Smokers World is my go-to spot! Every visit is a pleasant experience thanks to the incredibly helpful staff. The guy at the front is always so sweet and funny, making each trip enjoyable. He goes out of his way to ensure you find exactly what you need and adds a personal touch with his great sense of humor. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell they really care about their customers. If youre in the area and looking for a smoke shop with top-notch service, I highly recommend checking it out.

The seller asked me to wait one second. I smiled and told him “second”.,he kicked me out of the store and said that I never came back here again, that this was his store. And he doesn’t want me here anymore when he sees me.He said I am rude woman and nasty .

The customer service was impeccable. Very generous and courteous staff. I’ve read the other negative reviews and I couldn’t disagree more. I come one a nearly weekly basis. If they don’t have the product I need, they order it for me and assure me they will have it sooner than later. I’m always welcomed with a warm smile and I leave just the same.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!I work with all vapes brands and here they recharge their vapes.Vapes do not have any flavour at all!Its a rip offGet away!!!

The guy that is working at this place today is very rude and he does not know how to treat customers and the quality for the merchandise that they have at the store I would not lose my time at this place !! Make sure you run from there .The worse prices around !! He was very racist and we don’t need people like that around Sunny Isles area cause most of the people around here is from other country !! So learn how to treat everyone and make sure the stores makes big changes so people don’t run away from that place !!

This place is so quick and easy. I love how well lit and the selections of vapes and cigars they have for my boy friend. The customer service is awesome. Arie is the best manager of the store. He’s super friendly and made it right when one the vapes were broken. I brought it back he tested it and gave me a new one upon finding out it was faulty. I love this place and I’ll definitely stop by once a week to see Arie and re up on all my smoking needs.

ARIE is THE REASON i come to this store. His customer service, professionalism and personalization of the experience is bar none the best around. He treats you like a friend and valued client and then begins the best customer service experience. I wish more people were like Arie. He is the best part of the smoke shop. Prices are more then fair, store is clean and a place you’d want to hang out in. Stop by as this is a staple of sunny isles now.

I had a great experience while looking to buy a cartridge for my vape .The cashier Arie greeted me as soon as I came in and he knew exactly what I was looking for. I come here when Im running low on supplies and they always have what I need. Definitely recommend stopping by.

Horrible customer service. I explained to the cashier that on previous occasions when purchasing at this store, the vapes would stop working after 1 day. As soon as I opened my newly purchased vape I knew it was going to do the same thing after I tested at the store. He took it so that he can “test it” but didn’t even put a tester cap on it just went ahead and tried the vape that I had just paid for. Since to him there was nothing wrong with it in that moment he was going to give me back that same vape that he had put in his mouth 🤢Even after I told him I was advising him so they were aware their vapes are having issues. He was extremely rude and asked why I kept coming back to the store. Which now I will never again, but I did because I know sometimes is factory error and that’s normal what’s not normal is the lack of respect to the customer and bad service. Would not recommend.

Horrible customer service, the guy at the counter needs to lighten up, life is too short to be upset at work. If you don’t like your job or selling to random customers like me, just find a new job.

Terrible service. This is the first time Ive encountered such an experience. Very unpleasant. The seller behaves rudely and disrespectfully. Hes always looking at the phone. The quality of the vape is good, but there is no desire to come again. This store is near my house. I wont come back again.

The employee was EXTREMELY rude to me, he even makes fun of my disability .

The Manager in Sunny Isles was very rude. He was screaming at me. He gave me incorrect product. When I showed him his mistake, he was screaming that it is a mistake of packing and it is correctly the product I asked. When I asked to refund, he said it is impossible. He didn’t gave me his name when I asked. All the time he was screaming and said that I am screaming when I asked him to stop. I am totally shocked. What is it?

Arie gave me Great help. I had questions and the cashier made amazing recommendations according to what I asked for. Definitely will be coming back.

This place is disgusting. I arrived with my ID in hand, the big man with a beard didnt want to sell me, he yelled at me, insulted me horribly, he stopped me intimidatingly and I just told him that I had my ID in hand. All this at Christmas. Terrible service
