My name is Alex, Mrs Anna Arteaga was the stylist, she did nan absolute phenomenal job! She was kind, gracious, and above all very knowledgeable of her craft. In addition, she is highly skilled! I highly recommend her to anyone! God bless her soul!

This place is a joke. The owner has no compassion or understanding for a barber just starting off. My fiancé just graduated a 6 month barber program and went in for an interview. After the owner saw his work he actually told my fiance “no barber shop will ever hire you”. Cold just like that. He has no empathy. He must have forgotten where the hell he started 55 years ago. How can you tell a person who just embarked on there journey in a new career that they basically have to be perfect already or no place will give them a chance?? If I were you I would not work here because the owner clearly has a god complex. My finance will do amazing things elsewhere.

A couple weeks ago I came here for a haircut, when my haircut was almost done the barber asked me if I wanted a shave, I only had some stubble but I thought why not, I’ll get cleaned up. I thought mabey the shave was going to be a quick straight razor shave that would cost $30 max. Naw this guy went to town with a hot towel, steam, the whole nine. I did not ask for this. He asked me if I wanted a shave, I said yes. This cost $115 plus tip. And the shave left my face covered in razor bumps. These guys scam and think it’sfine because the people in the area can afford it. I’m a 23 year old kid I could barely afford it. I don’t know if this place writes their own reviews but it should not be a 4.9.

Alpha Barbershop is awesome, and Bo is the best barber Ive ever experienced! I live out of state and travel to Naples once a month for business. Bo does such a great job on my haircuts and beard trimmings that I will wait until Im back in Naples to get my haircut by Bo. The atmosphere is clean, professional, and family-friendly. Their online appointment setting option was super easy to use and gives a confirmation via text or email. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time and asking for Bo!

Fantastic experience. Wasn’t sure, at my age, that some of the more trendy tapered cuts would work for me. My barber Osly spent time with me and did an incredible job! Also had Ana for a pedicure. All of it top notch.

Totally mediocre. I booked with Bo but when I got there he didnt get up from the front desk, but without explanation handed me off to some other less experienced guy, who by his own admission didnt speak English well (no big deal in itself but he seemed confused as to what I had selected and understanding what I wanted when he asked) and wasnt a particularly skilled barber. Meanwhile Bo flipped thru his phone for a while then dipped out and brought back a bag of Chik-Fil-A and went to the back: thats the vibe of this place. They have a whole coffee bar and even little humidor set up in the middle of the floor but no one offers customers anything to drink as they would in a real luxury barber, just the other barbers stand around making coffee for themselves... Theres absolutely nothing special about this place and I definitely didnt get a very good haircut. Bo didnt even look up as I checked out—and on top of all that their tablet menus tip options range from 20% to 50%...??? I agree with other reviewers that this place has no atmosphere and nothing to recommend it over any other barbershop where youll probably get more attentive service and a better haircut. Very disappointing.

My son (17) got a haircut first time but wasnt perfect to what was asked. Bo was outstanding and stepped up to help out and was able to rectify the situation asap. I appreciate the efforts put forth to make sure each customer is satisfied and not forgotten like they were just a number.Thank you for your help Bo!

Found this place randomly while visiting Naples for work once. Fast forwarding several months later, moved here part time. I make sure I’m here when it is time for a haircut. Alberto is honestly the best artist I’ve ever trusted to cut my hair. I love the vibe, everyone is chill, very respectful & polite- not to mention talented. I watch them all love what they’re doing. Was just sitting here trying to think about what I ever did without Alberto & this place! Thank you for never letting me down, Alberto. You’re the best!!

For the best barbershop experience in North Naples, look no further. From Osly and Bo to Georgianna, the staff is amazing. The barbers are equally talented and definitely represent the best in their class. Friendly service, ice cold refreshments, lively music, Alpha is the place to go!

If have an understanding of alpha male themed, boutique concepts and a tailored experience with a premium barber.....avoid the insult to you niche mindset and related expectations!!!!My experience was in total contradiction to any of these positive reviews. Advertised as an alpha male themed, boutique concept, barb noershop, the establishment didnt provide anything but disappointment.It was neither high-class, polished, furnished, staffed with the equipment and def not the vibe to style my hair....such as no razors...and that I wouldve done better at GreatClips in style with less insult and headache.My barber was Felix and I showed him a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair to look. We confirmed he understood. I even told him to reposition my head if necessy and left the picture on my lap (my uneasiness at his skill or his valuation of my worth at helping me feel like your mission statement online implied are company objective ).He pounded my head with the clippers, never used a blade, contradicted every agreed upon goal by his actions, and moved with such reckless speed that he probably needed some Adderall to help him focus.I left a 20% tip, and heres another, digital marketing can be compromising too. Esp, when my appearance is compromised. I love SWFL, but THIS Queen has no issue being a Karen defending the brand of Naples, FL whose premium pricing in real estate and all things rich. I had to let the cats off the leash with this one. Close shop. You wont last long.

This is a first class barbershop. Alberto and his team provide first class service. Most importantly, my son got his haircut there and it was the best haircut he has ever received.

Love this place, and love Alberto. Also, they are so good with my 2 year old son when he comes in for a cut. He always falls asleep and they have another staff member come over and hold his head up to finish the cut. Super nice staff, good price, clean, great all around.

I went to this spa for a facial and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional, the storefront was updated and tidy. Josi did a great job with my facial, I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The pricing was reasonable as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a little self-care.

Update: I was not happy with a haircut I received. We’ve all been there, bad cut, deal with it for two weeks. Instead I received a call from the manager, Alberto. He wanted me to come back and fix my cut. I was shocked and appreciative, so I took him up on the offer and came back. I not only received a fantastic clean up but had an amazing conversation and overall experience. This is true hospitality which is hard to come by these days.Thank you guys!

Was referred by a friend and pleased to learn there are two locations, the newest one much closer to my house. Got an appointment right away with Alberto. My 11 yr-old son was in need of a quality haircut and Alberto did not disappoint. Was extremely thorough and kind as my son was not excited to get his haircut. He loves it! So do we and are definitely going back! Such a step up from the local chain we used to go to. This is family-owned and I was pleased to meet the owner who was at the reception desk who I thought was an assistant at first. Loved to see the owner involved and assisting the barber. Wow! Phenomenal process! I got a fade haircut by Daniel, and he went above and beyond my expectation. The attention to detail is phenomenal for the price. I’ve been to upscale barbershops before but the quality was sub par for the price. This place deliver, but most importantly Daniel kills it!

I go here because they make you feel welcome. I’m a man and getting me to step through a door for “spa services” can be embarrassing. If my coworkers knew I would have to turn in my man card. That’s not the situation here. There is no judging and they offer a variety of services to keep us men from looking like Bigfoot. A friendly staff and wonderful people there.
