for two sessions and have made amazing progress. Becky is amazing. She is so detailed in her work making sure I Achieve the best results. She is always so positive. When I’m down on myself and feel Defeated she reminds me of all the progress that I have made. She Is so supportive and up lifting.I tried the foot detoxing week and loved it. Today I did the salt Sauna and it was amazing and so relaxing. I can’t wait to try everything they have to offer. I feel like I’m at home when I go there and I have only gone to 3 appointments. They make me feel like I’m part of the family!!!

Absolutely loved this place! Would definitely love to go again. Saw this place on Groupon for a salt therapy session, but I went to their website to check them out and found an even better deal and decided to do the spa package because I was going with a friend for their birthday celebration, and we do not regret it. One of the most relaxed days ever. The staff is beyond friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone was very attentive and made us feel special. The spa package is definitely worth your money, we were there for a little over 4 hours. We even got a beautiful salt lamp to take home to remember our trip.

Wonderful experiences with all staff in all areas of operation...I began services with this company in the beginning of 2021...my favorite services pertain to the massage dept, to deal with ongoing issues from limb injuries and spinal surgeries, however, the facials, footbaths, salt room therapies are also fantastic. I utilized the salt inhaler to resolve concerns with asthma and COPD, it also helped my breathing through COVID and Delta. I love this office, the staff are knowledgeable, warm, caring, and welcoming. The services are affordably priced, exceeding any expectations I had walking into the Salon area. 10 stars !! My fiancé and I went for my birthday we each had an hour deep tissue massage and an hour in the salt room. We both loved our experience there. Our massage therapist got to know us a little be for our massage which was nice since nether of us had ever done this before he has phyatic and I have fibromyalgia, she would ease in to the deep tissue slowly so not hurt us. This made us both more comfortable. And the salt room opened our sinus and is so very relaxing we both started dozing off. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone for a first time and I will go when we are in town again most definitely.

Very nice facilities and staff. I personally could not lay in the bath for more than 20 minutes, because I get lightheaded, but after I got out, I could definitely tell that my body was much more relaxed and my lower back pain was completely gone.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! Many healing services offered in a relaxing setting! The staff make you feel comfortable and at home, and have become like family. I love the salt room, ionic foot detox, and special events by Alex Christie such as meditation in the salt room, reiki, and classes like 21 days to you plant based, and chakras. If you havent been here yet, you are missing out!

The experience was only ok. Myself and 3 friends were in town and got an ad on Facebook. We called to ask more questions about the unique services and to book for our group. The person on the phone was super dry. He was even more dry in person upon booking. He didn’t explain anything to us and rushed looking at the toxins with us after the foot detox. This experience could have been great had we had some customer service.

This place is AMAZING! Relaxing and comforting atmosphere. I scheduled the foot detox and essential oil ionic bath hoping I would receive relief for neuropathy. I personally felt relief after the first session. After three sessions, I am pleased with the results and will schedule regular visits. The staff is awesome - accommodating and thorough. I highly recommend this establishment if you want to try the foot detox.

I have been coming to Himilayan Salt every week for 2 years to receive a massage with Ryan he is amazing and has made such a difference in my life. Last time I did the diamond microdermabrasion (coupon on groupon) and my skin had never looked so good.Ive also done cryotherapy here which was cool and Im looking forward to trying everything else they have to offer.Staff is friendly a d knowledgeable. Spa is clean and has a good vibe.

Called to make an appointment and someone named Ashley said she was working from home and told me the place was close to Broadway at the beach, its nowhere near there. I took my parents today with me for the salt cave. Noone told us once you recline, the chairs go for the whole time. He was so fast with the directions of the chair, my father and I left with bruises on our back because you cant turn off the chairs. And also a burn from the bean bag. The salt cave is nice, but we dont feel any different than if we had not of done it. Once and done for us Sorry.

Ive never been to a Spa or had a massage, so when I booked my first appointment with Logan I had no clue of what to expect. When I called I had no idea of what I wanted other than a massage. Logan booked a Mini Spa Day comprised of a Spinal Detox Massage (not sure how long it was but it was great! Thanks Ryan!! 🥰), Infrared Sauna, Salt Room and Foot Detox/ Essential Oils Foot Bath. This was one of the best days of my life, to learn how Self Care really is life saving. The staff at Himalayan Salt Therapy is mostly family and they are very friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of Himalayan Salt to the human body. Give them a try!

I had a friend here visiting from 4 hours away as I have recently moved to Calabash . She had told me her friend tried this Himalayan Salt therapy and we looked up to see if one was around. We were so excited to try it for our first time. We were already in Myrtle so we drove to the place to book an appt. When we walked in my friend asked what do you offer as we’ll be new to it all and the gentleman at the counter was very dry and NOT helpful what so ever and no personality. He should not be working the front area for customer service. He told us 5:00 for our appt didn’t really ask us info to put in their system. As we were walking in parking lot to my car I said to my friend wow 5:00, they close then but maybe that’s their last appt time?! We come back at 4:45p and he said umm your appt was at 4:00! My friend stated you said 5 and I also said yes you told us 5:00! We were soooo upset. I’ve looked at Wilmington’s and believe they have more to offer I’ll drive the 50 minutes to Wilmington vs the 30 minutes to this place. I get we all have bad days if this was it but he overall just made us feel not welcomed and did not show any enthusiasm of wanting to even have our business. I normally would try something again but I feel that ship has sailed here. Very disappointed in the customer service we received.

I had my first massage since moving to the area. Jonathan was AMAZING!! He exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning. At $1 per minute that is an incredible deal too!

Love this place! My first visit I had been sick with a cold and Becky pampered me with hot tea and a warm therapeutic neck wrap!! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable! I did two ionic foot detoxes and two sessions in the salt room and my cold symptoms were gone in 3-4 days which normally lasts 8-10 days!!!

I went for my first visit about a month ago and Jonathan was my massage therapist. I had a great experience and definitely wanted to return. I booked an appointment this morning for another massage next week with Jonathan again. A few hours later my phone rang and it was a number I didn’t recognize so I didn’t answer. It immediately started to ring again after my voicemail picked up so I answered thinking there was an emergency. On the other end of the line was Blakley/Blaklyn or something like that from Himalayan Salt Therapy wanting a credit card number to put on file for visits and cancellations. Well, I am very secure with my credit card information, so I told her I didn’t have my purse available at the time and I would call back with it. I was going to call back Monday and speak with a manager because a) I’ve had plenty of services done in my 48 years, massages, hair, nails, facials, etc. and I’ve never had to prepay for them. b) I have no clue who this person is and I’m not reading my credit card info over the phone to her. So, then this evening while out shopping with a friend, my phone rings and I recognize the number as the same person that called earlier. I wasn’t going to give my information, so I ignored the call…so she does the same things as this morning!!!!! After my voice mail picks up she calls again!!!! I wasn’t as nice this time and told her to cancel my appointment!!! I hate that now I’ve lost a good place to go over someone nagging me over a credit card number!!! Ridiculous!!!!

I dont think Ive ever written a review of a business in my life, but Im going to totally gush about this establishment! I purchased a cryotherapy package for toning/slimming, and its been a wonderful experience. I have some very stubborn and hateful cellulite, and Becky, Rachel and Abby have truly gone sooo far above and beyond to help me alleviate the issue. It is a family-owned/family-run business, and within a couple of visits, I almost felt like part of that family. They are all warm, welcoming, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things. They have my highest recommendation.

This was my first visit and first ionic foot detox. Everyone was super friendly and my foot detox showed so much information. I had been sick for 6 months. I showed my results to my vitamin store at home. She put me on several vitamins and I finally stopped puking every day and I’m getting my energy back. I highly recommend this place!

Booked a Deep Tissue Massage while on vacation. Had a great experience. A very calming and soothing atmosphere. Paul did an outstanding job and I will be making this a part of my vacations when I return to Myrtle Beach.

I went for a facial. The facial was nice, atmosphere was relaxing. Rachael was helpful. I would only suggest asking clients if theyd prefer the therapist wear a mask when working in close proximity to clients. Some may not care but other will.

I had my first massage while in MB on vacation. It was wonderfully relaxing. Wishing I had done the 60 minute instead of the 30! Scheduling online was super easy! I loved it!

Himalayan salt therapy was over the top awesome when I got a facial done. For the next few days afterwards I could still breathe Because it opened my sinuses. No afron could keep my sinuses open that long I was completely impressed.

This was my second appointment of 3 for cryotherapy on my double chin. I am able to see remarkable results! Rebecca is very gentle but thorough with her technique to remove visible lines and fat pockets. I highly recommend treatment at this spa. Services and prices are the best around.

If you are stressed or just want to escape from the world just for an hour. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE who needs a break from life. The salt room was so tranquil and relaxing. The staff was great!!!!! They give you a blanket and heating packs for your neck and back as you relax.

Awesome place very relaxing. My husband, myself and my cousin went here while on vacation!! Next day my husband and cousin returned for further treatment . Prices were reasonable we also walked out with a salt lamp!! Staff was awesome and I even got some Tai Chi instructions to help with my broken tailbone!!!

Pod was great but kinda smells inside like a gym locker and people are nice but their shower is absolutely freezing and they didn’t even have a hair dryer like it says they do in the paperwork and also didn’t have a few other things they claimed to have had after the pod as well i would definitely come back when they fix the shower

The whole exercise is an experiment so take my opinion with a grain of salt! Initially, I sat through a paid HST session in their group room & had a free consult about cryotherapy. I returned for the 1st of 3 sessions with a goal in mind. After 2, I am pleased!

Tried to book an appointment online, received a confirmation text and tried to respond to the confirmation number to verify this was the correct groupon package and specify this was a gift. Received a message that the number could not be used to contact the company. Emailed the company to verify the correct groupon package and to specify this was to be used by another person as a gift. Did not receive a response. Called the company to speak with someone regarding this, no one picked up.I called the morning of the appointment to confirm, and was told that their system allowed multiple people to schedule at the time I had picked, and I would not be able to keep my appointment. I offered to change times to a later time that day, and was told I could not. Was told that if I wanted to reschedule it would have to be at a time where multiple other people were scheduled and they would have to squeeze me in.I had already booked online, received a confirmation text, attempted to contact their office multiple times with no response, and now was told I could not have the appointment I had scheduled because their office continues to double book regardless of prior appointments.Had to contact groupon to refund and use at another location.Terrible, unprofessional experience. Will not use this business for anything in the future.

Looking for a good detox through some cryotherapy, massage therapy, salt steams, foot detox, etc., then this is the place to go. Do your meridians lines and chakras need some assistance? Could your energy use a reset? Staff is helpful. The business is very cozy and prices are reasonable. Cant wait to return and try something new.
