Chad is usually working when I come into Vape King. He is always welcoming and very informative. When he talks about the store he speaks with passion for the craft and I really feel good hearing about all of it. Today he came to my house to drop off Cookie Butter, which I wasnt able to come and get myself. I am so grateful and Vape King is really lucky to have such a dedicated employee.

I love the personalized service, customized vape liquids ❤️♥️❤️, professionalism, and unbelievable knowledge I have received consistently from Derek, and the regular crew at the Naples Park and Bonita Springs locations. I float from Bonita Springs to North Naples to be waited on by the best in the business. I have been vaping since it became a thing. Derek has forgotten more than I will ever know, but he never comes off as a condescending know it all. I have received kind, helpful service from Derek, Jagger, and Chad.Thank you guys for keeping the customer care consistent.This is not the normal situation for workers in this industry. You care and it show. I appreciate you three gentlemen for all of your help, patience, and teaching me a fraction of your seemingly endless well of vaping knowledge! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ & a 🫰

Had the pleasure of meeting Tony ( on his last day there☹️) and Chad....both guys were excellent and I would recommend this place to anyone! I was in N. Naples from out of town, and I can only tell you that when I come back to Naples, I wont shop anywhere else! Awesome experience and conversations. Bought some of their house juice just to try (Sour 🌈 Bites) and will definitely be going back for more before I head home to Georgia!

I am from California and my stay here in Florida has been extended. I was desperate to find my brand of Vape and juice. I went to quite a few stores only to be disappointed in selection and customer service. I was in the area and once again googled nearest Vape store and tripped upon this one. Not only did they have everything I wanted, but the knowledge and customer service that Chad provided is the best I’ve ever received. Not only did he help me and educate me on things I had none, but anybody who walked in the store walked in with a smile and seem to know him. He’s Is one of the most educated and genuine people in his field that I have ever met. I will no longer look for anything else and drive out of my way to go here. Thank you for going above and beyond Chad.

Always EXCELLENT service! Chad will not steer you wrong. The only shop I come to! Chad does not make recommendations based on making a sale, he makes them based of what will make you the happiest. Trust the staff, trust the name. Vape King is by far the best around!

The store is new and you can tell that they are above the rest. It is a beautiful store and the shelves are full of stuff. Definitely worth looking. The house juice is amazing and they have so many flavors. The guy working told me that they are a FDA regulated manufacturer and distributor. Great prices and great customer service. I will be back!!!

Mark went over and above with his fantastic service. I needed a lot of hand holding in buying my new device... and he delivered!! So patient and knowledgeable. All the guys are an asset to the business. Lots of help and lots of inventory. All in all a super store!

I went to North Naples VK because of the damage and repairs at Davis Blvd. Juul pods (4 packs) cost $4-6 Iess here than at gas stations. Good prices on Elfbars too. Plus there is a bonus program. I found the same great service, same products and prices and Ill give it the same 5 Stars as the Davis location. VK is still my go-to vape shop and Ive tried most in the Naples area,

10/10 experience every time i need something i give them a call and they have everything you can think about related to vaping. Great costumer service and pretty good environment

Chad and the other staff are all fantastic! Chad has gone out of way to help multiple times and often has my juice ready when I get there! Hes awesome!

Super knowledgeable guy at the counter. Out of 4 places I went to in Naples it was the only vape shop that sold Salt Nic juice. They make their own as a matter of fact and sell other manufacturers as well. They even ship nationwide. Dozens of flavors to choose from. I totally loved this place. I am from Alaska and wish we had one back home. I will be ordering from them online for sure. I did notice lots of mods and tanks for sell among other things although I was only in for juice.

Chad is knowledgeable and friendly...prices are good and shop was immaculately clean. Juices are delicious and theres a huge variety of flavors. I will be back.

After walking in and seeing all the new changes I am completely blown away.... They have so many options and the shelves are fully stocked. Vape King has turned this place right. You must go in and check this place out and see what the monthly specials are.
